Claims (9)
- 内燃機関(1)の少なくとも1つのシリンダ(10、15、20、25)の吸気弁(30、35、40、45)のリフトが診断される、内燃機関の運転方法において、
内燃機関(1)の排気系(5)において、それぞれのシリンダ(10、15、20、25)内の空燃比を表わす値がシリンダごとに決定されること、
少なくとも1つのこのような値が所定値と比較されること、および
この少なくとも1つの値の所定値からの偏差の関数として、吸気弁(30、35、40、45)のエラーのあるリフトが診断されること、
を特徴とする内燃機関の運転方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの値が、排気系(5)内のλセンサ(50)により決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運転方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの値が、診断されるべき吸気弁(30、35、40、45)に付属のシリンダ(10、15、20、25)内の空燃比を表わすことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の運転方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの値が、診断されるべき吸気弁(30、35、40、45)に付属のシリンダ(10、15、20、25)とは異なる少なくとも1つの他のシリンダ(10、15、20、25)内の空燃比を表わすことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の運転方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの値が、排気通路(85、90、95、100)の長さおよびこれから得られるシリンダごとの排気通路(85、90、95、100)内の排気群の通過時間の関数として、並びに点火順序の関数として、排気系(5)に結合されるそれぞれのシリンダ(10、15、20、25)に割り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の運転方法。
- それぞれのシリンダ(10、15、20、25)を排気系(5)に結合する排気通路(85、90、95、100)の長さが非対称の場合、異なるシリンダ(10、15、20、25)内の排気群が排気系(5)内において同時に検出されるような、内燃機関(1)の少なくとも1つの回転速度範囲が、診断から除外されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の運転方法。
- 内燃機関(1)の回転速度に対して上限値が決定され、この上限値の下方で診断が許容され、上限値が所定のタイム・ラスタの関数であり、この関数によりそれぞれのシリンダ(10、15、20、25)内の空燃比を表す値が決定されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の運転方法。
- 内燃機関(1)の回転速度に対して上限値が決定され、この上限値の下方で診断が許容され、
上限値が内燃機関(1)のシリンダ数の関数であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の運転方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの値が、λ値として選択されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の運転方法。
