Description

The present invention relates to a solid cosmetic container that holds a solid cosmetic having a dome-shaped convex portion.

Conventionally, a solid comprising a base and a solid cosmetic having a dome-shaped convex portion that bulges upward from the base, and a solid cosmetic holder that is housed and held so as to surround the base of the solid cosmetic. Cosmetic containers are known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP 2004-321410 A

Here, in the solid cosmetic container, when an external force such as impact or vibration due to dropping or the like acts, the solid cosmetic may be cracked or chipped.

The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and provides a solid cosmetic container that prevents cracking and chipping of the solid cosmetic when an external force is applied, such as impact or vibration due to dropping or the like. The purpose is to do.

Here, as a result of intensive research, the present inventor, for example, that the solid cosmetic is cracked or chipped when an external force is applied such as an impact or vibration due to dropping or the like is contained so as to surround the base of the solid cosmetic. Since the inner peripheral edge of the upper end of the held solid cosmetic holder is in contact with the solid cosmetic, when the external force is applied, the solid cosmetic bites into the inner peripheral edge of the solid cosmetic holder and cracks occur. I found out that this is the cause.

Therefore, the solid cosmetic container according to the present invention includes a solid cosmetic having a base and a dome-shaped convex portion that bulges upward from the base, and a solid cosmetic that is contained and held so as to surround the base of the solid cosmetic. A solid support, and when the solid cosmetic is applied, the entire solid cosmetic above the boundary including the boundary between the base and the convex of the solid cosmetic is exposed to the outside, and the solid cosmetic The outer peripheral edge of the boundary part between the base and the convex part is located below the inner peripheral edge of the upper end of the solid cosmetic carrier.

According to such a solid cosmetic container, the outer peripheral edge of the boundary portion between the base portion and the convex portion of the solid cosmetic material having the base portion and the dome-shaped convex portion bulging upward from the base portion is the solid cosmetic material. The solid cosmetic holder is located below the inner peripheral edge of the upper end of the solid cosmetic holder that is housed and held so as to surround the base, so that, for example, during the application of external force such as impact or vibration due to dropping or the like The inner peripheral edge of the upper end of the solid cosmetic does not come into contact with the solid cosmetic, and cracking or chipping of the solid cosmetic is prevented.

Here, it is preferable that the upper surface of the boundary portion of the solid cosmetic is an annular substantially flat surface or an annular concave surface.

Further, when the solid cosmetic is held on the solid cosmetic holder via an elastic portion that can be expanded and contracted in the vertical direction, for example, when the external force acts such as impact or vibration due to dropping, the elastic portion Thus, the external force transmitted to the solid cosmetic is buffered. In addition, when the external force is applied, the elastic portion expands and contracts and the solid cosmetic moves up and down. When the solid cosmetic is moved upward, the outer peripheral edge of the boundary portion of the solid cosmetic is the solid cosmetic. By configuring so that the outer edge of the boundary of the solid cosmetic does not come out above the upper end of the solid cosmetic holder so as to be positioned below the upper end of the holder, the solid cosmetic is in its original position When moving downward, the peripheral surface of the base of the solid cosmetic does not come into contact with the inner peripheral edge of the upper end of the solid cosmetic holder, and as a result, the solid cosmetic cracks. And chipping are further prevented.

In addition, the solid cosmetic is particularly effective when it is in a gel form, because it is easy to crack and lacks compared to a solid cosmetic containing powder and further containing oil and wax.

Here, as described above, the outer peripheral edge of the boundary portion between the base portion and the convex portion of the solid cosmetic is lower than the inner peripheral edge of the upper end of the solid cosmetic holder that is housed and held so as to surround the base portion. Therefore, an annular recess is formed by the upper surface on the boundary side of the solid cosmetic and the inner peripheral surface of the upper end of the solid cosmetic holder. For this reason, if the solid cosmetic has water separation, water separation from the solid cosmetic is accumulated in the annular recess, and as a result, the water separation is prevented from adhering to the outer surface of the container. As well as improving the appearance, it is possible to prevent the hands and the like from getting dirty, and to increase the commercial value of the appearance and use. In particular, when the upper surface of the boundary portion of the solid cosmetic is an annular substantially flat surface or an annular concave surface as described above, the upper surface on the boundary portion side of the solid cosmetic and the upper end of the solid cosmetic holding body are An annular recess formed by the inner peripheral surface is more suitably used as a water separation receptacle.

As described above, according to the present invention, for example, the inner peripheral edge of the upper end of the solid cosmetic holder does not come into contact with the solid cosmetic when an external force is applied such as impact or vibration due to dropping. Can be prevented.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a solid cosmetic container according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Note that, in each drawing, the same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted. 1 is a perspective view showing a solid cosmetic container, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state where a cap of the solid cosmetic container is removed, FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view of FIG. 2, and FIG. FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 are perspective views showing the solid cosmetic and the solid cosmetic holder, FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 are perspective views of the solid cosmetic holder, and FIG. It is a figure which shows the mode of solid cosmetics, and the said solid cosmetics container is provided with solid cosmetics, such as a blusher, for example, and uses for application | coating.

The solid cosmetic container 100 shown in FIG. 1 is shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, the solid cosmetic G, the solid cosmetic holder 1 that holds the solid cosmetic G, and FIGS. The container body 2, the solid cosmetic holder 1 and the cap 3 are molded products made of resin.

The solid cosmetic G is in a gel form (jelly form), for example, a blend of a gelling agent such as agar or carrageenan and a water-soluble dye, and has water separation properties. In addition, a moisturizer, powder, surfactant, and oil component can be blended into the gel-like solid cosmetic as necessary, and in addition to these, additions that can be usually blended into cosmetics Ingredients such as preservatives, fragrances, pH adjusters, whitening ingredients, and other chemical ingredients may be appropriately blended.

2 to 6, the solid cosmetic G has a substantially cylindrical base G1 and a dome shape (substantially hemispherical, substantially spherical cap, etc.) that bulges upward from the base G1. Including the convex portion G2.

As shown in FIGS. 3, 7, and 8, the solid cosmetic holder 1 has a mounting portion 1 a that is mounted on the container body 2, and a holding that holds the solid cosmetic G by being disposed inside the mounting portion 1 a. It is an integrally molded product made of resin that includes a portion 1b and an elastic portion 1c that is disposed below the mounting portion 1a and connects the mounting portion 1a and the holding portion 1b.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, the mounting portion 1 a has a substantially cylindrical shape, and has an uneven portion 1 d that is continuous along the circumferential direction and extends a predetermined length in the vertical direction on the outer peripheral surface thereof. . The uneven portion 1d is composed of a large number of convex portions 1q that are spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval along the circumferential direction, and constitutes the water-dropping portion 4 when the water flows out from a water-reception receiver described later. belongs to. A plurality of protrusions 1e for mounting on the container body 2 are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the mounting portion 1a along the circumferential direction below the uneven portion 1d.

The elastic part 1c is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape having the same diameter as the lower part of the mounting part 1a, and is a resin spring having a slit 1f that opens a peripheral wall. As shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the slit 1f has a horizontal opening 1g extending in the horizontal direction and vertically displaced, and is adjacent to the upper and lower sides of these horizontal openings 1g and 1g. The ends are connected by a vertical opening 1h extending in the vertical direction, and two are provided along the circumferential direction, and below the other slit 1f below the horizontal opening 1g above one slit 1f. 8 is arranged so that the horizontal opening 1g of the other slit 1f overlaps, and the upper horizontal opening 1g of the other slit 1f overlaps the upper side of the lateral opening 1g of the other slit 1f. As shown in the figure, the resin spring 1c has a portion that is 180 ° apart in the circumferential direction (a portion between the upper horizontal opening 1g of one slit 1f and the vertical opening 1h of the other slit 1f, and the other slit 1f on the upper side of 1f and one side Portion) 1i between the vertical aperture 1h of slits 1f, which is a two-point support which is supported on the lower portion of the mounting portion 1a in 1i. The resin spring 1c configured as described above can be expanded and contracted in the vertical direction by the slits 1f and 1f.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, the holding portion 1b includes a plurality of (four in this embodiment) legs 1j extending in the vertical direction and equally spaced apart in the circumferential direction. The foot 1j has rigidity, and a lower portion thereof is bent outward and is connected to a lower portion of the resin spring 1c, specifically, a lower portion than the slit 1f of the resin spring 1c.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, 6, and 7, an annular holder 1k and a radial holder 1m are provided on the upper portion of the foot 1j. A plurality (three in this embodiment) of the annular holder 1k are arranged concentrically. As shown in FIGS. 3, 6 and 7, the adjacent annular holders 1 k and 1 k are set so that the inner annular holder is raised on the upper side. Specifically, FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1, the upper surface 1k2 of the inner annular holder 1k is lower than the upper surface 1k1 of the innermost annular holder 1k, and is higher than the upper face 1k2 of the inner annular holder 1k. The upper surface 1k3 of the outermost annular holder 1k is low, and the upper surfaces 1k1, 1k2, and 1k3 are configured to be inclined surfaces that are inclined downwardly toward the outer side at substantially the same angle and are separated from each other. ing. And as shown in FIG.4 and FIG.7, the opening 1n enclosed by the innermost annular | circular shaped holding | maintenance body 1k provided with the upper surface 1k1 is set as a filling port into which the below-mentioned melted gel-like solid cosmetics are poured. ing.

The radial holders 1m are connected to the lower part of the innermost annular holder 1k having the upper surface 1k1, and a plurality (four in this embodiment) extend radially from the innermost annular holder 1k. The lower ends of the other annular holders 1k are connected to each other, and the outer ends thereof are connected to the upper ends of the vertically extending portions of the legs 1j.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the annular and radial holders 1k and 1m constituting the upper portion of the foot 1j are covered with the base G1 of the solid cosmetic G to hold the solid cosmetic G. It is supposed to be configured.

Here, in order to obtain the solid cosmetic G having the dome-shaped convex part G2 and held by the solid cosmetic holder 1, the solid cosmetic holder 1 is inverted as shown in FIG. The solid cosmetic is fitted into a mold (red mold) having a shape corresponding to (matching) the convex part G2 of the mold from above, and the gel-like solid cosmetic is thermally dissolved from the filling nozzle disposed above the mold. It flows into the molding space defined between the mold and the solid cosmetic holder 1 through the filling port (opening) 1n of the holder 1, and the annular and radial holders 1k and 1m of the solid cosmetic holder 1 are covered. The gel cosmetic solid G having a dome-shaped convex part G2 is formed, and the solid cosmetic G is held in an annular shape and radially. Solids shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 that are held by the bodies 1k and 1m粧料 carrier 1 is obtained. And the solid cosmetic G hold | maintained at the solid cosmetics holding body 1 can be moved up and down with respect to the internal peripheral surface of the mounting part 1a of the solid cosmetic holding body 1. FIG.

As shown in FIG. 3, the container body 2 to which such a solid cosmetic holder 1 is attached has a bottomed cylindrical shape, and its upper portion is bifurcated and protrudes upward. The container main body 2 is provided with an annular groove 2a for engaging the protrusion 1e of the solid cosmetic holder 1 in the axial direction on the inner peripheral surface of the upper portion 2c on the inner side, and on the outer side thereof. A male screw 2b for detachably mounting the cap 3 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the upper part 2d. The solid cosmetic holder 1 is inserted into the container main body 2 from the lower side thereof, and the protrusion 1e of the solid cosmetic holder 1 engages with the annular groove 2a of the container main body 2, whereby the axial direction It is connected so that it cannot move, and the dome-shaped convex portion G2 protrudes upward.

Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 2-4, the packing 5 is provided between the solid cosmetics holding body 1 and the container main body 2. As shown in FIG. The packing 5 is an annular body, and as shown in FIG. 3, the lower part is a bent lower part 5a bent inward and the upper part is a bent upper part 5b bent outward. . The packing 5 is configured such that the outer peripheral surface thereof is fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the upper portion 2d outside the container body 2, and the inner peripheral surface thereof faces the uneven portion 1d of the solid cosmetic holder 1 from the outer peripheral side. The bent lower portion 5a is sandwiched between the lower end surface of the convex portion 1q of the concave-convex portion 1d of the solid cosmetic holder 1 and the upper end surface of the upper portion 2c inside the container body 2, and the bent portion The upper part 5 b is configured to be placed on the upper end surface of the upper part 2 d outside the container body 2.

Since a predetermined rotational frictional resistance is generated between the inner peripheral surface of the bent lower portion 5a of the packing 5 and the outer peripheral surface of the mounting portion 1a of the solid cosmetic holder 1, the solid cosmetic holder 1 The container body 2 is non-rotatably connected via the packing 5. In other words, the solid cosmetic carrier 1 is attached to the container body 2 so as not to rotate and to be detached in the axial direction.

Then, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the convex portion 1 q of the concave-convex portion 1 d of the solid cosmetic holder 1 abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the packing 5, and the concave-convex portion 1 d of the solid cosmetic holder 1. A large number of holes extending in the up-down direction along the circumferential direction are formed between the concave surface and the inner peripheral surface of the packing 5. These holes constitute the drop-in portion 4 into which the water separation flows when the water separation flows out from a water separation receptacle described later. The drop-in part 4 is formed to have a hole diameter capable of holding the water that has flowed in by capillary action.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the inner peripheral surface of the bending lower part 5a of the packing 5 is provided with a number of concavo-convex parts that are continuous in the circumferential direction and extend in the vertical direction, so that the solid cosmetic carrier 1 A through-hole penetrating the dropping portion 4 vertically may be formed by the concave portion of the uneven portion 1d and the concave portion of the inner peripheral surface of the folded lower portion 5a of the packing 5, and the inner peripheral surface of the bent lower portion 5a of the packing 5 may be It is good also as a recessed part recessed in the dropping part 4 without providing a recessed part.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the cap 3 faces the solid cosmetic G and covers the solid cosmetic G from above, a dome-shaped cover 3a, and is continuously provided on the periphery of the cover 3a. And an annular peripheral wall portion 3b that extends. The cap 3 has its peripheral wall portion 3b extrapolated to the top of the container body 2, and a female screw (not shown) provided on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 3b is screwed into the male screw 2b of the container body 2. Thus, the container body 2 is detachably mounted. In the mounted state of the cap 3, an annular convex portion (not shown) that protrudes downward on the inner side of the peripheral wall portion 3 b of the cap 3 comes into contact with the upper end surface of the packing 5, thereby causing airtightness. It is planned.

Here, particularly in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the outer peripheral edge Gy of the boundary portion Gx between the base G1 and the convex portion G2 of the solid cosmetic G is the upper end of the solid cosmetic holder 1. It is set as the structure located below the inner periphery 1y. And the outer peripheral edge Gy of the boundary part Gx of the solid cosmetic G is positioned below the inner peripheral edge 1y of the upper end of the solid cosmetic holder 1 in this way, so that the boundary part Gx side of the solid cosmetic G An annular recess D is formed by the upper surface and the inner peripheral surface of the upper end of the solid cosmetic holder 1. In the present embodiment, the upper surface Gz of the boundary portion Gx of the solid cosmetic G that constitutes the recess D is an annular substantially flat surface.

In the case of using the solid cosmetic container 100 configured in this manner, the cap 3 is removed from the container main body 2, and the outer peripheral surface of the container main body 2 is held to form a dome shape of the gel-like solid cosmetic G. The protrusion G2 may be applied to the skin. In the case of this application, since the gel-like solid cosmetic G is stretched, the feeling of use is good. Further, especially in the summer, a cool feeling is given, so that the feeling of use is even better.

In particular, according to the solid cosmetic container 100 of the present embodiment, the outer peripheral edge Gy of the boundary portion Gx between the base G1 and the convex portion G2 of the solid cosmetic G surrounds the base G1 of the solid cosmetic G. The solid cosmetic material holding body 1 housed and held is positioned below the inner peripheral edge 1y at the upper end. For this reason, for example, when an external force such as an impact or vibration due to dropping is applied, the convex portion G2 of the gel-like solid cosmetic G is deformed as shown by a solid line from a normal position shown by a dotted line as shown in FIG. Even in this deformation, the inner peripheral edge 1y at the upper end of the solid cosmetic carrier 1 does not come into contact with the solid cosmetic G. Therefore, the solid cosmetic G is prevented from being cracked or chipped. In addition, it is more preferable that the inner peripheral edge 1y at the upper end of the solid cosmetic carrier 1 is chamfered from the viewpoint of preventing cracking and chipping of the solid cosmetic G.

Incidentally, when the outer peripheral edge Gy of the boundary portion Gx of the solid cosmetic G is located at the same level as or the upper side of the inner peripheral edge 1y of the upper end of the solid cosmetic holder 1, the above external force acts, As shown in FIG. 10, the solid cosmetic G penetrates into the inner peripheral edge 1 y of the solid cosmetic holder 1, and cracks W are generated, resulting in cracks and chipping.

Moreover, in this embodiment, since the solid cosmetic G is hold | maintained with respect to the solid cosmetics holding body 1 via the resin spring 1c which is an elastic part which can be expanded-contracted to an up-down direction, for example by fall etc. When an external force such as impact or vibration is applied, the external force transmitted from the container body 2 to the solid cosmetic G is buffered by the resin spring 1c between the container body 2 and the solid cosmetic G. Therefore, cracking and chipping of the solid cosmetic G are further prevented, and separation of the solid cosmetic G from the container is prevented. Further, when the external force is applied, the resin spring 1c expands and contracts and the solid cosmetic G moves up and down. When the solid cosmetic G moves upward, the outer peripheral edge Gy of the boundary portion Gx of the solid cosmetic G is changed. By being configured to be positioned below the upper end of the solid cosmetic carrier 1 (so that the outer peripheral edge Gy of the boundary portion Gx of the solid cosmetic G does not protrude above the upper end of the solid cosmetic carrier 1). When the solid cosmetic G is moved downward to return to the original position, the peripheral surface of the base G1 of the solid cosmetic G comes into contact with the inner peripheral edge 1y at the upper end of the solid cosmetic holder 1. No breakage or chipping of the solid cosmetic G is further prevented. In addition, the lower end surface of the resin spring 1c constituting the solid cosmetic holder 1 is applied in advance to the bottom of the container body 3 so that the solid cosmetic G does not retreat when the gel solid cosmetic G is applied. If the resin spring 1c has a strong spring property, for example, the gel-like solid cosmetic G is dented before the resin spring 1c stretches during application, the resin spring 1c may be in contact with the resin spring 1c. The lower end surface and the bottom of the container body 3 may be separated from each other.

Further, in the present embodiment, since the gel-like solid cosmetic G that is easy to crack and lacks as compared with the solid cosmetic containing powder and further containing oil and wax is targeted, Adoption of a prevention configuration is particularly effective.

Moreover, in this embodiment, since the gel-like solid cosmetic G has water separation and the solid cosmetic G has a convex portion G2 that bulges upward, the solid cosmetic G is separated from water. And the water separation flows down along the convex surface of the convex portion G2, but as described above, the outer peripheral edge Gy of the boundary portion Gx of the solid cosmetic G is within the upper end of the solid cosmetic holder 1. Since the annular concave portion D is formed by the upper surface on the boundary portion Gx side of the solid cosmetic G and the inner peripheral surface of the upper end of the solid cosmetic holder 1 located below the peripheral edge 1y, the solid cosmetic The water separation from G is stored in an annular recess D as a water separation receptacle. As a result, it is possible to prevent water separation from adhering to the outer surface of the container without providing another member such as a water absorbent. It is improved and it is prevented that a hand etc. are soiled. Therefore, the commercial value in appearance and use is increased while reducing costs.

In particular, according to the solid cosmetic container 100 of the present embodiment, the following actions and effects are achieved. That is, in the unlikely event that the water separation flows out from the water separation receptacle composed of the annular recess D, the water separation travels along the upper surface of the solid cosmetic material holder 1, and this water separation is provided along the circumferential direction. It flows into the dropped part 4 and is held by the capillary action of the dropped part 4. For this reason, without providing a separate member such as a water absorbent, water separation from the solid cosmetic G is prevented from adhering to the outer surface of the container, the appearance is improved and the hands and the like are prevented from being soiled. Yes. As a result, the commercial value in appearance and use is enhanced while reducing costs. In addition, according to the capillary action by this dropping part 4, even if the solid cosmetic container 100 is turned upside down, the water separation held in the dropping part 4 does not fall. Incidentally, in this embodiment, although the uneven | corrugated | grooved part 1d is provided in the outer peripheral surface of the mounting part 1a of the solid cosmetics holder 1, and the dropping part 4 is formed between the inner peripheral surfaces of the packing 5, Contrary to this, an uneven portion may be provided on the inner peripheral surface of the packing 5, and a similar drop portion may be formed between the outer peripheral surface of the mounting portion 1 a of the solid cosmetic carrier 1. Further, the dropping portion having such a configuration is not limited to the space between the outer peripheral surface of the mounting portion 1 a of the solid cosmetic holder 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the packing 5, and surrounds the solid cosmetic holder 1. The outer peripheral surface of the mounting portion 1a of the solid cosmetic carrier 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the container main body 2 are used as the surrounding member that surrounds the solid cosmetic carrier 1 without the packing 5 that is the surrounding member. A drop part may be provided between the two, and further, for example, a hole or a recess may be provided on the upper surface of the solid cosmetic carrier 1 to form the drop part.

In addition, in order to disperse | distribute the force which acts on an annular holding body from the substantially center upper part of the said solid cosmetic G at the time of application | coating of the solid cosmetic G to each annular holding body substantially uniformly, height is high as it goes inside. In place of the annular holder 1k, as shown in FIG. 11, an annular holder 11k whose outermost upper surface 11k3, middle upper surface 11k2, and innermost upper surface 11k1 have substantially the same height is adopted. As shown in FIG. 12, an annular holding body 21k having a lower middle inner surface 21k2 compared to the outermost upper surface 21k3 and a lower innermost upper surface 21k1 as compared to the middle upper surface 21k2. It may be adopted.

As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated concretely based on the embodiment, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, For example, in the said embodiment, the function as a water separation receptacle can fully be exhibited. The upper surface Gz of the boundary portion Gx of the solid cosmetic G is an annular substantially flat surface, and the upper surface on the boundary portion Gx side of the solid cosmetic G and the inner peripheral surface of the upper end of the solid cosmetic holder 1 are annular. Although the concave portion D is formed, the upper surface Gz of the boundary portion Gx of the solid cosmetic G may be, for example, an annular concave surface, and as the solid cosmetic holder 1 approaches the mounting portion 1a. It is also possible to use an annular inclined surface inclined downward.

In the above embodiment, the solid cosmetic G is not fixed to the mounting portion 1a of the solid cosmetic holding body 1 but has no resin spring 1c in order to prevent cracking or chipping of the solid cosmetic. It may be fixed to the mounting portion 1a of the solid cosmetic carrier 1 as a solid cosmetic carrier, for example, an inner dish such as a solid cosmetic container described in JP-A-2004-321410, It may be fixed to the solid cosmetic carrier. Further, the present invention can also be applied to a solid cosmetic container such as a compact in which the solid cosmetic holding body and the container main body are combined and the solid cosmetic holding body is the container main body. The outer peripheral edge of the boundary portion between the base portion and the convex portion of the solid cosmetic may be provided with a configuration located below the inner peripheral edge of the upper end of the solid cosmetic holding body that is the container body.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the solid cosmetic is made into a gel that is easy to break and easily chipped, particularly as it is prominently effective in preventing cracking and chipping of the solid cosmetic. The present invention can also be applied to solid cosmetics containing oil and wax, such as lip and teak, and even such solid cosmetics can prevent cracking and chipping.

Moreover, in order for the annular recessed part D mentioned above to exhibit the function as a water separation receptacle, solid cosmetics should just have water separation.
