Claims (4)
- ソルダペーストではんだ付けを行うリフロー炉内で加熱された該ソルダペーストから発生した溶剤の蒸気およびフラックス・フュームを不活性ガスとともにリフロー炉の外部にパイプで導出し、リフロー炉の外部に設置されたフラックス・フューム除去装置で溶剤の蒸気およびフラックス・フュームを除去してから不活性ガスを再度リフロー炉内に戻す不活性雰囲気リフロー炉において、前記除去装置のフィルター部には多数の長穴を有する紙製のブロック状フィルターが長穴を溶剤の蒸気およびフラックス・フュームの流動方向に向かうようにして設置されていることを特徴とする不活性雰囲気リフロー炉。
- 前記フィルターは、長穴が気体の流動方向に対して平行であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の不活性雰囲気リフロー炉。
- 前記フィルターは、長穴が気体の流動方向に対してジグザグ状となっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の不活性雰囲気リフロー炉。
- 前記フィルターは、長穴方向に複数個に分割してあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の不活性雰囲気リフロー炉。
