Claims (2)

食器類の加熱消毒の際に加熱装置に接続される走行自在なコンテナであって、
前記加熱装置の熱気供給口部に接続される熱気受入口部を一側面部下側に有し、前記加熱装置の熱気吸引口部に接続される熱気排出口部を一側面部上側に有し、食器類が収容される収容室を内部に有する略箱形状のコンテナ本体と、
このコンテナ本体の前記収容室に配設され、食器類が載置される複数段の棚板と、
前記コンテナ本体の一側面部内面の近傍に配設され、少なくとも一部が前記熱気受入口部と対向する第1垂直案内板と、
この第1垂直案内板の上方に配設され、この第1垂直案内板との間に第1熱気流入口を形成する第1水平案内板と、
前記コンテナ本体の他側面部内面の近傍に配設された第2垂直案内板と、
この第2垂直案内板の上方に配設され、この第2垂直案内板との間に第2熱気流入口を形成する第2水平案内板とを備え、
前記熱気供給口部から前記熱気受入口部を通って前記コンテナ本体内に供給された熱気は、前記第1垂直案内板にて上方および下方に案内され、
前記第1垂直案内板にて上方に案内された熱気は、前記コンテナ本体の一側面部と前記第1垂直案内板との間を通って前記第1熱気流入口から前記収容室に流入し、
前記第1垂直案内板にて下方に案内された熱気は、前記コンテナ本体の下面部と前記最下段の棚板との間および前記コンテナ本体の他側面部と前記第2垂直案内板との間を通って前記第2熱気流入口から前記収容室に流入する

The hot air supplied from the hot air supply port through the hot air receiving port into the container body is guided upward and downward by the first vertical guide plate,
The hot air guided upward by the first vertical guide plate flows between the one side portion of the container body and the first vertical guide plate and flows into the accommodation chamber from the first hot air flow inlet,
The hot air guided downward by the first vertical guide plate is between the lower surface portion of the container body and the bottom shelf and between the other side surface portion of the container body and the second vertical guide plate. The container flows into the accommodation chamber from the second hot air flow inlet through the container.
