Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an elevator apparatus. More specifically, the present invention relates to a roping type elevator apparatus that lifts and lowers a car and a counterweight by a hoisting machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As the machine room-less elevator device, a 2: 1 roping type elevator is generally employed (for example, see Patent Document 1). In this 2: 1 roping type elevator apparatus, both ends of the rope are respectively fixed to the rope stoppers. In addition, the rope fixed to the leash is wrapped around a pulley provided on the cage, wound around the hoist from this pulley, and wound around the pulley provided on the counterweight from the hoist. It is hung.
[0003]
In the elevator apparatus using the 2: 1 roping method having such a configuration, when the car and the counterweight are raised and lowered, the rope is moved by rotating the hoisting machine. At this time, the rope moves at a speed twice as high as the raising / lowering speed of the car and the counterweight, and therefore the number of rotations of the hoisting machine is increased.
[0004]
Further, it is conceivable to use a 1: 1 roping method for a machine room-less elevator (see, for example, Patent Document 2). In this case, one end of the rope is fixed to the cage and the other end is fixed to the counterweight, and the hoisting machine is disposed between the cage and the counterweight, and the rope is wound around. In the 1: 1 roping type elevator apparatus having such a configuration, the rope is moved by rotating the hoisting machine even when the car and the counterweight are raised and lowered. At this time, the rope moves at the same speed as the moving speed of the car and the counterweight. Therefore, when the car is moved up and down at the same speed as the car of the 2: 1 roping elevator, the 1: 1 roping system has a speed that is 1/2 of the rotational speed of the 2: 1 roping hoist. What is necessary is just to rotate a winding machine.

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the case of an elevator apparatus using the 2: 1 roping method, the hoisting machine needs to move the rope at a speed twice as high as the rising speed of the car or the counterweight. That is, if the same lifting speed as in the case of 1: 1 roping is to be secured, the hoisting machine of the 2: 1 roping type elevator apparatus must rotate at twice the speed. For this reason, in a 2: 1 roping type elevator apparatus, the sound generated by the rotation or stoppage of the hoisting machine may increase.
[0007]
However, when the 1: 1 roping method is adopted considering only the rotational speed of the hoist, the hoist needs to receive the rope directly from the car and the counterweight. For this reason, the hoisting machine needs to be arranged above the hoistway, that is, above these ceiling portions at the position where the car and the counterweight rise to the top. Therefore, in the 1: 1 roping method, it is necessary to secure a space for disposing the hoisting machine at the upper part of the hoistway, which may limit the space saving of the elevator.
[0008]
Therefore, the present invention is improved so that noise during driving of the hoisting machine can be prevented and noise reduction can be achieved, and also in this case, the space above the hoistway of the machine room-less elevator can be reduced. An elevator apparatus is proposed.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the elevator apparatus of the present invention is,
AscensionWhether to go up and down in the downway,
  A counterweight that moves up and down in the hoistway;
  A hoisting machine for raising and lowering the car and the counterweight, wherein the car or the counterweight when the car or the counterweight is at a height facing the hoisting machine.And risingA hoisting machine arranged between the side walls of the descending road;

  A return wheel for a car that changes the direction of the rope from the car to the hoisting machine;
A counterweight return wheel for changing the direction of the rope from the counterweight to the hoisting machine,
  A support portion for supporting the car return wheel or the counterweight return wheel;
  Is provided.

It is the perspective view which expanded the upper part of FIG. 1 in order to demonstrate the hoistway upper part.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, the elevator apparatus 100 is a machine room-less elevator apparatus that does not have a machine room. In the elevator apparatus 100, a car 6 and a counterweight 8 are respectively fixed to an end portion of a rope 10 in a hoistway 4 surrounded by a side wall 2, and are suspended in a liftable state.
[0013]
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 2, the door 12 which can be opened and closed is provided in one surface of the cage | basket | car 6, and the side wall 2 including the surface which opposes this door respond | corresponds to each floor of the building which uses the elevator apparatus 100. A door 14 is provided at the position.
[0014]
In this specification, the surfaces of the doors 12 and 14 are referred to as a front surface (downward in FIG. 2), and the surface facing the door surface is referred to as a back surface (upward in FIG. 2). Of these two surfaces, the left side when viewed from the front side is referred to as the left side surface (left side in FIG. 2), and the right side when viewed from the front side is referred to as the right side surface (right side in FIG. 2). The direction in which the door 12 opens and closes is referred to as the frontage direction (left and right direction in FIG. 2), and the direction perpendicular to the frontage direction is referred to as the depth direction (up and down direction in FIG. 2).
[0015]
One end of the lifting rope 10 is fixed near the top center of the car 6, and the other end is fixed near the top center of the counterweight 8. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, when viewed from above, the counterweight 8 is disposed so that the longitudinal direction thereof is parallel to the depth direction, and faces the left side surface of the car 6. Between the left side surface of the side wall 2 to be moved, it is arranged close to the back surface side.
[0016]
The hoistway 4 is provided with two guide rails 110, 112, 114, 116 in total, two sets. The guide rails 110 and 112 are a pair of opposed rails. The guide rails 110 and 112 stand in the up-and-down direction so as to be in contact with the left side surface and the right side surface of the car 6 and through the central portion of the surface. The guide rails 114 and 116 are a pair of opposed rails. The guide rails 114 and 116 are respectively in contact with the opposite side surfaces of the counterweight 8 in the direction parallel to the frontage direction and pass through the center portion of the counterweight 8 in the ascending / descending direction. It is set up.
[0017]
A support beam is provided above the hoistway 4. As shown in FIG. 2, the support beam has a shape in which two beams 120 and 122 are combined. Specifically, one support beam 120 is disposed in a direction parallel to the frontage direction when viewed from the top. Further, one end (right side in FIG. 2) of the support beam 120 is supported by a support base 126 provided on the top of the guide rail 110, and the other end (left side in FIG. 2) is supported on the guide rail 112. It is supported by a support stand 128 provided at the top. Since the guide rails 110 and 112 are disposed so as to pass through the central portions of the two side surfaces of the car 6, the support beams 120 are also disposed in parallel to the frontage direction so as to pass above the center part of the car 6. .
[0018]
Further, the support beam 122 is disposed in a direction perpendicular to the frontage direction. The support beam 122 is supported at one end (upper side in FIG. 2) by a support base 130 provided on the top of the guide rail 114, and at the other end (lower side in FIG. 2) together with the support beam 120. It is supported by a support stand 128. The support beam 120 and the support beam 122 are vertically crossed and connected at a portion supported by a common support stand 128.
[0019]
In addition, a buffer member 132 is provided between each of the support bases 126, 128, and 130 and the support beams 120 and 122 supported by the support bases 126, 128, and 130, respectively.
[0020]
A hoisting machine 134 is attached below the support beam 122 and in the vicinity of the guide rail 112. The hoisting machine 134 includes a sheave 136 that winds the rope 10 and a drive unit 138 that rotates the sheave 136. Further, here, when the car 6 is wound up to the height of the hoisting machine 134, the surface of the hoisting machine 134 on which the sheave 136 is provided faces the left side surface of the side wall 2, and the sheave 136 is The opposite surface is disposed so as to face the left side surface of the car 6. Further, the rotating surface of the sheave 136 is substantially perpendicular to the frontage direction, that is, substantially parallel to the support beam 122.
[0021]
A car return wheel 140 is provided above the support beam 120. The car return wheel 140 includes two pulleys 142 and 144. Further, the car return wheel 140 is arranged such that the rotating surfaces of the pulleys 142 and 144 are substantially parallel to the frontage direction, that is, substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the support beam 120 when viewed from above. Has been. Further, the pulley 142 receives the rope 10 fixed to the car 6 above the hoistway 4. Here, the pulley 142 is disposed so that the portion that receives the rope 10 is located near the upper portion of the center portion of the car 6. Further, the rope 10 is wound around the pulley 144 from the pulley 142 and is wound around the sheave 136. Here, the portion of the pulley 144 that passes the rope 10 to the sheave 136 is arranged to be above the portion of the sheave 136 that receives the rope 10. That is, when the rope 10 is between the car 6 and the pulley 142 or between the pulley 144 and the sheave 136, the rope 10 is substantially parallel to the ascending / descending direction.
[0022]
Further, a counterweight return wheel 146 is provided at a portion of the upper portion of the support beam 122 closer to the back side than the hoisting machine 134. The counterweight return wheel 146 includes one pulley 148. The counterweight return wheel 146 is arranged such that the surface on which the pulley 148 rotates is perpendicular to the frontage direction, that is, parallel to the longitudinal direction of the support beam 122 when viewed from above. Further, the pulley 148 receives the rope 10 extending upward from the counterweight 8. The portion of the pulley 148 that receives the rope 10 from the counterweight 8 is disposed so as to be near the center of the counterweight 8. Further, the rope 10 wound around the pulley 148 is wound around the sheave 136. The portion of the pulley 148 that passes the rope 10 to the sheave 136 is disposed above the sheave 136 near the receiving port of the rope 10. That is, when the rope 10 is between the counterweight 8 and the pulley 148 or between the pulley 148 and the sheave 136, the rope 10 is substantially parallel to the ascending / descending direction.
[0023]
In addition, the placement positions of the car return wheel 140 and the counterweight return wheel 146 are higher than the height of the hoisting machine 134. However, when only the individual heights are compared in the same plane, both the car return wheel 140 and the counterweight return wheel 146 are lower than the height of the hoisting machine.
[0024]
In the elevator apparatus 100 configured as described above, one end of the rope 10 is fixed to the car 6 and is wound around the pulleys 142 and 144 of the car return wheel 140 located above the car 6 to change the direction of the rope. It changes to the direction of the sheave 136 of the hoisting machine and is wound around the sheave 136. Subsequently, the rope 10 is fixed to the counterweight 8 by the rope being wound around the pulley 148 from the sheave 136, the direction of the rope being changed in the direction of the counterweight 8.
[0025]
Here, when the sheave 136 of the hoisting machine 134 is rotated in the arrow direction in FIG. 1 by the drive unit 138, the rope 10 moves in the arrow direction. When the rope 10 moves in the direction of the arrow, the pulleys 142 and 144 of the car return wheel 140 rotate in the direction of the arrow in accordance with the moving direction. The car 6 is pulled up by the rope 10 and rises along the guide rails 110 and 112. On the other hand, the pulley 148 of the counterweight return wheel 146 rotates in the direction of the arrow in accordance with the moving direction of the rope 10. As a result, the counterweight 8 is lowered along the guide rails 114 and 116. When the car 6 is lowered, the rotation direction of the sheave 136 of the hoisting machine 134 may be reversed.
[0026]
Note that the shocks caused by the guide rails 110, 112, 114, the hoisting machine 134, and the return wheels 140, 146 when the elevator apparatus 100 is operating are absorbed to some extent by the buffer members 132.
[0027]
Further, as described above, the rope 10 is provided between the car 6 and the pulley 142, between the pulley 144 and the sheave 136, or between the counterweight 8 and the pulley 148, and between the pulley 148 and the sheave 136. When there is, the rope 10 is substantially parallel to the raising / lowering direction. Therefore, the direction of the rope 10 can be appropriately changed by the return wheels 140 and 146 and can move smoothly. Further, the rope 10 can move so as not to contact the support beams 120 and 122. Therefore, the friction applied to the rope 10 is suppressed.
[0028]
As described above, in the first embodiment, a 1: 1 roping method in which both ends of the rope 10 are fixed to the car 6 and the counterweight 8 is employed. For this reason, the moving speed of the rope by the rotation of the hoisting machine is the same as the moving speed of the car 6. That is, it is not necessary to rotate the hoisting machine 134 at twice the speed as in the case of the 2: 1 roping method. For this reason, the noise generated by the hoisting machine 134 can be suppressed.
[0029]
Further, in the first embodiment, the car return wheel 140 and the counterweight return wheel 146 are arranged, and thereby the direction of the rope 10 is changed and led to the hoisting machine 134. For this reason, it is not necessary to provide the hoisting machine 134 above the car 6 or the counterweight 8. In other words, the hoisting machine 134 having a high height can be disposed in a surplus space between the car 6 and the side wall 2, and only the return wheels 140 and 146 having a relatively low height are used for the car 6 and fishing. What is necessary is just to arrange | position above the weight 8. Therefore, a necessary space above the hoistway 4 of the elevator apparatus 100 can be reduced.
[0030]
The ropes 10 are fixed to the central portions of the car 6 and the counterweight 8 by the return wheels 140 and 146, respectively. Therefore, the car 6 and the counterweight 8 can be lifted and lowered in a balanced manner, and noise can be further prevented.
[0031]
In addition, shocks such as shaking generated in the guide rails 110, 112, 114, the hoisting machine 134, and the return wheels 140, 146 can be absorbed to some extent by the buffer members 132 provided on the support beams 120, 122. Therefore, the noise can be further reduced.
[0032]
In the first embodiment, the end portions of the ropes 10 are fixed to the center portions of the car 6 and the counterweight 8, respectively. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be fixed to another position as long as it can be lifted and lowered in a balanced manner.
[0033]
Further, in the first embodiment, when the car 6 and the pulley 142, between the pulley 144 and the sheave 136, between the counterweight 8 and the pulley 148, and between the pulley 148 and the sheave 136, The positions of the pulleys 142, 144, 148 and the sheave 136 were determined so that the rope 10 was parallel to some extent with respect to the ascending / descending direction. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the rope may be arranged at another position as long as the rope can be guided in an appropriate direction or can be moved appropriately.
[0034]
Moreover, in Embodiment 1, the case where the buffer member 132 was provided between the guide rails 110, 112, and 114 and the support beams 120 and 122 was demonstrated. This is because the vibrations in the guide rails 110, 112, 114, the support beams 120, 122, etc. are absorbed to some extent and the noise is reduced. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the buffer member may be provided at another position, or the buffer member may not be provided.
[0035]
In the first embodiment, the guide rails 110, 112, 114, and 116 are provided, the support beams 120 and 122 are disposed above the guide rails, and the support beams 120 and 122 are supported. However, the present invention is not limited to the support beam supported by the guide rail, and may be based on another support method such as supporting the support beam by the side wall 2. Accordingly, the present invention is not limited to the one provided with the guide rail in the hoistway.
[0036]
Further, in the first embodiment, the case has been described in which the support beams 120 and 122 are combined so as to be orthogonal, and thereby the hoisting machine 134 and the return wheels 140 and 146 are supported. However, the structure of the support beams 120 and 122 is not limited to such a case, and the support beam 120 is arranged at an appropriate position according to the arrangement position of the car and the counterweight, and the return wheel is used. What is necessary is just to guide a rope to a hoisting machine.
[0037]
Embodiment 2. FIG.
FIG. 4 is a perspective view for illustrating an elevator apparatus 200 according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a top view including a partially transparent portion of the elevator apparatus 200.
[0038]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the elevator apparatus 200 is similar to the elevator apparatus 100 described in the first embodiment, and the car 6 and the counterweight 8 are provided in the hoistway 4 surrounded by the side wall 2. The rope 10 is suspended and fixed to both ends of the rope 10. However, unlike the elevator apparatus 100, in the elevator apparatus 200, the counterweight 8 is between the rear surface of the car 6 and the rear surface of the side wall 2 (upper side in FIG. 5), as shown in FIG. 5, and When viewed from above, the counterweight 8 is arranged so that the longitudinal direction of the counterweight 8 is parallel to the frontage direction. Therefore, the elevator apparatus 200 differs from the elevator apparatus 100 in the arrangement positions of guide rails, support beams, hoisting machines, return wheels, and the like. This will be specifically described below.
[0039]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, guide rails 210 and 212 that guide the raising and lowering of the car 6 are standing on the hoistway 4 so as to face the frontage direction, and guide rails 214 and 216 that guide the raising and lowering of the counterweight 8 are provided. It faces the frontage direction and stands on the back side of the hoistway 4 (upper side in FIG. 5). The guide rails 210 and 212 are in contact with the right side surface (the right side in FIG. 5) and the left side surface (the left side in FIG. 5) of the car 6, and are directed upward and downward so as to pass through the center of the side surface. Is standing. The guide rails 214 and 216 are in contact with the left side surface (the left side in FIG. 5) and the right side surface (the right side in FIG. 5) of the counterweight 8, and pass through the center of the side surface. Stands up and down.
[0040]
The support beam is configured by combining support beams 220 and 222. One end of the support beam 220 is supported by a support base 226 provided on the top of the guide rail 210 for the car 6, and the other end of the support beam 220 is provided on the top of the guide rail 212 for the other car 6. It is supported by. That is, since the support beam 220 is supported by the guide rails 210 and 212 provided so as to be in contact with the center of the right left side surface of the car 6, the support beam 220 is oriented above the center of the car 6 and parallel to the frontage direction. Is arranged.
[0041]
One end of the support beam 222 is supported by a support base 230 provided on the top of the guide rail 214 for the counterweight 8, and the other end is supported on the support base 228 on the top of the guide rail 212. It is supported with. Further, a triangular portion is provided on the end of the support beam 222 that is supported by the guide rail 214, and one vertex of the triangle is formed so as to be located above the central portion of the counterweight 8. ing.
[0042]
The support beam 220 and the support beam 222 are connected perpendicularly at a portion supported by the support base 228. Further, a buffer member 232 is provided between each support base 226, 228, 230 and the support beam 220, 222.
[0043]
A hoisting machine 234 is disposed below the support beam 222 and near the guide rail 212 so as to face downward. As with the elevator apparatus 100, the hoisting machine 234 includes a sheave 236 and a drive unit 238. Further, when the car 6 is pulled up to the height of the hoisting machine 234, the hoisting machine 234 is positioned in a space between the left side surface of the car 6 and the left side surface of the side wall 2 facing the car 6. Has been placed. At this time, the sheave 236 is disposed so as to face the left side surface of the side wall 2, and the surface opposite to the sheave 236 surface of the hoist 234 faces the left side surface of the car 2.
[0044]
The car return wheel 240 includes two pulleys 242 and 244. The car return wheel 240 is arranged above the support beam 220 so that the rotating surfaces of the pulleys 242 and 244 are parallel to the frontage direction. Further, the pulley 242 is disposed at a position for receiving the rope 10 extending upward from the central portion of the car 6, and the pulley 244 lowers the wound rope 10 downward so that it can be wound around the sheave 236. Placed in position. That is, the return wheel 240 for the car receives, on the one hand, the rope 10 extending right above the center of the car 6 and, on the other hand, the rope 10 extending right above the sheave 236 of the hoisting machine, The direction is changed so that the rope 10 between the sheaves 236 moves smoothly.
[0045]
The counterweight return wheel 246 includes two pulleys 248 and 250. As shown in FIG. 5, the counterweight return wheel 246 is arranged on the support beam 222 so that the rotating surfaces of the pulleys 248 and 250 are parallel to the triangular slope portion of the support beam 222. Has been. Further, the pulley 248 is disposed at a position for receiving the rope 10 extending in the upward direction from the sheave 236. Further, the pulley 250 is disposed at a position where the wound rope 10 is lowered downward and reaches the center of the counterweight 8. That is, the counterweight return wheel 246 receives, on the one hand, the rope 10 extending right above the center of the counterweight 8, and on the other hand, receives the rope 10 extending right above the sheave 236 of the hoisting machine. The direction of the rope 10 is changed so that the rope 10 moves smoothly between the central portion of the weight 8 and the sheave 236.
[0046]
In the elevator apparatus 200 configured as described above, one end of the rope 10 is fixed to the car 6 and is wound around the pulleys 242 and 244 of the car return wheel 240 located above the car 6, Is changed to the direction of the sheave 236 of the hoist 234 and wound around the sheave 236. Further, the rope 10 is wound around the pulleys 248 and 250 from the sheave 236, the direction of the rope 10 is changed in the direction of the counterweight 8, and the rope 10 is fixed to the counterweight 8.
[0047]
Here, when the sheave 236 of the hoist 234 is rotated in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 4 by the drive unit 238, the rope 10 moves in the direction of the arrow. When the rope 10 moves in the direction of the arrow, the pulleys 242 and 244 of the car return wheel 240 rotate in the direction of the arrow in accordance with this movement direction. The car 6 is pulled up by the rope 10 and rises along the guide rails 210 and 212. On the other hand, the pulley 248 of the counterweight return wheel 246 rotates in the direction of the arrow in accordance with the moving direction of the rope 10. As a result, the counterweight 8 moves down along the guide rails 214 and 216. When the car 6 is lowered, the rotation direction of the hoisting machine 234 may be reversed.
[0048]
Note that the shocks caused by the guide rails 210, 212, and 214, the hoisting machine 234, and the return wheels 240 and 246 when the elevator apparatus 200 is operating are absorbed to some extent by the buffer members 232.
[0049]
Further, as described above, the rope 10 is provided between the car 6 and the pulley 242, between the pulley 244 and the sheave 236, or between the counterweight 8 and the pulley 250, and between the pulley 248 and the sheave 236. When there is, the rope 10 of the part is substantially parallel to the raising / lowering direction. In other words, the rope 10 can be smoothly changed in direction by the return wheels 240 and 246 so that the rope 10 and the support beams 220 and 222 are not in contact with each other.
[0050]
As described above, in the second embodiment, a 1: 1 roping method in which both ends of the rope are fixed to the car 6 and the counterweight 8 is employed. For this reason, the moving speed of the rope by the rotation of the hoist 234 is the same as the moving speed of the car 6. That is, it is not necessary to rotate the hoist 234 at twice the speed as in the case of the 2: 1 roping method. For this reason, the noise generated by the hoist 234 can be suppressed.
[0051]
Further, in the second embodiment, a car return wheel 240 and a counterweight return wheel 246 are arranged, and thereby the direction of the rope 10 is changed and led to the hoisting machine 234. For this reason, it is not necessary to provide the hoisting machine 234 on the upper part of the car 6 or the counterweight 8. In other words, the hoisting machine 234 having a high height can be disposed in a surplus space between the car 6 and the side wall 2, and only the return wheels 240 and 246 having a relatively low height are used for the car 6 and the fishing machine. What is necessary is just to arrange | position above the weight 8. Therefore, a necessary space above the hoistway 4 of the elevator apparatus 200 can be reduced.
[0052]
Further, the rope 10 is fixed to the center portions of the car 6 and the counterweight 8 by the return wheels 240 and 246, respectively. Therefore, the car 6 and the counterweight 8 can be moved up and down stably, and noise can be further prevented.
[0053]
Further, the buffer member 232 provided on each of the support bases 226, 228, 230 absorbs to some extent vibrations caused by vibrations generated in the guide rails 210, 212, 214, the hoist 234, and the return wheels 240, 246. Can do. Therefore, the noise can be further reduced.
[0054]
In the second embodiment, the end portions of the rope 10 are fixed to the central portions of the car 6 and the counterweight 8, respectively. However, the present invention is not limited to this as in the first embodiment.
[0055]
Further, in the second embodiment, when the car 6 and the pulley 242, between the pulley 244 and the sheave 236, between the counterweight 8 and the pulley 250, and between the pulley 248 and the sheave 236, The positions of the return wheels 240 and 246 and the sheave 236 were determined so that the rope 10 was parallel to the ascending / descending direction. However, like the first embodiment, the present invention is not limited to this.
[0056]
In the second embodiment, the case where the buffer member 232 is provided has been described. However, as in the first embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the one provided with the buffer member 232 as well.
[0057]
In the second embodiment, the case where the support beams 220 and 222 are supported by the guide rails 210, 212, and 214 has been described. However, as in the first embodiment, the present invention only needs to support the support beam by another method. Further, the shapes of the support beams 220 and 222 are not limited to those described in the second embodiment.
Since other parts are the same as those of the first embodiment, the description thereof is omitted.
[0058]
Embodiment 3 FIG.
FIG. 6 is a perspective view of an elevator apparatus 300 according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention. FIG. 7 is a top view including a partially see-through portion for explaining a case where the elevator apparatus 300 is viewed from above.
[0059]
The elevator apparatus 300 according to the third embodiment is similar to the elevator apparatus 200 described in the first embodiment. Similarly to the elevator apparatus 200, the elevator apparatus 300 is suspended in a hoistway 4 surrounded on all four sides by a side wall 2, and a car 6 and a counterweight 8 are fixed to the end of the rope 10. . Also, in the elevator apparatus 300, the counterweight 8 has the longitudinal direction of the counterweight 8 with respect to the frontage direction when viewed from the back side of the car 6 (upward in FIG. 7) and the top surface. They are arranged in parallel. However, unlike the elevator apparatus 200, the counterweight 8 is relatively small, and is arranged so as to be offset toward the right side surface (right side in FIG. 7). Therefore, the arrangement of guide rails, support beams, return wheels, hoisting machines, and the like are different from those of the elevator apparatus 200. This will be specifically described below.
[0060]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, in the elevator apparatus 300, a pair of guide rails 310 and 312 that guide the raising / lowering direction of the car 6 and a pair of guide rails 314 and 316 that guide the raising / lowering direction of the counterweight 8 are provided. Has been placed. Further, the direction in which the guide rails 310 and 312 face each other and the direction in which the guide rails 314 and 316 face each other are parallel to the frontage direction. Further, since the counterweight 8 is arranged close to the rear right side (in the upper right in FIG. 7) when viewed from the door side of the car 6, the counterweight 8 is respectively centered on the left side and the right side of the counterweight 8. The guide rails 314 and 316 arranged so as to contact with each other are also offset to the right side of the back surface.
[0061]
A support plate 318 is supported on the upper portions of the guide rails 312, 314, and 316 via a support base 326 provided on the upper portions of the guide rails 312, 314, and 316. Further, a buffer member 332 is provided between the support plate 318 and the support base 326, respectively.
The support plate 318 is a deformed quadrangle, and is formed so as to cover four points of the left-side corner of the hoistway 4, the guide rails 312 and 316, and the upper point near the center of the car 6. The support plate 318 has substantially the same shape as a quadrilateral connecting these four points. The support plate 318 is provided with rope through holes 320, 322, and 324 through which the rope 10 is passed.
[0062]
The hoisting machine 334 includes a sheave 336 and a drive unit 338. In FIG. 7, for the sake of explanation, the portion of the support plate 318 above the hoisting machine 334 is shown in a notched state. The hoisting machine 334 is arranged below the support plate 318 and on the left side of the back of the hoistway 4 (upper left in FIG. 7), and the car 6 and the counterweight 8 are the same as the hoisting machine 334. Even when pulled up to a height, the hoisting machine 334 is arranged so as not to collide. Specifically, the hoisting machine 334 is arranged such that the sheave 336 faces the back surface of the car 6 and the surface opposite to the sheave surface faces the back surface of the side wall 2. Further, the hoisting machine 334 is disposed between the left side surface of the counterweight 8 and the left side surface of the side wall 2.
[0063]
A car return wheel 340 is provided above the support plate 318. The car return wheel 340 includes two pulleys 342 and 344. One pulley 342 is arranged at a position for receiving the rope 10 that extends in the upward direction from the center of the car 6. Further, the other pulley 344 is disposed at a position for receiving the rope 10 extending upward from the sheave 336 of the hoist 334. That is, as shown in FIG. 7, the car return wheel 340 has a rear surface left side (FIG. 7) from the portion located above the center of the car 6 when the rotating surfaces of the pulleys 342 and 344 are viewed from above. In FIG. 5, the upper left corner is arranged so as to be parallel to the upward direction of the sheave 336. The rope 10 extends from the center of the car 6 in the upward direction, is wound around pulleys 342 and 344, passes through the rope through hole 320, and is wound around the sheave 336.
[0064]
The support plate 318 is provided with a counterweight return wheel 346. The counterweight return wheel 346 is disposed in the vicinity of the side wall 2 above the counterweight 8. The counterweight return wheel 346 includes a pulley 348. The pulley 348 receives, on the one hand, the rope 10 extending upward from the center of the counterweight 8 and, on the other hand, the rope 10 extending upward from the sheave 336. That is, the rope 10 extends upward from the center portion of the counterweight 8, passes through the rope passage hole 322, is wound around the pulley 348, passes through the rope passage hole 324, descends downward, and is wound around the sheave 336. It can be applied.
Since other parts are the same as those in the first and second embodiments, description thereof is omitted.
[0065]
As described above, in the third embodiment, a 1: 1 roping method in which both ends of the rope are fixed to the car 6 and the counterweight 8 is employed. For this reason, the moving speed of the rope due to the rotation of the hoist 334 is the same as the moving speed of the car 6. That is, it is not necessary to rotate the hoist 334 at twice the speed as in the case of the 2: 1 roping method. For this reason, the noise generated by the hoist 334 can be suppressed.
[0066]
Further, in the third embodiment, a car return wheel 340 and a counterweight return wheel 346 are arranged, and thereby the direction of the rope 10 is changed and led to the hoisting machine 334. For this reason, it is not necessary to provide the hoisting machine 334 above the car 6 or the counterweight 8. That is, the hoisting machine 334 having a high height can be disposed in a surplus space between the car 6, the counterweight 8, and the side wall portion 2, and only the return wheels 340 and 346 having a relatively low height are provided. May be disposed above the car 6 and the counterweight 8. Therefore, a necessary space above the hoistway 4 of the elevator apparatus 300 can be reduced.
[0067]
In addition, the rope 10 is fixed to the center of the car 6 and the counterweight 8 by the return wheels 340 and 346, respectively. Therefore, the car 6 and the counterweight 8 can be moved up and down stably, and noise can be further prevented.
[0068]
In addition, the buffer members 332 provided on the respective support bases 326 can absorb vibrations caused by vibrations generated in the guide rails 312, 314, 316, the hoisting machine 334, and the return wheels 340, 346 to some extent. Therefore, the noise can be further reduced.
[0069]
In the third embodiment, the end portions of the ropes 10 are fixed to the central portions of the car 6 and the counterweight 8, respectively. However, the present invention is not limited to this as in the first embodiment.
[0070]
Further, in the third embodiment, when the rope 10 is between the car 6 and the pulley 342, between the pulley 344 and the sheave 336, and between the counterweight 8 and the pulley 248, the rope 10 is in the ascending / descending direction. The positions of the return wheels 340 and 346 and the sheave 336 were determined so as to be parallel. However, like the first embodiment, the present invention is not limited to this.
[0071]
In the third embodiment, the case where the buffer member 332 is provided has been described. However, as in the first embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the one provided with the buffer member 332 as well.
[0072]
In the third embodiment, the case where the support plate 318 is supported by the guide rails 312, 314, and 316 has been described. However, as in the first embodiment, the present invention only needs to support the support plate by another method. Further, the shape of the support plate 318 is not limited to that described in the third embodiment. Moreover, although the case where the support plate 318 is provided with the rope through holes 320, 322, and 324 has been described, the present invention is not limited to the one provided with three rope through holes, but the car, the counterweight, and the hoisting In consideration of the position of the machine, the return wheel, etc., it may be provided at a position necessary to pass the rope 10.
[0073]
In the present invention, for example, the support beams 120 and 122 of the first embodiment, the support beams 220 and 222 of the second embodiment, and the support plate 318 of the third embodiment correspond to the support portion.
[0074]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a 1: 1 roping type machine room-less elevator can be realized while measuring space saving. Thereby, the noise of an elevator apparatus can be suppressed and the reduction of the space required for the upper part of a hoistway can be measured.
