Description
まず、図1から図5を用いて、本発明の第1の実施の形態について説明する。なお、本実施の形態においては、外板110と断面ハット型のストリンガ120とをリベット130で結合した航空機主翼用の複合材100(図2参照)の損傷を探知する「損傷探知システム」に、損傷探知用モジュール化センサを適用した例について説明する。
次に、図6及び図7を用いて、本発明の第2の実施の形態について説明する。

Claims (1)
- FBGセンサを有する光ファイバと、
前記光ファイバの端部に取り付けられるコネクタと、
前記光ファイバを部分的に被覆するチューブと、
を備えることを特徴とする損傷探知用モジュール化センサの製造方法であって、
前記チューブの外径より若干大きい寸法の最小径部を有するとともに両端が拡大開口部とされる中空部が設けられた管状部材を準備する管状部材準備工程と、
前記管状部材の一方の前記拡大開口部に前記チューブの一方の端部を挿入し前記端部を前記最小径部近傍に配置して前記端部の径方向の動きを規制するチューブ挿入工程と、
前記管状部材の他方の前記拡大開口部に前記光ファイバを挿入するとともに前記チューブの前記端部に前記光ファイバを挿入する光ファイバ挿入工程と、
前記チューブ及び前記光ファイバから前記管状部材を取り外す管状部材取外工程と、
前記光ファイバの端部に前記コネクタを取り付けるコネクタ取付工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする損傷探知用モジュール化センサの製造方法。
