Description
Claims (7)
- 複数の気筒に各々設けられた燃料噴射弁と、特定の気筒のみに設置され、該特定の気筒内における燃焼状態を検出する検出器と、を備えた圧縮着火式の多気筒内燃機関に適用され、
前記検出器により検出した燃焼状態に基づいて着火時期又はそれに相関する所定燃焼時期を算出し、該算出される着火時期又はそれに相関する所定燃焼時期が目標とする時期に一致するように、前記燃料噴射弁による燃料の噴射開始時期を調整する制御装置において、
前記検出器の非設置気筒における着火時期又はそれに相関する所定燃焼時期が前記検出器の設置気筒における着火時期又はそれに相関する所定燃焼時期に比べて進角側になるように、前記検出器の非設置気筒における前記噴射開始時期を調整する調整手段を備えたことを特徴とする圧縮着火式の多気筒内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記着火時期又はそれに相関する所定燃焼時期の気筒間ばらつきを予め求めておき、前記調整手段は、前記気筒間ばらつきに基づいて前記噴射開始時期を調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮着火式の多気筒内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記調整手段は、前記検出器の非設置気筒における噴射開始時期を、前記検出器の設置気筒における噴射開始時期に対して前記気筒間ばらつきのばらつき時間分だけ進角側に補正することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧縮着火式の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記調整手段は、前記噴射開始時期の調整量を前記内燃機関の運転情報に基づいて可変に設定することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の圧縮着火式の多気筒内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記調整手段は、所定の燃焼条件が成立している状態においてのみ前記噴射開始時期の調整を行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の圧縮着火式の多気筒内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記調整手段は、予混合燃焼が行われる場合に、前記所定の燃焼条件が成立している状態として前記噴射開始時期の調整を行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の圧縮着火式の多気筒内燃機関の制御装置。
- 排ガス再循環装置により環流された排ガスの吸入空気中に占める割合が最も高い気筒に前記燃焼状態の検出器を設置したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の圧縮着火式の多気筒内燃機関の制御装置。
