Claims (6)
- 被充填容器の充填口に挿入される円筒状のノズル本体と、
前記ノズル本体の内壁に設けられ、前記ノズル本体の内径寸法を狭めて前記ノズル本体を通過する液化ガスの流束を細くする狭窄部と、
を備えた液化ガス充填ノズルを用い、充填される前記液化ガスが前記狭窄部よりも下流側の前記ノズル本体の内壁に接触せずに供給される、液化ガス充填方法。 - 前記液化ガス充填ノズルが、前記ノズル本体の外周を囲み前記充填口と嵌合可能な外筒を備えた請求項1に記載の液化ガス充填方法。
- 前記液化ガス充填ノズルが、前記液化ガスの圧力が所定値以上となったときに開弁し所定値以下となったときに閉弁する圧力制御弁を前記狭窄部の前記液化ガス流れ方向上流に備えた請求項1又は2に記載の液化ガス充填方法。
- 前記液化ガス充填ノズルが、前記液化ガスを加圧する加圧ポンプを前記狭窄部の前記液化ガス流れ方向上流に備えた請求項1又は2に記載の液化ガス充填方法。
- 前記ノズル本体の内壁の表面粗さRaが0.1μm以下である請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガス充填方法。
- 鉛直方向上向きに前記充填口の配置された前記被充填容器の前記充填口に、前記液化ガス充填ノズルの前記ノズル本体を前記ノズル本体が鉛直方向下向きとなるように挿入した状態で前記液化ガスを充填する請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガス充填方法。
