Claims (20)
- 送信側ノードからのデータパケットを宛先ノードにおいて受信することと、
前記宛先ノードにおいて、輻輳に遭遇したか否かを決定することと、
前記宛先ノードにおいて、ネットワーク輻輳の標識を制御フレームに付与することと、
少なくとも一部に前記ネットワーク輻輳の標識を含む前記制御フレームを前記宛先ノードから前記送信側ノードに伝送することと、
を含み、
前記ネットワーク輻輳の標識を付与することは、地上無線アクセスネットワーク(UTRAN)に従ったIubインターフェースおよびIurインターフェースの少なくともいずれかで検知された輻輳の明示的な輻輳標識を供給することを含む、方法。 - 前記制御フレームの伝送は、非同期転送モード(Asynchronous Transfer Mode; ATM)プロトコルに従う請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ネットワーク輻輳の標識を付与することは、非同期転送モード適合層(Asynchronous Transfer Mode Adaptation Layer; AAL2)ヘッダーに前記明示的な輻輳標識を付与することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記制御フレームの伝送は、インターネットプロトコル(IP)に従う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ネットワーク輻輳の標識を付与することは、前記明示的な輻輳標識をIPパケットヘッダーに付与することを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記制御フレームを伝送することは、前記制御フレームにバイナリフラグを含めることをさらに含み、前記バイナリフラグは、前記ネットワーク輻輳の標識である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記制御フレームを伝送することは、前記制御フレームのペイロード部分に前記ネットワーク輻輳の標識として新規フィールドを含めることをさらに含み、前記新規フィールドは前記ネットワーク輻輳の重度(severity)を示す、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記制御フレームを伝送することは、前記輻輳を発生させたデータの発信元の標識をさらに含む前記新規フィールドをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記制御フレームを伝送することは、前記ネットワーク輻輳の標識を含むために、アプリケーションプロトコルを使用することを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 受信したデータパケットが輻輳に遭遇したか否かを決定する決定手段と、
ネットワーク輻輳の標識を制御フレームに付与する挿入手段と、
少なくとも一部に前記ネットワーク輻輳の標識を含む前記制御フレームを送信側ノードに伝送する伝送手段と、
を備え、
前記挿入手段によって付与された前記ネットワーク輻輳の標識は、地上無線アクセスネットワーク(UTRAN)に従ったIubインターフェースおよびIurインターフェースの少なくともいずれかで検知された輻輳の明示的な輻輳標識である、装置。 - 前記伝送手段は、非同期転送モード(ATM)プロトコルに従って前記制御フレームを伝送する、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記伝送手段は、インターネットプロトコル(IP)に従って前記制御フレームを伝送する、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記挿入手段は、前記明示的輻輳標識をIPパケットヘッダーに付与する、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 制御フレームの受信においてネットワーク輻輳を決定するように構成される、決定モジュールと、
ネットワーク輻輳の標識を宛先における前記制御フレームに付与するように構成される、輻輳標識モジュールと、
少なくとも一部に前記ネットワーク輻輳の標識を含む前記制御フレームを前記宛先から送信側に伝送するように構成される伝送モジュールと、
を備え、
前記輻輳標識モジュールによって付与された前記ネットワーク輻輳の標識は、地上無線アクセスネットワーク(UTRAN)に従ったIubインターフェースおよびIurインターフェースの少なくともいずれかで検知された輻輳の明示的な輻輳標識である、システム。 - 前記輻輳標識モジュールは、明示的な輻輳通知であるネットワーク輻輳の標識を付与するように構成される、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 受信したデータパケットが輻輳に遭遇したか否かを決定するように構成される決定部と、
ネットワーク輻輳の標識を制御フレームに付与するように構成される挿入ユニットと、
少なくとも一部に前記ネットワーク輻輳の標識を含む前記制御フレームを送信側ノードへ伝送するように構成される伝送部と、
を備え、
前記挿入ユニットに付与された前記ネットワーク輻輳の標識は、地上無線アクセスネットワーク(UTRAN)に従ったIubインターフェースおよびIurインターフェースの少なくともいずれかで検知された輻輳の明示的な輻輳標識である、装置。 - 前記制御フレームは、非同期転送モード(Asynchronous Transfer Mode; ATM)プロトコルに従って伝送される、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記制御フレームは、インターネットプロトコル(IP)に従って伝送される、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記挿入ユニットは、前記明示的な輻輳標識をIPパケットヘッダーに付与するように構成される、請求項18に記載の装置。
- コンピュータに、
宛先ノードにおいて、送信側ノードからのデータパケットを受信する手順と、
前記宛先ノードにおいて、輻輳に遭遇したか否かを決定する手順と、
前記宛先ノードにおいて、ネットワーク輻輳の標識として地上無線アクセスネットワーク(UTRAN)に従ったIubインターフェースおよびIurインターフェースの少なくともいずれかで検知された輻輳の明示的な輻輳標識を制御フレームに付与する手順と、
少なくとも一部に前記ネットワーク輻輳の標識を含む前記制御フレームを前記宛先ノードから前記送信側ノードへ伝送する手順と、
を実行させるためのプログラム。
