Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electrical equipment control management system and electrical equipment used in the system,Control unit and control method for electrical equipment control management systemMore particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus that performs efficient power supply by centrally managing the operating states of a plurality of electrical devices connected to a power supply line.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various electric devices used at home, such as refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, and air conditioners, are connected to a power line (commercial power supply) having AC 100V wired indoors and operated independently.
FIG. 15 shows a power supply path to such an electric device. The indoor lead-in line L is connected to the switchboard B, and the power lines L1 extending from the switchboard B are provided at outlets T1, T2,. Are connected to the electrical outlets A1, A2, and so on to supply power.
[0003]
For example, when the refrigerator A1, the microwave oven A2, and the air conditioner A3 are connected to the outlets A1 to A3, respectively, these electric devices A1 to A3 are connected to the same power supply line L1, but perform independent operations.
Therefore, when the breaker allowable current for the power supply line L1 is 15A, when the operation of the microwave oven A2 or the air conditioner A3 is started while the compressor of the refrigerator A1 is in operation, the supply current exceeds 15A and the breaker of the switchboard 100 supplies power. This causes a problem such as blocking.
Even if the supply current value is within 15 A, there may be a problem that the breaker is cut off due to the inrush current at the start-up of the electrical equipment newly connected to the outlet.
[0004]
By the way, recently, a breaker (not shown) installed inside the switchboard B can be easily restored because it can resume power supply only by manual operation unlike a fuse.
In other words, even if the power supply is cut off by the breaker, it is possible to immediately resume normal operation in the refrigerator A1 or the air conditioner A3 by removing the cause of the interruption and restarting the power supply by setting the breaker again. It is.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in an electrical device having a volatile memory that does not have a backup power source, such as an OA device or an audio / video device, the data being created or important data is not stored in another storage medium inadvertently. When the power supply of was interrupted, all data being created and important registration data were lost, causing irreversible loss.
[0006]
In addition, since each electric device is operated independently, for example, when the operation of another electric device is started while the air conditioner or the refrigerator is operating, the operating air conditioner or the refrigerator is automatically reduced and operated. Therefore, it has been awaited to develop a system capable of performing flexible control without being able to perform fine control to ensure operation of necessary electrical equipment.
[0007]
The present invention is proposed in view of such circumstances, and provides an electrical equipment control management system capable of performing efficient operation by centrally managing the operating state of electrical equipment connected to a power supply line. The purpose is to do.

[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is an electrical equipment control management system that controls operation of electrical equipment by connecting a plurality of electrical equipment connected to a power supply line to a control unit separately provided via a wired or wireless transmission path. Each electric device is provided with control means for sending unique data including identification data of the device to the control unit and receiving a control signal transmitted from the control unit to control the operation state of the device. On the other hand, the control unit sets power distribution to be supplied to each electric device based on specific data transmitted from a plurality of electric devices, and distributes the control signal according to the setting to each electric device via the transmission path It is set as the structure provided with the means.
That is, the control unit side can centrally manage the unique data of each electrical device, and can control each electrical device by setting an optimal power distribution according to the unique data.
[0018]
In order to connect each electric device and the control unit, a transmission line using a wired or wireless medium can be used. In addition, a transmission path using a power line to which power is supplied as a wired medium is also possible, and a data signal subjected to appropriate modulation can be superimposed on the power line and transmitted.
It is possible to adopt a configuration in which necessary data is mutually transmitted by transmitting a LAN signal composed of a protocol applied to a LAN (Local Area Network) used for connection between computers to such a transmission path. As a signal detection method in the transmission line, a CSMA / CD (Carrier Sense Multiple Access with Collision Detection) method used in a normal LAN can be used. In this method, each electrical device and control unit simultaneously transmits and monitors data. In other words, each device and unit transmits packet data with destination identification data at random timing, and when a signal collides on the transmission line, it is delayed for a random time and retransmitted. High-speed transmission is possible with a simple hardware configuration.
[0019]
In the present invention, when the electric device is connected to the power supply line and the transmission line, it is desirable that the unique data is automatically transmitted from the electric device and registered on the control unit side.
In other words, if the power supply (DC power supply) is supplied to the control means when the electric equipment is connected to the power supply line, the identification stored in the electric equipment side at the same time as the power supply of the control means is started. The unique data including the data can be sent to the control unit side via the transmission line, and the registration of the electric equipment can be automated.
[0020]
In the system of the present invention, the control means of each electrical device has operation data indicating the current operation state of the device, specification data indicating power consumption corresponding to the operation type of the device, or opening / closing of a door provided in the device A unique data including at least one of driving instruction data corresponding to a signal, a sensor detection signal, a switch operation signal, or the like can be generated and output.
Here, the operation data refers to data indicating the current operation state such as strong, medium, weak or automatic operation of each electric device. Further, the specification data refers to data indicating the power type corresponding to the operation type such as strong, medium and weak or automatic operation of each electric device. In addition, the operation instruction data refers to instruction data for control corresponding to a door opening / closing signal, a detection signal from a temperature sensor, or a switch operation signal such as strong, medium, and weak provided in each electric device.
According to this configuration, by sending unique data including operation data and specification data to the control unit side, the control unit can calculate and grasp the real-time power consumption status of each electrical device connected to the power supply line.
Therefore, for example, the unique data including the operation instruction data corresponding to the switch operation of the electric device is once transmitted to the control unit side, and the control unit calculates the total power consumption including the power consumption corresponding to the switch operation of the device. Only when the total power consumption does not exceed the power supplied to the power supply line, it can be driven by transmitting a control signal to the electric device.
As a result, it is possible not to immediately operate the electric device by operating the switch, but to operate it after judging the power supply state, thereby preventing inconvenience that the breaker is inadvertently shut off.
[0021]
In the system of the present invention, the power distribution setting means of the control unit has control instruction data registered in advance corresponding to each electric device, and the electric power supplied to each electric device based on the data including this control instruction data It can also be set as the structure which sets distribution.
The control instruction data is configured to include at least data of operation type switching procedures such as priority of operation of electric equipment and strong, medium and weak.
By registering this control instruction data in the control unit, for example, the unique data corresponding to the switch operation of strong operation is transmitted from one electric device to the control unit, and the power and the power line calculated based on the unique data are supplied. If the total power with the power exceeds the maximum power, the operating status of other low-priority electrical equipment is reduced based on the control instruction data, or the equipment that has been operated strongly is operated. A flexible power distribution setting that allows the operation to be performed while reducing the state becomes possible.
[0022]
In the present invention, the power distribution setting means of the control unit has power amount data corresponding to the amount of power supplied from the power supply line to the electric device side, and each electric device is based on the data including the power amount data. It can also be set as the structure which sets the electric power distribution to supply.
According to this configuration, even when an electric device that does not include a control unit is connected to the power supply line, the total supply power of the power supply line including the electric device can be grasped by the control unit. As a result, even when an electric device is operated, a flexible power distribution setting that does not exceed the maximum supply power is performed by adjusting the power distribution setting of other electric devices excluding the electric device that does not include the control means. It becomes possible.
[0023]
In the present invention, the control means of the electrical device includes a display unit indicating the current operation state of the device, and a display signal corresponding to the operation data included in the specific data is transmitted to the display unit to correspond to the operation state. It can be set as the structure which performs the made display.
For example, it is possible to adopt various display modes in which a driving state is displayed by characters using a liquid crystal display or the like, and a blinking display is performed only during weak driving (during low speed driving) using an LED or the like.
According to this system, for example, even when the operation of another electrical device is started while operating the air conditioner or the like in the strong setting state, and the air conditioner is switched to the weak operation by the control unit, it is in the weak operation state. Can be easily seen on the display unit. As a result, dissatisfaction such as switching to a weak operation without being noticed even though a setting operation for a strong operation is performed is not solved.
[0024]
In the present invention, the transmission path can be connected to another network, and a part of the unique data of each electric device can be transmitted to the corresponding electric device or control unit via the network. .
For example, a dedicated server storing specific data of an electric device is disclosed on the Internet, and the specific data corresponding to the electric device is controlled or controlled by accessing the server from each electric device or control unit via the Internet. It can be stored in the unit.
According to this system, it is not necessary to store unique data in advance for each electric device, and management of the electric device is facilitated.
[0025]
In addition, the present invention proposed at the same time proposes a configuration of an electric device suitably used for the above-described electric device control management system.
That is, an electrical device that is connected to a separately installed control unit via a wired or wireless transmission path and that is operated and controlled by receiving a control signal transmitted from the control unit while receiving power supply from a power line. A signal processing unit that generates unique data including identification data unique to the electrical device and controls operation of the electrical device according to a control signal transmitted from the control unit; and a transmission control unit that transmits and receives the unique data or control signal. It is set as the structure which has the control means provided with. With this configuration, the system of the present invention can be suitably used.
[0026]
The signal processing unit of the electrical device has operation data indicating the current operation state of the electrical device, specification data indicating power consumption corresponding to the operation type of the device, or an open / close signal of a door provided in the device, sensor detection It is possible to generate and output unique data including at least one of driving instruction data corresponding to a signal or a switch operation signal.
[0027]
Further, the control means of the electric device includes a display unit indicating the current operation state of the device, and a display signal corresponding to the operation data included in the specific data is generated by the signal processing unit, and the generated display signal Can be transmitted to the display unit and displayed.
[0028]
When the control means of the electrical equipment is connected to the power supply line, the signal processing unit can generate unique data and send it to the control unit side via the transmission control unit.
[0029]
In addition, the control unit of the electric device includes an interface for connecting to a predetermined network, and has an access unit that makes a data transmission request via the network. It can also be configured to capture device specific data. In this configuration, the access means may be provided alone in the control means, but the signal processing unit of the control means may be shared.
[0030]
When the electrical device is a refrigerator, the signal processing unit of the control means generates unique data including driving instruction data corresponding to at least one of a door opening / closing signal, a switch operation signal, or a sensor detection signal generated in the refrigerator. It can be set as the structure which outputs.
According to this configuration, the signal processing unit can receive all the states that occur in the refrigerator such as the opening and closing of the door, the switch operation, or the internal control according to the internal temperature as the operation instruction data, and the unique data can be generated. This unique data can be transmitted to the control unit side for fine control.
[0031]
In addition, the present invention proposed at the same time proposes a configuration of a control unit suitably used in the above-described electrical equipment control management system.
That is, a control unit that is connected to a plurality of electrical devices connected to a power supply line via a wired or wireless transmission path and controls the operation of the electrical device, and includes unique data transmitted from the plurality of electrical devices and A data table that collects and stores the amount of power data that can be supplied through the power supply line, and the distribution of power to be supplied to each electrical device based on the data stored in the data table, and generates control signals according to the settings The power distribution setting means includes a control processing unit that performs transmission and a transmission control unit that transmits and receives specific data or control signals via a transmission line. With this configuration, the system of the present invention can be suitably used.
[0032]
In order for the control processing unit of the control unit to limit the power supply of the power supply line to a predetermined power, control instruction data including the priority order of operation of the electric device and the switching procedure of the operation state of the device is stored in the data table in advance. A configuration including a registration setting unit for registration can be employed.
[0033]
The power distribution setting means of the control unit has an interface for connecting to a predetermined network, and also has an access means for requesting data transmission via the network, and the electric device via the network by the access means It is also possible to take in the specific data.
[0034]
Further, the power distribution setting means of the control unit has a power detection unit that detects the amount of power supplied from the power supply line to each electrical device side, and the power amount data detected by the power detection unit is stored in the data table. It can also be configured to store.

In the RAM 23, operation data indicating a real-time operation state of the electric device 2 and operation instruction data corresponding to a door open / close signal, a detection signal from a temperature sensor, or a switch operation signal such as strong, medium and weak provided in the device 2 are stored. And temporary data necessary for signal processing of the signal processing unit 21 are stored. When the operation instruction data or operation data is stored in the RAM 23, the signal processing unit 21 takes in the date / time data from the time measuring means 30, and the date / time data is added to the operation instruction data or the operation data and stored.
The ROM 22 stores specification data indicating identification data (identification code) unique to the electric device 2 and power consumption corresponding to the operation type of the device 2 such as strong, medium, weak or automatic operation. The ROM 22 also stores programs and data necessary for the processing operation of the signal processing unit 21.
[0042]
  [Configuration of Control Unit 1]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the control unit 1 collects and stores necessary data such as unique data transmitted from the plurality of electrical devices 2 and stores the data in the data table 11. Power distribution setting means comprising: a power distribution processing unit 12 that sets a power distribution to be supplied to each electric device 2 based on the generated power and generates a control signal according to the setting; and a transmission control unit 13 that transmits and receives specific data or control signals. 10.
[0043]
The data table 11 is composed of a RAM backed up by a battery (not shown) or the like, and stores unique data 11a, control instruction data 11b including maximum power data, and real-time power amount data 11c.
The unique data 11a is transmitted from the electric device 2 and includes specification data, operation instruction data, and operation data for each identification data unique to the device 2, and a plurality of these data are stored with date / time data. It is possible.
The power amount data 11c is data indicating a real-time power value corresponding to the current detected by the power detection unit 16, and is stored in the data table 11 by the signal processing unit 12a. The control instruction data will be described later.
The LAN I / F 14 converts the signal output from the power distribution processing unit 12 into packet data having a protocol corresponding to the LAN, receives the transmitted packet data, and sends the packet data to the power distribution processing unit 12 side.
[0044]
The filter circuit 15 takes out only the modulation signal in the vicinity of the frequency fo from the power supply line L1 and transmits it to the transmission control unit 13 and modulates the frequency fo output from the transmission control unit 13 as in the case of the electrical device 2 described above. The signal is transmitted by being superimposed on the power supply line L1 side.
The power distribution processing unit 12 includes a signal processing unit 12a constituted by a CPU, a RAM 12b and a ROM 12c for storing or temporarily storing data and programs necessary for processing of the signal processing unit 12a, and input / output of signals to / from the signal processing unit 12a. It includes an I / O port 12d to be controlled, an input unit 12e for inputting control instruction data, which will be described later, a display 12f for supporting the input of control instruction data, and a time measuring means 12g for counting the date and time.
The signal processing unit 12a, the input unit 12e, the display unit 12f, the RAM 12b, and the ROM 12c constitute a registration setting unit 12h for registering control instruction data described later.
[0045]
  [Description of system operation]
The operation of the system of the present invention will be described below.
First, a device registration operation that is automatically executed when the electrical device (air conditioner) 2c is connected to the outlet T3 will be described with reference to the system diagram of FIG. 1, the block diagram of FIGS. 2 and 3, and the flowchart of FIG. To do.
[0046]
[Registration operation of air conditioner 2c]
(1) When the AC cord 28 of the air conditioner (electric device) 2c is connected to the outlet T3, a DC power supply (not shown) is supplied to the control means 20. As a result, the signal processing unit 21 reads device-specific identification data and specification data stored in the ROM 22 to generate unique data, and sends the generated unique data to the power supply line L1 via the transmission control unit 26 (FIG. 4 (a) Steps 100-102).
(2) After sending the unique data, the air conditioner 2c waits for the registration flag indicating the completion of registration to which the identification data of the device 2c is attached to be returned from the control unit 1. When the registration flag is received, the registration mode flag is written in the RAM 23 by the signal processing unit 21, and thereafter, the air conditioner 2c enters a system mode to be described later (see steps 103 and 104 in FIG. 4A).
[0047]
On the other hand, the operation shown in the flowchart of FIG.
(1) When the unique data of the air conditioner 2a to which the identification data is attached is transmitted via the power supply line L1, the signal processing unit 12a of the power distribution processing unit 12 receives the specification data together with the identification data and is unique to the data table 11. The data 11a is stored (see steps 200 to 201 in FIG. 4B).
(2) When the storage of the unique data is completed, the signal processing unit 12a generates a registration flag with identification data unique to the air conditioner 2c and sends it to the power supply line L1 (see step 202 in FIG. 4 (b)).
When the air conditioner 2c is registered in the system by the above operation, the air conditioner 2c enters the system mode. Henceforth, even if an operation switch (for example, a strong cooling operation switch) is operated, the operation is not immediately started. Once the control signal from the control unit 1 is received, the operation is started.
In addition, when transmitting a registration flag from the control unit 1 to the air conditioner 2c, it is also possible to send date and time data for performing date and time calibration of the time measuring means 30 of the air conditioner 2c at the same time.
[0048]
  [Registering control instruction data]
The registration operation of the control instruction data 11b registered in advance in the data table 11 of the control unit 1 will be described with reference to the block diagram of FIG. 3 and the flowchart of FIG. The registration of the control instruction data 11b is performed by the registration setting unit 12h, that is, the registration processing program stored in the ROM 12c of the power distribution processing unit 12 is processed by the signal processing unit 12a and the input unit 12e and the display 12f.
(1) The registration processing program is activated from the input unit 12e to select an electrical device for registering control instruction data. As a result, unique identification data corresponding to the electrical device is selected from the unique data 11 a stored in the data table 11.
(2) Set power supply priority for the selected electrical device. Since the display 12f displays a priority table of already registered operations, a new priority including the device is set. In other words, the lower the priority is, the more the operation is reduced or the operation is stopped in order to reduce the power supply.
(3) The operation type data indicating the switching procedure when the operation state of the device is increased or decreased, such as the operation type of the selected electrical device, that is, the strong operation, the medium operation, or the weak operation is set.
(4) When setting is completed and registration processing is performed, control instruction data 11b including identification data, priority order data, and operation type data corresponding to the electrical device is stored in the data table 11 by the signal processing unit 12a. (See steps 110 to 114 in FIG. 5 above).
The maximum power data indicating the maximum power that can be supplied via the power supply line L1 is also registered as control instruction data 11b at the same time.
[0049]
[Switch operation of air conditioner 2c in system mode]
In the system mode, for example, the operation when the quenching switch of the air conditioner 2c is operated will be described with reference to the system diagram of FIG. 1, the block diagrams of FIGS. 2 and 3, and the flowchart of FIG.
(1) When a rapid cooling switch (not shown) of the air conditioner 2 c is operated, driving instruction data corresponding to the operation is input to the signal processing unit 21 via the signal line 31. The signal processing unit 21 generates unique data in which the identification data unique to the air conditioner 2c is attached to the driving instruction data and sends it to the power supply line L1 (see steps 120 to 122 in FIG. 6A).
(2) The air conditioner 2c waits until the control signal with the identification data of the air conditioner 2c is returned from the control unit 1 after sending the unique data including the operation instruction data.
When the control signal is received, the signal processing unit 21 generates a corresponding internal control signal and transmits it to the inside of the air conditioner 2c via the signal line 31, thereby starting the same operation as when the quenching switch is operated. (See steps 123 and 124 in FIG. 6A).
(3) The signal processing unit 21 writes operation data indicating the rapid cooling operation with date / time data to the RAM 23 and transmits the operation data with identification data to the control unit 1 side via the power line L1. And the registration flag returned with respect to the transmitted driving | operation data is received, and switch operation is completed (refer Fig.6 (a) step 125,126).
[0050]
On the other hand, the operation shown in the flowchart of FIG.
(1) When the unique data of the air conditioner 2a to which the identification data is attached is transmitted via the power supply line L1, the signal processing unit 12a of the power distribution processing unit 12 temporarily stores the operation instruction data corresponding to the identification data in the data table. 11 is stored as unique data 11a (see steps 210 and 211 in FIG. 6B).
(2) The signal processing unit 12a refers to the operation data for each device stored in the data table 11 in comparison with the specification data, and calculates the total power consumption of all currently operating devices. The calculated power value obtained by adding the power corresponding to the operation instruction data requested from the air conditioner 2c to the total power consumption is compared with the maximum power data. When it is determined that driving is possible with the maximum power or less, a control signal with identification data is generated by the signal processing unit 12a and sent to the air conditioner 2c side. On the other hand, when the calculated power value exceeds the maximum power data, a power distribution setting process described later is performed by the signal processing unit 12a, and identification data is attached to the control signal generated thereby, and the air conditioner 2c and the corresponding electric device. 2 (see steps 212 to 214 in FIG. 6B).
(3) If operation data is received from the air conditioner 2c in response to the transmitted control signal, the received operation data is attached with date / time data and stored in the data table 11 to complete the process (step 215 in FIG. 6 (b)). 216).
As described above, when it is determined that the maximum power is not exceeded by operating the rapid cooling switch of the air conditioner 2c, the rapid cooling operation is started immediately.
However, when it is determined that the maximum power is exceeded by the rapid cooling operation, the power distribution setting process shown below is performed by the control unit 1.
[0051]
  [Distribution setting processing]
FIG. 1 is a system diagram of the power distribution setting process (the process of step 213 in FIG. 6B) when the control unit 1 determines that the driving power data transmitted from the air conditioner 2c exceeds the maximum power. This will be described with reference to a few block diagrams and a flowchart of FIG.
(1) When the signal processing unit 12a of the control unit 1 determines that the maximum power is exceeded with the operation of the rapid cooling switch of the air conditioner 2c, the signal processing unit 12a refers to the control instruction data 11b of the data table 11, It is searched whether a device having a lower priority than the air conditioner 2c is registered. If registered, the control instruction data of the device with the lowest priority is referred to (see steps 220 to 222 in FIG. 7).
(2) Check whether the operation state can be reduced with reference to the control instruction data of the lowest priority device. If it can be reduced, the signal processing unit 12a calculates the power value in a state where the operation state of the device is reduced, and if the total supply power including the calculated power value does not exceed the maximum power data, the control of the device is performed. A signal and a control signal for the air conditioner 2c are generated. However, if the total power supply exceeds the maximum power data, the process returns to step 223 to check whether the operating state of the device can be further reduced. If it can be reduced, the process proceeds again to steps 223 to 226 (see steps 223 to 226 in FIG. 6).
(3) If the operation state of the device cannot be reduced in step 223, the device priority is increased by one. When this priority matches the priority of the air conditioner 2c, the process proceeds to step 229 and subsequent steps. On the other hand, if there is a device with a lower priority than the air conditioner 2c even if the priority is raised, the process returns to step 222 and the subsequent processing is repeated (see steps 222, 223, 227, and 228 in FIG. 6).
(4) If the priority order is the same as that of the air conditioner 2c in step 228, or if there is no device having a lower priority order than the air conditioner 2c in step 220, the process proceeds to step 229 and the control instruction data 11b of the air conditioner 2c is referred. And it is investigated whether the driving | running state of the air conditioner 2c can be reduced, and when it can be reduced, the electric power which reduced the driving | running state in the signal processing part 12a is calculated. When the total supply power including the calculated power value does not exceed the maximum power data, a control signal for the air conditioner 2c is generated. On the other hand, if the total supplied power including the calculated power value exceeds the maximum power data in step 232, the process returns to step 230 to further reduce the operating state. If the operation state cannot be reduced in step 230, a control impossibility signal (operation stop signal) for the air conditioner 2c is generated (see steps 229 to 234 in FIG. 6).
[0052]
As described above, in this system, when the quenching switch of the air conditioner 2c is operated, the control unit 1 determines whether or not the power supply corresponding to the rapid cooling operation is possible. If the power supply is impossible, the control instruction data 11b registered in advance is determined. Based on the above, a power distribution setting process for reducing the operating state of the low-priority device 2 to ensure the rapid cooling operation of the air conditioner 2c or reducing the operating state of the air conditioner 2c itself is performed.
As a result, even if the rapid cooling switch of the air conditioner 2c is operated in parallel with the operation of other electric devices in the afternoon of summer when the temperature rises rapidly, the optimal power distribution setting including the other electric devices in operation is achieved. It is possible to operate based on this, and there is no inconvenience that the breaker is inadvertently shut off.
Although the above description has been given by taking the air conditioner 2c as an example, the same control can be performed for the refrigerator 2a. In other words, when the operation instruction data corresponding to the detection signal of the temperature sensor of the refrigerator 2a is transmitted to the control unit 1 side due to the rise in the internal temperature, the operation state of the low priority device 2 is reduced and the operation of the refrigerator 2a is performed. Can be secured, or flexible power distribution setting processing such as reducing the operating state of the refrigerator 2a itself can be performed.
[0053]
  (Example 2)
[Example when the refrigerator 2a is connected to the system]
Next, an embodiment relating to operation control of the refrigerator 2a will be described with reference to the system diagram of FIG. 1, the block diagrams of FIGS. 2 and 3, and the flowchart of FIG.
The refrigerator 2a in the present embodiment is configured such that a compressor (not shown) can be continuously switched by inverter control. The switching of the driving state is transmitted as driving instruction data to the signal processing unit 21 through the signal line 31 one by one, and an internal control signal is transmitted from the signal processing unit 21 through the signal line 31 to change the driving state at any time. It can be switched and set.
[0054]
In the refrigerator 2a in the present embodiment, the signal processing unit 21 performs processing of adding date / time data to these data and storing them in the RAM 23 when storing the operation instruction data and the operation data. These driving instruction data and driving data are each stored and stored for a predetermined date and time (7 days in this embodiment) in the order of occurrence.
The display unit 29 is attached to the front surface of the refrigerator 2a so that it can be easily seen. When the operation data corresponding to the power saving operation is received among the operation data transmitted to the signal processing unit 21, the display unit 29 receives the display signal and blinks the red LED. To drive.
Here, the power saving operation referred to in the present embodiment refers to low speed operation by inverter control.
[0055]
(1) The operation data stored in the RAM 23 is referred to by the signal processing unit 21, and when the power saving operation is not being performed, the refrigerator 2a is normally operated. That is, the internal temperature is detected, and operation instruction data corresponding to the detected temperature is generated. If the operation instruction data is the same as the current operation data, the same temperature monitoring process is repeated (steps 130 to 130 in FIG. 8). 134).
In addition, when the internal temperature indicates a predetermined increase or decrease and the operation state corresponding to the operation instruction data generated according to the detection signal of the sensor is different from the current operation state, unique data including this operation instruction data Is sent to the control unit 1. Then, the operating state is switched by the control signal returned from the control unit 1 (see steps 130 to 136 in FIG. 8).
(2) The signal processing unit 21 constantly monitors the output of the operation instruction data. If the operation instruction data indicating the door opening operation is not detected for a predetermined time even when the internal temperature rises, the door is predetermined. When the state is closed for more than the time, the inherent data including the operation instruction data indicating the power saving operation is transmitted to the control unit 1 regardless of the inside temperature, and the power saving operation is started. (See steps 130 to 137 in FIG. 8).
[0056]
(3) On the other hand, when the signal processing unit 21 determines that the power saving operation time has exceeded the predetermined time, the unique data including the operation instruction data for switching the operation state to the next state is sent to the control unit 1 side. Then, the operation state switching process is performed. Even when the power saving operation time does not exceed the predetermined time, if the signal processing unit 21 receives the operation instruction data associated with the opening of the door of the refrigerator 2a, the operation state is similarly set to the next higher state. Switching processing is performed (see steps 137 to 140 in FIG. 8).
[0057]
Thus, according to the present embodiment, the refrigerator 2a is displayed in red blinking on the display unit 29 during the power saving operation and can be easily recognized.
In addition, if the door of the refrigerator 2a is opened or closed during power saving operation, the power saving operation is interrupted and switched to normal operation, or if the door is not opened or closed for a predetermined time, it responds to the rise in the internal temperature.TimeTherefore, it is possible to perform flexible control to save power that starts power saving operation.
Further, the driving instruction data and the driving data can be accumulated for one week retroactively. As a result, even if the operation of the refrigerator 2a is reduced or stopped by driving another electrical device having a high priority, and thus a situation in which the food in the refrigerator is spoiled, the operation instruction data and the history of the operation data The cause can be easily investigated by referring to.
The operation instruction data and the operation data can be referred to on the electric device 2 side, but in this embodiment, a reference signal is sent from the registration setting unit 12h of the control unit 1 to the refrigerator 2a side for reference. Yes.
Thus, according to the system using the refrigerator 2a of the present embodiment, fine operation control can be performed while adjusting the power distribution setting with other electric devices connected to the power line L1, Moreover, maintenance is easy.
[0058]
Incidentally, in the above-described embodiment, data transmission between the control unit 1 and the plurality of electric devices 2 is performed using the power supply line L1. However, according to the present invention, a wired transmission line different from the power supply line L1 can be laid, or a system can be configured using a wireless transmission line. Hereinafter, an embodiment in which control is performed using a wireless transmission path will be described.
[0059]
  (Example 3)
[Example of system using wireless transmission path]
FIG. 9 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the electric equipment 2 'used in this embodiment.
The electric device 2 ′ has a configuration in which the transmission control unit 26 and the filter circuit 27 of the electric device 2 shown in FIG. 2 are removed, and a wireless transmission unit 32 and an antenna 33 are provided instead. The reference numerals are attached and the description is omitted.
The wireless transmission unit 32 radiates a high-frequency signal obtained by modulating a predetermined carrier wave f1 (FM modulation or AM modulation) with a signal (packet data) output from the LAN I / F 25 via the antenna 33 and transmitted from the control unit 1. An operation of receiving a high frequency signal of frequency f1 captured by the antenna 33, demodulating the packet data, and sending it to the LAN I / F 25 is performed.
[0060]
FIG. 10 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the control unit 1 ′ used in this embodiment.
The control unit 1 ′ has a configuration in which the transmission control unit 13 and the filter circuit 15 are removed from the control unit 1 shown in FIG. 3 and a wireless transmission unit 17 and an antenna 18 are provided instead. The description will be omitted.
Similarly to the wireless transmission unit 32 of the wireless device 2 ′, the wireless transmission unit 17 radiates a high-frequency signal obtained by modulating a carrier wave having a frequency f 1 with a signal (packet data) output from the LAN I / F 14 via the antenna 18. At the same time, an operation is performed in which a high-frequency signal having a frequency f1 radiated from the electric device 2 ′ and captured by the antenna 18 is received, the packet data is demodulated, and sent to the LAN I / F 14.
[0061]
FIG. 11 shows a configuration example of a system configured by using the electric device 2 ′ and the control unit 1 ′, and the data signal is superimposed on the power supply line L1 by transmitting and receiving the data signal by radio. Therefore, it becomes possible to control the electric device stably. Although the antenna 18 of the control unit 1 ′ and the antenna 33 of the electric device 2 ′ are not shown in the figure, they can be built in the device or unit according to the transmission frequency, or can be exposed and attached to the outside. is there.
[0062]
In the above-described embodiment, the specific data of the electric device 2 is shown as being configured to be stored in the ROM 22 of the control means 20 in advance. However, the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and a configuration in which specific data of a necessary electrical device is captured by accessing a dedicated server via the Internet or the like is also possible. An embodiment of a system configured to connect to the Internet and capture unique data will be described below.
[0063]
  (Example 4)
[Example of a system connecting to the Internet]
FIG. 12 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the electric equipment 2 ″ used in this embodiment.
The electric device 2 ″ has a configuration in which the access unit 34 including the network I / F 34a is further provided in the electric device 2 shown in FIG. 2, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted. The access means 34 includes a network I / F 34a, a signal processing unit 21, a ROM 22, and a RAM 23.
[0064]
The network I / F 34a has an interface function for connecting the packet signal generated by the LAN I / F 25 to the Internet W.
That is, the network I / F 34a has a function of connecting to the Internet via a digital or analog telephone line 36 by dial-up and performing data transmission using the TCP / IP protocol. It also has a MAC address unique to the electric device 2 ″ determined by the MAC address system. Furthermore, the ROM 22 of the control means 20 has an IP address of the access destination and an identification code unique to the device (set in common with the server of the access destination) Stored identification code).
[0065]
When this electrical device 2 ″ is connected to the outlet T1, power is supplied to the control means 20, and the unique data is read via the Internet prior to registration of the device 2 ″ in the control unit 1. In other words, after connecting to the Internet via the telephone line 35 by the network I / F 34, the signal processing unit 21 accesses a server (not shown) corresponding to the IP address. Then, a unique identification code is transmitted to the device 2 ″ and unique data such as specification data corresponding to the identification code is received, and the signal processing unit 21 stores the received unique data in the RAM 23.
Instead of temporarily storing the unique data in the RAM 23, it is also possible to store it in a nonvolatile manner using a writable EEPROM or the like.
In addition, it is only necessary to provide one electrical device 2 ″ that can be connected to the Internet in the system. In other words, the electrical device 2 ″ attaches an identification code unique to another device to access the server, and identifies the identification code. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which unique data corresponding to the data is captured and the captured unique data is transferred to the corresponding device side via the control unit 1 or directly.
[0066]
FIG. 13 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the control unit 1 ″ used in this embodiment.
The control unit 1 ″ has a configuration in which the access unit 10a including the network I / F 19 is further provided in the control unit 1 shown in FIG. 3, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted. The access unit 10a includes a network I / F 19, a signal processing unit 12a, a RAM 12b, and a ROM 12c.
This network I / F 19 also performs the same operation as the network I / F 33 of the electrical device 2 ″ described above. That is, after connecting to the Internet via the telephone line 35 by the network I / F 19, the signal processing unit 12a performs IP. A server (not shown) corresponding to the address is accessed. A unique identification code is transmitted to the device 2 ″ and unique data such as specification data corresponding to the identification code is received, and the signal processor 21 receives the received unique code. Data is stored in the RAM 12b.
By providing the system with a control unit 1 ″ that can be connected to the Internet, the control unit 1 ″ attaches a device-specific identification code to access the server, imports unique data corresponding to the identification code, and imports the acquired unique data. It can be stored in the data table 11 or transferred to the corresponding device side and stored.
Note that when accessing the Internet from the control unit 1, the access may be made after reading the identification code of the electrical device 2, but the identification corresponding to the identification data of the electrical device 2 is stored in the data table 11 of the control unit 1 in advance. The code can also be stored.
[0067]
FIG. 14 shows a system diagram constructed using the control unit 1 ″. According to this embodiment, the control unit 1 ″ is connected to the Internet via the telephone line 35 and accesses the dedicated server SE. Thus, the unique data of the electric device 2 can be taken into the control unit 1 ″.
[0068]
Note that the configuration in which the control unit 1 ″ or the electrical device 2 ″ is connected to the network and the unique data is taken in can also be applied to the configuration using the above-described wireless transmission path.
[0069]
The electric device 2 used in the above-described system of the present invention needs to incorporate the control means 20 in advance. However, if the connector is provided on a necessary signal line such as the signal line 31 connected to the control means 20 and exposed to the outside of the device 2, the control means 20 can be formed as an external unit separately. It is.
[0070]
Moreover, in the said Example, it showed as a system structure which connected the control unit 1 to one power supply line L1. However, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration, and it is also possible to control and manage the power supplied to each of the plurality of power supply lines extending from the switchboard with one control unit 1.
