Description

【0001】
Mat.Speed:200m/分、Eval.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a polyester processed yarn suitable for a woven or knitted fabric and a woven or knitted fabric using the yarn.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Polyester-processed yarn has excellent physical and chemical properties, so it is widely used in clothing and industrial applications. However, when used in clothing, it has the disadvantage of producing a firm texture. Yes, it was difficult to expand to inner and underwear.
[0003]
For this reason, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 6-25930 and 7-34341 propose methods for reducing the firmness of the woven or knitted fabric made of polyester mixed yarn. However, the single yarn fineness of the mixed fiber composite yarn was thick and did not have a soft texture.
[0004]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-43838 proposes a polyester double structure yarn. However, there was a problem that the texture was satisfactory but the texture was not obtained.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and to provide a polyester false twisted yarn having a soft texture and a waist that was not nylon or cotton and the yarn suitable for use as an inner or underwear It is to provide a used knitted or knitted fabric.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The polyester false twisted yarn of the present invention has the following configuration.
[0007]
That is, a polyester false twisted yarn having a single yarn fineness of 0.4 to 0.8 dtex and a total fineness of 30 to 100 dtex, and the polyester false twisted yarn has a hot water shrinkage of 2 to 6% and a stretch recovery. The polyester false twisted yarn is characterized in that the rate CR is 10 to 35%, the crimp expression rate TR is 4 to 14%, and the number of entanglements is 50 to 225.
[0008]
The polyester false twisted yarn preferably has a Wooster thickness unevenness U% of 0.8 to 2.0%.
[0009]
Furthermore, in the present invention, the polyester false twisted yarn is used for a circular knitted fabric, a warp knitted fabric, or a woven fabric.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The polyester false twisted yarn of the present invention is made of a polyester multifilament yarn and has a single yarn fineness of 0.4 to 0.8 dtex. Desirably, it is 0.4 to 0.6 dtex. That is, the single yarn fineness is set to 0.4 to 0.8 dtex so that the processed yarn of the present invention has an excellent texture. When the single yarn fineness is less than 0.4 dtex, snagging tends to occur when the knitted fabric is made, whereas when the single yarn fineness exceeds 0.8 dtex, the texture of the present invention is not achieved.
[0011]
The total fineness of the polyester false twisted yarn of the present invention is 30 to 100 dtex. Desirably, it is 30 to 90 dtex. That is, in the false twisted yarn of the present invention, if the total fineness is less than 30 dtex, the polyester processed yarn is easily broken during weaving or knitting, while if the total fineness exceeds 100 dtex, the texture of the present invention is achieved. Not.
[0012]
Furthermore, the polyester false twisted yarn of the present invention has an expansion / contraction recovery rate CR of 10 to 35%. Desirably, it is 15 to 35%. That is, in order for the processed yarn of the present invention to give an excellent texture, the expansion / contraction recovery rate CR is 10 to 35%. If the expansion / contraction recovery ratio CR is less than 10%, the texture becomes firm, while if the expansion / contraction recovery ratio CR exceeds 35%, the “fukuki” characteristic of the texture of conventional polyester processed yarn is emphasized and desired. The excellent texture of
[0013]
The expansion / contraction recovery rate CR (%) is a skein length of 40 cm as shown in JIS L 1090-1992, and a skein of 10 windings is made. Immerse in water for 20 minutes. Take out the soaked skein and let it stand for 12 hours or more in a horizontal state so that water is not disturbed by the blotting paper. The stretch recovery rate of JIS L 1090-1992 was measured for the skein after being left, and was determined as the stretch recovery rate CR.
[0014]
Next, the polyester processed yarn of the present invention has a crimp expression rate TR of 3 to 15%. Desirably, the crimp expression rate TR is 5 to 15%. That is, in order for the processed yarn of the present invention to give an excellent texture, the crimp expression rate TR is 3 to 15%. When the crimp expression rate TR is less than 3%, the texture becomes stiff. On the other hand, when the TR exceeds 14%, the “Fukakuki” characteristic of the texture of the conventional polyester processed yarn is emphasized and desired excellent The texture does not disappear.
[0015]
Crimp expression rate TR (%) is a skein length of 40 cm and a small skein of 20 windings, in an initial load of 0.0150 mN / dtex so that the yarn does not shrink without disturbing the skein. A tension dry heat treatment is performed at 150 ° C. for 5 minutes, and after that, the skein is left for 10 minutes or more so as not to disturb the skein, and the skein length L0 is measured. Further, a constant load of 0.08827 cN / dtex is hung and the skein length L1 is measured after 30 seconds. The crimp expression rate TR is calculated from the following equation.
[0016]
Crimp expression rate TR = (L1−L0) / L1 × 100 (%)
Next, the polyester false twisted yarn of the present invention is provided with entanglement of entanglement number 50 to 225. Desirably, the number of entanglements is 50-150. That is, in order for the processed yarn of the present invention to give an excellent texture, entanglement with an entanglement number of 50 to 225 is given. When the number of entanglements exceeds 225, the texture becomes stiff, and when the number of entanglements is less than 50, yarn breaks easily when weaving or knitting into a woven or knitted fabric.
[0017]
The number of confounding is obtained by the following method. That is,
The number of entanglements is a numerical value obtained by measuring the degree of entanglement according to JIS L 1013-1992 and setting the value to 1/2.
[0018]
Furthermore, the polyester false twisted yarn of the present invention desirably has a Wooster thickness unevenness U% of 0.8 to 2.0%. More desirably, it is 1.2 to 2.0%. That is, the Wooster thickness unevenness U% is 0.8 to 2.0% so that the processed yarn of the present invention gives an excellent texture. When the Wooster thickness unevenness U% of the polyester false twisted yarn is less than 0.8%, the texture is not improved. Also, if U% exceeds 2.0%, the dyeing difference in the longitudinal direction of the yarn becomes large, causing “irritation” due to dyed spots, and further the unevenness in the lengthwise direction of the yarn, which causes polyester during weaving and knitting. Fluff is likely to occur in the processed yarn.
[0019]
In addition, Wooster thickness spot (U%) is based on the measured value with the Worcester thickness spot tester by Zelbegger, typeKET80C. Mat. Speed: 200 m / min, Eval. Time: measured at 1'00 ", Mode: Normal.
[0020]
Further, the polyester false twisted yarn of the present invention expresses an excellent texture when used in a woven or knitted fabric. For example, it is excellent when knitted into a circular knitting such as a tentacle, a pearl knitting, a rib knitting, an interlock knitting, or a blister Expresses the texture. Round knitting such as tengu is suitable for underwear, undershirts and dress shirts. By coating the resin on one side, a soft texture with a “tension waist” is developed. As the coating agent, an acrylic or polyurethane thermoplastic resin is used.
[0021]
When the knitted fabric is knitted into a warp knitting such as a half knitting, a reverse half knitting, a quince coat knitting, a double atlas knitting, a raschel tulle, a raschel marquisette, etc., an excellent texture is exhibited. In addition, when weaving into a fabric such as plain weave, oblique weave, and satin weave, an excellent texture is exhibited.
[0022]
A preferred method for producing the polyester false twisted yarn of the present invention will be described based on the embodiment of FIG.
[0023]
A polyethylene terephthalate chip is spun off by a conventional method to obtain a highly oriented undrawn yarn (POY) having a birefringence of 0.06 to 0.12. The POY is subjected to a false twisting process shown in FIG. 1 between the first feed roller (1FR) 2 and the second feed roller (2FR) 4 with a heating pin 3 between 70 to 98% of the natural stretch ratio (NDR). Then, between the third feed rollers 8, a false twist is imparted by the triaxial circumscribed friction twister 7, heated by the dry heat plate heater 5, and cooled to the glass transition temperature by the cooling plate 6, After passing through the twister, the false twisted yarn is untwisted and has crimps. Further, the hollow heater 9 is heated with the third feed roller (3FR) 10 at a temperature lower than that of the dry heat plate heater in a relaxed state, thereby stabilizing the crimp. Entangling is imparted by the entangling nozzle 11 between the 3FR 10 and the fourth feed roller (4FR) 12. Finally, the processed yarn cheese 15 is wound by a winding roller (WDR) 14.
[0024]
