- 送り方向(4)に下に向かって傾いた又は垂直な浸透区間(22)上で、包含されるホース(2)の内と外の層(3,20)の間の間隙(24)へと導入され、浸透区間(22)の下端部において抑留される硬化可能な液体(23)を軸方向に送られる多層のホース(2)に浸透させるための方法において、
ホース(2)が、浸透区間(22)に沿って、槽内の液体の表面高さ(27)が浸透区間(22)の下端部の上に存在する浸漬槽(26)内へと浸漬されることを特徴とする方法。 - 浸漬槽(26)内の液体の表面高さ(27)が、間隙(24)内の硬化可能な液体(23)の表面高さ(28)と等しいか、それよりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 浸漬槽(26)内の液体の表面高さ(27)が、間隙(24)内の硬化可能な液体(23)の表面高さ(28)よりも低いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 送り方向(4)に下に向かって傾いた又は垂直な浸透区間(22)を有し、この浸透区間上で、包含されるホース(2)の内と外の層(3,20)の間の間隙(24)が、浸透区間(22)の下端部において抑留されている硬化可能な液体(23)で満たされる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の方法を実施するための、硬化可能な液体(23)を軸方向に送られる多層のホース(2)に浸透させるための装置において、
ホース(2)が、浸透区間(22)に沿って、槽内の液体の表面高さ(27)が浸透区間(22)の下端部の上に存在する浸漬槽(26)内へと浸漬されることを特徴とする装置。 - 浸漬槽(26)内の液体の表面高さ(27)が、間隙(24)内の硬化可能な液体(23)の表面高さ(28)と等しいか、それよりも高いことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 浸漬槽(26)内の液体の表面高さ(27)が、間隙(24)内の硬化可能な液体(23)の表面高さ(28)よりも低いことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 浸漬槽(26)の温度が調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- ホース(2)の間隙(16)が、浸透区間(22)の下端部において、狭窄部又は転向部(25)によって塞がれていることを特徴とする請求項4〜7のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- ホース(2)が、少なくとも1つの中間層(24)を備え、この中間層が、浸透区間(22)上で硬化可能な液体(23)を浸透されることを特徴とする請求項4〜8のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
