Claims (5)
- 平均粒径が30μm以下の乾燥した無機鉱物粉に、グリコール類を0.1〜3.0重量%混合して表面に耐吸湿性を付与したことを特徴とする耐吸湿性無機鉱物粉。
- 無機鉱物粉として、炭酸カルシウム、タルク、カオリンクレー、珪石、水酸化マグネシウム、水酸化カルシウム、水酸化アルミニウム、ゼオライト、マイカ、アルミナ、硫酸バリウム、チタン、ベントナイト、ドロマイト、バライト、蛍石の何れか1種または2種以上を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐吸湿性無機鉱物粉。
- グリコール類が、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコールの何れか1種また2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐吸湿性無機鉱物粉。
- 平均粒径が30μm以下の乾燥した無機鉱物粉に、グリコール類を0.1〜3.0重量%混合して表面に耐吸湿性を付与した耐吸湿性無機鉱物粉を、樹脂に混合したことを特徴とする湿気硬化型樹脂組成物。
- 平均粒径が30μm以下の無機鉱物粉をミキサーで攪拌して、この時発生する攪拌熱により無機鉱物粉を加熱乾燥させた状態で、グリコール類を0.1〜3.0重量%添加し、更にミキサーで攪拌して表面に耐吸湿性を付与することを特徴とする耐吸湿性無機鉱物粉の表面処理方法。
