Claims (21)
- 内視的焼灼生検鉗子顎部の製造方法であって、該方法は、
導電性材料を複数の歯部を有する顎部の形状とする工程と、
該顎部の少なくとも一部を絶縁性材料で被覆する工程と、
該顎部から絶縁性材料の少なくとも一部を除去して、焼灼供給源からの電流を受けるように形成された、顎部の少なくとも一つの導電性表面を形成する工程であって、該少なくとも一つの導電性表面が前記複数の歯部を含む工程とを含む、内視的焼灼生検鉗子顎部の製造方法。 - 前記導電性材料を顎部の形状とする工程が、鋳造、打ち抜き、光化学的加工、及び光化学的機械加工のいずれか一つである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁性材料がポリマーである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記顎部の少なくとも一部を被覆する工程が、転がし塗工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの導電性表面が、引っ張りワイヤの遠位端に連結するように形成された顎部の連結部を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁性材料の少なくとも一部を除去する工程が、旋削、グリットブラスト、及びドリルあけのいずれか一つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 内視的焼灼生検鉗子顎部の製造方法であって、該方法は、
導電性材料を顎部の形状とする工程と、
該顎部の一部にマスキング材料を除去可能に付けてマスクする工程と、
絶縁性材料で顎部を被覆する工程と、
該顎部から前記マスキング材料を除去して、焼灼供給源からの電流を受けるように形成された、顎部の少なくとも一つの導電性表面を形成する工程とを含む、内視的焼灼生検鉗子顎部の製造方法。 - 前記導電性材料を顎部の形状とする工程が、鋳造、打ち抜き、光化学的加工、及び光化学的機械加工のいずれか一つである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁性材料がポリマーである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記顎部を被覆する工程が、転がし塗工程を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの導電性表面を、前記顎部の複数の歯部に形成する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの導電性表面が、引っ張りワイヤの遠位端に連結するように形成された顎部の連結部を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 内視的焼灼生検鉗子顎部の製造方法であって、該方法は、
予め成形された成形型に絶縁性材料を射出して顎部を射出成形する工程であって、該顎部が複数の歯部と、引っ張りワイヤの遠位端に連結するように形成された連結部とを含む工程と、
焼灼供給源からの電流を受けるように形成された導電性メッキトレースを該顎部の一部に形成する工程であって、該導電性メッキトレースを、顎部内部、複数の歯部、及び連結部に形成する工程とを含む、内視的焼灼生検鉗子顎部の製造方法。 - 前記導電性メッキトレースを、スパッタリング法によって顎部の前記一部に接続する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁性材料がセラミック材料である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁性材料が、アルミナ及びジルコニアのいずれか一つである、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 内視的焼灼生検鉗子顎部の製造方法であって、該方法は、
導電性骨格部を射出成形型に挿入する工程であって、該導電性骨格部が複数の歯部と、引っ張りワイヤの遠位端に連結するように形成された連結部とを含む工程と、
導電性骨格部の複数の歯部及び連結部が絶縁性材料によって被覆されないように、該射出成形型に絶縁性材料を射出して顎部を射出成形する工程とを含み、該複数の歯部が、焼灼供給源からの電流を受けるように形成されている、内視的焼灼生検鉗子顎部の製造方法。 - 前記導電性骨格部を、鋳造、打ち抜き、光化学的加工、及び光化学的機械加工のいずれか一つによって形成する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 絶縁性材料を射出成形型に射出した際に絶縁性材料が通過できるように配置された複数の穴が、前記導電性骨格部に設けられている、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の穴のうち少なくとも一つが、導電性骨格部を絶縁性材料内に固定するのを助ける、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記連結部を引っ張りワイヤに電気的に連結することをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
