Claims (16)
- 清浄を行うために容易に分解することが可能な外科用リーマの支軸部(15、115)であって、
上記支軸部は軸方向に細長く形成され、第1端部、第2端部及びハウジング部品(113、213、313、314、413、414,502)を有し、
上記ハウジング部品は支軸部を構成する駆動伝達部(207)を概ね被覆し、少なくとも2つの細長く形成された部品からなり、上記第1及び第2端部の少なくとも1つは、上記少なくとも2つの細長く形成された部品の平行し近接した表面部分を支えるために、ロッキングリング(455)及び弾性装置(486)を含んでなるキャプチャ機構(455、490、486、502)によって上記駆動伝達部を包むように固定され、上記ロッキングリングは上記弾性装置によって所定位置に付勢され、
かつ、上記少なくとも2つの細長く形成された部品は、清浄を行うために及び/又は異なる外科的プロトコールに適応するように様々な形状を有する別ハウジング部品と交換を行うために、前記軸に対して平行し近接した表面部分に沿って横断的に分解できることを特徴とする外科用リーマ支軸。 - 上記キャプチャ機構(455、490、486、502)は再配置が可能な取手部(500)が取り付けられた固定スリーブ部(482a)をさらに有し、上記ロッキングリング(455)を所定位置に付勢することで上記固定スリーブ部を付勢し、上記のように取り付けられた取手部を上記支軸部における軸(116)を中心に固定された角度位置で配置するように、上記固定スリーブ部とロッキングリングの間に上記弾性装置(486)が配置され、上記ロッキングリングは外科用リーマ支軸を保持する介助を行い、上記ロッキングリングが上記弾性装置による弾性的付勢から外されることで、分解及び/又は清浄を容易に行うために組立部の端部が外れることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外科用リーマ支軸。
- 上記固定スリーブ部(482a)は、上記ハウジング部品に固定された段部(502c)に係合されたピン(484)を収めるための孔部(482c)を有し、上記ピンが上記孔部に収められると上記固定スリーブ部及び調節可能な上記取手部(500)は係止され、これによって上記固定スリーブ部は上記段部に、ひいては上記ハウジング部品に固定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の外科用リーマ支軸。
- 上記ロッキングリング(455)は少なくとも1つのピン(411)が取り付けられてなり、上記少なくとも1つのピンは上記ロッキングリングが上記弾性装置によって差込溝部(260、492)に付勢される際に上記ロッキングリングを所定位置に固定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の外科用リーマ支軸。
- 上記駆動伝達部(207)は、ニッケルチタン製の駆動伝達部、鉄類製の駆動伝達部、フレキシブルな円形に巻かれたケーブル製の駆動伝達部、平面ワイヤが巻かれたケーブル製の駆動伝達部、ギア駆動軸から形成された駆動伝達部及び自在接合部を介して接続された支持軸を有する駆動伝達部から構成される駆動伝達部のグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外科用リーマ支軸。
- 清浄を行うために容易に分解することが可能な調節可能な取手部(500)を有する細長く形成された外科用リーマの支軸部(315)であって、
上記支軸部は第1端部、第2端部及び軸方向に細長く形成されたハウジング部品(113、213、313、314、413、414、502)を有し、
上記ハウジング部品は、少なくとも2つの細長く形成された部品からなり、上記支軸部を構成する駆動伝達部(207)を概ね被覆するために保持され、上記少なくとも2つの細長く形成された部品は前記軸に対して平行し近接した表面部分に沿って横断的に分解でき、上記第1及び第2端部の少なくとも1つは、上記少なくとも2つの細長く形成された部品の平行し近接した表面部分を支え、上記取手部は接続可能な調節機構(450)によって上記支軸部を中心とした角度位置で調節可能に係止され、上記接続可能な調節機構はロッキングリング(455)と、調節可能な取手部が取り付けられた固定スリーブ部とからなり、上記固定スリーブ部と上記ロッキングリングの間にはロッキングリングを所定位置に付勢し、上記固定スリーブ部及び取手部を上記ハウジング部品の周囲に選択された角度の所定位置に付勢するように弾性装置(486)が配置され、上記ロッキングリングが上記弾性装置による弾性的付勢から外されることで、清浄を行うための分解を容易にすることを特徴とする外科用リーマ支軸。 - 上記固定スリーブ部(482a)は、上記ハウジング部品に固定された段部(502c)に係合されたピン(484)を収めるための孔部(482c)を有し、上記ピンが上記孔部に収められると上記固定スリーブ部及び調節可能な上記取手部(500)は係止され、これによって上記固定スリーブ部は段部に、ひいては上記ハウジング部品に固定されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の外科用リーマ支軸。
- 上記ロッキングリング(455)は少なくとも1つのピン(411)が取り付けられてなり、上記少なくとも1つのピンは上記ロッキングリング(455)が上記弾性装置によって差込溝部(260、492)に付勢される際にロッキングリングを所定位置に固定することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の外科用リーマ支軸。
- 上記駆動伝達部(207)は、ニッケルチタン製の駆動伝達部、鉄類製の駆動伝達部、フレキシブルな円形に巻かれたケーブル製の駆動伝達部、平面ワイヤが巻かれたケーブル製の駆動伝達部、ギア駆動軸から形成された駆動伝達部及び自在接合部を介して接続された支持軸を有する駆動伝達部から構成される駆動伝達部のグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の外科用リーマ支軸。
- 請求項1記載の外科用リーマ支軸を含み、該外科用リーマ支軸は、リーマ保持機構(120)と、駆動伝達部を収め、駆動伝達部を操作方向に固定することが可能な少なくとも一対の対応するハウジング部品(313、314、413、414)とをその一方の端部に有する駆動伝達部(207)を含んでなることを特徴とする外科用リーマ支軸キット。
- それぞれの形状が異なる外科的プロトコールに適するような異なる形状に形成された少なくとも二組のハウジング部品(313、314、413、414)をさらに含んでなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の外科用リーマ支軸キット。
- 少なくとも1つの外科用リーマ(1)をさらに含んでなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の外科用リーマ支軸キット。
- 大腿骨プロテーゼ(604)をさらに含んでなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の外科用リーマ支軸キット。
- 寛骨臼プロテーゼ(606)をさらに含んでなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の外科用リーマ支軸キット。
- 衝撃部材(602)をさらに含んでなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の外科用リーマ支軸キット。
- 殺菌ケース(610)をさらに含んでなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の外科用リーマ支軸キット。
