Description

The present invention relates to a device cooperation system that operates devices in cooperation with each other, and particularly relates to a technology related to setting of a device cooperation method in the device cooperation system.

With the progress of digitalization and networking in recent years, “information home appliances” in which home appliances are integrated with computers and communication devices are appearing on the market. In addition, a system has been developed in which those “information appliances” are connected to each other via a home network, exchange information, and operate in cooperation with each other.
As an example of such a device cooperation system, there is a multi-device cooperation operation instruction device using a learning remote controller. The user causes the learning remote controller to learn control commands for a plurality of devices, and registers a combination of control commands for the plurality of devices in a specific button. As a result, the user can operate any of a plurality of devices in a coordinated manner with a single operation. For example, the TV and DVD player can be turned on in a single operation, the TV can be switched to DVD input, and the DVD player can be played. As a result, each device is in a state suitable for DVD viewing.

As an example of such a device cooperation system, there is a device cooperation system that individually sets the operation of a device that is a trigger for the cooperation operation and the operation of the device that operates in cooperation with the device, and performs the cooperative operation based on the setting. 1 is proposed.
JP 2002-186067 A

However, in the above-described conventional device cooperation system, the user needs to individually set the operation of the devices to be linked, and the setting procedure is complicated and troublesome.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to realize a device cooperation system in which a user can easily perform settings for reproducing each device in a state desired by the user without individually setting the operation of each device.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has been made with the idea that each device reproduces the state desired by the user simply by designating that the current state is desirable or that the current state is disliked. It is a thing.
Therefore, the device cooperation apparatus according to the present invention is based on a predetermined criterion from an operation history recording unit that detects user operations on a plurality of external devices and records an operation history, and an operation history recorded in the operation history recording unit. User operation extracting means for extracting a group of user operations, cooperative operation specifying means for specifying a cooperative operation of a plurality of external devices for reproducing the state of the external device guided by the group of user operations, and the operation specifying means Detecting means for detecting a specific event that triggers the operation of the plurality of external devices specified by the step, and detecting the specific event, the operation related to the cooperative action specified by the action specifying means And a device cooperation means for transmitting a control signal for causing each external device to be transmitted to each external device.

Here, the user operation means an operation or state change of the device caused by the user, for example, an operation in which the illumination is turned on when the user turns on the illumination switch. In addition to this, the user operation of the human sensor, which is generated when the user is detected, is considered to be included in the user operation.

Since the device cooperation apparatus according to the present invention is configured as described above, the operation of the external device for reproducing the state of the external device as a result of an operation performed by the user in the past is specified, and these are specified. Since it can be triggered by an event, it is possible to make settings to reproduce the state of the external device led by the user operation performed in the past, without the user having to perform complicated operations Become.

In addition, the cooperative operation specifying unit includes a receiving unit that receives a predetermined instruction from the user;
A state collection unit that collects the state of the external device at the time when the reception unit receives the instruction, a correspondence management unit that manages the operation of the external device and the state of the external device that is guided by the operation in association with each other; And a specifying unit that specifies an operation of the external device related to the cooperative operation based on the state collected by the state collection unit in accordance with the predetermined instruction.

As a result, it is possible to collect the state of the external device at a predetermined time point, specify an operation for guiding the external device to those states, and execute the operation.
The identification unit may identify an operation of an external device for reproducing the state collected by the state collection unit.
Accordingly, the user can easily set an operation for reproducing the state of the external device at that time and an operation that triggers the operation, simply by instructing the predetermined time.

The specifying unit may specify an operation of an external device for reproducing a specific state different from the state collected by the state collecting unit.
Thereby, it is possible to collect the state of the external device at a predetermined time point, specify an operation for guiding the external device to a state different from those states, and execute the operation. In other words, the user can easily specify a predetermined time point, easily reproduce a state different from the state of the external device at that time point, for example, the opposite state such as ON and OFF of the air conditioner, and the trigger It becomes possible to set the operation.

Further, the user operation extraction means may extract user operations performed at intervals within a predetermined time continuously as a group until a predetermined time point.
It is considered that a group of user operations performed continuously up to a predetermined time point with an interval of a predetermined time or less having directly influenced the state of the external device at that time point. Thereby, it becomes possible to specify the operation of the external device for effectively reproducing the state of the external device.

In addition, the specific event detected by the detection unit includes any one of the operations of the external device caused by the user operation on the specific external device included in the group of the user operations acquired by the user operation extraction unit. It may be characterized by being performed.
As a result, all the operations of the external devices caused by the extracted group of user operations can be detected as triggers for operating other external devices, and the number of operations is not limited to one. Become. That is, even the operation of the same external device can be triggered by various operations. Further, the specific event detected by the detection unit is a group of the user operations acquired by the user operation extraction unit. It is good also as characterized by being operation of an external device resulting from user operation performed first.

As a result, the device cooperation apparatus performs an operation for reproducing a state derived as a result of the user operation performed thereafter, triggered by the operation of the external device resulting from the user operation performed first. Can be reproduced in order of time, and the operation of the external device resulting from the user operation history can be reproduced to some extent faithfully in order of time.
The specific event detected by the detecting means may be an operation of a specific external device set in advance.

As a result, when the operation of the external device that triggers the operation of the external device cannot be specified for some reason, the external device is operated instead of the preset operation of the external device. It is possible to specify the operation of an external device as a trigger when the operation is performed.
The device cooperation apparatus further includes an acquisition unit that acquires data output from an external device that can output data among the external devices, and the device cooperation unit performs the operation specified by the cooperation operation specifying unit. When one of the external devices outputs data, the control signal and the data acquired by the acquisition unit are transmitted to the other external device among the external devices related to the specified operation. It is good to do.

As a result, when the same data output from the connected external device is used as input data for another external device, the user can easily transmit the data output from the external device to the other external device as input data. can do.

Unit 107, setting storage unit 111, and cooperative operation control unit 110.

In the example of FIG. 7, L304 to L315 respectively indicate the history data of the operation of the external device detected by the device cooperation apparatus 001. For example, L304 indicates that the entrance sensor 005 is the user's user at 9:15:00 on March 2. The example which detected going out is shown, L306 has shown the example that the user turned ON the illumination 002 at 20: 05: 3 on the same day.

FIG. 8 shows a configuration and example contents of the important operation history data 400 created by the user operation extraction unit 105 using data extracted from the user operation history data 300. Since the configuration (401 to 403) is the same as that of the user operation history data 300, detailed description thereof is omitted.
In the example of FIG. 8, L404 to L410 indicate examples of history data extracted from the user operation history data 300. For example, L404 detects that the entrance sensor 005 detects that the user has returned home on March 3, 18:10:00. An example is shown.

FIG. 9 shows a configuration and an example of contents of the current state data 500 collected from the external device by the current state collection unit 109 and sent to the operation specifying unit 106. As described above, the current state data 500 is data indicating the current state of the external device, and includes the device 501 and the state 502. In the example of FIG. 9, for example, a state in which the lighting 002 is ON, the power of the television 007 is ON, the channel is 8, the volume is 15, and the like is registered.

<動作>
FIG. 10 shows a configuration and example contents of the cooperative operation setting data 600 stored in the setting storage unit 111. The cooperative operation setting data 600 is data including the device and operation of the trigger operation 601, the device and operation of the cooperative operation 602, and is information recording the specified trigger operation and the cooperative operation.
In the example of FIG. 10, for example, when the entrance sensor 005 senses that the user has returned home, a trigger operation and a cooperative operation are set such that the illumination 002 is turned on.
<Operation>
<Overall Operation of Device Cooperation Device 001>
Hereinafter, the operation of the above-described device cooperation apparatus 001 will be described.

FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the overall operation of the device cooperation apparatus 001.
When the user operation is performed on the external device connected via the network, the device cooperation apparatus 001 records the user operation (step S101, step S102), and the user says “the current state is preferable” and the external When a designation indicating that the device state is positive is received, the current state of the external device is collected and the trigger operation and the cooperative operation are specified (steps S103 to S106). When a trigger operation 601 stored in the cooperative operation setting data 600 is detected, a series of procedures are repeatedly performed such as transmitting a control command or the like for causing the device of the cooperative operation 602 to perform a predetermined operation. It is.

Hereinafter, the overall operation of the device cooperation apparatus 001 will be described in detail.
When the user performs an operation on the external device, the external device that performed the operation transmits the operation content generated due to the operation of the user to the device cooperation apparatus 001. In response to this, when the operation content resulting from the user operation sent from the external device via the communication unit 102 is detected (YES in step S101), the user operation record control unit 103 displays the device name of the external device, Processing is performed to record the detected contents and the time in the user operation history storage unit 104, and the user operation history data 300 is additionally updated (step S102).

Next, when there is no instruction from the user to the reception unit 108 (NO in step S103), the device linkage apparatus 001 moves the process to step S107. Here, when the user inputs a signal indicating that “the current state is desirable” by pressing a button on the reception unit 108 (YES in step S <b> 103), the reception unit 108 sends to the operation specifying unit 106. An instruction is transmitted to perform processing for specifying the trigger operation and the cooperative operation.

In response to this instruction, the operation specifying unit 106 transmits an instruction to the current state collection unit 109 to collect the state of the external device, and the current state collection unit 109 that receives the instruction transmits the instruction to the external device via the communication unit 102. Tell the instructions to return the current status. When information about the current state is transmitted from the external device in response to this instruction, the current state collection unit 109 creates the current state data 500 and transmits it to the operation specifying unit 106 (step S104).

Next, the action specifying unit 106 moves the process to the trigger action specifying process. Here, details of the trigger action specifying process will be described in more detail with reference to FIG.
FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing the trigger action specifying means performed by the device cooperation apparatus 001. When the action specifying unit 106 receives an instruction to perform the trigger action specifying process, the operation specifying unit 106 first gives the user operation extracting unit 105 an important operation that represents history data of a group of user operations that may have led to the current state of the external device. An instruction is given to extract the history data 400 from the user operation history data 300. In response to this, the user operation extraction unit 105 first refers to the user operation history data 300 stored in the user operation history storage unit 104 (step S201).

Next, the user operation extraction unit 105 first pays attention to the latest history data in the user operation history data 300 (step S202), calculates a time difference with the previous data, and the difference is calculated. If it is within the predetermined time (NO in step S203), pay attention to the previous history data (step S204), and calculate the time difference between the history data and the previous history data.

As described above, in step 203, the processing of step 203 and step 204 is repeated one after another until the time difference between the focused history data and the previous history data becomes larger than a predetermined time. The predetermined time is a value set at the time of factory shipment, and is data stored in the storage unit 107.
Here, when it is determined that the time difference between the historical data focused in step S203 and the previous historical data is larger than the predetermined time (YES in step S203), the user operation extraction unit 105 focuses in step 204. From the recorded history data to the latest history data are extracted and registered as important operation history data 400 (step S205). Then, the user operation extraction unit 105 transmits the important operation history data 400 to the operation specifying unit 106.

Here, the action specifying unit 106 that has received the important operation history data 400 specifies the first detected operation of the external device in the important operation history data 400 as a trigger action (S206), and ends the trigger action specifying process. .
Next, the operation specifying unit 106 shifts the processing to the cooperative operation specifying process. Here, the details of the cooperative operation specifying process will be described in more detail with reference to FIG.

FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the cooperation operation specifying process performed by the device cooperation apparatus 001. The action specifying unit 106 first refers to the current state data 500 acquired from the current state acquiring part and the important operation history data 400 acquired in the trigger action specifying process (step S301).
Next, when the operation associated with the state of the external device indicated by the current state data 500 is acquired from the device information data 200, and the acquired operation is included in the detected content of the important operation history data 400, The operation is specified as a cooperative operation (step S302). However, when the operation of the external device is acquired from the current state data 500 using the device information data 200, if there are a plurality of current states in the same device, the value of the priority 204 of the device information data 200 is It is assumed that the operation 202 is acquired from the large state 203.

Next, the action specifying unit 106 associates the trigger action and the linked action specified as described above, adds them to the linked action setting data 600, stores them in the setting storage unit 111, and finishes the linked action specifying process.
As described above, in step S103, the user indicates that “the current state is desirable” and indicates that the state of the external device is positive, for example, by pressing a button on the reception unit 203 of the device cooperation apparatus 001. As a result, the device cooperation apparatus 001 performs steps S104 to S106, and the trigger operation and the cooperation operation are set.

Next, when the cooperation operation control unit 110 of the device cooperation apparatus 001 detects an operation content caused by a user operation sent from an external device via the communication unit 102, the operation content is stored in the setting storage unit 111. It is searched whether or not it is registered in the trigger operation of the cooperative operation setting data 600 that has been registered, and if registered (YES in step S107), in order to cause the device associated with the trigger operation to perform the cooperative operation. By transmitting a control command or the like, it is possible to cause an external device to perform a cooperative operation.

Thereafter, the device cooperation apparatus returns the process to step S101. If the trigger operation is not detected in step S107, the process returns to step S101.
Hereinafter, the operation of the device cooperation apparatus 001 described so far will be described with reference to specific data examples. Here, the user returns home to the device cooperation system 008 shown in FIG. 1 and turns on the lighting 002, the television 007, and the air conditioner 003. Next, the user says that “the current state is desirable”. Affirmative designation of the state will be described on the assumption that the state is input to the device cooperation apparatus 001 by pressing a button on the reception unit 108 or the like.

It is assumed that the device cooperation apparatus 001 holds the device information data 200 illustrated in FIG. In addition, it is assumed that previous user operation data is stored in L304 to L309 in FIG.
First, information that the entrance sensor 005 senses that the user has returned home is captured in step S101, and the content is recorded as L309 in the user operation history data 300 in step S102. Subsequently, the operation of the external device resulting from the user operation on the illumination 002, the television 007, and the air conditioner 003 is recorded in L311 to L315.

Subsequently, in step S103, it is detected in step S103 that the user inputs “the current state is desirable” to the reception unit 108 of the device cooperation apparatus 001, and the device cooperation apparatus 001 moves the process to step S104. In step S104, the current state acquisition unit of the device cooperation apparatus 001 transmits an instruction to return the current state to the external device. In response to this instruction, the current state acquisition unit that is notified of the current state from the external device creates the current state data 500 shown in FIG.

Next, the action specifying unit 106 moves the process to the trigger action specifying process (step S105). In step S105, first, the user operation extraction unit 105 focuses on L315 which is the latest history data in the user operation history data 300 illustrated in FIG. The time of the history data indicated by L315 represents March 3, 18:10:20. Next, the user operation extraction unit 105 calculates the difference between the time of L314 and the time of L315, which is the previous history data, and shows the magnitude relationship between the predetermined time stored in the storage unit 107 and the calculated time difference. Compare (step S203).

Here, it is assumed that the predetermined time used for the comparison is set to 2 minutes. In this case, since the calculated time difference is 0, the user operation extraction unit 105 moves the process to step S204, and pays attention to the previous history data L314. Thereafter, steps S203 and S204 are repeated one after another until the time difference from the previous history data becomes larger than the predetermined time in step S203.

In the example of the operation history data illustrated in FIG. 7, focusing on L310, the time difference from the previous history data L309 is greater than 2 minutes, so the user operation extraction unit 105 extracts L310 to L315, The important operation history data 400 as shown in FIG. 8 is created, and the operation of home entrance detection of the entrance sensor 005 in L315 which is the first history data of the important operation history data 400 is specified as the trigger operation, and the trigger operation Finish the specific process.

Next, the action specifying unit 106 refers to the current state data 500 shown in FIG. 9 transmitted from the current state collecting part 109 and the important operation history data 400 shown in FIG. 8 created in the trigger action specifying process (step S301). . First, the action specifying unit 106 acquires an action associated with the state indicated by the current state data 500 from the device information data 200.
Here, in the current state shown in FIG. 9, for example, when a plurality of current states are acquired by the same device such as the air conditioner 003, the current state having a high priority 204 in the device information data 200 is reproduced. Assuming that there are important current states to be performed, the operation is acquired from only these current states. In this example, the current state of the air conditioner 003 is ON, the set temperature is 21 ° C., and the room temperature is 20 ° C. However, in the device information data 200, the priority 204 for the state is ON, and the priority 204 for the set temperature and the room temperature. Is set to 2, the operation is acquired only when the current state is ON.

In this way, the operation of the device acquired as the operation associated with the state shown in the current state data 500 shown in FIG. 9 is as follows when expressed as a combination of the device and the operation of the device. That is, illumination 002 / ON, television 007 / ON, television 007 / CH tuning, television 007 / volume change, kotatsu 006 / ON, air conditioner 003 / ON, and stereo 004 / OFF.

Next, the operation specifying unit 106 determines whether the acquired combination of the device and the operation is registered in the important operation history data 400, and if registered, specifies the operation as a cooperative operation ( Step S301). In this example, lighting 002 / ON, television 007 / ON, kotatsu 006 / ON, and air conditioner 003 / ON are specified as the cooperative operations. Next, as shown in FIG. 10, these cooperative actions are associated with the trigger action specified by the trigger action specifying means, added to the cooperative action setting data 600, stored in the setting storage unit 111, and the cooperative action specifying process is performed. Finish.

As described above, in step S103, the user indicates that “the current state is desirable” and indicates that the state of the external device is positive, for example, by pressing a button on the receiving unit 108 of the device cooperation apparatus 001. The device cooperation apparatus 001 simply performs steps S104 to S106, and as a result, the trigger operation and the cooperation operation are set as shown in FIG.

In such a case, the cooperative operation control unit 110 transmits a control signal to the lighting 002, the television 007, the kotatsu 006, and the air conditioner 003 so as to perform the ON operation, and in response thereto, these devices perform the ON operation.

<動作>
<Operation>
<Overall Operation of Device Cooperation Device 001>
Hereinafter, the operation of the device cooperation apparatus 001 according to the second embodiment will be described.
FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the overall operation of the device cooperation apparatus 001.
When the user operation is performed on the external device connected via the network, the device cooperation apparatus 001 records the user operation (steps S101 and S102), and the user says “I don't like the current state”. When a designation indicating that the external device state is negative is received, the current state of the external device is collected, and the trigger operation and the cooperative operation are specified (steps S103 to S106). Then, when a trigger operation stored in the cooperative operation setting data 600 is detected, a series of procedures are repeatedly performed such as transmitting a control command or the like for causing the device of the cooperative operation to perform a predetermined operation. .

Next, when there is no designation regarding the state of the external device by the user with respect to the reception unit 108 (NO in step S103), the device linkage apparatus 001 moves the process to step S107. Here, when the user inputs a signal for designating “I don't like the current state” by pressing a button on the reception unit 108 (YES in step S103), the reception unit 108 moves the operation specifying unit 106. Is instructed to perform processing for specifying the trigger operation and the cooperative operation.

Next, the operation specifying unit 106 shifts the processing to the trigger operation specifying process. Here, details of the trigger operation specifying process will be described in more detail with reference to FIG.
FIG. 11 is a flowchart showing the trigger action specifying means performed by the device cooperation apparatus 001. When the action specifying unit 106 receives an instruction to perform the trigger action specifying process, the action specifying unit 106 first performs a group of user operations that are considered to have led the user operation extracting unit 105 from the user operation history data 300 to the current state of the external device. Tell instructions to extract historical data. In response to this, the user operation extraction unit 105 first refers to the user operation history data 300 stored in the user operation history storage unit 104 (step S400).

Next, the user operation extraction unit 105 pays attention to the latest history data in the referenced user operation history data 300 (step S401), calculates a time difference from the previous data, and calculates the difference. Is within the predetermined time (NO in step S402), paying attention to the previous history data (step S403), the time difference between the history data and the previous history data is calculated. In this way, in step 402, the process of repeating step 402 and step 403 is performed until the time difference between the focused history data and the previous history data becomes larger than a predetermined time.

The predetermined time is a value set at the time of factory shipment, and is data stored in the storage unit 107.
Here, when it is determined that the time difference between the historical data focused in step S403 and the previous historical data is larger than the predetermined time (YES in step S402), the user operation extraction unit 105 is focused. The detected content of the history data is specified as the trigger operation (S404), and the trigger operation specifying process is finished.

Next, the operation specifying unit 106 shifts the processing to the cooperative operation specifying process. Here, the details of the cooperative operation specifying process will be described in more detail with reference to FIG.
FIG. 12 is a flowchart showing the cooperation operation specifying process performed by the device cooperation apparatus 001. The action specifying unit 106 first refers to the user operation history data 300 (step S500).

Next, the action specifying unit 106 searches the user operation history data 300 for the latest history data having the trigger action specified by the trigger action specifying means as the detected content from the data before the history data focused in step S404. To identify. That is, the action specifying unit 106 searches the history data having the trigger action as the detection contents in order from the history data focused in step S404, specifies the first detected history data (step S501), Next, the process proceeds to step S502.

Next, the action specifying unit 106 pays attention to the history data specified in step S501 (step S502), calculates a time difference with the history data immediately after the history data, and if the difference is within a predetermined time. If (NO in step S503), pay attention to the next history data (step S504), and calculate the time difference between the history data and the next history data. As described above, in step S503, the process of repeating step S503 and step S504 is performed until the time difference between the focused history data and the previous history data becomes larger than a predetermined time. The predetermined time may be set at the time of factory shipment or may be a value that can be set by the user.

If it is determined in step S503 that the time difference between the history data of interest and the next history data is greater than the predetermined time (YES in step S503), the user operation extraction unit 105 performs step S503. From the history data identified in S501, the focused history data is extracted and registered as important operation history data 400 (step S505), and the process proceeds to step S506.

Next, the action specifying unit 106 reads the current state data 500 acquired from the current state acquisition unit, the important operation history data 400, and the symmetric state data 900 from the storage unit 107, refers to them (step S506), and performs the processing in step S507. Move to.
Next, the action specifying unit 106 acquires a state symmetric with the state 502 indicated by the current state data 500 from the symmetric state 903 of the symmetric state data 900. Next, an operation associated with the acquired symmetric state 903 is acquired from the device information data 200, and when the acquired operation 202 is included in the detected content of the important operation history data 400, the operation is It is specified as a cooperative operation (step S507). Next, the action specifying unit 106 associates the trigger action and the linked action specified as described above, adds them to the linked action setting data 600, stores them in the setting storage unit 111, and finishes the linked action specifying process.

As described above, in step S <b> 103, the user inputs a designation indicating that the user does not like the current state and indicates a negative content regarding the state of the external device, to the device cooperation device 001. Steps S104 to S106 can be performed to set the trigger operation and the cooperative operation.
Thereafter, the device linkage apparatus returns the process to step S101. If the trigger operation is not detected in step S107, the process returns to step S101.

Hereinafter, the operation of the device cooperation apparatus 001 described so far will be described with reference to specific data examples. Here, the user returns to the house where the device cooperation system 008 shown in FIG. 1 is provided, and the external device is not turned on. Will be described on the assumption that a state is input to the device cooperation apparatus 001 by pressing a button of the reception unit 108 or the like.

It is assumed that the device cooperation apparatus 001 holds the device information data 200 illustrated in FIG. Also, it is assumed that previous user operation data is stored in L704 to L708 of FIG. First, information that the entrance sensor 005 senses that the user has returned home is captured in step S101, and the content is recorded as L710 in the user operation history data 300 as shown in FIG. 13 in step S102.

Subsequently, when it is detected in step S <b> 103 that the user inputs “I don't like the current state” to the reception unit 108 of the device cooperation device 001, the device cooperation device 001 moves the process to step S <b> 104.

In step S105, first, the user operation extraction unit 105 pays attention to L711 which is the latest history data in the user operation history data 300 shown in FIG. 13 (step S401). The time of the history data indicated by L711 represents 22:30 on March 4th. Next, the user operation extraction unit 105 calculates the difference between the time of L709, which is the previous history data, and the time of L710, and shows the magnitude relationship between the predetermined time stored in the storage unit 107 and the calculated time difference. Compare (step S402).

Here, it is assumed that the predetermined time used for the comparison is set to 2 minutes. In this case, since the calculated time difference is 2 minutes or more, the process moves to step S404, and the user operation extraction unit 105 extracts L710, specifies the operation of home entrance detection of the entrance sensor 005 as the trigger operation, and trigger operation specifying processing Finish.
Next, the action specifying unit 106 shifts the process to the linked action specifying process, refers to the user operation history data 300 (step S500), records the history having the trigger action as the detection content, and the history focused on in step 404. A search is performed retroactively from the data (step S501). In the example of FIG. 13, L705 is history data having the same action as the trigger operation, that is, detection of the entrance sensor 005 returning home, so the action specifying unit 106 pays attention to L705 (step S502), and the process proceeds to step S503.

Here, the time of the history data indicated by L705 of interest represents March 3 at 18:10:00. In step S503, the operation specifying unit 106 calculates the difference between the time of L706 and the time of L705, which is the next history data, and determines the magnitude relationship between the predetermined time stored in the storage unit 107 and the calculated time difference. Compare. Here, it is assumed that the predetermined time used for the comparison is set to 2 minutes. Since the time difference between L706 and L705 is 2 minutes or less, the action identifying unit 106 moves the process to step S504 and focuses on L706, which is the next history data. Thereafter, steps S503 and S504 are repeated one after another until the time difference from the previous history data becomes larger than the predetermined time in step S203.

In the example of the operation history data shown in the figure, focusing on L708, since the time difference from L709, which is the next history data, is greater than 2 minutes, the action specifying unit 106 next extracts L705 to L708, The important operation history data 1100 as shown in FIG. 14 is created (step S505), and the process proceeds to step S506.
Next, the action specifying unit 106 is stored in the current state data 1100 shown in FIG. 15 transmitted from the current state collecting unit 109, the important operation history data 1100 shown in FIG. 14 created in step S505, and the storage unit 107. The symmetry state data 900 is referred to (step S506). First, the action specifying unit 106 acquires a symmetric state from the state indicated by the current state data 500 from the symmetric state data 900 data. That is, the device states indicated by the current state data 800 are OFF, but the operation specifying unit 106 acquires ON from the symmetrical state data 900 as the symmetric state of these states.

Next, the operation specifying unit 106 acquires an operation associated with a state symmetric to the current state data 500 from the device information data 200. Here, the operation of the device acquired as the operation associated with the state symmetric with the current state data 500 shown in FIG. 15 is as follows when expressed as a combination of the device and the operation. That is, lighting 002 · ON, television 007 · ON, Kotatsu 006 · ON, air conditioner 003 · ON, stereo 004 · ON.

Next, the action specifying unit 106 determines whether or not the combination of the acquired device and action is registered in the important operation history data 1100, and if registered, specifies the action as a cooperative action (step S507). In this example, lighting 002 / ON, television 007 / ON, and kotatsu 006 / ON are specified as cooperative operations. Next, these cooperative actions are associated with the trigger action specified by the trigger action specifying means, added to the cooperative action setting data 600, stored in the setting storage unit 111, and the cooperative action specifying process is finished.

As described above, in step S103, the user presses a button on the accepting unit 108 of the device cooperation apparatus 001 to indicate that the current state of the external device is negative, indicating that the user does not like the current state. Just by inputting, the device cooperation apparatus 001 performs step S104 to step S106, and as a result, the trigger operation and the cooperation operation are set.
Next, when the cooperative operation control unit 110 of the device cooperation apparatus 001 detects the operation content caused by the user operation sent from the external device via the communication unit 102, this is the home sensor of the entrance sensor 005. In this case, the cooperative operation control unit 110 transmits a control signal to turn on the lighting 002, the television 007, and the kotatsu 006, and in response to these, these devices perform the ON operation.
<Embodiment 3>
Next, in a case where the external device connected to the device cooperation apparatus 001 is an apparatus that receives input from the user and outputs data, the device cooperation apparatus 001 acquires data output from the external device, and the other device An embodiment for transmitting the data to an external device will be described.

In the first and second embodiments described above, in response to an instruction that “the current state is preferable or disliked”, the current state of the external device is collected and the identification process of the cooperative operation is performed. In the form, the state of the external device that outputs data cannot be limited to ON or OFF. Therefore, regardless of the state of the external device, when a user instructs the cooperative operation, a predetermined condition in the user operation history data, that is, As in the first embodiment, an operation related to operation history data of an external device that satisfies a predetermined time difference is specified as a cooperative operation.

Hereinafter, the procedure of the cooperative operation specifying process in the present embodiment will be described.
(1) The user operation record control unit 103 stores information indicating an input operation to the external device and data output from the external device each time an input operation to the external device is performed by the user. The user operation history storage unit 104 records these information and data.

(2) Next, when the user instructs the cooperative operation, the user operation extraction unit 105 is recorded in the user operation history storage unit 104 with a predetermined time difference from the latest history data as in the first embodiment. Historical data is extracted.
(3) The action specifying unit 106 pays attention to the latest history data among the extracted history data, and determines whether there is data output from another external device before that data.

(4) When there is output data of another external device, the operation specifying unit 106 causes the user to select which data the external device acquires from the extracted history data.
In addition, the operation specifying unit 106 specifies, as a trigger operation, an input operation first performed on the external device from the extracted history data.
(5) When the data acquisition destination is selected by the user, the operation specifying unit 106 associates the external devices related to the extracted history data with these external devices and other external devices indicating the data acquisition destination. An external device linkage table is created, and the trigger operation and the external device linkage table are stored in the setting storage unit 111.

<具体例>
In addition, the preparation for performing a cooperation operation | movement is completed by the procedure so far.
(6) Each time the cooperative operation control unit 110 detects a trigger operation, the cooperative operation control unit 110 transmits data output from each external device to the external device based on the external device cooperation table stored in the setting storage unit 111, and each external device Send a control command to make the device perform an operation.
<Specific example>
Next, a specific example of the above-described cooperative operation specifying process will be described with reference to FIG.

In the specific example shown in FIG. 18, a restaurant restaurant recommendation system, a car navigation system (hereinafter referred to as “car navigation”), and a head mounted display (hereinafter referred to as “HMD”) are connected to the device cooperation apparatus 001.
Here, the restaurant recommendation system outputs restaurant information indicating a store name and a store address based on the user information by receiving input of user information related to the user from the user.

The car navigation system outputs destination information indicating the way to the destination by inputting the name or address of the destination.
The HMD displays an image or the like based on the received display information by receiving display information indicating the content to be displayed.
FIG. 5A shows operation history data of an external device recorded in the user operation history storage unit 104.

“Input” represents that an input operation has been performed on the external device by the user, and “output data” represents data output from the external device by the input operation.
FIG. 5B shows an external device linkage table stored in the setting storage unit 111, which indicates that the external device 2101 acquires data output from the input data acquisition destination 2102 as input data. .

Hereinafter, the operation of the cooperative operation specifying process will be described according to the above-described procedures (1) to (6).
When an instruction for cooperative operation is given from the user via the reception unit 108, the user operation extraction unit 105 extracts the operation of a group of external devices recorded with a time difference of 5 minutes from the latest history data. In this example, the operations of external devices from L2010 to L2012 are extracted. (Procedure (1) (2))
Then, paying attention to the history data of HMD which is the latest history data, which data of “A store Kita-ku ** machi” and “A store direction information” output before this data is input to HMD Or, by displaying these data on a display or the like, the user is allowed to make a selection. The car navigation system is selected in the same manner.

<補足>
In this example, the external device shown in FIG. 4B is received by inputting the “A store direction information” into the HMD and accepting a selection from the user to input “A store Kita-ku ** machi” into the car navigation system. A linkage table is created and stored in the setting storage unit 111.
Next, the operation specifying unit 106 specifies the input operation performed first among the extracted operations as a trigger operation, and causes the setting storage unit 111 to store this operation. In this example, an input operation to the restaurant recommendation system is a trigger operation. (Procedures (3) to (5))
When the cooperative operation control unit 110 detects an input operation to the restaurant recommendation system by the user, the cooperative operation control unit 110 transmits the restaurant information output from the restaurant recommendation system to the car navigation system, and outputs the direction information based on the restaurant information to the car navigation system. The output direction information is transmitted to the HMD, and a command for causing the HMD to display an image based on the direction information is transmitted. (Procedure (6))
<Supplement>
As mentioned above, although the apparatus cooperation apparatus which concerns on this invention was demonstrated based on Embodiment 1,2,3, of course, this invention is not limited to these embodiment. That is,
(1) In realizing the present invention, the communication network 101 may be either wireless or wired.

(2) In FIG. 1, six external devices are shown in addition to the device cooperation apparatus 001. However, the number is not limited to this, and a large number of each may exist.
(3) When the trigger operation is specified in step S206, the history data detected first in the important operation history data 400 is specified as the trigger operation. However, the specified trigger operation is a history included in the important operation history data 400. Any of the data may be used.

(4) Although the predetermined time used for comparison in step S402 and step S203 is a value set at the time of factory shipment, it may be a value that can be set by the user or a value determined during processing. .
(5) In the first and second embodiments, the process of automatically setting both the trigger operation and the cooperative operation has been described. However, the trigger operation and the cooperative operation can be set to the operation of a predetermined device set in advance. It may be. For example, when the trigger operation is the return home detection of the entrance sensor 005 and the current state data 500 to be reproduced is the indoor temperature of the air conditioner 003 as in the first embodiment, the device information data 200 is further displayed in FIG. In the case of the content example as shown in FIG. 6, there is no operation 202 of the air conditioner 003 associated with the room temperature 20 ° C. In such a case, the operation specifying unit 106 turns on the air conditioner 003 by using, for example, the replacement cooperation operation data 1000 as shown in FIG. 17 as a trigger operation when the GPS terminal is within the 1 km range of the house. It is possible to set the operation as a cooperative operation.

Here, the replacement cooperation operation data 1000 includes a trigger operation 1001, a current state 1002 to be reproduced, a replacement trigger operation 1003, and a cooperation operation 1004, and is stored in the storage unit 107 and set at the time of factory shipment. Data that can be acquired from an external device. The action specifying unit 106 acquires the replacement trigger action 1003 and the linkage action 1004 from the combination of the trigger action 1001 and the current state 1002 to be reproduced, and adds them to the linkage action setting data 600 as the trigger action and the linkage action. Update.

However, in the above case, the GPS terminal needs to be connected to the communication network 101 and registered in the device information data 200.
(6) In the first and second embodiments, the operation of automatically setting the trigger operation and the cooperative operation has been described. Of course, the user may be able to change the setting. For example, even when the trigger operation and the cooperative operation are set according to the present embodiment as “the current state is desirable”, the user receives, from the reception unit 108, for example, information for changing only the trigger operation to the operation of a predetermined device. It is possible to input and change.

For example, even when the user sets the trigger operation and the cooperative operation according to the first embodiment assuming that the state of the external device in the room is “preferably the current state” before going to bed, the user can issue a command or the like from the reception unit 108. By inputting, it is possible to set the cooperative operation to operate in conjunction with the timer, and to operate the cooperative operation at a predetermined time in the morning. Alternatively, by inputting a command or the like from the accepting unit 108, an operation that the alarm clock that is connected to the communication network 101 and registered in the device information data 200 sounds may be changed to a trigger operation.

(7) In Embodiments 1 and 2, the user is not identified, but for example, a function for identifying the user is provided in the external device and device cooperation apparatus 001, and the trigger operation and cooperation for each user. The configuration may be such that the operation setting is registered in the cooperative operation setting data 600 and the external device is operated for each user according to the registration.
(8) A program for causing the CPU to execute various processes for realizing each function of the device cooperation apparatus described in the first embodiment and the second embodiment is recorded on a recording medium or via various communication circuits. It can also be distributed and distributed. Examples of such a recording medium include an IC card, an optical disk, a flexible disk, and a ROM. The distributed and distributed program is used by being stored in a CPU-readable memory or the like in an apparatus including a CPU, and the CPU executes the program to execute the program of the device cooperation apparatus shown in the embodiment. Each function is realized.

(9) In the third embodiment, the input information received from the user by the external device is, for example, name, address, age, telephone number, user position, time, preference, behavior, schedule, money held, received mail, user peripheral Objects and people, possessed items and explanatory information of those items, social situations such as commuting and talking, physical situations such as walking and sleeping, emotions such as excitement and stress, and interests Information indicating the situation, such as the target situation.

(10) In the third embodiment, the data output from each external device is recorded in the user operation history data. However, the data input to the external device is also recorded, and the external data extracted by the user operation extraction unit 105 is recorded. If the output data and input data of the device match between different external devices, the external device that receives the input data is assumed to acquire data from the external device that output the output data. It is good also as making.

(11) In the third embodiment, the external device linkage table is created based on the history data extracted from the user operation history data. However, the external device that outputs data to the user in advance and the data acquisition destination of the external device May be registered in association with each other.

The device cooperation apparatus according to the present invention can set a device cooperation method without requiring troublesome work by the user, and is useful for a device cooperation system that operates devices in cooperation with each other.
