Description

The present invention relates to a hinge structure for eyeglasses, and more particularly to a hinge structure for eyeglasses suitable for use in eyeglasses having a rim having a joint.

In general, the hinge of a spectacle is formed by inserting a temple end portion having a hole in an end portion having a hole formed in a bifurcated upper and lower portion and connecting them using a screw for a support shaft. It is configured. And the hardness at the time of opening and closing of the temple in these, so-called “post hardness” is adjusted by the tightening condition of the screw for the support shaft. For example, see Patent Document 1.

Utility Model Registration No. 3007846

However, in such a hinge structure of the conventional glasses, since the “hardness of the awning” is adjusted by the degree of tightening of the screw for the support shaft, the screw is loosened or overtightened during use. There were inconveniences that it became difficult to rattle the temples and to open and close them. Further, in the worst case, there has been a problem that the screw for the support shaft falls off and it is difficult to use the glasses normally.

In view of such circumstances, an object of the present invention is to obtain an appropriate “post-hardness” without using a spindle screw, and to obtain a stable “post-hardness” even when used for a long period of time. The object is to provide a hinge structure for glasses.

The hinge structure of the glasses according to an embodiment of the present invention that achieves the above object includes an upper member fixed to the upper end of a rim having a joint, and a lower member fixed to the lower end of the rim. In the hinge structure of the eyeglasses, comprising: fastening means for fastening the upper member and the lower member in a butted state; and a temple rotatably attached to the upper member and the lower member.
A pivot with a head inserted into a hole drilled in an end of the temple; and a washer to be attached to a leg of the pivot with the head. The upper member and the lower member have An accommodating portion for accommodating the headed pivot shaft and the washer is formed so that the end portion of the temple is sandwiched between the head portion of the headed pivot shaft and the washer with a predetermined force in the butted state. Features.

According to the above configuration, the headed pivot is inserted into the hole drilled in the end of the temple, and the washer is attached to the leg of the headed pivot. And the edge part of the temple by which the washer was mounted to the leg part of this pivot with a head is accommodated in the accommodating part formed in the upper side member and the lower side member. When the upper member and the lower member are fastened by the fastening means in such a state, the end portion of the temple is clamped between the head of the headed pivot shaft and the washer with a predetermined force in the abutting state. Therefore, the end portion of the temple is pivotally attached to the upper member and the lower member without using screws, and is clamped with a predetermined force during the rotation. "Hardness" can be obtained, and stable "Agaki hardness" can be obtained even during long-term use.

Here, the accommodating part formed in the upper member is, in order, a bottomed head accommodating part that accommodates the head of the headed pivot and an upper temple accommodating that accommodates the thickness of the upper half of the temple end. And a lower part accommodating part formed in the lower member in order, the lower temple accommodating part accommodating the thickness of the lower half of the temple end part, the washer accommodating part accommodating the washer, and the leg of the headed pivot. It is preferable that it is a leg part accommodating part which accommodates a part.

According to this configuration, the head of the headed pivot, which is a hinge of the hinge, cannot be seen from above the glasses, so that it is possible to obtain a hinge of glasses with excellent fashionability. In addition, since the head and the leg of the headed pivot can be securely held by the head housing and the leg housing, the pivot is prevented from wobbling and the temple can be turned smoothly. .

Moreover, it is preferable that the said upper temple accommodating part and the lower temple accommodating part are formed over about 90 degree | times around the axis line of the said head pivot.

According to this configuration, a mechanism for limiting the rotation range when the temple is opened and closed can be easily obtained.

Further, the washer is preferably formed of an elastic material.

According to this configuration, it is only necessary to set the elastic coefficient and the deformation amount of the washer so that a predetermined force can be generated in the abutting state of the upper member and the lower member, so that the design is easy.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description of the present specification, expressions representing directions such as “front and rear”, “left and right”, and “up and down” represent directions when glasses are worn by a person in a normal state.

Rim 120 made of metal. The rim 120 has a joint, and an upper member 130 is fixed to the upper end of the rim forming the joint, and a lower member 140 is fixed to the lower end of the rim. As will be described later, the upper member 130 and the lower member 140 are fastened together by screws in a butted state and constitute a so-called armor 150. Reference numeral 160 denotes a bridge connecting a pair of metal rims 120, and 170 denotes a temple connected to the armor 150 so as to be opened and closed by the hinge structure according to the present invention.

As shown in FIGS. 2 (A), 2 (B) and FIGS. 4 (A), (B), the upper member 130 has a base portion 131 whose outer shape is substantially a curved rectangular parallelepiped shape. The rim 120 is fixed by welding or the like at one end in a form in which the long side extends in the left-right direction. The base portion 131 of the upper member 130 has a flat abutting surface 132 formed on the lower side thereof, and an oval projection 133 for alignment is formed in a form protruding from the abutting surface 132. ing. A screw hole 134 is formed in the base portion 131 and the protrusion 133 of the upper member 130 so as to penetrate both. Further, at a position adjacent to the protrusion 133, a cylindrical and bottomed head accommodating portion 135 that accommodates the head of the headed pivot described later, and an upper temple accommodating that accommodates the thickness of the upper half of the temple end. A portion 136 is formed. The upper temple accommodating portion 136 is defined by the standing walls 136A and 136B and is formed about 90 degrees around the axis of the headed pivot shaft, and restricts the rotation range of the temple 170 as will be described later.

As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B and FIGS. 5A and 5B, the lower member 140 has a base portion 141 that has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape in appearance, similar to the upper member 130. The base portion 141 is fixed to the rim 120 by welding or the like at one end in a form in which the long side extends in the left-right direction. The base portion 141 of the lower member 140 has a flat abutting surface 142 formed on the upper side thereof, and an oval recess 143 for alignment is formed so as to be recessed from the abutting surface 142. Has been. The base portion 141 of the lower member 140 is formed with a screw insertion hole 144 and a screw head accommodating portion 145 as fastening means, which will be described later, in communication with the recess 143. Further, at a position adjacent to the recessed portion 143, a lower temple housing portion 146 that accommodates the thickness of the lower half of the temple end portion in a mirror-symmetrical relationship with the above-described upper temple housing portion 136 is formed. The lower temple accommodating portion 146 is also defined by the standing walls 146A and 146B, and is formed about 90 degrees around the axis of the headed pivot, and restricts the rotation range of the temple 170 as described above. Further, a columnar washer accommodating portion 147 that accommodates a washer, which will be described later, and a leg accommodating portion 148 that accommodates the leg portion of the headed pivot described above are formed in communication with the lower temple accommodating portion 146.

Next, with reference to FIG. 6 (A) and (B), the headed pivot 180 which supports the temple 170 so that rotation is possible, and the washer 190 attached to the leg part are demonstrated. The headed pivot shaft 180 in this embodiment is formed with a truncated cone-shaped head portion 180A, a trunk portion 180B, and a leg portion 180C having a diameter smaller than that of the trunk portion 180B. It is made to become substantially equal to the internal diameter of the hole 170B drilled in the end 170A. On the other hand, the washer 190 in the present embodiment is substantially bowl-shaped, and an insertion hole 190A having an inner diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the leg portion 180C of the headed pivot shaft 180 is formed at the center of the bottom. As will be described later, the washer 190 is an elastic material (for example, white) so as to press the flat end 170A of the temple 170 with a predetermined force when the upper member 130 and the lower member 140 are abutted. Is preferably formed.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the glasses 100 are assembled and completed by the following procedure. First, as shown in FIG. 6B, the headed pivot 180 is inserted into a hole 170B formed in the end 170A of the temple 170, and the insertion hole of the washer 190 is inserted into the leg 180C of the head pivot 180. 190A is inserted and attached. At this time, if the tip end portion of the leg portion 180C is deformed, the washer 190 is prevented from falling off, so that the subsequent work becomes easy.

Then, the lens 110 is mounted with the rim 120 opened at the joint, the washer 190 is mounted on the leg portion 180C of the headed pivot 180, and the end portion of the temple 170 in the state shown in FIG. 6B described above. 170A is accommodated in an accommodating portion formed in the upper member 130 and the lower member 140. In this case, first, the head of the pivot shaft 180 is accommodated in the bottomed head accommodating portion 135 formed in the upper member 130, and the upper half of the temple end portion 170 </ b> A is accommodated in the upper temple accommodating portion 136. . In this state, the protrusion 133 of the upper member 130 is fitted into the recessed portion 143 of the lower member 140 so that the upper member 130 and the lower member 140 are in a temporary contact state. Then, about the lower half of the temple end portion 170A is accommodated in the lower temple accommodating portion 146 formed on the lower member 140, and the washer 190 and the leg portion 180C of the head pivot 180 are respectively connected to the washer accommodating portion 147 and the leg. It is accommodated in the part accommodating part 148.

Therefore, in the temporary contact state of the upper member 130 and the lower member 140, the screw 200 as the fastening means is formed on the base portion 131 and the protrusion 133 of the upper member 130 through the insertion hole 144 of the lower member 140. Thus, a complete butted state of the upper member 130 and the lower member 140 as shown in FIG. 7 is obtained. In this state, the head of the screw 200 is accommodated in the head accommodating portion 145 of the lower member 140, and exposure to the outside is prevented.

Note that the washer 190 is compressed in the process of fastening with the screw 200 described above, and presses the end 170A of the temple 170 with a predetermined force corresponding to the amount of deformation. In other words, the end 170A of the temple 170 is sandwiched between the head 180A of the headed pivot 180 and the washer 190 with a predetermined force. Here, by appropriately setting the depth from the abutting surface 142 of the washer receiving portion 147 that determines the elastic coefficient of the washer 190 and the deformation amount of the washer 190, a desired force, that is, an appropriate “post hardness” can do.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the upper member 130 and the lower member 140 are fastened only by screwing the screw 200, and the fastening force does not affect the “hardness” of the hinge. Therefore, a stable “agar hardness” can be obtained even during long-term use. In addition, since the head 180A of the headed pivot 180, which is a hinge of the hinge, cannot be seen from above the glasses 100, a hinge of glasses having excellent fashionability can be obtained. Further, the head 180A and the leg 180C of the headed pivot 180 can be reliably held by the head accommodating part 135 and the leg accommodating part 148, so that the pivot 180 is prevented from wobbling and the temple 170 is smooth. Rotation can be obtained.

On the other hand, when it is necessary to replace the lens 110 or the like, it may be performed in the reverse of the assembly procedure described above.

As mentioned above, although preferable embodiment of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment. That is, it is possible to reverse the mounting direction of the screw or the like shown in the embodiment. For example, the screwing direction of the screw 200 and the arrangement direction of the pivot 180 may be reversed.
