本発明は各種の病原体等の検査,試験,研究等に使用するシャーレを整理保管するシャーレスタッカーに関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に例えばO−157やインフルエンザその他の病原体の検査等に際しては数多くのシャーレを使用して行なわれている。そのため、シャーレを積み重ねてコンパクトに整理保管できるシャーレスタッカーが必要とされている。

従来、シャーレスタッカーとして、ポリカーボネイト製のスタッカー本体にシャーレの大きさに対応する曲率をもつ四個の半円筒形のシャーレ収容部を背合わせ状に形成すると共に各収容部の先端開放部の縁部の上端から下端に沿わせて弾性押え板を取付け、前記収容部にシャーレを積み重ねて収容し、シャーレの外壁部を前記押え板で弾性的に押えさせ、シャーレが収容部から脱落するのを防止するように構成したものが知られている。

前記従来のシャーレスタッカーによれば次のような特長を有している。(1)複数個(10〜20個程度)のシャーレを積み重ねて収容部に整然と収容できるので狭いスペースでシャーレをコンパクトに整理保管できる。(2)シャーレスタッカーを持ち運びしてもシャーレが脱落するのを防止できる。(3)収容されているシャーレを積み重ねられている位置に関係なく個別に取り出すことができる。

ところで、シャーレスタッカーは雑菌等の付着を防止するため、使用に当ってひんぱんにオートクレーブ等で滅菌処理するため、高温(約120°C程度)に耐える素材で造る必要があり、前記従来のスタッカーは本体の素材としてポリカーボネイトを使用し、押え板はシリコンゴム材を使用している。したがって、材料費が高くなり、また、型成形であるため製造型等の設備が大掛かりになり、その結果、製造コストが高くなる問題を有している。

そこで、本発明者は前記(1)ないし(3)のような特長を具備したシャーレスタッカーを安価に提供することを目的として、図11ないし図13に示すシャーレスタッカー(以下、「先行技術」という)を本発明に先だって提案した(特願平10−76511号参照)。この先行技術は同図に示すように、金属杆製のリング101A,101B,101Cで構成したベース台101と、このベース台101上に円方向にほゞ等間隔で鉛直に立設した四本の整理規制杆102,103,104,105と、前記規制杆を挟ませてベース台101上に配設した四個のシャーレ保持部材106A,106B,106C,106Dとを有し、前記保持部材106A…106Dは金属杆で構成され、シャーレの大きさと対応する円形のほゞ半分を欠除して半円形よりやゝ円形に近い円弧状に形成し、上下方向に所定の距離を存して相対設した一対の半円形状の水平リング杆107,108と上部側の前記リング杆107と下部側の前記リング杆108の相対向する端部同士をそれぞれ連結した鉛直連結杆109,110とを有し、前記各保持部材は前記欠除側を外方に向けて背合わせ状に配置されていると共に前記上下のリング杆107,108の外側部を前記規制杆にそれぞれ固着して取付けてあり、前記両鉛直連結杆109,110と前記リング杆107,108が固着されている前記整理規制杆とでシャーレの横方向の動きを規制してシャーレを積み重ねて収容するシャーレ収容部111を構成してなるものである。なお、前記規制杆102…105は相対向する杆同士、即ち、規制杆102と104及び103と105の上端を水平連結杆112,113で連結してあり、一方の連結杆112には提げ手114が取付けてある。

上記先行技術によれば、シャーレ保持部材106A…106Dの両鉛直連結杆109,110に離反方向の力を付与すると両連結杆109,110は上下のリング杆107,108のバネ作用により弾性的に開き、前記力を解除すると両連結杆は前記バネ作用によって元の状態に復帰する。そこで、シャーレを手で持ち、両連結杆間へ軽く押し付けることによりシャーレは両連結杆の間を通過して収容部111内へ入ると共に、シャーレの直径部が前記両連結杆を通過した時点で両杆は弾性的に復帰し、前記シャーレは整理規制杆と両連結杆とによって横方向の動きを規制され、収容部111内に積み重ねられた状態で整然と収容されることになる。そして、収容部内に収容されている任意のシャーレを指で摘んで引っ張ることにより、前記両連結杆は弾性的に開くので、所望のシャーレを取り出すことができる。また、構成が簡素化されているので安価に量産できると共に高耐熱性を具備しているのでオートクレーブ等で減菌処理が可能になる。

しかし、先行技術のシャーレスタッカーにおいても、次のような点で改良を加えるべき余地が残されていることが判明した。即ち、先行技術はシャーレ保持部材の両連結杆109,110と整理規制杆102…105のうちの所定の二本の規制杆とでシャーレSの横方向の動きを規制して収容部111内に積み重ねて収容するものである。そして、シャーレ保持部材106A…106Dは上下のリング杆107,108の外側部を整理規制杆に固着して取付けてあるため、図10bに示すように、保持部材106Aの収容部111内に収容されているシャーレSは、両規制杆109,110間側からは容易に引き出すことができるが、収容部の上端側から取り出す場合、シャーレSを指で摘んで上方へ摺動すると、シャーレSの上面周縁部が上部側のリング杆107の下面に衝当することになるため、水平状態を維持したままシャーレSを取り出すのは困難である。

本発明は前記のような実情に鑑み、先行技術の有する長所をそのまま活用し、かつ、先行技術の前記した問題点を解消したシャーレスタッカーを提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するため、本発明は金属製のベース台と、このベース台上の中央部側に位置させて円方向にほゞ等間隔で鉛直に立設した複数本の金属製の支持杆と、金属杆で構成され、前記ベース台上に配設した複数個のシャーレ保持部材とを有し、前記各保持部材はシャーレの大きさと対応する円形の半分弱を欠除して半円形よりやゝ円形に近い円弧状に形成し、上下方向に所定の距離を存して相対設した上部側及び下部側の半円形状の水平リング杆と、上部側の前記リング杆と下部側の前記リング杆の相対向する端部同士をそれぞれ連結した鉛直連結杆とを有し、前記各保持部材は前記欠除側を外方に向けて背合わせ状に配置されていると共に上端側及び下端側の前記リング杆の内側部を前記支持杆にそれぞれ固着して取付けてあり、前記両鉛直連結杆と前記両リング杆が固着されている前記支持杆とでシャーレの横方向の動きを規制してシャーレを積み重ねて収容するシャーレ収容部を構成したことを特徴とする。

この発明によれば次のような作用を奏する。シャーレ保持部材の両鉛直連結杆に離反方向の力を付与すると前記両連結杆は上下の半円形状の水平リング杆のバネ作用により弾性的に開き、前記力を解除すると両連結杆は前記バネ作用によって元の状態に復帰する。そこで、シャーレを手で持ち、両連結杆間へ軽く押し付けることによりシャーレは両連結杆の間を通過して収容部内へ入ると共に、シャーレの直径部が前記両連結杆を通過した時点で両杆は弾性的に復帰し、前記シャーレは支持杆と両連結杆とによって横方向の動きを規制され、収容部内に積み重ねられた状態で整然と収容される。そして、収容部内に収容されている任意のシャーレを指で摘んで引っ張ることにより、前記両連結杆は弾性的に開くので、所望のシャーレを取り出すことができる。また、両連結杆に対して接離方向へ強く力を加え、或いは両リング杆の両端部に対して開又は閉の方向へ強く力を加えることにより、保持部材の上下のリング杆の径の大きさを変えて両連結杆間の距離間隔を微調整することができる。なお、前記距離間隔調整の必要性については追って発明の実施の形態の項において説明する。さらにまた、上下のリング杆の内側部を支持杆に固着して保持部材を取付けてあるので、収容部に収容されているシャーレを上方へ摺動してもシャーレの上面がリング杆に衝当することはない。したがって、シャーレを収容部の上端から容易に取り出すことができる。

本発明によれば次のような効果を奏する。(1)複数個のシャーレを積み重ねて整然かつコンパクトに収容して整理保管することができる。(2)シャーレスタッカーを持ち運び中等にシャーレが不用意に脱落するのを防止できる。(3)収容部内に収容されているシャーレを、積み重ねられている位置に関係なく、所望のシャーレだけを簡単に取り出すことができる。(4)収容部内のシャーレを手で持ち上げることにより収容部の上端側からシャーレを簡単に収容部外へ取り出すことができる。(5)構成が簡素化されているので安価に量産することができる。(6)金属材で構成して高耐熱性を具備しているのでオートクレーブ等で滅菌処理することができる。
