2重構造の内側に位置する天板に連接される側板の上端から所定距離隔てた位置を折曲線として、該折曲線から天板方向へと先端が延びる略コ字形状の切り込みを内側に折り曲げると共に、該切り込みに囲まれる部分の折曲線から先端に向けて、前記液体注出口を嵌合固定するための固定穴と、指を挿入可能な長穴と、をこの順で開設する一方、
2重構造の外側に位置する天板に、前記固定穴及び長穴を臨む部分を切り取り可能なミシン目を形成したこと
