Description
前記断熱体に埋設されるとともに一端が前記内箱内部へ突出し前記蒸発器と接続され、他端が前記凹み部の下方から突出して前記圧縮機と接続されるものであって、前記吸入配管の前記断熱体に埋設されている部分において前記吸入配管と前記キャピラリとが熱交換可能に配設された熱交換部を設け、冷媒にはHCを用い、冷凍機油には前記冷媒であるHCと相溶性のある鉱油を用いるとともに、前記熱交換部は前記冷蔵室の背面で蛇行させて形成された蛇行部を備え、前記蛇行部の前記吸入配管は昇り勾配を設けたものであって、前記吸入配管の前記断熱体に埋設されている部分において前記吸入配管と前記キャピラリとが熱交換可能に配設された熱交換部を設けたことを特徴とし、冷凍サイクルの熱損失や庫内への熱負荷が大きく増加することなく、さらに冷媒は比容積の大きいHCで体積流量が増加することで熱交換部の流速も増加し、伝熱促進した上で、さらに冷凍機油を鉱油とすることで、吸入配管壁面に油膜が形成されることも防ぎ、加えて吸入配管が昇り勾配を有することで液冷媒や冷凍機油が滞留することを防ぐことが可能となる。

Claims (4)
- 内箱と外箱と発泡充填された断熱体とで構成される断熱箱体と、前記断熱箱体に設けた天面後方の凹み部と、前記凹み部に配設した圧縮機と、前記圧縮機と凝縮器とキャピラリと蒸発器と吸入配管とを環状に接続してなる冷凍サイクルと、前記断熱箱体の最上部に断熱区画された冷蔵保存を行う冷蔵室とを備え、前記吸入配管は前記断熱体に埋設されるとともに一端が前記内箱内部へ突出し前記蒸発器と接続され、他端が前記凹み部の下方から突出して前記圧縮機と接続されるものであって、前記吸入配管の前記断熱体に埋設されている部分において前記吸入配管と前記キャピラリとが熱交換可能に配設された熱交換部を設け、冷媒にはHCを用い、冷凍機油には前記冷媒であるHCと相溶性のある鉱油を用いるとともに、前記熱交換部は前記冷蔵室の背面で蛇行させて形成された蛇行部を備え、前記蛇行部の前記吸入配管は昇り勾配を設けた冷蔵庫。
- 吸入配管の凹み部に突出した部分にまで、前記吸入配管とキャピラリとの熱交換部を延長した請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 吸入配管の凹み部に突出した熱交換部にキャピラリと熱交換可能に取り付けた蓄熱部材を設けた請求項2に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 凹み部にファンを設け、前記凹み部の内部空間で風路を構成し、前記機械室風路内に吸入配管を配置した請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の冷蔵庫。
