Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water purification structure that reliably purifies road drainage during initial rainfall with a high pollution load.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In urban areas, pollution loads on rivers and lakes are increasing, and it is said that road pollution caused by rainfall is particularly high among these pollution loads.
The following pollution sources are associated with road drainage.
(1) Vehicle exhaust gas is absorbed by rain and falls
(2) Soil particles, tire wear, road wear, bird droppings, other dust, etc.
(3) Garbage leaked from automobiles, butts, etc.
And, according to many recent research cases, when the above-mentioned pollution source flows out by rainfall, the pollution load of the road drainage of the initial rainfall, specifically the rainfall up to 3-5 mm is high, and the initial rainfall It is known that the subsequent road drainage pollution load is low and the water quality is clean.
Examples of such investigations are shown in FIGS. 14 (A) and 14 (B).
The survey example shown in FIG. 14 (A) measures the relationship between the rainfall time and the cumulative rainfall for TOC (total organic carbon) and TN (total nitrogen), and the survey example shown in FIG. 14 (B) , Cu, Ni, and Pb were measured with respect to the relationship between elapsed time and accumulated rainfall (see Journal of Water Environment Society).
The present applicant has proposed a vegetation purification method using a revetment or retaining wall structure in Japanese Patent Application No. 8-269223 in order to cope with the pollution load on rivers and lakes.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the previous application, all the inflowing sewage is uniformly infiltrated into the soil for purification, so in order to purify road drainage when it takes time to infiltrate and there is a lot of rainfall per unit time, There is a possibility that the scale of the facility will increase, or the road drainage of the initial rainfall will flow out without being purified.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a water purification structure that can reliably purify road drainage of an initial rainfall with a high pollution load.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a water purification structure in which rainwater road drainage that has fallen on a road is purified by passing through a soil layer. A storage tank is provided, the soil tank is provided along the storage tank, and the storage tank is The drained road drainage From the bottom Drain into the soil layer Configured as The reservoir is 3-5mm of rainfall on the planned water collection area of the road It is characterized by having a storage space with a volume sufficient to store road drainage.
[0005]
In the present invention, when the amount of rainfall per unit time is small, the road drainage of the initial rainfall and the road drainage after the initial rainfall are all passed through the soil layer, purified, and then discharged to rivers and lakes.
In addition, when the amount of rainfall per unit time is extremely large, all the road drainage of the initial rainfall is passed through the soil layer by the storage tank and purified before being discharged into rivers and lakes. Road drainage after the initial rainfall is quickly discharged out of the storage tank without passing through the soil layer.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment in which a water purification structure of the present invention is applied to a bank or lake protection structure will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, in FIG. 1 thru | or FIG. 8, it is embodiment which the bottom face of the storage tank is comprised by the soil-like surface, and in FIG. 9, implementation in which the bottom face of the storage tank is comprised by the bottom wall of the precast concrete block. It is a form.
FIG. 1 is a sectional side view of a revetment structure to which a water purification structure is applied, and FIG. 2 is a front view thereof.
The revetment structure 12 extends along the banks of rivers and lakes. A road 14 extends along the revetment structure 12 on the side of the revetment structure 12 and is adjacent to the road 14 above the revetment structure 12. A storage tank 16 is provided as described above.
The revetment structure 12 is configured by stacking a large number of precast concrete blocks (PC blocks) 18 in three steps in a stepwise manner, ensuring the revetment strength of rivers and lakes and preventing soil erosion at the water's edge. .
Each PC block 18 is formed in, for example, a rectangular frame shape with upper and lower end surfaces opened by front and rear walls and left and right walls. In addition, the shape of each PC block 18 is arbitrary, and in short, it may be a shape that can be stably stacked up and down.
The PC block 18A constituting the lowest row, the PC block 18B constituting the middle row, and the PC block 18C located at the highest row have the same length in the left-right wall direction as shown in FIG. In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the interval between the front and rear walls of the PC block 18A constituting the lowest row is the largest, and then the front and rear walls of the PC block 18B constituting the middle row And the rear wall of each PC block 18A, 18B, 18C is arranged so as to be positioned on the same vertical plane. It is installed.
[0007]
The upper end surface of the PC block 18A constituting the lowest row is provided so as to be almost the same level as the water surface of the river or lake, and a relatively large rock 19 is accommodated in each PC block 18A. A soil outflow prevention material 20 made of coarse sand, small grain rocks or the like for preventing the downward flow of the upper soil is housed in the upper part.
In each PC block 18B constituting the middle row and each PC block 18C constituting the uppermost row, soil is accommodated to form a soil layer 22, and on the soil layer 22, The soil outflow prevention material 20 for preventing the outflow of the upper soil downward is accommodated.
Plants 24 such as cocoons, kayaks, mugworts, etc. are planted in the front part of each of the PC blocks 18A, 18B, 18C where the upper part is open.
[0008]
The storage tank 16 extends along the revetment structure 12 and the road 14, and the storage tank 16 is located on each PC block 18 </ b> C constituting the uppermost row, and a soil layer 22 accommodated in each PC block 18 </ b> C. The drainage of the rainwater that has fallen on the road 14 is flowed in and stored in the bottom surface. In the present embodiment, since the soil outflow prevention material 20 is located above the soil layer 22, the bottom surface of the storage tank 16 is composed of the soil outflow prevention material 20.
The storage tank 16 is composed of a number of precast concrete blocks (PC blocks) 26 placed and arranged on each PC block 18C constituting the uppermost row, and the PC block 26 is the PC block 18C. It is formed in a shape that can be stably placed on top.
[0009]
The PC block 26 has a shape in which a storage space is formed inside, and the upper end surface is opened so that rainwater can flow into the storage space, and road drainage flows directly, or a rainwater pipe is connected from a rainwater tank or the like. The road drainage is configured to flow in through. Further, the lower end surface is opened so that rainwater in the storage space can flow into the lower soil layer 22.
Various configurations of the storage tank 16 using such a PC block 26 are conceivable, for example, those shown in FIG. 3A, those shown in FIG. 3B, those shown in FIG. 6A, FIG. Examples shown in (B) are listed below and will be described in order.
[0010]
The storage tank 16 shown in FIG. 3 (A) allows road drainage of initial rainfall to flow into the soil layer 22 in the PC block 18C in the uppermost row, and when the rainfall per unit time is large, Subsequent road drainage is caused to flow out of the storage tank 16 through the pipe 30.
The storage tank 16 in this case is shown in a side view in FIG. 4 (A) and in a front view in FIG. 4 (B).
The PC block 26 constituting the storage tank 16 includes three front walls 2602 facing the river and lake side, a rear wall 2604 facing the road side, and a front wall 2602 extending in the front-rear direction and connecting the front wall 2602 and the rear wall 2604. A connection wall 2606.
The connection wall 2606 is formed with a height determined so that the upper end of the connection wall 2606 has a volume sufficient to store the road drainage of the initial rainfall in the storage space.
[0011]
Then, a grating (a stainless steel plate or the like having a large number of holes penetrated) 32 is placed on these three connection walls 2606, and a water-permeable sheet 34 is placed thereon. In the present embodiment, the water-permeable sheet 34 constitutes the earth-and-sand intrusion prevention material 36 that prevents particles and solids such as earth and sand and gravel from entering the storage space, and the connection wall 2606 and the grating 32 intrude the earth and sand. Support means for the blocking member 36 is configured.
The PC block 26 having such a configuration is placed on each of the PC blocks 18C constituting the uppermost row, whereby the PC block 18C is placed under the earth and sand intrusion prevention material 36 inside the PC block 26. A storage space 16A having the bottom surface of the soil layer 22 (soil outflow prevention material 20) as the bottom surface is formed.
[0012]
The storage space 16 is formed with a volume large enough to store the road drainage of the initial rainfall that has fallen on the road 14. More specifically, it is formed with a volume sufficient to store a rainfall of 3 to 5 mm on the planned water collection area of the road.
In addition, the base end of the pipe 30 is attached to 26 PC blocks above the sediment intrusion prevention material 36, and when there is a large amount of rainfall, the road drainage after the initial rainfall can be removed from the top row or the middle. The upper part of the front part of the PC blocks 18C and 18B constituting the row is opened to the soil layer 22, or the upper part of the front part of the PC block 18A constituting the lowest row is opened, or the river It is configured to flow directly into the lake.
[0013]
Next, the operation will be described.
First, the case where the amount of rainfall per unit time is small will be described. Rain that has fallen on the road 14 flows into the storage tank 16, and particles and solids such as earth and sand and gravel in rainwater are blocked by the earth and sand intrusion prevention material 36. After the material is removed, it passes through the storage space 16A, and flows into the soil layer 22 through the soil runoff prevention material 20 in each PC block 18C constituting the uppermost row.
The rainwater that has flowed into the soil layer 22 penetrates downward through the soil layer 22, and further flows into the soil layer 22 in each PC block 18 </ b> B that constitutes the middle row. After the earth and sand is removed by 20, the PC block 18B flows out into a river or lake.
When passing through the soil layer 22 in the PC blocks 18B and 18C, the road drainage is purified by removing soil microorganisms, organic matter and nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus), filtering suspended substances, and the like. In this embodiment, since the plant 24 is planted in each soil layer 22, the rainwater road drainage is also purified by the plant 24.
Therefore, both the road drainage in the initial rainfall and the road drainage after the initial rainfall pass through the soil layer 22 in the PC blocks 18B and 18C, and after being purified, are discharged into rivers and lakes.
[0014]
Next, the case where the amount of rainfall per unit time is extremely large will be described. Since the amount of rainwater flowing into the reservoir 16 is larger than the amount of rainwater penetrating into the soil layer 22, 3-5 mm of road drainage is stored in the storage tank 16, and the level of the road drainage flowing into the storage tank 16 rises to the vicinity of the sediment intrusion prevention material 36. In this case, the road drainage of 3 to 5 mm of rain on the planned water collection area of the road corresponds to the initial rainfall with a high pollution load.
If the amount of rainfall per unit time continues to be high, the level of rainwater in the storage tank 16 gradually rises, reaches the position above the sediment intrusion prevention material 36, and flows out of the storage tank 16 from the pipe 30. The
[0015]
Accordingly, the road drainage after the initial rainfall with low pollution load and clean water can be quickly passed through the front of the PC blocks 18C and 18B constituting the uppermost row and the middle row without passing through the soil layer 22. It flows out directly to the soil layer 22 or the front part of the PC block 18A constituting the lowest row, or a river or lake.
In this case, since most of the road drainage of the initial rainfall is located below the sediment intrusion prevention material 36, even if road drainage after the initial rainfall flows into the storage tank 16, the initial precipitation by the sediment intrusion prevention material 36. The agitation between the road drainage and the subsequent rainwater is prevented, and the initial rainfall is reliably purified, and only the road drainage after the initial rainfall is quickly discharged out of the storage tank 16.
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, even when the amount of rainfall per unit time is extremely large, road drainage of initial rainfall with a high pollution load is not discharged into rivers and lakes as it is, and it is reliably purified. After that, it can be discharged into rivers and lakes.
[0016]
Next, another embodiment constituting the storage tank 16 shown in FIG. 3 (A) will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 (C) and 4 (D).
FIG. 4C is a side view of the storage tank 16, and FIG. 4D is a front view of the storage tank 16.
In the following embodiments, portions and members similar to those in the above-described embodiment will be described with the same reference numerals.
The PC block 26 constituting the storage tank 16 includes a front wall 2602, a rear wall 2604, and three connection walls 2606 that connect the front wall 2602 and the rear wall 2604.
The connection wall 2606 is formed in a flat plate shape extending in the front-rear direction, and the lower surface thereof is provided so as to be flush with the lower surfaces of the front wall 2602 and the rear wall 2604.
[0017]
Further, the grating 32 is placed on the step portions of the front and rear walls 2602 and 2604, and the water permeable sheet 34 is placed thereon. The grating 32 and the water permeable sheet 34 constitute the earth and sand intrusion prevention material 36.
Then, the PC block 26 is placed on each PC block 18C constituting the uppermost row, whereby a storage space 16A is formed inside the PC block 26 below the earth and sand intrusion prevention material 36, The base end of the pipe 30 is attached to 26 PC blocks 26 above the earth and sand intrusion prevention material 36 as in the above embodiment.
Also according to such an embodiment, the same operation and effect as the above-described embodiment are exhibited.
[0018]
The storage tank 16 shown in FIG. 3 (B) is different from the storage tank 16 shown in FIG. 3 (A) in the configuration of the storage space 16A.
The storage tank 16 in this case is shown in a side view in FIG. 5 (A) and in a front view in FIG. 5 (B).
The PC block 26 constituting the storage tank 16 is the same as the PC block 26 shown in FIG. 4A, and includes a front wall 2602, a rear wall 2604, and three connection walls 2606.
The PC block 26 is placed on each PC block 18C constituting the uppermost column.
A large number of lumps 40 having a large particle diameter are accommodated on the soil layer 22 (soil outflow prevention material 20) of the PC block 18C inside the PC block 26, and a large number of lumps having a small particle diameter are accommodated thereon. 42 is accommodated, and the water-permeable sheet 34 is placed on the mass 42.
[0019]
The large number of masses 40 having a large particle diameter are accommodated so as to reach a depth reaching the middle part of the front and rear walls 2602 and 2604, and the mass 42 having a small particle diameter is accommodated at a thin depth. The water-permeable sheet 34 constitutes an earth and sand intrusion prevention material 36, and a large number of masses 42 having a small particle diameter constitute a support means for the earth and sand invasion prevention material 36.
As the lump 40 having a large particle size, crushed stone, concrete glass, porous stone such as pumice, or a lightweight synthetic resin block can be used. In this case, the use of the light mass 40 is advantageous in securing the porosity of the lower soil layer 22 and in handling the mass 40.
Further, as the mass 42 having a small particle diameter, gravel, porous stone such as pumice, or a lightweight synthetic resin block can be used. Also in this case, the use of the light mass 42 is advantageous in securing the porosity of the lower soil layer 22 and in handling the mass 42.
[0020]
In this embodiment, the masses 40 having a large particle diameter are disposed inside the PC block 26 below the sediment intrusion prevention material 36 and above the surface of the soil layer 22 (soil outflow prevention material 20) of the PC block 18C. Thus, the storage space 16A is formed.
Also according to the present embodiment, operations and effects similar to those of the storage tank 16 shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B are exhibited.
However, if the storage space 16A having the same volume as in the case of FIGS. 4A and 4B is to be obtained, the PC block 26 is disadvantageously enlarged due to the use of the lumps 40 and 42. Since the momentum of the flow of rainwater passing through the storage space 16A can be reduced by the bodies 40, 42, there is an advantage that stirring by rainwater on the surface of the soil layer 22 (soil outflow prevention material 20) of the PC block 18C can be reliably prevented. ing.
[0021]
Next, another embodiment constituting the storage tank 16 shown in FIG. 3 (B) will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 (C) and 5 (D).
FIG. 5C is a side view of the storage tank 16, and FIG. 5D is a front view of the storage tank 16.
In this embodiment, only the shapes of the storage tank 16 shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B and three connection walls 2606 are different.
That is, the connection wall 2606 is formed in a flat plate shape extending in the front-rear direction, and is provided such that the lower surface thereof is located on the same plane as the lower surfaces of the front wall 2602 and the rear wall 2604.
Also in this embodiment, the same operation and effect as the storage tank 16 shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B are exhibited.
[0022]
Next, the storage tank 16 shown in FIG. 6 (A) will be described.
The storage tank 16 shown in FIG. 6 (A) allows the initial rainfall road drainage to flow into the soil layer 22 in the PC block 18C in the uppermost row, and the initial rainfall when the rainfall per unit time is large. Subsequent road drainage is caused to flow out of the storage tank 16 by the overflow weir 2602A.
The storage tank 16 in this case is shown in a side view in FIG. 7 (A) and in a front view in FIG. 7 (B).
The PC block 26 constituting the storage tank 16 is the same as the PC block 26 shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B except for the configuration of the front wall 2602 and the point that the pipe 30 is not connected. It is the same, and the height of the front wall 2602 is formed lower than the rear wall 2604 to form the overflow weir 2602A. More specifically, the height of the front wall 2602 is higher than the sediment intrusion prevention material 36. Is set to be located.
[0023]
As with the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 (A) and 4 (B), this water storage tank 16 also drains all road drainage from the initial and subsequent rainfalls when the amount of rainfall per unit time is small. After being purified by the soil layer 22 in the blocks 18B and 18C, it is discharged into a river or lake.
When the rainfall per unit time is extremely large, road drainage (road drainage of initial rainfall) of 3 to 5 mm on the planned water collection area of the road is stored in the storage tank 16. The water level inside rises to the vicinity of the sediment intrusion prevention material 36 and the vicinity thereof.
[0024]
When the amount of rainfall per unit time continues to be high, the water level in the storage tank 16 gradually rises, reaches the upper portion of the sediment intrusion prevention material 36, gets over the overflow weir 2602A, and goes out of the storage tank 16. Leaked. That is, the road drainage after the initial rainfall with clean water is prevented from agitation of the road drainage of the initial rainfall and the road drainage of the subsequent rainfall by the earth and sand intrusion prevention material 36, and promptly without passing through the soil layer 22, Directly to the front soil layer 22 of the PC blocks 18C and 18B constituting the uppermost row and the middle row, or to the front portion of the PC block 18A constituting the lowermost row, or directly to the river or lake Leaked.
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, even when the amount of rainfall per unit time is extremely large, road drainage of initial rainfall with a high pollution load is not discharged into rivers and lakes as it is, and it is reliably purified. After that, it can be discharged into rivers and lakes.
[0025]
Next, another embodiment constituting the storage tank 16 shown in FIG. 6A will be described with reference to FIGS. 7C and 7D.
FIG. 7C is a side view of the storage tank 16, and FIG. 7D is a front view of the storage tank 16.
The PC block 26 constituting the storage tank 16 is the same as the PC block 26 shown in FIGS. 4C and 4D except for the configuration of the front wall 2602 and the point that the pipe 30 is not connected. It is the same, and the height of the front wall 2602 is formed lower than the rear wall 2604 to form the overflow weir 2602A. More specifically, the height of the front wall 2602 is higher than the sediment intrusion prevention material 36. Is set to be located.
Also according to such an embodiment, the same operation and effect as the storage tank 16 shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B are exhibited.
[0026]
The storage tank 16 shown in FIG. 6 (B) is different from the storage tank 16 shown in FIG. 6 (A) in the configuration of the storage space 16A.
The storage tank 16 in this case is shown in a side view in FIG. 8 (A) and in a front view in FIG. 8 (B).
The PC block 26 constituting the storage tank 16 is the same as the PC block 26 shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B except for the configuration of the front wall 2602 and the point that the pipe 30 is not connected. The height of the front wall 2602 is the same as that of the PC block 26 shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, and the front wall 2602 is an overflow weir 2602A.
Similar to the PC block 26 shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the PC block 26 is placed on each PC block 18C constituting the uppermost column, and the PC block 18C is placed inside the PC block 26. On the soil layer 22 (soil outflow prevention material 20), a large number of lumps 40 having a large particle size are accommodated, and a large number of lumps 42 having a small particle size are accommodated thereon. It is placed on the mass 42.
[0027]
The large lumps 40 having a large particle diameter are accommodated so as to reach a depth reaching the middle part of the height of the rear wall 2602, and the lumps 42 having a small particle diameter are accommodated at a thin depth, The earth and sand intrusion prevention material 36 is constituted by the conductive sheet 34, and the support means for the earth and sand invasion prevention material 36 is constituted by a large number of masses 42 having a small particle diameter.
The storage space 16A has a large particle size lump 40 inside the PC block 26 below the earth and sand intrusion prevention material 36 and above the surface of the soil layer 22 (soil outflow prevention material 20) of the PC block 18C. It is formed by mutual space.
[0028]
Also according to this embodiment, substantially the same operations and effects as the storage tank 16 shown in FIGS.
However, when trying to obtain the storage space 16A having the same volume as the storage tank 16 shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, due to the use of the lump 40, the PC block 26 has the disadvantage of being enlarged, Since the momentum of the flow of rainwater passing through the storage space 16A can be decelerated by the lump 40, it has the advantage that the agitation by rainwater on the surface of the soil layer 22 (soil outflow prevention material 20) of the PC block 18C can be reliably prevented. Yes.
[0029]
Next, another embodiment constituting the storage tank 16 shown in FIG. 6 (B) will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 (C) and 8 (D).
FIG. 8C is a side view of the storage tank 16, and FIG. 8D is a front view of the storage tank 16.
In this embodiment, only the shapes of the storage tank 16 shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B and the three connection walls 2606 are different.
That is, the connection wall 2606 is formed in a flat plate shape extending in the front-rear direction, and is provided such that the lower surface thereof is located on the same plane as the lower surfaces of the front wall 2602 and the rear wall 2604.
In this embodiment, the same operation and effect as the storage tank 16 shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B are exhibited.
[0030]
In the above embodiment, the case where the bottom surface of the storage tank 16 is configured by the surface of the soil layer 22 has been described. Next, referring to FIG. 9, the bottom surface of the storage tank 16 is the soil layer 22. An embodiment in the case where it is not configured on the surface will be described.
FIG. 9 shows a cross-sectional side view of a revetment structure to which a water purification structure is applied.
The storage tank 16 is provided in a large number of PC blocks 26 arranged so as to extend along the revetment structure 12 and the road 14.
The PC block 26 includes a front wall 2602 located on the river or lake side, a rear wall 2604 located on the road side, and a bottom wall 2620 connecting the lower ends of the front and rear walls 2602 and 2604 in a cross-sectional shape. In this embodiment, the bottom surface of the storage tank 16 is formed by the bottom wall 2620 of the PC block 26.
The PC block 26 is arranged with its front wall 2602 aligned with the rear wall of each PC block 18C constituting the uppermost row. And the hole 50 which penetrates both walls is formed in the location where the front wall 2602 of the PC block 26 and the rear wall of the PC block 18C are combined, and formed in the front wall 2602 of the PC block 26. The hole 50 and the hole 50 formed in the rear wall of the PC block 18C are arranged so as to coincide with each other.
[0031]
In the PC block 26, a large number of lumps 40 having a large particle diameter are accommodated, and a large number of lumps 42 having a small particle diameter are accommodated thereon, and the water-permeable sheet 34 is disposed on the lumps 42. It is put on.
The water-permeable sheet 34 constitutes an earth and sand intrusion prevention material 36, and a large number of masses 42 having a small particle diameter constitute a support means for the earth and sand invasion prevention material 36.
In addition, a storage space 16A is formed in the PC block 26 below the earth and sand intrusion prevention material 36 by the space between the large-diameter masses 40, and the storage space has a volume sufficient to store road drainage of initial rainfall. It is formed with.
In the same way as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the pipe 30 is disposed at 26 locations on the PC block 26 above the earth and sand intrusion prevention material 36. The upper part of the front of the PC blocks 18C and 18B constituting the middle row or the middle row is opened to the soil layer 22 or the upper part of the front of the PC block 18A constituting the lowest row is opened. It is configured to drain directly into rivers or lakes.
[0032]
Similarly to the above-described embodiment, when the amount of rainfall per unit time is small, all the road drainage from the storage tank 16 passes through the holes 50 from the storage tank 16 through the holes 50 in 18C. It flows into the soil layer 22, is purified by the soil layer 22 in the PC blocks 18 </ b> B and 18 </ b> C, and then flows out into rivers and lakes.
[0033]
If the amount of rainfall per unit time continues to be high, the water level in the storage tank 16 gradually rises, reaches the upper portion of the sediment intrusion prevention material 36, and flows out of the storage tank 16 from the pipe 30. That is, the road drainage after the initial rainfall with clean water is prevented from agitating the road drainage of the initial rainfall and the subsequent road drainage by the sediment intrusion prevention material 36, and the storage tank 16, the hole 50, and the soil layer 22 are blocked. Without passing, the surface of the soil layer 22 in front of the PC blocks 18C and 18B constituting the uppermost row and the middle row, or the front of the PC block 18A constituting the lowermost row is promptly passed. It is discharged directly to a location, river or lake.
Therefore, even if the amount of rainfall per unit time is extremely high, road drainage from the initial rainfall with high pollution load will not flow into the rivers and lakes as it is. It becomes possible.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 7, the earth and sand intrusion prevention member 36 may be supported by the connecting wall 2606 and the stepped portions of the front and rear walls 2602 and 2604, and FIGS. As shown in FIG. 8, an overflow weir 2602A is provided on the front wall 2602 without providing the pipe 30, and the road drain located above the sediment intrusion prevention material 36 is caused to flow out of the storage tank 16 by the overflow weir 2602A. It may be.
[0034]
Next, a measurement example in which road drainage is purified by a soil layer will be described.
FIG. 10 is an explanatory diagram of the water purification structure used. The water purification structure is composed of precast concrete blocks P1 (1000 type), P2 (1800 type), a soil layer 22, and the like.
Table 1 shows the specifications of each precast concrete block P1 (1000 type) and P2 (1800 type).
[0035]
[Table 1]
Figure 0004641670
[0036]
The raw water to be purified was supplied from the raw water tank to the surface of the soil layer 22 of the upper precast concrete block P1 by a roller pump, collected from the lower hole 60 of the lower precast concrete block P2, and measured.
[0037]

The average removal rates of Masa soil and Kuroboku soil soil layer 22 with respect to raw water of TN = 5.9 to 23.1 mg / liter (average of 14.2 mg / liter) are 44.3% and 67.67, respectively. 9%. In the average removal amount per planting area, 0.50 g / m each 2 / Day, 0.65g / m 2 / Day, both of which were higher in the black soil soil layer 22.
[0038]
FIG. 12 shows changes in TP (total phosphorus) from April 1997 to February 1998. In addition, the triangle mark has shown the case where the soil layer 22 is comprised with the masa soil, and the square mark has shown the case where the soil layer 22 is comprised with the black Iku soil.
In any soil, a removal rate of 90% or more was obtained throughout the year with respect to raw water of TP = 0.59 to 2.48 mg / liter (average 1.49 mg / liter). The phosphorus removal amount per planting area was 0.141 g / m for the soil layer 22 of masa soil and black soil soil. 2 / Day, 0.113 g / m 2 / Day.
[0039]
FIG. 13 shows the change in TOC (total organic carbon) from April 1997 to March 1998. In addition, the triangle mark has shown the case where the soil layer 22 is comprised with the masa soil, and the square mark has shown the case where the soil layer 22 is comprised with the black Iku soil.
A removal rate of 80% or more was obtained regardless of the season with either the Masa soil or the black soil soil layer 22 with respect to TOC of about 5 mg / liter of raw water.
As is clear from these measurement examples, according to the present invention, it is clear that the road drainage of the initial rainfall with a high pollution load can be reliably purified.
[0040]
In the present embodiment, the case where the water purification structure of the present invention is applied to a revetment structure has been described. However, the water purification structure of the present invention is not limited to a revetment structure, for example, a general road, an elevated road, and a highway. It is widely applied to retaining walls and slopes.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
As apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, in the water purification structure in which the rainwater drainage that has fallen on the road is purified by passing through the soil layer, the rainwater road drainage is introduced. A storage tank is provided, the soil tank is provided along the storage tank, and the storage tank is The drained road drainage From the bottom Drain into the soil layer Configured as The reservoir is 3-5mm of rainfall on the planned water collection area of the road Since it is configured with a storage space that is large enough to store road drainage, it is a matter of course that the amount of rainfall per unit time is small, even if the amount of rainfall per unit time is large, the pollution load It is possible to reliably purify road drainage of high initial rainfall.
