また、本発明の鏡の製造方法によって、前記の反射性能の耐久性が改善された鏡を安定して製造することができる。

(塗膜の剥離試験)
試験体を60℃±3℃の温水中に10日間浸漬した後、温水中から取り出した試験体の膜面に1mm間隔で基板に達する切れ目をつけて、碁盤目を100個つける。そして、前記の碁盤目の上に、碁盤目を覆うようにセロハンベースの粘着テープを載せて、片手の親指の腹部で10回以上押圧し、粘着テープを塗膜に圧着する。その後、試験体を押さえながら、試験体面に対して大略直角方向に粘着テープを剥がす。粘着テープを剥がした時に、塗料が粘着テープ側に剥離した碁盤目の数を数える。

Claims (10)
- 透明基板の一方の面に透光性を有する反射層を設け、不透明層を該反射層に接して形成してなる鏡において、前記反射層の不透明層と接する層が、真空プラズマを用いたドライプロセスによって生成してなる、金属の窒化物を主成分として含む金属化合物から形成されていることを特徴とする鏡。
- 真空プラズマを用いたドライプロセスが、蒸着、スパッタリングおよびイオンプレーティングから選ばれた1種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鏡。
- 真空プラズマを用いたドライプロセスが、活性化反応性蒸着、反応性スパッタリングおよび反応性イオンプレーティングから選ばれた1種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鏡。
- 前記金属の窒化物が、Ti、CrおよびSiから選ばれた少なくとも1種の物質を主成分として含む金属の窒化物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鏡。
- 前記反射層が、その厚さ5nm超、500nm未満で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鏡。
- 前記不透明層が、有機化合物の塗膜で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鏡。
- 前記有機化合物が、アルキド化合物、アクリル化合物、エポキシ化合物、ウレタン化合物、アミノアルキド化合物およびビニル化合物の少なくとも1種をベース樹脂とすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の鏡。
- 前記反射層の不透明層と接する層が、反応性スパッタリング法で形成された、厚さ5nm超、100nm未満のTiN膜であり、不透明層が、エポキシ化合物をベース樹脂とする有機化合物の塗膜で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鏡。
- 前記反射層が複数の層からなり、前記複数の層が、前記不透明層と接しない層として光透過性を有する金属薄膜を含む請求項1に記載の鏡。
- 前記光透過性を有する金属薄膜がステンレス鋼からなる請求項9に記載の鏡。
