Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a breast part by heat-pressing and setting a clothing made of an elastic fabric containing at least a thermoplastic fiber without causing it to bulge outward for medical purposes such as anti-aging of the body or for aesthetic correction purposes. , Part of the abdomen, waistline, buttocks, calf, etc., corresponding to the part that should restrict the swelling of the body, or part of each part to the necessary elongation, and at the same time, the part that should restrict the swelling of the body is required The present invention relates to clothing such as a foundation in which a predetermined portion is hot-pressed and set so as not to be compressed as described above.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, upper and lower body underwear using stretch fabrics have been manufactured so that it can respond to changes in each part that generally accompany body movements, but it is possible to respond to body movements simply by forming with stretch fabrics. However, as the body bulges, the fabric itself stretches, and it is impossible to hold down the part that should always limit the bulge of the body. Therefore, if a fabric with a particularly strong stretch is used in the abdomen and other areas where bulges should be restricted, congestive blood pressure may be exerted by pressing the abdomen and calf more than necessary. There is a problem that causes a result contrary to medical purpose, such as causing
[0003]
Therefore, the present applicant has already proposed the technique disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-28008 in order to solve such problems.
[0004]
A clothing such as a foundation in which a predetermined portion according to this Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-28008 is heat-pressed and set is a clothing made of an elastic fabric containing at least a heat-shrinkable fiber, and includes a breast part, an abdomen, a waistline part, a hip part, Heat press and set all or one part of each part corresponding to the part that should restrict the swelling of the body, such as the calf, for cosmetic and medical purposes without swelling outward due to shrinkage of the heat-shrinkable fiber, This portion is configured to suppress outward expansion and inward contraction of the portion.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional technique has the following problems. That is, in the case of a clothing such as a foundation in which a predetermined portion according to the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-28008 is heat-pressed and set, as described above, in a clothing made of a stretchable fabric containing at least a heat-shrinkable fiber, All or one part corresponding to the part of the body, abdomen, waistline, buttocks, calf, etc. that should limit the bulge of the body in terms of beauty and medical care should be exposed outwardly by contraction of the heat-shrinkable fibers. The heat press set without bulging and configured to suppress the outward expansion and contraction inward of the part, so surely the expansion and contraction including at least thermoplastic fiber by the hot press set While holding the stretch of the part corresponding to the part that should restrict the swelling of the body made of sex cloth, the part that is not heat-pressed and set protects the body from pressure and is cosmetically or medically Although it is possible to exert excellent effects from a medical standpoint, the heat-pressed and set-up part is completely restrained from extending outward and shrinking inward, such as the waist part of the human body. However, there is a problem that it is not possible to cope with the case where it is desired to suppress the elongation in the longitudinal direction but the elongation in the lateral direction is allowed, and the cosmetic and medical effects are insufficient.
[0006]
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to limit the swelling of the body of the clothing made of a stretchable fabric containing at least thermoplastic fibers. In addition to suppressing the elongation of the part corresponding to the part, the part that is not hot-pressed and set can protect the body from pressure and can exert an excellent effect from the viewpoint of beauty or medical treatment. The direction of pressing can be set arbitrarily, while suppressing the extension in a certain direction and allowing the extension in the other direction, etc., while exerting the medical effect sufficiently, pressing the abdomen, etc. The object is to provide clothing such as a foundation that can sufficiently exhibit cosmetic effects.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention described in
At least abdomen, with stretch fabric covering the waist portion and the buttocks, the abdominal corresponding to a portion to be limiting the bulges of the body of the stretchable fabric, heat on the entire surface as waist portion and the buttocks are continuous While pressing and setting, the waist part connected to the upper part of the abdomen and waistline part is hot-pressed and set by a heat press having a plurality of heating parts arranged in parallel to each other. It is a garment having a foundation function characterized by restricting the stretching in the longitudinal direction along the waist and allowing the stretching in the direction around the waist, which is a direction orthogonal to the heated portion.
[0008]
Here, examples of the stretchable fabric including at least the heat-shrinkable fibers include stretch knitted fabrics having heat-shrinkable yarns, warp knitting, weft knitting, circular knitting, and the like.
[0015]
Furthermore, the invention described in claim 2 is a garment having a foundation function according to

In FIG. 1, 1 shows tights as clothing such as a foundation, and this

As the fabric constituting the
[0024]
As the heat shrinkable fiber, a fiber made of polyvinyl chloride, a copolymer fiber of polyvinyl chloride and PVA, or the like is mainly used. As the fiber made of polyvinyl chloride, “Tevilon” (Teijin: registered trademark) obtained by making polyvinyl chloride into a long fiber, “Robilon” (trademark), which is a short fiber of polyvinyl chloride, and the like are used. This "Tevilon" fiber made of polyvinyl chloride has a shape change from around 70 ° C, and the temperature of the heat setting press is preferably in the range of 70-150 ° C, and the set pressure and set temperature are adjusted appropriately. Accordingly, it is necessary to set the elongation of the stretchable fabric in consideration of the thickness or structure of the corresponding material.
[0025]
In the elastic fabric containing the above-mentioned “Tevilon” yarn, the mixing rate of “Tevilon” yarn in the raw material of the product varies depending on the knitting structure, knitting conditions, etc., but is generally set to a mixing rate of 50% or more. It is desirable to do. In addition, it is desirable to form the hip to obtain the shrinkage rate of the stretchable fabric by a structure such as circular knitting with a coarse knitting gauge (roughness with a gauge of 24 gauge or less even with warp knitting).
[0026]
On the other hand, the set method of the stretch fabric constituting the
[0027]
The non-heat-set portion of the stretchable fabric containing at least the heat-shrinkable fibers is heat-pressed and set without any bulging outwards, responding to changes in body undulation and movement with moderate stretching. The expansion and contraction of the portion is suppressed, and the compensation function according to the purpose can be exhibited by changing the expansion and contraction direction. For example, in the case of FIG. 3, by restricting the expansion and contraction of the abdomen A, there is an effect of suppressing the swelling of the abdomen to enhance the cosmetic effect and preventing the abdomen from being compressed more than necessary due to excessive expansion and contraction. It is also possible to emphasize the pressing of the abdomen by pressing the dough mixed with heat-shrinkable fibers into a concave surface by heat setting, and the other parts are also stretched by adjusting the shrinkage of the fibers and heat and pressure. Can be moderated. Next, it is possible to enhance the effect of waist waist conditioning by hot pressing and setting the waist part of the B part of FIG. 3, and by pressing the calf part D of FIG. This portion can be pressed with force to prevent congestion and enhance the medical effect. Fig. 3 shows a hot press and set of the flange C around the lower part of the bulge. The bulge of the bulge that is not pressed is emphasized by the press and set C, which increases the hip-up effect. it can. Furthermore, the E section that has been hot-pressed and set is restricted from stretching in the vertical direction and is not regulated in the lateral direction (the waistline direction). In addition to being able to enhance the cosmetic effect, by allowing the extension in the lateral direction (the waistline direction), the abdomen A is not unnecessarily compressed, which is excellent in terms of health. In addition, since the E section that has been hot-pressed and set is connected to the B section and the C section in the longitudinal direction, the hip-up effect and the like can be further enhanced.
[0028]
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the heat-pressed / set area of the stretchable fabric including at least the heat-shrinkable fibers has a direction along the surface of the stretchable fabric, thereby extending in a predetermined direction. It is configured to set a portion to be restricted.
[0029]
Further, in this embodiment, the portion that suppresses outward expansion and inward contraction is configured to apply a heat press set to the entire surface of the stretchable fabric including at least the heat-shrinkable fibers. ing. Here, inward shrinkage does not shrink more than the surface area or surface dimension of the knitted fabric in principle. In addition, the set portion contracted by heat setting does not shrink more than the surface area or surface dimension after setting. In the present invention, it is usually to reduce the knitted surface area. Further, conversely, by reducing the area, the unset portion can be made convex. The main body of the knitted fabric has a certain area, and this knitted fabric is shrunk to the base. As a result, the largest area (the place where heat is not set in the original knitted fabric) and the smallest area (the place where the heat set shrinks most) And the middle point of these points. Therefore, a certain area part of these knitted fabric bodies, a place where the area is the largest (a place where heat is not set in the knitted fabric prototype), a place where the area is the smallest (the part which is contracted by the most heat set), and these By appropriately combining with the intermediate point portion, it is possible to appropriately design the portion where outward expansion or inward contraction is suppressed.
[0030]
Still further, in this embodiment, the heat-pressed and set area of the stretchable fabric including at least the heat-shrinkable fibers is parallel to the portion having directionality along the surface of the stretchable fabric. A hot press with a plurality of heating parts arranged is used to perform a hot press set, restricting the extension in the direction along the heating part and allowing the extension in the direction perpendicular to the heating part It is comprised as follows.
[0031]
That is, in this embodiment, as a hot press for performing a hot press set, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), one
[0032]
Then, as shown in FIG. 1, by using the above-mentioned hot press, the waist portion E of the
[0033]
Therefore, it is possible to arbitrarily set the direction in which the extension is suppressed, while suppressing the extension in a certain direction and allowing the extension in the other direction, etc. Thus, the cosmetic effect can be sufficiently exhibited.
[0034]
Embodiment 2
4 to 7 show a second embodiment of the present invention, which is configured to be applied to a girdle as a clothing such as a foundation.
[0035]
4 is a front view of the girdle, FIG. 5 is a rear view of the girdle, FIG. 6 is a front perspective view before sewing in a circular knitting state, and FIG. 7 is a rear perspective view of the circular knitting state. In the figure, the same hatched portion indicates a knitted structure having the same elongation. In FIG. 4, the girdle G has the same form as the conventional girdle, but this girdle is composed of three different knitting structures as shown in the figure, and uses an elastic yarn indicated by B in FIG. It is knitted with circular knitting. As the elastic yarn, a yarn having a 90 to 250 denier range of polyurethane yarn (trade name Roika, HS) is used and knitted so that the maximum elongation is within 200%. At this time, the polyurethane yarn is mainly composed of high elongation, and at least the region may be knitted as a wearing region so that the stretch range of 150 to 200 percent is the most stable region of the stretch force. desirable.
[0036]
In order to commercialize the girdle by circular knitting, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the girdle is knitted as a knitting structure having different elongation rates as described below depending on the girdle part. As shown in FIG. 4, the rhombus-shaped abdomen center
[0037]
The knitting structure a having the lowest elongation ratio <the knitting structure c having the middle elongation ratio <the knitting structure c having the highest elongation ratio. Is a structure that is easy to stretch in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the knitting structure a (the knitting structure that is difficult to stretch) having the lowest elongation is configured as a knitting structure that is difficult to stretch in the vertical and horizontal directions. It is desirable that the knitted structure having a rate is a knitted structure that is not easily stretched in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction depending on the use site.
[0038]
Then, if necessary, the convex part of the body (specifically, the hip part) is molded according to the shape, and if necessary, a lining cloth made of cotton or the like is stacked on the inner side of the
[0039]
By the way, the knitting structure is not limited to the above three, and the girdle part can be divided into about 4 to 6, and the knitting structure can be changed in each part. In this case, it is possible to obtain a girdle having an excellent fit by adopting a knitted structure corresponding to a correction force such as supporting, pressing, and pulling up the human body part. In particular, the girdle's strength can be reduced by weakening the correction force that must not be pressed to change the silhouette of the human body, or by using a knitted tissue that stretches easily on the refraction of the human body or on the part where the skin surface of the human body moves rapidly. The fit can be very good.
[0040]
The body shape correction function can be more effectively realized by using generally used finishing stretch tape, stretch lace, etc., and attaching to a predetermined portion of the girdle by sewing, heat welding or the like. Furthermore, a girdle that is close to the basic body shape of the human hip when round knitting can be obtained by utilizing a technique for reducing the size of a circle. Furthermore, the girdle may be designed and weaved with a pattern to give a decoration as necessary, and decoration may be added by printing, sewing, or molding by post-processing. Further, the knitting method is not limited to circular knitting, and it is also possible to construct a girdle by knitting with flat knitting and sewing a necessary portion. The knitting structure can be pile knitted on the crotch part such as a girdle, for example. The above-mentioned knitting organization classification is designed according to the purpose at the time of underwear design.
[0041]
By the way, in this embodiment, the required part of the girdle composed of the knitted structure as described above includes all or one part of the part corresponding to the part whose bulging should be restricted by shrinkage of the heat-shrinkable fiber. It is configured to be hot-pressed and set without bulging outward and to suppress the outward expansion and contraction of the portion.
[0042]
Since other configurations and operations are the same as those of the first embodiment, description thereof is omitted.
[0043]
Embodiment 3
FIG. 9 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. The same parts as those in the first embodiment will be described with the same reference numerals. In the first embodiment, at least a heat-shrinkable fiber is used. The heat-pressed and set area of the stretch fabric includes a heat press having a plurality of heating portions arranged in parallel to each other as a portion having directionality along the surface of the stretch fabric. A set was used to limit the extension in the direction along the heating part and to allow the extension in the direction perpendicular to the heating part. In the third embodiment, a hot press is used. -The stretched part contains at least heat-shrinkable fibers by forming the set part into a small circular shape instead of a straight line, and heat-pressing the circular part. Dough heat Les the set area is configured to have a directional along the surface of the stretchable fabric.
[0044]
That is, in the third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, the hot-pressed and set
In this case, the stretchability can be made different smoothly, and the feeling of wearing is very excellent.
[0045]
Since other configurations and operations are the same as those of the first embodiment, description thereof is omitted.
[0046]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, at the same time as suppressing the elongation of the portion corresponding to the portion of the body of the clothing, which is made of stretchable fabric containing at least thermoplastic fibers, should be restricted, the hot press set The part that does not protect can protect the body from pressure and can exert an excellent effect from the viewpoint of beauty or medical treatment. Clothes such as foundations that can exert the cosmetic effect sufficiently by pressing the abdomen while sufficiently exerting the medical effect while suppressing the elongation and allowing the extension in the other direction. Can be provided.
