Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a punch press, when performing a punching process on a plate-shaped workpiece by the punch and the die, equipment discharge the scrap in the die, punch press and mold assembly, about the die.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when a punch is punched by a vertically movable ram (striker) provided in a punch press, and punching is performed on a plate-shaped workpiece by cooperation of this punch and die, the punched punch is provided in the die. In general, it is dropped from the discharge hole. However, when the punch returns to the original position, there is a case where the punched residue rises up to the upper surface of the workpiece following the rise of the punch.
[0003]
As described above, when the residue rises, the workpiece and the punched debris may be sandwiched between the punch and the die and punched at the same time in the next punching process. As described above, when punching is performed with a punch and a die in a state where the workpiece and the punching waste overlap, the load acting on the punch becomes excessive, and the punch may be damaged or the punch press may be damaged. Further, the punched residue may adhere to the workpiece and damage the workpiece.
[0004]
Accordingly, in order to prevent the above-described upswing, various measures are taken for the punch and die to take measures to prevent the upswing. As one of the above-described devices, a negative pressure is generated in a discharge portion that discharges a punched residue, and the punched residue is sucked and discharged (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-331320
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional example described in Patent Document 1, air is blown obliquely downward from a blowout hole provided on the die bush so as to be inclined downward, and negative pressure is generated. The waste is to be sucked and discharged. Further, in the embodiment described in Patent Document 1, the discharge hole of the die bush is connected to a negative pressure generating device, and the punched waste in the die bush is sucked and discharged by the negative pressure of the negative pressure device. is there.
[0007]
In the configuration where air is blown obliquely downward from the blowout holes provided in the die bushing as described above, collision and turbulent flow occur in the die bushing, resulting in energy loss, and the suction effect is limited. The fine punched debris (powder punched debris) generated during the punching process is more likely to rise due to its size, and it is difficult to prevent the increase of the powder punch debris. That is, the powdery punched residue is blown up by the upward negative pressure generated when the punch rises suddenly or by the turbulent flow generated by the collision of compressed air, and this powdery punched residue adheres to the workpiece surface or die upper surface. As a result, there are problems such as damaging the workpiece and attaching to the mounting surface of the die bush to damage the die bush.
[0009]

A first ring member and a second ring member having an outer surface that forms a fluid channel between the inner surface of the first ring member, and the fluid outlet of the fluid channel is connected to the discharge hole. Alternatively, a certain range in the vicinity of the fluid ejection port is formed in parallel to the inner wall surface in order to be directed in a direction along the inner wall surface of the discharge hole.
[0011]
Further, the present invention provides an aspect in which a discharge hole communicating with a discharge hole provided in a die is provided in a die holder that supports a die in a punch press or a support structure that supports a die device, and is sucked to an inner wall surface of the discharge hole. In order to form the flow of the fluid, the Coanda effect forming means in which a certain range in the vicinity of the fluid outlet for jetting air in parallel with the inner wall surface is formed in parallel with the inner wall surface, the die holder or the support It is the structure with which the structure was equipped.
[0012]
Further, the present invention is a mold apparatus including a die holder that supports a die, wherein a discharge hole communicating with a discharge hole provided in the die is provided in the die holder, and the support structure for supporting the discharge hole or the die holder is provided. In order to form a fluid flow in such a manner that the fluid is sucked to the inner wall surface of the discharge hole provided in the body, a certain range in the vicinity of the fluid ejection port that jets air in parallel along the inner wall surface is parallel to the inner wall surface. The die holder is provided with the Coanda effect forming means formed on the die holder.
[0013]

[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Since a punch press is known, the overall configuration of the punch press is omitted, and only the main part is shown and described.
[0015]
Referring to FIG. 1, a die plate 5 is detachably provided on a die holder (corresponding to a lower turret in a turret punch press) 3 that supports a die 1 in a punch press (the overall configuration is not shown). The die 1 is detachably mounted in a die mounting hole 5H provided in the die plate 5.
[0016]
The die 1 is provided with a die body 7, and a die hole 9H for punching a thin plate-like workpiece (not shown) in cooperation with a punch (not shown) is provided at the top of the die body 7. The die chip 9 is integrally attached. A discharge hole 7H for discharging a workpiece punching residue (not shown) is provided below the die chip 9.
[0017]
Since the die chip 9 is provided integrally with the die body 7, it can be regarded as a part of the die body 7. Between the die chip 9 and the die body 7, a plurality of air passages 11 communicating with the discharge hole 7H are formed. The air passage 11 is provided by forming a groove on one or both of the outer peripheral surface of the die chip 9 or the inner peripheral surface of the fitting hole of the die body 7 to which the die chip 9 is fitted and fixed.
[0018]
An O-ring 13 is provided between the die plate 5 and the die body 7 to prevent air from flowing in from the die mounting hole 5H.
[0019]
The die holder 3 is supported by a die base 13 as a part of a support structure that supports the die holder 3, and the die base 13 is supported by a die block 15 as a part of a support structure provided for a punch press. ing. That is, the die base 13 and the die block 15 constitute a support structure. The die holder 3 is provided with a discharge hole 3H having a diameter larger than that of the discharge hole 7H and communicating with the discharge hole 7H, and the die base 13 is provided with a discharge hole 13H having substantially the same diameter communicating with the discharge hole 3H. Is provided. The die block 15 is provided with a discharge hole 15H having a diameter slightly larger than that of the discharge hole 13H so as to communicate with the discharge hole 13H.
[0020]
A die hole 9H provided in the die chip 9, a discharge hole 7H provided in the die body 7, a discharge hole 3H provided in the die holder 3, a discharge hole 13H provided in the die base 13, and a discharge hole 15H provided in the die block 15 are provided. The shaft centers are arranged substantially in line with each other. Therefore, the punching waste punched by the cooperation of the punch and the die 1 is dropped and discharged from the die hole 9H through the discharge hole 7H and the discharge holes 3H, 13H, 15H.
[0021]
A discharge device 17 is provided on the die base 13 for sucking and discharging the punched waste in the die 1 downward. The position where the discharging device 17 is provided is not limited to the die base 13 and may be provided on the die holder 3. In the case where the die holder 3 is configured to move each time the die 1 is indexed and positioned at a processing position like, for example, a lower turret in a turret punch press, the discharging device 17 is always attached to the die base 13 positioned at a fixed position (processing position). It is desirable to provide.
[0022]
The discharge device 17 forms a Coanda effect for forming a flow of fluid (air) in a mode of being sucked to an inner wall surface of the discharge hole 15H provided in the die block 15 as a part of the support structure. It consists of means. Here, the Coanda effect means that when there is a wall surface or the like near the fluid flow, the pressure between the fluid and the solid wall surface is reduced and the fluid flow is attracted to the wall surface and flows along the wall surface. This is the phenomenon.
[0023]
Furthermore, if the wall surface is a curved surface with a strong inclination from the middle or a corner portion is generated, the fluid flow does not cut along the wall surface, and turbulence occurs in the portion. Therefore, in order not to disturb the flow of the fluid, the fluid should not be separated from the wall surface or the like, for example, the fluid flow should be along the wall surface from the beginning or the wall surface itself should be a streamlined surface. It is necessary.
[0024]
In order to efficiently obtain the Coanda effect, the discharge device (Coanda effect forming means) 17 includes a first ring member 19 having a minimum inner diameter substantially equal to the diameter of the discharge hole 15H, and the first ring member 19. And a second ring member 23 having an outer surface (outer peripheral surface) that forms a fluid flow path 21 between the inner surface (inner peripheral surface) of the second ring member 23. The fluid passage 21 is connected to a fluid supply passage 27 provided in the die base 13, and the annular fluid outlet 25 of the fluid passage 21 allows fluid to flow along the inner wall surface 15F of the discharge hole 15H. Oriented to erupt. That is, the fluid ejection port 25 ejects fluid along the inner wall surface 15F so that the fluid flows in parallel to the inner wall surface 15F in such a manner that the fluid is sucked to the inner wall surface 15F.
[0025]
More specifically, a nozzle chamber 29 (see FIG. 2) having a large cross-sectional area and a buffer function and presenting an annular space is provided in the vicinity of the connection portion where the fluid flow path 21 is connected to the fluid supply path 27. In addition, the cross-sectional area of the fluid flow path 21 is formed so as to gradually decrease from the nozzle chamber 29 toward the fluid ejection port 25 side. In the vicinity of the fluid outlet 25, a parallel region portion 31 having the same cross-sectional area and parallel to the inner wall surface 15F of the discharge hole 15H is provided.
[0026]
In other words, the parallel region portion 31 includes a cylindrical inner peripheral surface 19 </ b> A formed at the minimum diameter portion of the first ring member 19 and a circular outer peripheral surface 23 </ b> A at the outer periphery of the tip end of the second ring member 23. Between the parallel region portion 31 and the nozzle chamber 29, the inner peripheral surface 19B of the first ring member 19 is a fluid in the nozzle chamber 29. Is formed in an annular curved surface having a convex cross section so that the flow smoothly flows to the parallel region 31 when it flows along the inner peripheral surface 19B and reaches the parallel region 31. is there.
[0027]
The outer peripheral surface 23B of the second ring member 23 between the parallel region portion 31 and the nozzle chamber 29 is spaced from the inner peripheral surface 19B of the first ring member 19 by the parallel region portion. As the fluid in the nozzle chamber 29 reaches the parallel region portion 31 along the inner peripheral surface 23B, the flow is smoothly connected to the parallel region portion 31 so as to become narrower toward the 31st side. The cross-sectional shape is an annular curved surface having a concave shape.
[0028]
In the configuration as described above, when compressed air is supplied from the fluid supply path 27 to the fluid flow path 21 in the Coanda effect forming means (discharge device) 17, the compressed air flows into the annular nozzle chamber 29, and the fluid flows in the nozzle chamber 29. The flow of compressed air supplied from the supply path 27 is guided toward the parallel region portion 31 at a gentle angle.
[0029]
Then, air is ejected from the fluid ejection port 25 through the parallel region portion 31 along the inner wall surface 15F of the discharge hole 15H into an annular air curtain shape. This annular air flow is a parallel flow along the inner wall surface 15F of the discharge hole 15H, and is a flow in a mode of being sucked to the inner wall surface 15F by the Coanda effect. This flow is a flow that does not easily separate from the inner wall surface 15F and does not cause turbulence. Further, as known as the Coanda effect, the pressure between the inner wall surface 15F and the fluid is reduced, the flow velocity of the fluid is further accelerated, generating a larger negative pressure and increasing the suction effect. Is.
[0030]
Therefore, a strong negative pressure is generated in the discharge hole 7H of the die body 7, the discharge hole 3H of the die holder 3, and the discharge hole 13H of the die base 13 by the air flowing without being disturbed along the inner wall surface 15F of the discharge hole 15H. The punched debris in the die 1 generated and punched by the cooperation of the punch and the die 1 is strongly sucked and discharged. At this time, the air flow in the discharge holes 7H, 3H and 13H is less turbulent and the flow speed is increased by the Coanda effect, and a powerful negative pressure is generated by these synergistic effects. Even in a fine case, it is possible to suppress adhesion to the discharge hole 7H and the inner peripheral surfaces of the discharge holes 3H and 13H.
[0031]
That is, conventionally, since air is injected obliquely downward into the discharge hole, a certain amount of punched debris can be sucked and discharged by negative pressure, but a part of the air injected into the discharge hole is They collide with each other or collide with the inner wall surface of the discharge hole and become turbulent, resulting in a loss of suction energy and being caught in the collision or turbulent flow. It adheres to the inner wall surface, blows up from the die hole and adheres to the workpiece, or adheres to the die mounting surface of the die plate or die holder.
[0032]
However, according to the present embodiment, as described above, it is possible to strongly suck and discharge the punched residue without causing turbulent flow in the discharge hole, and it is possible to prevent fine punched residue from adhering to the work or die mounting surface. It is possible to solve the conventional problems.
[0033]
In the above embodiment, the fluid outlet 25 is preferably annular, but it is not always necessary to be annularly connected over the entire circumference, and a combination of the first and second ring members 19, 23. Depending on the structure, there may be a configuration in which a part is not connected or a plurality of fluid ejection ports, or a configuration in which the air guided to the pipe-like introduction path is jetted along the downward wall surface.
[0034]
Further, as the configuration of the die 1, a case where a die chip 9 having a die hole 9 </ b> H is provided in the upper portion of the die body 7 and an air passage 11 is provided around the die chip 9 is illustrated. However, the configuration of the die is not limited to the configuration described above, and a configuration in which a die hole is directly formed in the die body may be used.
[0035]
FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the Coanda effect forming means 17, and the same reference numerals are given to components having the same functions as those of the above-described embodiment, and redundant description is omitted.
[0036]
In the Coanda effect forming means 17, the inner peripheral surface 19B of the first ring member 19 is made to flow in the vertical direction downward along the inner peripheral surface 19B by the Coanda effect. , The curved surface smoothly connected to the inner wall surface 15F of the discharge hole 15H. That is, the inner peripheral surface 19B is formed in a gently curved surface so that the fluid does not peel from the inner peripheral surface 19B. The outer peripheral surface 23B of the second ring member 23 moves the fluid in the direction of the fluid ejection port 25 so as to assist in guiding the air to a portion that exhibits the Coanda effect sufficient for the air flow in the fluid flow path 21. An annular curved surface is formed so as to guide it.
[0037]
In the above configuration, when the air in the fluid flow path 21 is ejected from the fluid ejection port 25, a flow of air is formed along the inner peripheral surface of the first ring member 19 by the Coanda effect. The same effects as described above can be obtained.
[0038]
FIG. 4 shows a third embodiment, which illustrates the case where the die apparatus supporting the die is provided with the Coanda effect shape means, and the constituent parts having the same functions as those described above have the same reference numerals. A duplicate description is omitted.
[0039]
That is, the structure of the mold apparatus is a mold apparatus including a die holder 3 that supports the die 1, and a discharge hole 3 </ b> H that communicates with the discharge hole 7 </ b> H provided in the die 1 is provided in the die holder 3. Coanda effect forming means for forming a fluid flow in a mode of being sucked to the inner wall surface of the discharge hole (13H, 15H) provided in the discharge hole 3H or the support structure (13, 15) supporting the die holder 3 17 is provided in the die holder 3. Even in this configuration, the same effects as described above can be obtained.
[0040]
FIG. 5 shows a fourth embodiment, which illustrates a case where the die itself is provided with a Coanda effect forming means, and the same reference numerals are given to components having the same functions as those described above. The description which was made is abbreviate | omitted.
[0041]
That is, in this embodiment, a discharge hole 7H communicated with the die hole 9H is provided in a die body 7 integrally provided with a die chip 9 provided with a die hole 9H for punching a workpiece by cooperation with a punch. The die body 7 is provided with a Coanda effect forming means 17A for forming a fluid flow in a manner of being drawn and attracted to the discharge hole 7H or the inner wall surface of the discharge hole 3H provided in the die holder 3 supporting the die body 7. This is a configuration provided.
[0042]
More specifically, a fluid supply passage 27A corresponding to the fluid supply passage 27 is formed in the die body 7, and a fitting hole 33 for fitting and fixing the Coanda effect forming means 17A is provided in the fluid supply. It is connected to the path 27A. The Coanda effect forming means 17A includes a plurality of vertical connection holes 37 each having a discharge hole 7A connected to the discharge hole 7H and connected to an annular fluid supply path 35 formed between the fluid supply path 27A. An annular fitting member 39 provided in an annular shape is fitted and fixed in the fitting hole 33. In addition, an annular fluid ejection port 25A for ejecting air in parallel along the inner wall surface of the discharge hole 3H in the die holder 3 is provided below the plurality of connection holes 37.
[0043]
According to the above configuration, when compressed air is supplied to the fluid supply path 27 </ b> A, the air passes through the fluid supply path 35 and the plurality of connection holes 37 and is parallel to the inner wall surface of the discharge hole 3 </ b> H in the die holder 3 from the annular fluid ejection port 25 </ b> A. Since air is ejected so as to achieve a smooth flow, an undisturbed air flow is formed by the Coanda effect as described above, and the same effect as described above can be obtained.
[0044]
The embodiment shown in FIG. 5B has a configuration in which the discharge hole 7A is shortened, and the other configurations are the same as those described above. A duplicate description is omitted.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, air is blown in parallel along the inner wall surface of the discharge hole for discharging the punched debris, and is generated by a fluid flow without disturbance using the Coanda effect. The punching waste is strongly sucked and discharged by a large negative pressure, and the occurrence of turbulent flow in the discharge hole is suppressed, preventing the fine punching residue from adhering to the workpiece, die mounting surface, and inner wall of the discharge hole. It is possible to solve the conventional problems as described above.
