Description

The present invention relates to a gaming machine provided with a board storage box for storing a circuit board.

Conventionally, many circuit boards are provided in gaming machines such as pachinko gaming machines and slot machines. In particular, a lot of electronic elements such as MPU, ROM, and RAM constituting a microcomputer are mounted on a game control circuit board that controls game operations. In many cases, different game contents can be realized by exchanging the ROM storing the program for controlling the game operation. For this reason, the game control circuit board is usually housed and provided in a resin box in order to prevent fraud. This board storage box is composed of a box body to which a circuit board is attached and a cover body covering the circuit board. The cover body is fixed to the box body with a one-way screw so that the board storage box itself is not destroyed. It was a configuration that could not be opened as much as possible, and increased the crime prevention effect to prevent fraud against the circuit board (unauthorized work connecting jumper wiring or mounting electronic components).

However, the conventional board storage box is easily attached to and detached from a mounting base provided on the back side of the gaming machine. For this reason, despite the fact that the crime prevention effect of the board storage box itself has been improved, an unauthorized act of removing the regular board storage box from the mounting base and replacing it with a duplicate board storage box fitted with a non-regular ROM has been performed. . The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and its object is to improperly replace the substrate storage box with a duplicate substrate storage box by attaching the substrate storage box to the mounting base in an irreversible fixing state. The object is to provide a gaming machine that can be prevented.

In order to achieve the above object, the solution adopted by claim 1 of the present invention is a circuit board (game control circuit board 6 as shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 6, FIG. 8 and FIG. 10 ) . in the substrate for accommodating a 1) (box body 110) and the lid (and a lid body 80) substrate accommodating box (circuit board box 6 2) comprising a gaming machine (pinball game machine 1), the substrate storage box mounting portion for mounting to the gaming machine (the mount 15 0), the first mounting fixing means for mounting the substrate storage box unit with said mounting in a non-reversible stuck up (one-way screws 16 0, mount piece 156a, the mounting Projection 148a) and second attachment fixing means (one-way screw) for attaching the substrate storage box to the attachment portion again in an irreversible fixing state when the irreversible fixing state by the first fixing means is released. 1 60, a mounting piece 156b, a mounting projection 148b), and first assembly fixing means (one-way screw 140, mounting piece 83a, mounting hole 131) for assembling the lid to the base body in an irreversible fixing state. According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the substrate storage box can be attached to the mounting base in an irreversible fixed state, it is possible to prevent the unauthorized replacement of the non-regular ROM with a duplicate substrate storage box. Can do.

In addition, it is possible to replace the substrate storage box due to an accidental failure or the like after preventing the unauthorized replacement with the duplicate substrate storage box.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, with reference to FIG.1 and FIG.2, the whole structure of the ball game machine 1 as a game machine is demonstrated. FIG. 1 is a front view of a ball game machine 1 according to the embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a rear view of the ball game machine 1.

The ball game machine 1 includes an outer frame 2 that is formed into a vertically long rectangular frame, and is pivotally supported on one side of the outer frame 2 so as to be openable and closable. Almost all of the main components of the ball game machine 1 are aggregated. And a glass plate holding frame 4 that can be freely opened and closed on the front upper portion of the frame base 3. The main components provided in the frame base 3 include the glass plate holding frame 4, the game board 40, the upper plate 12, the lower plate 18 including the ashtray 21, the operation handle 22, the mechanism plate 50, and the ball hitting device 71. In the illustrated embodiment, a card unit device 30 as a unit device for lending a game ball to a player is attached to the side of the ball game machine 1.

The glass plate holding frame 4 is provided with a circular see-through window 5 through which a game area of a game board 40 described later can be substantially seen through, and a glass plate is mounted from the back surface of the circular see-through window 5. Further, the glass plate holding frame 4 is provided with a decorative LED 7 on the upper portion thereof along the outer periphery of the circular see-through window 5 and decorative fluorescent lamps 6a and 6b on the left and right sides thereof. The decorative LED 7 and the decorative fluorescent lamps 6a and 6b are lit or flashed in accordance with the gaming state, notifying the player of the occurrence or continuation of a special gaming state and increasing the gaming atmosphere. is there. In addition, a ball out LED 8 for notifying that there is a shortage of premium balls to be paid out, or a predetermined number of premium balls are paid out to the upper part of the glass plate holding frame 4 based on the occurrence of winning balls. Is provided, and speakers 10a and 10b that generate sound effects according to the progress of the game are provided on the upper left and right of the glass plate holding frame 4. Of the above-described configurations, the decorative LED 7, the ball-out LED 8, and the payout LED 9 are configured such that a plurality of LEDs are mounted on the printed wiring board. By comprising with a board | substrate, the thermal radiation effect of the heat | fever generated from LED can be heightened.

Next, the structure of the upper plate 12 that can be freely opened and closed at the lower part of the glass plate holding frame 4 will be described. The upper plate 12 combines a plurality of synthetic resin members on the surface of the upper plate opening and closing plate 11 made of synthetic resin. It is comprised by adhering the plate member. The upper plate opening / closing plate 11 is provided with a doffing operation lever 16 at the upper end on the open side. The ball removal operation lever 16 is provided so as to be movable in the left-right direction, and moves the ball stored in the upper plate 12 in one direction against the biasing force of a spring (not shown), thereby allowing the upper plate opening / closing plate 11 to move. A ball-out path (not shown) formed on the back surface of the glass is caused to flow down and guided to the lower plate 18. Further, the upper plate 12 has a piezoelectric buzzer 17 incorporated therein. The piezoelectric buzzer 17 is called a beep when a gaming ball lending abnormality occurs (for example, a continuous sound of a beep, a beep or a beep) or when a gaming ball is lended (for example, every time a gaming ball equivalent to 100 yen is paid out). Sound) is generated to notify that effect.

The above-described upper plate 12 will be described in more detail. The upper plate 12 is stored and aligned so as to communicate a prize ball outlet 14 formed on the upstream side thereof and a hitting ball supply port 15 formed on the downstream side thereof. A path 13 is formed, and an upper plate ball detector (not shown) is provided on the bottom bottom surface in the middle of the storage alignment path 13. The upper plate ball detector detects a hit ball remaining on the upper plate 12. In addition, the upper plate 12 is provided with an operation unit that is operated when borrowing a game ball via a card unit device 30 provided adjacent to the ball game machine 1. The operation unit includes a ball lending switch, a return switch, an automatic ball lending switch, a frequency display LED, and an automatic ball lending display LED (both not shown). The ball lending switch is operated when borrowing a game ball by the card unit device 30. The return switch is for returning the card inserted into the card insertion slot 33 of the card unit device 30 at the end of the game. The frequency display LED displays the remaining amount of the card inserted into the card insertion slot 33 of the card unit device 30. Further, the automatic ball lending switch automatically operates when the game ball to be borrowed is operated by operating the ball lending switch and when the remaining amount of hitting balls on the upper plate 12 is not detected by the upper plate ball detector. The automatic ball lending display LED is turned on when the automatic motor is selected and set.

Thus, when a big hit gaming state occurs in the game content of the gaming board 40 described later, there is a chance to win a large number of winning balls in a short time. In this way, a very big chance for the player in the big hit gaming state may occur when there is almost no remaining ball on the upper plate 12, and in such a case, the hit ball is continuously fired to change the hit ball. Although it is necessary to win in the specific winning area of the winning ball apparatus 42, the hit ball does not remain on the upper plate 12, so the ball lending switch must be operated and the game ball must be borrowed. However, since it takes some time for the game ball to be paid out after the ball lending switch is operated, and to reach the specific winning area of the variable winning ball device 42 after that ball is fired, Although there is an inconvenience that an advantageous chance (establishment of continuation right) is missed, in this embodiment, if the automatic ball lending switch is set to the automatic mode, the upper plate ball detector does not have a hit ball. Since the game ball is automatically paid out to the upper plate 12 at the time of detecting, the above-described inconvenience does not occur. If the above-described control is not performed for the upper plate 12, the upper plate ball detector and the automatic ball lending switch may be omitted.

The lower plate 18 attached to the lower portion of the frame base 3 is a prize ball overflowing from the upper plate 12 and is a surplus prize ball discharged from the excess ball discharge outlet 19 through a surplus ball passage (not shown). A doffing operation lever 20 is slidably attached to the front wall of the lower plate 18. By operating the doffing operation lever 20, the prize balls stored in the lower plate 18 can be dipped downward and transferred to a portable crate box. An ashtray 21 is provided on the left side of the lower plate, and an operation handle 22 is provided on the right side. The operation handle 22 incorporates a main switch and a touch antenna (both not shown) for starting driving of a launcher motor 72 of a hitting ball launcher 71 described later, and adjusts the resilience.

The front structure of the ball game machine 1 is substantially as described above, but in the illustrated embodiment, the card unit device 30 is adjacent to the ball game machine 1. The card unit device 30 is operated by operating the aforementioned operation unit provided on the upper surface of the upper plate 12. Thus, the card unit device 30 displays an availability indicator 31 that displays whether or not the card unit device 30 is in a usable state, and whether or not the card unit device 30 corresponds to which side of the ball game machine 1. The various boards and devices described above are provided with connectors for connecting predetermined wirings. In particular, the terminal board 67 accommodated in the terminal board box 68 supplies power to the game control circuit board 61. In addition to supplying power to various electrical devices provided in the ball game machine 1, for example, each of the above-described substrates and the ball hitting device 71, the signal lines are relayed inside the ball game machine 1. Alternatively, a terminal for relaying a signal line between the ball game machine 1 and the outside is also provided.

Next, the configuration of a board box containing various control circuit boards will be described by taking the circuit board box 62 as an example. As shown in FIG. 3, the circuit board box 62 includes an assembly of the lid body 80 and the box main body 110 that accommodates the game control circuit board 61 therein. It is configured to be attached to the mechanism plate 50. First, the game control circuit board 61 housed in the box 62 will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, the circuit board 61 is composed of a rectangular printed wiring board, and most of the upper surface thereof is formed as an electronic component mounting region 74 for mounting an electronic component 73 such as a ROM. A region on one side in the width direction is formed as a connector mounting region 76 on which the connector 75 is mounted. Further, the circuit board 61 is provided with stop holes 77 at both ends on one side in the width direction, and engagement holes 78 are formed at both ends on the other side in the width direction. A plated portion (not shown) is provided on the outer periphery of the stop hole 77 on the upper and lower surfaces of the circuit board 61. This plated portion is for electrically connecting the ground line 61a of the circuit board 61 and the main body frame 116 when the circuit board 61 is fixed to the main body frame 116 to be described later by the static electricity generated in the box 62. The circuit board 61 is protected.

As shown in FIG. 4, the lid 80 includes a transparent upper plate 81, a metal lid frame 93, and a conductive plate 100 having transparency and conductivity. The upper plate 81 is made of a transparent synthetic resin rectangular plate, and a plurality of welding projections 82 project from the outer peripheral end of the lower surface side at a predetermined interval. A plurality (three in the embodiment) of mounting pieces 83 a to 83 c are arranged in parallel on both ends in the longitudinal direction of the upper plate 81. Each of the mounting pieces 83a to 83c has an L-shaped cross section having a portion constituting the side wall of the upper plate 81 and a portion constituting the upper wall of the upper plate 81, and the side wall constituting portion of the upper plate 81 , The connecting portions 84a to 84c that connect the mounting pieces 83a to 83c are integrally formed, and in the upper wall constituent portion of the upper plate 81, the connecting portions 85a to 85c that connect the mounting pieces 83a to 83c. 85c is integrally formed. In addition, a slit-shaped groove is formed between the mounting pieces 83a to 83c, and the connecting portions 84a to 84c and 85a to 85c are provided in a state of protruding from the outer wall surfaces of the mounting pieces 83a to 83c. (See FIG. 8). In addition, mounting holes 86a to 86c are formed in the upper wall constituent portions of the mounting piece portions 83a to 83c, respectively, and are adjacent to the mounting piece portion 83c and both corners on one side in the width direction of the upper plate 81. A mounting hole 86d is formed in the corner. On the other hand, an attachment protrusion 87 having an attachment hole 88 is provided at the center of the upper plate 81 on the other side in the width direction. Concave portions 90 and 92 are formed on the upper surface of the upper plate 81, and a model name seal 84 indicating the model name of the ball game machine 1 is attached to the concave portion 90. An exchange history sticker 91 in which items of “exchanger” and “exchange date” written when the box 62 is exchanged is affixed.

In addition, the upper part of each of the mounting holes 86a to 86d and 88 described above has a concave shape that allows an assembly screw to enter the outer wall surface of the lid frame 93 in an assembled state with the box body 110 (FIG. 8). (See (A)). For this reason, the fraudulent act which cut | disconnects the head of a screw and cancel | releases a screw stop can be prevented. In addition, each of the connecting portions 84a to 84c and 85a to 85c is provided with markings “1 to 3” for indicating a procedure for opening the circuit board box 62 (see FIGS. 7 and 10). Specifically, the connecting portions 84a and 85a corresponding to the mounting piece 83a are marked with “1”, and the connecting portions 84b and 85b corresponding to the mounting piece 83b are marked with “2”. The connecting portions 84c and 85c corresponding to the mounting piece portion 83c are marked with “3”.

The lid frame 93 has an opening 94 on the upper surface, and a plurality of insertion holes 95 through which the plurality of welding projections 82 on the upper plate 81 side are individually inserted are formed in the remaining upper surface region other than the opening 94. A mounting hole 96 that is fastened together with the mounting hole 88 by a screw 104 is formed in the central portion on one side in the width direction. Moreover, the side wall is droopingly formed in the outer periphery part of the cover frame 93 over the perimeter. The side walls at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the lid frame 93 are formed as contact walls 97 that come into contact with the tip portion of the mounting piece 130 described later in the assembled state with the box body 110 (see FIG. 8). The side wall on one side in the width direction of the lid frame 93 is formed as a partition wall 98 that partitions the electronic component mounting area 74 and the connector mounting area 76 of the circuit board 61 accommodated in the circuit board box 62 into and out of the lid frame 93. (See FIG. 7). Further, on both end sides of the partition wall 98, locking holes 99 for locking an engaging claw 138 described later in the assembled state with the box body 110 are formed.

The conductive plate 100 is formed of a transparent synthetic resin rectangular plate like the upper plate 81, and a conductive fiber 101 coated with black coating is provided on the upper surface side thereof so as to be bonded to the entire region. A plurality of insertion holes 102 through which the welding projections 82 on the upper plate 81 side are individually inserted are formed in the outer peripheral end portion of the conductive plate 100, similarly to the insertion holes 95 formed in the lid frame 93. Here, the conductive fiber will be briefly described. The conductive fiber is roughly divided into a metal (copper, brass, nickel, aluminum, etc.) filaments woven in a net, and a synthetic fiber with conductive particles ( Copper, carbon, etc.) are applied or impregnated, and in any type of conductive fiber, from the viewpoint of electromagnetic shielding effect and light transmittance, 50 to 250 mesh (especially 100 to 200 mesh) It is desirable that the aperture ratio is 10 to 90% (particularly 30 to 80% is good). In the present embodiment, in order to suppress this, the conductive fiber 101 is made a dark color (a black color in the embodiment) that avoids the metal color. The transparency is improved.

In the present embodiment, the conductive plate 100 is configured by bonding the conductive fibers 101 to the transparent synthetic resin plate. However, the configuration of the conductive plate is not limited to this, and the conductive plate 100 is electrically conductive. A conductive plate (commonly referred to as a CRT filter or the like) may be formed by embedding conductive fibers. In this case, the transparency can be improved by making the transparent synthetic resin plate dark. Moreover, you may comprise a conductive plate by formation of a transparent conductive layer. The transparent conductive layer will be briefly described. The transparent conductive layer is made of a metal such as gold, platinum, silver, tin, aluminum, nickel, palladium, or antimony, a metal oxide such as indium oxide or tin oxide, or a mixture thereof. Is formed on the surface of a resin material or the like as a layer having a thickness having conductivity and transparency by a method such as vacuum deposition, sputtering, ion plating, or CVD. The thickness of the transparent conductive layer is usually about 5 to 1000 nm, and the electrical conductivity is suitably 10,000Ω / □ or less, preferably 1000Ω / □ or less.

As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the lid 80 has ultrasonic welding with the welding projection 82 of the upper plate 81 inserted through the insertion hole 95 of the lid frame 93 and the insertion hole 102 of the conductive plate 100. By doing so, it is configured as an assembly of the upper plate 81, the lid frame 93, and the conductive plate 100. Moreover, the conductive fibers 101 of the conductive plate 100 are reliably connected to the lid frame 93 by such welding of the welding projections 82. In the welding of the welding projections 82, when the upper plate 81 (welding projection 82) and the conductive plate 100 are formed of the same material, the welded portions of the welding projections 82 are mixed with the conductive plate 100 and become stronger. Welding becomes possible. Further, the lid 80 may be assembled by heat welding other than ultrasonic welding, or using a solvent or an adhesive. Further, in such an assembled state of the lid 80, a rectangular hologram seal 106 a is stuck between the upper surface of the upper plate 81 and the side surface of the lid frame 93. It has come to be secured.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6, the box body 110 includes a bottom plate 111 having transparency and a metal body frame 116. The bottom plate 111 is made of a transparent synthetic resin rectangular plate, and on its upper surface side, flange pieces 112 for supporting the lower surface of the circuit board 61 are erected in the vicinity of the four corners and in the central portions at both ends in the width direction. Note that a slit portion 113 is formed in the flange piece 112 erected in the vicinity of the two corners on one side in the width direction so as to release interference with an engagement piece 124 described later. On the other hand, in the vicinity of the flange piece 112 erected in the vicinity of the two corners on the other side in the width direction, a through hole 114 that penetrates the mounting piece 122 described later is formed. In addition, a notch 115 is formed at a substantially central portion on one side in the longitudinal direction. The notch 115 is a notch for releasing interference with an engagement protrusion 154 described later in a state where the circuit board box 62 is attached to the mounting base 150.

The main body frame 116 has an opening 117 on the lower surface, and has a shape having a side wall on the entire outer periphery thereof. Engagement pieces 118 having a L-shaped cross section are formed on both sides in the width direction on the inner peripheral edge of the opening 117 with a predetermined length, and a locking hole is formed on one side in the longitudinal direction of the inner peripheral edge. A locking piece 119 formed with 120 is formed. In addition, a plurality of reduction holes 121 are formed in the remaining lower surface region other than the opening 117. Attachment pieces 122 having attachment holes 123 are formed at both ends on one side in the width direction in the lower surface region, and engagement pieces 124 having engagement protrusions 125 are provided at both ends on the other side in the width direction in the lower surface region. Is formed. The engaging piece 118 is bent slightly downward at the tip so that the engaging piece 118 can be easily engaged with the engaging rail 151 on the mounting base 150 side when attached to the mounting base 150 described in detail later.

On the other hand, on one side wall in the width direction of the main body frame 116, an attachment protrusion 126 having an attachment hole 127 corresponding to the attachment hole 88 on the lid 80 side is bent inward, and a plurality of heat radiation holes are formed. 128 is drilled. On both side walls in the width direction of the main body frame 116, reinforcing pieces 129 are extended at both ends in the longitudinal direction. The reinforcing piece 129 is bent inward from the extended portion to press both side walls in the longitudinal direction of the main body frame 116 from the inside, thereby improving the strength of the main body frame 116. Moreover, since the gap between the side walls is closed, it is impossible to illegally attempt to remodel by widening the side walls. Such a reinforcing piece is not limited to the main body frame 116 and may be provided on the lid frame 93 side. Upper end portions of both side walls in the longitudinal direction of the main body frame 116 are formed as attachment pieces 130 bent inward, and the attachment pieces 130 are individually provided with attachment holes 86a to 86d on the lid 80 side. Corresponding mounting holes 131 to 134 are formed. In the vicinity of the mounting holes 132 to 134, equipment holes 135 to 137 for mounting the equipment one-way screws 140 in an inserted state are formed. In addition, an engaging claw 138 that engages with the locking hole 99 on the lid 80 side is formed at one end of the attachment piece 130. Further, mounting protrusions 148a to 148d are formed at the lower end portion on one side in the longitudinal direction of the main body frame 116, and mounting holes 149a to 149d for individually mounting the circuit board box 62 to the mounting base 150 are formed. ing.

Thus, the lid 80 and the box body 110 described above are configured as an assembly (circuit board box 62) in which the circuit board 61 is accommodated by the following assembly. First, the circuit board 61 and the bottom plate 111 are mounted on the main body frame 116 so as to overlap each other. Then, the engaging protrusion 125 of the engaging piece 124 is inserted into the engaging hole 78 of the circuit board 61, while the fastening hole 77 of the circuit board 61 is screwed to the attaching hole 123 of the attaching piece 122 to fix the bottom plate 111. Then, the circuit board 61 is fixed to the main body frame 116. Further, in such mounting and fixing of the circuit board 61, when the hole positions of the stop hole 77 and the mounting hole 123 are aligned, the circuit board 61 is slightly displaced, so that the engaging protrusion 125 and the engaging hole 78 are engaged. The one side in the width direction of the circuit board 61 that is not screwed is also fixed.

Next, the lid body 80 is put on the box body 110 whose upper surface is open. At this time, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the engaging claws 138 on the box body 110 side are locked in the locking holes 99 on the lid body 80 side by insertion in the D direction. 80 positioning attachments are made. Further, the partition wall 98 of the lid 80 is in a state where the electronic component mounting area 74 and the connector mounting area 76 of the circuit board 61 are partitioned into the inside and outside of the lid frame 93. Thereby, it is possible to attach and remove the wiring to the connector 75 without removing the lid 80. 4 and 6, the mounting hole 88 of the upper plate 81 and the mounting hole 96 of the lid frame 93 are screwed to the mounting hole 127 of the main body frame 116, and the screw 104 fixing portion is rectangular. The hologram seal 106b is sealed. 4 and 6, the mounting hole 86a of the mounting piece 83a is fixed to the mounting hole 131 of the main body frame 116 with a one-way screw (screw) 140 (see FIG. 8A). The screw 140 stopper is sealed with a rectangular hologram seal 106c. As a result, an assembly (circuit board box 62) in which the circuit board 61 is housed in a fixed state in the internal space between the lid body 80 and the box body 110 is configured.

Further, in the assembled state of the lid body 80 and the box body 110, the one-way screw 140 inserted through each of the equipment holes 135 to 137 is attached so that the lid body 80 covers from above the equipment body. It is accommodated in the box 62 without coming out of the holes 135-137. That is, in such a storage state, the upper wall surfaces near the attachment pieces 83b and 83c and the attachment hole 86d of the lid 80 individually prevent the one-way screw 140 from popping out. In addition, the installation method of the one-way screw 140 is not limited to the one described in the embodiment. For example, in the assembled state of the box 62, the head of the one-way screw 140 is completely pressed down by the lid 80 (mounting piece portion or the like), or the diameter of the one-way screw 140 and the diameters of the equipment holes 135 to 137 are approximately the same. The same configuration may be used. In such a configuration, the mounted one-way screw 140 can be held back when the circuit board box 62 is closed.

Here, the one-way screw 140 will be described. The one-way screw 140 is a special screw that rotates only in the screw tightening direction, and once tightened, it cannot be removed unless the screw is destroyed. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, a screw groove provided in the head 141 is composed of a contact surface portion 142, a concave portion 143, and a central hole portion 144. 9C and 9D, when the screw 140 is tightened with the special minus driver 145, the central shaft portion 146 of the driver 145 is inserted into the central hole portion 144, and the contact piece of the driver 145 from this state. The part 147 is brought into contact with the contact surface part 142 and the head 141 is rotated in one direction (clockwise direction in FIG. 9A) to tighten the screw 140. On the other hand, when the screw head 140 is rotated by the driver 145 in the other direction (counterclockwise direction in FIG. 9A) to remove the screw 140, the driver 145 enters the recess 143 and slips. The head 141 cannot be rotated and the screw 140 cannot be removed. It is possible to rotate the head 141 in one direction and tighten the screw 140 even with a normal flathead screwdriver. However, like the special flathead screwdriver 145, the central shaft portion 146 is connected to the central hole portion 144 of the one-way screw 140. The tightening operation can be easily performed by inserting and positioning with the one-way screw 140.

The screws 104 and 140 for assembling the lid body 80 and the box body 110 are configured to enter the outer wall surface of the lid frame 93 in a screwed state. For this reason, the hologram seals 106b and 106c for sealing the stopper portions of the screws 104 and 140 are affixed on a flat surface having no protrusions, so that the seals 106b and 106c can be prevented from being peeled off and damaged, and illegal acts on the seals 106b and 106c Is easy to distinguish. Here, the hologram sticker will be briefly described. The hologram sticker includes a hologram layer, a light reflecting layer, and an adhesive layer, and the hologram pattern formed on the hologram layer is configured to be a counterfeit by making it difficult to counterfeit. This prevents the sticker from being replaced. In this hologram pattern, coherent light (laser light) incident on the surface of the hologram seal enters the light reflection layer through the embossed surface of the hologram layer, and is reflected from the light reflection layer to the outside of the hologram seal as hologram interference light. Is formed. In addition, when the hologram sticker is peeled off, the hologram pattern does not return to its original shape even if it is applied again, so that the peeled trace remains.

As described above, the circuit board box 62 secures the covering state of the circuit board 61 by sealing the screws 104 and 140 stopping portions between the lid 80 and the box body 110 with the hologram seals 106b and 106c. In addition, an electromagnetic shielding effect can be achieved by the conductive plate 100 provided in the box 62. Further, the circuit board box 62 is formed by forming the upper plate 81 and the conductive plate 100 constituting the upper wall surface thereof, and the bottom plate 111 constituting the lower wall surface from a material having transparency, so that the mounting surface ( The upper surface) and the solder surface (lower surface) can be seen through from the outside. For this reason, when an unauthorized work (for example, an unauthorized work in which a jumper wiring is connected or an electronic component is mounted) is performed on the circuit board 61, the unauthorized work is immediately known.

Next, a mounting base 150 for mounting the circuit board box 62 to the mechanism plate 50 will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the mounting base 150 is made of a rectangular plate made of synthetic resin (or metal), and a pair of engagement rails 151 having an inverted L-shaped cross section are arranged at a predetermined interval at the center of the substrate. It is laid down. The direction in which the engagement rail 151 is provided is the left-right direction along the long side portion of the mounting base 150. On each long side portion (front and rear end edges) of the mounting base 150, a guide piece 152 that is orthogonal to the substrate surface is projected. A release lever 153 that is elastically deformed is formed at the right end of the mounting base 150, and an engagement protrusion 154 that engages with the locking hole 120 on the box body 110 side protrudes from the base of the release lever 153. It is installed. Further, a stop hole 155 for screwing the mounting base 150 to a mounting boss (not shown) on the mechanism plate 50 side is formed in the board surface of the mounting base 150.

On the other hand, a plurality (three in the present embodiment) of mounting pieces 156a to 156c are arranged in parallel on the left end portion of the mounting base 150 described above. Connection portions 157a to 157c and 158a to 158c for connecting the mounting piece portions 156a to 156c with the substrate surface of the mounting base 150 are integrally formed. In addition, slit-shaped grooves are formed between the mounting pieces 156a to 156c and the board surface of the mounting base 150, and the connecting parts 157a to 157c and 158a to 158c are formed from the board surface of the mounting base 150. It is provided in a state of protruding upward. Further, attachment holes 159a to 159c are formed in the attachment pieces 156a to 156c, respectively, and an attachment hole 159d is formed on the substrate surface of the attachment table 150 adjacent to the attachment pieces 156c. These mounting holes 159a to 159d correspond to the mounting holes 149a to 149d of the main body frame 116 individually.

Thus, the mounting base 150 is attached to a predetermined portion on the mechanism plate 50 by being screwed to the mechanism plate 50 with a one-way screw through the stop hole 155. When the circuit board box 62 is attached to the mounting base 150, the box 62 is slid from the left side of the mounting base 150. At this time, the engagement rail 151 on the mounting base 150 is in a state of being engaged with the engagement piece 118 on the box 62 side, and the guide piece 152 guides the sliding movement of the box 62. Thereafter, the sliding movement of the box 62 causes the release lever 153 on the mounting base 150 side to elastically deform downward, and finally the locking hole 120 on the box 62 side engages with the engaging protrusion 154 on the mounting base 150 side. Then, the box 62 is mounted. Then, the mounting hole 149a formed in the mounting protrusion 148a of the circuit board box 62 is fastened together with the mounting hole 159a of the mounting piece 156a with the one-way screw 160, so that the circuit board box 62 is not attached to the mounting base 150. Install with reversible fixation.

Next, a procedure for opening the circuit board box 62 described above for inspection of the circuit board 61 (inspecting whether the ROM is genuine after delivery) and then restoring the closed state again based on FIG. I will explain. First, in the closed state of the circuit board box 62 shown in FIG. 10A, the hologram seal 106b is peeled off and the screw 104 is removed. In addition, after peeling off the hologram seal 106c attached to the screw 140 stop portion of the mounting piece 83a, the connecting portions 84a and 85a are cut with a cutting tool such as a nipper using the mark “1” as a mark. As a result, the attachment piece 83 a is completely separated from the lid 80 and is fixed to the box body 110 by the one-way screw 140. In other words, the cover 80 is completely fixed to the box body 110, and the circuit board box 62 can be opened. Then, as shown in FIG. 10B, the lid body 80 is removed from the box body 110 and the circuit board 61 is inspected. In addition, by removing the lid 80 (cutting the connecting portions 84a and 85a), the one-way screw 140 inserted into each of the equipment holes 135 to 137 can be taken out. Take out the one-way screw 140 for restoring the box 62. Thereafter, when closing the circuit board box 62, as shown in FIG. 10C, the mounting holes 88, 96, and 127 are fastened together with the screws 104 with the lid 80 placed on the box body 110. A new hologram seal 106b is attached to the screw 104 stop portion. Further, the taken-out one-way screw 140 is screwed into the mounting hole 86b of the mounting piece 83b with the mark “2” as a mark. Thereby, the attachment hole 86b of the attachment piece part 83b and the attachment hole 132 of the main body frame 116 corresponding to this are fastened together by the one-way screw 140. The circuit board box 62 is restored to the closed state again by attaching a new hologram seal 106c to the screw 140 stop portion of the mounting piece 83b.

Thereafter, when the circuit board box 62 is inspected again (second inspection), the hologram seal 106b is peeled off and the screw 104 is removed, and the connecting portions 84b and 85b are cut using the mark “2” as a mark. As a result, the mounting piece 83b is separated from the lid 80 and the circuit board box 62 is opened. After that, similarly, a new hologram seal 106b is attached to the part fastened with the screw 104, and the one-way screw 140 (one-way screw 140 of the equipment hole 136) taken out along with the cutting of each connecting portion 84b / 85b is attached. A new hologram seal 106c is affixed by screwing into the mounting hole 86c of the mounting piece 83c with the marking “3” as a mark. As a result, the circuit board box 62 is restored to the closed state again. Thereafter, when the circuit board box 62 is inspected (the third inspection), the hologram seal 106b is peeled off and the screw 104 is removed, and the connecting portions 84c and 85c are cut using the marking “3” as a mark. Then, the mounting piece 83c is separated from the lid 80, and the circuit board box 62 is opened. Further, when the circuit board box 62 is restored, a new hologram seal 106b is attached to the portion fastened with the screw 104, and the one-way screw 140 (one-way screw of the equipment hole 137 is removed when the connecting portions 84c and 85c are cut off). 140) is screwed into the last remaining mounting hole 86d to attach a new hologram seal 106c.

By the way, in the closed state of the circuit board box 62 described above, unless the connection portions 84a to 84c and 85a to 85c are cut to disconnect the attachment pieces 83a to 83c and the upper plate 81, the circuit board box 62 is It cannot be opened. Therefore, when the connecting portions 84a to 84c and 85a to 85c are cut other than the inspection of the circuit board 61, it is possible to immediately and reliably determine that the fraud has been made to the circuit board 61 by this cutting. The crime prevention effect of the circuit board box 62 can be enhanced. Further, in the configuration of the circuit board box 62, even if the welding projection 82 of the upper plate 81 is cut off, the conductive plate 100 falls on the circuit board 61, so that the circuit board 61 is attempted to be crafted from the gap where the welding projection 82 is cut off. The conductive plate 100 prevents this. In addition, when the hologram stickers 106a to 106c are peeled off, traces of the hologram stickers 106a to 106c remain firmly, so that it is immediately known that fraud has been performed.

Next, a procedure for replacing the circuit board box 62 due to an unexpected failure of the circuit board 61 will be described with reference to FIG. First, in the fixed state of the circuit board box 62 and the mounting base 150 shown in FIG. 11A, the connecting portions 157a and 158a are cut with a cutting tool such as a nipper. As a result, the mounting piece 156a is completely separated from the mounting base 150 and is fixed to the circuit board box 62 by the one-way screw 160. That is, the circuit board box 62 is released from the mounting base 150 by being released from the mounting base 150. Then, the release lever 153 is pushed downward to release the engagement between the locking hole 120 and the engagement protrusion 154, and the box 62 is slid in the direction B shown in FIG. Remove. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 11C, a new circuit board box 62 ′ is slid onto the mounting base 150, and the mounting protrusion 148b is fastened to the mounting piece 156b with a one-way screw 160, whereby the circuit board box 62 ′. Is attached to the mounting base 150 in an irreversible fixed state.

The above-mentioned circuit board box replacement work is performed by a sales person on the circuit board box manufacturer side, and the sales person displays his / her name (exchanger) on the replacement history sticker 91 as shown in FIG. "Sakuma") and the replacement date "April 1, H9" are entered to indicate in the circuit board box 62 'that they have been replaced. Furthermore, when the sales person brings the old box 62 home, if the replacement date, serial number, amusement store name, etc. are input to the manufacturer's maintenance management computer, whether or not the circuit board box has been replaced illegally. Judgment can be facilitated. In other words, if the manufacturer does not have the record, it is counterfeit. Of course, if there is no description of replacement in the replacement history seal 91 and the box is not fixed, fraud can be determined from this. Further, the serial number may be written on the seals 89 and 91, or may be written on the seals 106a to 106c for sealing. Further, the replacement history seal 91 may be affixed at the time of replacement, or may be affixed to a new circuit board box at the time of replacement. Further, the history sticker may be used for entering an inspection history.

After that, when the circuit board box 62 ′ is replaced again (second replacement), the connecting portions 157b and 158b are cut to release the fixing between the circuit board box 62 ′ and the mounting base 150, and the circuit board box 62 ′. 62 ′ is removed from the mounting base 150. Next, a new circuit board box is slid onto the mounting base 150, and then the new circuit board box mounting protrusion 148c is fastened to the mounting piece 156c with a one-way screw 160, whereby the circuit board box is attached to the mounting base 150. Install with irreversible fixation. Thereafter, when the circuit board box is replaced (third replacement), the old circuit board box is removed from the mounting base 150 by cutting the connecting portions 157c and 158c. Then, the new circuit board box is slid onto the mounting base 150, and the mounting protrusion 148d is fixed to the mounting piece 156d with the one-way screw 160. This completes the third replacement of the circuit board box.

As described above, the ball game machine 1 according to the present embodiment includes the circuit board box 62 that houses the circuit board 61 and the mounting base 150 that attaches the circuit board box 62 to the ball game machine 1. A mounting piece 156a is provided for mounting the mounting base 150 and the circuit board box 62 in an irreversibly fixed state (fixed by a one-way screw 160). By configuring in this way, the circuit board box 62 can be attached to the mounting base 150 in an irreversible fixed state, so that it is possible to prevent unauthorized alteration of the circuit board box to a duplicate circuit board box to which a non-regular ROM is attached. be able to.

Also, the mounting piece 156a is cut off to release the fixing state between the mounting base 150 and the circuit board box 62, and the mounting base 150 and the mounting base 150 in the cut state of the connecting parts 157a and 158a. Mounting piece portions 156b and 156c for attaching the circuit board box 62 to the fixed state again, and connecting portions 157b and 157b for releasing the fixing state between the mounting base 150 and the circuit board box 62 by separating the mounting piece portions 156b and 156c. Since 157c, 158b, and 158c are provided, the circuit board box can be exchanged a plurality of times due to an unexpected failure or the like, while preventing unauthorized replacement with a duplicate circuit board box.

The above-described embodiment does not limit the present invention, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the present invention. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the attachment pieces 156a to 156c are tightened with the one-way screw 160 that rotates only in the tightening direction, but the attachment piece 156a is replaced with a fastening member such as a fracture attachment screw or a rivet instead. It is good also as a structure which clamps -156c. Furthermore, the means for attaching the circuit board box 62 and the mounting base 150 in an irreversible fixed state may be a solvent or an adhesive for welding. As a means for reversibly fixing the circuit board box 62 and the mounting base 150, for example, a locking device is conceivable. However, in this case, if the key is counterfeited (copied), there will be no evidence of replacement, and therefore an illegal This is not desirable because it is difficult to distinguish. In other words, the irreversible fixing state is fixing in which the trace remains when the fixing state is released, and the fixing means may be anything as long as it is fixed as such. In addition, the one-way screw 160 may be configured such that a preliminary one-way screw is housed on, for example, the front surface of the mounting base 150 or the back surface of the circuit board box 62 (can be removed by releasing the fixed state) in the same manner as the one-way screw 140. By doing so, it is not necessary to prepare the one-way screw 160 for each replacement of the circuit board box, and the replacement work of the circuit board box 62 is facilitated. In addition, the arrangement positions and the set number of the mounting piece portions and the cutting portions according to the present invention are not limited to those described in the embodiments. That is, the box replacement may be disabled by eliminating the setting of the cutting part, or the box replacement may be performed once or a plurality of times by providing one or more cutting parts. Further, the material of the attachment pieces 156a to 156c and the attachment protrusions 148a to 148d may be any material such as metal or synthetic resin. However, the mounting piece is preferably made of a synthetic resin that can be easily cut, and the mounting protrusion is preferably made of a metal that is difficult to cut and difficult to be restored by adhesion after unauthorized cutting. Further, the mounting piece portion is provided on the mounting base and the mounting projection is provided on the board box. However, the configuration may be reversed, or the mounting piece portion and the mounting projection may be cut while being fixed.

In the above-described embodiment (first embodiment), the circuit board box 62 is attached to the mechanism plate 50 via the attachment base 150, and the attachment between the attachment base 150 and the mechanism plate 50 is screwed with a one-way screw. However, a detachable screw may be used and is not limited to this configuration. Hereinafter, other configurations will be described as a second embodiment. In the following description, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. In the ball game machine 170 of the second embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, a mounting base 150 for mounting the circuit board box 62 is mounted on the game board 40 via the mounting board 173. The mounting substrate 173 is a rectangular flat plate, and bent flange portions 174 are formed on the left and right ends thereof. An attachment hole 177 is formed in the flat plate portion of the attachment substrate 173, and an attachment hole 175 is formed in the flange portion 174. Accordingly, the attachment board 173 is attached to the back surface of the game board 40 in an irreversible fixed state by the one-way screw 176 being screwed into the attachment hole 175 of the flange portion 174.

Further, with respect to the mounting board 173 described above, the mounting board 173 is fixed in an irreversible fixed state by the fastening hole 155 of the mounting base 150 being fastened together with the mounting hole 177 with a one-way screw 178. Attached to. Then, the circuit board box 62 is attached to the attachment base 150 attached in this manner in the same manner as in the first embodiment. Further, a mechanism plate 171 is provided on the back side of the ball game machine 170 so as to be openable and closable. A drum type variable display device 41 provided at the center of the mechanism plate 171 so as to protrude from the back side of the game board 40 is provided. A window opening 172 penetrating the circuit board box 62 is opened.

As described above, in the ball game machine 170 according to the second embodiment, the mounting board 173 is fixed to the game board 40 with the one-way screw 176, and the mounting board 150 is fixed to the mounting board 173 with the one-way screw 178. A box 62 is attached. For this reason, it is possible to replace the circuit board box 62 simultaneously with the replacement of the game board 40, and as a result, it is not necessary to replace extra components with the replacement of the circuit board box 62. For example, when the circuit board box 62 is attached to the mechanism plate 50 as in the first embodiment, it is necessary to replace the mechanism plate 50 that does not need to be replaced. In the second embodiment, the circuit board box 62 is attached to the game board 40 via the attachment base 150 and the attachment board 173, and the attachment portion of the circuit board box 62 is fixed to the fixed portion (attachment piece portions 156a to 156c by one-way screws). However, the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and may be the configuration of the third embodiment described below. In the third embodiment, the same components as those in the first and second embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted.

In the ball game machine 180 of the third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 14, a circuit board box 182 containing a game control circuit board 181 is attached to the game board 40 via an attachment board 190. The mounting substrate 190 is a rectangular flat plate, and bent flange portions 191 are formed at both left and right ends thereof. On the flat plate portion of the mounting substrate 190, mounting pieces 193a to 193c that can be cut similarly to the mounting base 150 are formed. Further, the mounting substrate 190 is formed with a rotatable locking lever 194 and a pair of left and right locking portions 195a and 195b. On the other hand, the circuit board box 182 is formed with mounting protrusions 183a to 183d similar to the mounting protrusions 148a to 148d of the circuit board box 62, and an engagement piece 184 that engages with the locking lever 194; A pair of left and right engaging claws 185a and 185b that engage with the stoppers 195a and 195b are formed.

Thus, the mounting board 190 described above is attached to the back surface of the game board 40 in an irreversible fixed state by the one-way screw 192 being screwed into the mounting hole (not shown) of the flange portion 191. In the circuit board box 182, the engaging claws 185a and 185b are locked to the locking portions 195a and 195b, and the engaging piece portion 184 is locked to the locking lever 194. In this state, the mounting protrusion 183a The mounting piece 193a is fixed with a one-way screw 196.

As described above, in the ball game machine 180 according to the third embodiment, the attachment board 190 is fixed to the game board 40 with the one-way screw 192, and the circuit board box 182 is attached to the attachment board 192 in a fixed state. That is, in the third embodiment, the mounting substrate 190 is configured as the mounting base of the present invention. The mounting portion of the circuit board box 182 is provided with a locking lever 194 and locking portions 195a and 195b as well as a fixing portion (mounting piece portions 193a to 193c) by a one-way screw.

In the second and third embodiments described above, the circuit board box is attached to the game board via a mounting base or attachment board.
