Description
C=1000×(μ−μH20)/μH20[HU]
但し、Cはハウンズフィールド単位[HU]でのCT値である。水については値CH20=0HUが生じ、空気については値CL=−1000HUが生じる。両表示は相互に変換可能もしくは等価であるので、以下において一般的に選んだ用語「減弱値」または「減弱値係数」は減弱係数μもCT値も意味する。
なお、上述のように、被検体の少なくとも1つの範囲における複数のディジタルX線像は、同じジオメトリ条件下でX線ビームS(E)および/または検出器感度D(E)のm≧n個の異なるスペクトル分布で描出される。

Claims (5)
- n個の元素および/または元素結合物からなる被検体におけるn個の元素および/または元素結合物の濃度を位置分解して求める方法において、
X線装置(8)により同時にまたは次々に、被検体(11)の少なくとも1つの範囲における複数のディジタルX線像が、X線像において同じ位置を表す各ピクセルについてm個の減弱値μiを得るために、同じジオメトリ条件下でX線ビームS(E)および/または検出器感度D(E)のm(≧n)個の異なるスペクトル分布で描出され、
少なくとも1つのピクセルについてそれぞれm個の減弱値μiから、n個の元素および/または元素結合物の既知のスペクトルの吸収スペクトルkj(E)とX線ビームS(E)および/または検出器感度D(E)のm個の異なるスペクトル分布とを考慮して、n個の元素および/または元素結合物の濃度cjが次式に従って算出され、
- ディジタルX線像は、X線装置(8)から放射されたX線ビームのX線スペクトルの少なくともほぼ均等な区分を表わす検出器感度D(E)のm個のスペクトル分布で描出されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- m個のスペクトル分布は、n個の元素および/または元素結合物のうちの1つの元素および/または元素結合物の少なくとも1つのKエッジがm個のスペクトル分布のうちの1つのスペクトル分布に含まれるように選ばれていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- X線像はX線CT装置(8)により描出されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の方法。
- 被検体(11)におけるn個の元素および/または元素結合物の濃度を位置分解して求める装置において、
X線ビームを放射するX線源(10)と、X線源(10)に対向位置し到来X線ビームを位置分解して検出するX線検出器(9)と、X線検出器(9)の電気信号を減弱値に変換する評価ユニット(13)とを備え、
評価ユニット(13)は濃度を求めるためのモジュール(14)を有し、
このモジュール(14)は、同じジオメトリ条件下でX線ビームS(E)および/または検出器感度D(E)のm(≧n)個の異なるスペクトル分布で描出された、被検体(11)の少なくとも1つの範囲における複数のディジタルX線像において同じ位置を表す少なくとも1つのピクセルについてのm個の減弱値μ i から、n個の元素および/または元素結合物の既知のスペクトルの吸収スペクトルkj(E)とX線ビームS(E)および/または検出器感度D(E)のm個の異なるスペクトル分布とを考慮して、n個の元素および/または元素結合物の濃度cjを次式に従って算出し、
