Description
Claims (17)
- 待機位置から穿刺位置に向けた前進方向に針部を移動させるための移動体と、上記移動体を収容し、上記前進方向および上記前進方向とは反対方向である後退方向への上記移動体の移動を許容するハウジングと、を備えた穿刺装置であって、
上記移動体は、上記ハウジングに対して密着動するように構成されており、
上記ハウジングは、上記移動体の密着部分よりも上記後退方向に存在する第1空間と、上記密着部分よりも上記前進方向に存在する第2空間と、を有しており、
上記第1空間に負圧を発生させるための負圧発生手段をさらに備えており、
上記移動体を上記待機位置に保持するときに、上記負圧発生手段により発生させられる負圧により上記移動体を上記後退方向に移動させて上記前進方向に向けた付勢力を蓄えるように構成されている、穿刺装置。 - 上記前進方向に向けた付勢力を蓄えた状態で、上記待機位置において、上記移動体を上記ハウジングに固定するための固定手段と、上記移動体の固定状態を解除するための解除手段と、をさらに備え、かつ、
上記移動体は、上記付勢力に基づいて、上記待機位置から上記前進方向に移動させられるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。 - 上記付勢力は、弾性体によって上記移動体に作用させられる、請求項1または2に記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記弾性体は、コイルバネあるいはベローズである、請求項3に記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記負圧発生手段によって、上記第1および第2空間に対して、個別に負圧を発生させることができるように構成されている、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記負圧発生手段は、電動ポンプである、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記解除手段によって上記移動体の固定状態を解除することができるとともに、上記第1空間に気体を流入させることができるように構成されている、請求項2ないし6のいずれかに記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記解除手段によって上記移動体の固定状態を解除する動作と連動し、上記第1空間に気体を流入させるように構成されている、請求項2ないし7のいずれかに記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記解除手段は、この解除手段を上記固定手段に作用させる際に操作される操作部を有しており、
この操作部の位置を選択することにより、上記第1空間が外部に連通する状態と外部に連通しない状態とを選択できるように構成されている、請求項2ないし8のいずれかに記載の穿刺装置。 - 上記操作部は、上記ハウジングから一部が突出した状態で、上記前進方向および後退方向に移動可能に保持されているとともに、上記ハウジングの内部に収容された係合部を有しており、
上記ハウジングは、上記前進方向および上記後退方向に対する上記操作部の移動を許容するための貫通孔を有しており、かつ、
上記係合部は、上記係合部によって上記貫通孔を封鎖する状態と封鎖しない状態とを選択できるように構成されている、請求項9に記載の穿刺装置。 - 上記第2空間には、上記穿刺位置に移動させられた針部を上記後退方向に移動させるための後退手段が設けられている、請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の穿刺装置。
- 待機位置から穿刺位置に向けた前進方向に針部を移動させるための移動体と、上記移動体を収容し、上記前進方向および上記前進方向とは反対方向である後退方向への上記移動体の移動を許容するハウジングと、を備えた穿刺装置であって、
上記ハウジングの内部を、上記後退方向側に存在する第1空間と上記前進方向側に存在する第2空間とに区画するための隔壁を備えており、かつ、
上記第1空間に負圧を発生させるための負圧発生手段をさらに備えており、
上記移動体を上記待機位置に保持するときに、上記負圧発生手段により発生させられる負圧により上記移動体を上記後退方向に移動させて上記前進方向に向けた付勢力を蓄えるように構成されている、穿刺装置。 - 上記隔壁は、ベローズを含んでいる、請求項12に記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記前進方向に向けた付勢力を蓄えた状態で、上記待機位置において、上記移動体を上記ハウジングに固定するための固定手段をさらに備え、かつ、
上記移動体は、上記付勢力に基づいて、上記待機位置から上記前進方向に移動させられるように構成されている、請求項12または13に記載の穿刺装置。 - 上記付勢力は、1以上の弾性体によって上記移動体に作用させられるように構成されている、請求項12ないし14のいずれかに記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記1以上の弾性体は、上記ベローズを含んでいる、請求項15に記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記1以上の弾性体は、コイルバネを含んでいる、請求項15または16に記載の穿刺装置。
