The present invention relates to an illuminating device having a function of providing music and sound, and more specifically, an object is to prevent a vibration generator attached to the illuminating device from deteriorating aesthetics.

Patent Document 1 describes an illumination device having an acoustic function. In this illuminating device, a drive unit is attached to a reflector for reflecting light rays forward, and sound is generated by vibrating the reflector with this drive unit.
JP 2003-129768 A

The conventional illumination device has a structure that generates sound from a reflector located behind the light source. Therefore, when a cover is provided on the front side of the light source for protecting the light source and improving design, there is a problem that the acoustic characteristics are deteriorated because this cover exhibits a sound insulation effect. Therefore, it is conceivable to attach a drive unit to the cover on the front side of the light source to generate sound from the cover. In this case, however, the shadow of the drive unit is reflected on the cover when it is lit, resulting in a poor appearance. .

The present invention provides an illuminating device that exhibits an acoustic function without impairing aesthetics, and is characterized in that, as described in claim 1, a translucent cover is provided on the front side of the light source. A vibration transmitting member having translucency is attached to the back surface of the cover, and the vibration generator is provided at a position away from the cover by attaching to the base end of the vibration transmitting member. by vibrating the cover through said vibration transmitting member in the vibration generator, while being configured to generate sound from the cover, the light projecting means for incident light into the interior of the vibration transmission member is provided The incident light is emitted from the tip of the vibration transmitting member .

The type of lighting device to which the present invention is applied is not particularly limited, and can be applied to indoor lights such as ceiling lights, wall lights, and foot lamps, as well as outdoor lights and warning lights. Also, the type of light source is not particularly limited, such as a fluorescent lamp, a mercury lamp, or a light bulb. The cover arranged on the front side of the light source can take various forms such as flat plate, curved surface, hemisphere, spherical surface, columnar shape, cone shape, and the material can be plastic, glass, or ceramic. Further, transparent, translucent, patterns and irregularities formed appropriately, and design properties can be considered.

The vibration transmitting member may be any member having translucency and sound vibration transmitting property, and plastic, glass, and ceramic are used. Moreover, it may be the same as or different from the material of the cover. The form is appropriately selected according to the situation, such as a columnar shape, a prismatic shape, a polygonal columnar shape, a truncated cone shape, a cylindrical shape, and a plate shape.

As the vibration generator, a vibration element called an actuator / exciter can be used. Some of the former actuators use giant magnetostrictive elements and piezoelectric elements. An example of the giant magnetostrictive actuator is a structure in which a giant magnetostrictive rod is expanded and contracted by a magnetic field change generated by an electromagnetic coil. In the casing, an electromagnetic coil, a rod made of a giant magnetostrictive element, a spring for applying a biasing force in the compression direction to the giant magnetostrictive rod, and a magnet for applying a bias magnetic field to the giant magnetostrictive rod are housed. The giant magnetostrictive rod is expanded and contracted by a magnetic field change based on an audio signal input to the electromagnetic coil, and the plate member is vibrated by the displacement to generate a sound wave.

On the other hand, the latter vibration element called an exciter uses a voice coil, and includes a voice coil wound around a bobbin portion and a magnetic circuit that forms a magnetic gap between the voice coil. The voice coil is vibrated on the basis of the voice signal input to the bobbin, and the bobbin is caused to move in a piston motion. As a result, the plate member abutted on the bobbin is vibrated to reproduce the sound. . Magnetic circuits include an outer magnet type and an inner magnetic type.

In the illuminating device, the light projecting unit may be capable of adjusting the amount of incident light into the vibration transmitting member.

As with the present invention, for the purpose of providing a lighting device that exhibits an acoustic function without impairing aesthetics , a non-light-transmitting portion is provided on the front surface of the lighting device having a light-transmitting cover on the front side of the light source. It is also possible to provide a vibration generator on the back surface of the cover at the non-light-transmitting portion, and to generate a sound by vibrating the cover with the vibration generator.

In this case , the non- light-transmitting portion can be formed by a holding member for mounting the cover on the front surface of the lighting device.

Further , in a lighting device in which a light-transmitting cover is provided on the front side of the light source, the cover is partially provided with a non-light-transmitting part, and a vibration generator is provided on the back surface of the non-light-transmitting part to generate the vibration. It is also possible to generate sound by vibrating the cover with a vessel.

Since the illumination device with an acoustic function according to the first aspect of the present invention converts the illumination device into an acoustic device by using the cover as a diaphragm, an installation space for a speaker is not required. Therefore, even when it is difficult to secure a speaker installation area in the room, it is possible to provide sound to the room space. The space that can be effectively used is expanded as much as the speaker installation space can be omitted. In addition, since the cover located in front of the light source is vibrated, sound is generated in the same direction as the light irradiation direction from the light source, and compared with the conventional structure in which sound is generated from the reflector located behind the light source. And acoustically superior.

Since the vibration generator is configured to vibrate the cover via a vibration transmission member attached to the back surface of the cover to generate sound, the position of the vibration generator is separated from the cover. Therefore, the shadow of the vibration generator is not reflected on the cover at all or becomes very thin. In addition, since the vibration transmitting member is translucent, it is difficult for shadows to be reflected on the cover, and depending on the properties of the cover, it is possible to make the attachment site of the vibration transmitting member inconspicuous. Therefore, the aesthetics of the lighting device are not impaired. Furthermore, since the light incident on the inside of the vibration transmission member from the light source can be radiated from the front end portion of the vibration transmission member, the loss of the light amount is not caused or even a slight loss is required.

Further, in the present invention, the light projecting means which light enters into the interior of the vibration transmission member is provided, since the illumination light is configured to emit from the distal end of the vibration transmitting member, the light amount due to the mounting of the vibration transmitting member To compensate for the loss. Accordingly, the light emission state of the vibration transmission member mounting portion and the surrounding cover can be made uniform. If desired, the vibration transmission member mounting portion can emit light brighter than the surroundings.

Note in the illumination apparatus according to the present invention, when it is possible adjusting the amount of the light projecting means for incident light to the vibration transmission member, certainly equally emission state of the cover of the mounting portion and its surroundings of the vibration transmission member If desired, the attachment site of the vibration transmitting member can be made to emit light brighter than the surroundings, or can appear darker.

[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a lighting device 1 using a fluorescent lamp as a light source 3. The lighting device 1 is, for example, a ceiling lamp, and a plurality of straight tube fluorescent lamps are arranged as a light source 3 inside a housing 2 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape and an open front portion. A cover 4 on which a translucent or desired design is applied is mounted.

In this example, the distal end portion 5a of the translucent vibration transmission member 5 formed in a columnar shape is attached so as to be in close contact with the back surface of the central portion of the cover 4, and vibration is applied to the base end portion 5b of the vibration transmission member 5. Generator 10 was attached. In order to stabilize the mounting state of the vibration generator 10, a spacer 6 may be disposed between the housing 2 and the vibration generator 10. The spacer 6 serves as a pressing means made of rubber, a spring or the like for pressing the vibration generator 10 against the vibration transmission member 5, and the adhesion of the vibration generator 10 to the vibration transmission member 5 and the adhesion of the vibration transmission member 5 to the cover 4. You may make it raise property. Further, it is desirable that a vibration isolator 7 is interposed between the cover 4 and the housing 2 to prevent the vibration of the cover 4 from being transmitted to the housing 2 by the vibration generator 10 as much as possible. Further, in the present invention, the light transmitting means 8 composed of an LED (light emitting diode) or the like is provided on the vibration transmitting member 5 for transmitting the vibration of the vibration generator 10 to the cover 4.

The illuminating device 1 according to the present invention configured as described above transmits the vibration generated by the vibration generator 10 to the cover 4 via the vibration transmission member 5, thereby causing the cover 4 to function as a diaphragm, Sound such as voice is generated from the cover 4. Therefore, it is possible to provide audio equipment even if there is no space for installing the speakers, and it is possible to expand the space that can be effectively used as much as the speakers are omitted.

Since the position of the vibration generator 10 is away from the cover 4 and is behind the light source 3 in this example, there is no possibility that the shadow of the vibration generator 10 is reflected on the cover 4. Therefore, aesthetics are not impaired.

Further, in the present invention, since the vibration transmitting member 5 has translucency, as shown in FIG. 1 (B), the light incident from the light source 3 into the vibration transmitting member 5 is internally reflected and is reflected from the tip 5a. Radiated to the outside. Therefore, since the difference in the light emission state can be eliminated or reduced between the attachment site of the vibration transmission member 5 and the surrounding cover 4, the brightness of the attachment site of the vibration transmission member 5 in the cover 4 is not impaired, There is no risk of lowering the lighting function and aesthetics.
Furthermore, in the present invention, the light incident from the light projecting means 8 into the vibration transmitting member 5 can compensate for the shortage of the amount of light radiated from the distal end portion 5a of the vibration transmitting member 5. That is, when the amount of emitted light is insufficient at the site where the vibration transmitting member 5 is attached to the cover 4, the light projecting means 8 is turned on, and the light emitting state is changed between the site where the vibration transmitting member 5 is attached and the surrounding cover 4. It can be homogenized.

The vibration generator 10 used in the present invention is manufactured by using a vibration element such as an actuator / exciter. In FIG. 2, the structural example of the vibration generator 10 by the exciter 20 using the voice coil 24 is shown. As shown in FIG. 2A, the exciter 20 forms a magnetic gap between the bobbin 22 having the output portion 21 on the tip side, the voice coil 24 wound around the outer peripheral surface of the bobbin 22, and the voice coil 24. , A damper 23 elastically connecting the bobbin 22 and the yoke 25, a magnet 26 disposed in the center of the yoke 25, and a plate 27 to which the magnet 26 is attached and fitted in the bobbin 22. In the bobbin 22, a cancel magnet 28 disposed on the plate 27 and a terminal 29 for the voice coil 24 are provided.

The exciter 20 is attached by a pressing tool 31 provided on a support tool 30 fixed to the vibration transmission member 5. As shown in FIG. 2B, the pressing tool 31 is made of a leaf spring, a coil spring, or the like, and is set to press the output portion 21 of the exciter 20 against the vibration transmitting member 5 with an appropriate pressing force. In this example, the pressing tool 31 is made of a spring plate material, and a plurality of arc-shaped cutouts 32 arranged in parallel on a concentric circle are opened and elastically formed by connecting portions 33 and 33 provided between adjacent cutouts 32 and 32. It is configured to demonstrate its power. The exciter 20 can be adhered to the surface of the vibration transmitting member 5 with an adhesive or the like, instead of being elastically mounted with the support tool 30 and the pressing tool 31 as described above. Further, the output unit 21 is directly brought into contact with the vibration transmission member 5 and, if desired, a sound quality adjusting tool 40 such as wood or ceramic may be disposed between the vibration transmission member 5 and the output unit 21. Is possible.

In the vibration generator 10 configured as described above, when a voice signal is input to the voice coil 24 of the exciter 20, the bobbin 22 causes a piston motion based on the voice signal, and the output unit 21 at the tip of the bobbin causes the vibration transmitting member 5 to move. The vibration is transmitted to the cover 4 to vibrate the cover 4, and as a result, sound is generated.

[Second Embodiment]
As shown in FIG. 3A, the vibration transmitting member 5 for transmitting the vibration generated by the vibration generator 10 to the cover 4 is shaped like a truncated cone having a distal end 5a having a small diameter and a proximal end 5b having a large diameter. Alternatively, it is conceivable that the tip 5a is formed in a truncated cone shape having a large diameter and a base end 5b having a small diameter as shown in FIG. In the former case, since the light incident on the vibration transmitting member 5 is collected and emitted from the tip portion 5a having a small diameter, there is no possibility of causing a shortage of light amount at the mounting portion of the vibration transmitting member 5. In the latter case, since the contact area of the vibration transmission member 5 with respect to the cover 4 is large, vibration transmission is ensured.

[Third Embodiment]
The amount of light emission can be adjusted by controlling the voltage or current value applied to the light projecting means 8. Thereby, the difference of the light emission state between the attachment site | part of the vibration transmission member 5 and the surrounding cover 4 can be eliminated reliably. Alternatively, if desired, the attachment portion of the vibration transmitting member 5 can be made to emit light brighter than the surroundings, or on the contrary, can be made darker than the surroundings to give a special design.

[Fourth Embodiment]
FIG. 4 shows an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to the lighting device 1 of a vanity table P including a cabinet K, a wash basin L, and a mirror body M. In this example, as shown in FIG. 4B, a translucent vibration transmitting member 5 is disposed at the center of the cover 4 that covers the front surface of the light source 3, and the vibration generator 10 and the projection are disposed at the base end thereof. A light means 8 was attached. The vanity table P can generate sound from the lighting device 1 even without a speaker. And when it is felt that the light quantity is insufficient when using the basin L or the mirror body M, it is possible to increase the light quantity of the light projecting means 8 to function as auxiliary illumination.

As shown in FIG. 5 , in order to attach the cover 4 that covers the front surface of the light source 3 to the housing 2, the left and right ends of the cover 4 are held by holding members 9 fixed to the housing 2 with screws 9a or the like. May be adopted. In this case, the vibration generator 10 is attached to the back surface of the cover 4 on the back surface side of the holding member 9.

According to such a configuration, since the vibration generator 10 is covered and hidden by the holding member 9, even when the cover 4 is a transparent plate, the aesthetics are not impaired. Further, since the vibration generator 10 directly vibrates the cover 4, the sound generation efficiency is good. In addition, when the vibration generator 10 is arrange | positioned on either side of the cover 4 like this embodiment, it can anticipate exhibiting a stereo effect.

[Reference example]
As shown in FIG. 6 , when the cover 4 is provided with a translucent part 4 a and a non-translucent part 4 b in order to give the lighting device 1 a special design, the non-translucent part 4 b of the cover 4 is provided. The structure which mounts the vibration generator 10 in the back surface side in can be possible. Also in this example, since the vibration generator 10 is covered and hidden so as not to be seen, the aesthetics are not impaired. Further, since the vibration generator 10 directly vibrates the cover 4, the sound generation efficiency is good. If the vibration generator 10 can be arranged on the left and right sides of the cover 4, a stereo effect can be expected.
