Next, the laminated body A (or A ′) and the belt-like body B constituting the liquid containing bag 1, 1 ′ as a reference example will be described. The laminated body A (or A ′) and the belt-like body B are selected depending on whether the contents accommodated in the liquid containing bags 1 and 1 ′ are aseptically filled or retort sterilized after filling. It is only necessary to select and use one suitable for the above.
[0016]
First, the material constituting the inner layer of the laminate A (or A ′) may be a layer formed of a heat-adhesive resin that can be melted by heat and welded to each other. For example, low density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, linear (linear) low density polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-α olefin copolymer, From one or more resins such as ethylene-propylene copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ionomer, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer, ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer It can be formed with a resin.
[0017]
In addition, the laminate A (or A ′) generally uses a base material layer outside the inner layer, and the base material layer is a synthetic material having excellent properties such as mechanical, physical, and chemical properties. A resin film can be used. For example, a polyester-based, polyamide-based, polypropylene-based, or polyacetal-based resin can be used. Moreover, as a film using these resins, any of an unstretched film or a stretched film stretched in a uniaxial direction or a biaxial direction can be used. As long as it has a thickness that can be held to the minimum necessary for strength, rigidity, etc., it can be determined in consideration of cost and the like. In addition, a synthetic resin film used as a base material layer is usually printed on the inner layer side of the synthetic resin film, and printability is required. A stretched film is preferred.
[0018]
In addition, the laminate A (or A ′) is provided between the inner layer and the base material layer as necessary to provide gas barrier properties such as oxygen gas and water vapor, and / or light shielding properties. An intermediate layer can be provided. As a material constituting this intermediate layer, for example, a metal foil such as aluminum, iron, copper, or tin, a film such as polyvinyl alcohol, saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyvinylidene chloride, or polyester, Polyolefin film such as polyamide, polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-propylene copolymer, etc., film obtained by coating polyvinylidene chloride on a film such as polyvinyl alcohol, or inorganic substances such as aluminum, silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, indium oxide, tin oxide, zirconium oxide The film etc. which gave vapor deposition of can be used. Further, the intermediate layer not only provides the above-mentioned gas barrier properties and / or light shielding properties, but also mechanical toughness, bending resistance, puncture resistance, impact resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance, Materials capable of imparting functions such as chemical resistance and the above-mentioned gas barrier properties and / or light-shielding properties, and polyolefins such as polyesters, polyamides, polyethylenes, polypropylenes, ethylene-propylene copolymers, etc. Etc., or may be used in combination with a film stretched in a uniaxial direction or biaxial direction.
[0019]
In the case of using the above-mentioned base material layer coated with polyvinylidene chloride on the above-mentioned synthetic resin film, or a material on which an inorganic material such as aluminum, silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, indium oxide, tin oxide or zirconium oxide is deposited. However, it is not necessary to use the intermediate layer for imparting gas barrier properties and / or light shielding properties, but if necessary, functional mechanical toughness, flex resistance, puncture resistance, impact resistance In order to provide functions such as heat resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, or tearing if necessary, for example, polyester, polyamide, polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-propylene copolymer, etc. An intermediate layer is formed by combining one or more unstretched polyolefin films, etc., or a film stretched uniaxially or biaxially. It is those that may be used.
[0020]
In addition, as a method of laminating the base material layer, the intermediate layer, the inner layer, and the like to form the laminate A (or A ′), a known lamination method such as a sandwich lamination method or a dry lamination method may be used. Is.
[0021]
Next, the strip B will be described. The belt-like body B is not particularly limited as long as the belt-like body B is configured to have a resin having compatibility with both sides of the heat-adhesive resin used for the inner layer of the laminate A (or A ′). For example, low density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, linear (linear) low density polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-α olefin copolymer, ethylene-propylene copolymer may be used. Polymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ionomer, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer, ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer, etc. As a core layer, for example, a uniaxial direction made of a resin such as polyester or polyamide is used. Using a stretched film stretched biaxially, on both sides of this core layer, for example, low density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, linear (linear) low density polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-α-olefin One kind of resin such as copolymer, ethylene-propylene copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ionomer, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer, ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer Alternatively, it is possible to use a laminate of layers made of a resin composed of more than that. Also for this lamination method, a known lamination method such as a sandwich lamination method or a dry lamination method may be used.
[0022]
Further, the material of the

Next, a method for using the liquid storage bag of the present invention will be described using the bag shown in FIG. 1 as an example. For example, when the liquid storage bag 1 containing a concentrated liquid enteral nutrient is used, the liquid storage bag 1 is first opened by tearing from the
[0024]
In addition, the aspect shown in the reference example shows one aspect for explaining the liquid containing bag of the present invention. One embodiment of the liquid container bag according to the present invention is shown in FIG. 1 using a resin that is heat-releasably attached to one side of the inner layer of the laminate A (or A ′) and the band B that is heat-adhered to the inner layer. 【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, the present invention does not need to be transferred, can greatly reduce the possibility of foreign matters such as dust, and is easy to work with when supplying water, especially when mixing liquid. It can be set as the liquid storage bag without a possibility of leakage. Furthermore, a liquid storage bag suitable for a bag containing enteral nutrients can be obtained by providing a liquid storage bag having gas barrier properties such as oxygen gas and water vapor, or light shielding properties.
