Description

【0001】

図2(a)はラッチ装置の正面図、同(b)は(a)のA−A線に沿った拡大断面図、同(c)は(a)のB−B線に沿った拡大断面図である。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention can be preferably used as a latch device for a cold box, particularly when it also serves as a rotating hinge of a lid.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 8 shows an example of a conventional latch structure applied to a cold box. The latch device shown in FIG. 8A is disclosed in Patent Document 1 below, and includes a bracket 51 attached to a lid 65 corresponding to a latching portion 61 of the box body 60, and a pin 52 on the bracket 51. And a lock lever 53 that is pivotally supported. The bracket 51 forms an engaging recess 51 a that opens downward to receive the hook 61. The lock lever 53 forms an operation portion 53a on the lower end side, and a piece portion 53b that protrudes inward and prevents the latching portion 61 that has entered the engaging recess 51a. In this latch device, when the lid 65 is placed on the box body 60 and the lock lever 53 is turned to the lid side, the latching portion 61 in which the piece 53b enters the engaging recess 51a is held from the lower side. In such a manner, the stopper is engaged. This engagement is released by inserting a finger or the like into the inside of the operation portion 53a from the hollow portion 60a provided in the box body 60 and rotating the lock lever 53 to the outside. In this structure, an urging member is not used, but it is also possible to urge the lock lever 53 in the engaging direction to prevent the part 53b from being inadvertently detached from the hooking portion 61.
[0003]
The latch device shown in FIG. 8B is disclosed in Patent Document 2 below, and protrudes from a recess 66a provided in the lid 66 corresponding to the latching portion 63 of the box body 62, and a vertical wall of the recess 66a. A rib 64 forming an outer notch 64 a that abuts a part of the latch 63, an operation lever 55 pivotally supported by the recess 66 a via a pin 56, and a protrusion provided inside the operation lever 55. It has a claw-like piece 57 and a biasing member 58 that biases the operation lever 55 toward the concave portion 66a. In the above latch device, when the lid 66 is placed on the box main body 62 and the lid is closed, the operation lever 55 temporarily escapes to the outside due to the stress of the claw-like piece 57 hitting the latching portion 63, and the claw-like piece 57 is latched. At the same time, the outer cutout portion 64a comes into contact with the upper and inner side surfaces of the latch portion 63 to engage with the latch portion 63. This engagement is achieved by inserting a finger or the like into the inner surface of the operation lever 55 from the recess 62a provided in the box body 62 and rotating the operation lever 55 against the urging force of the urging member 58 toward the outside of the lid. The shaped piece 57 is released away from the latching portion 63.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The latch device of the conventional cold box as described above has a problem from the following viewpoint.
First, in the conventional device, the lock lever 53 and the operation lever 55 are engaged with each other by releasing the engagement by hooking the finger on the inner surface side of the lever and rotating the cover outward. The hollow portions 60a and 62a must be formed relatively large in the box main bodies 60 and 62. As a result, the lid is closed, that is, the appearance of the cold box is deteriorated. Appearance characteristics are an important factor that determines the value of a product because a cold box is often used outdoors, and we want to improve it somewhat.
Secondly, many cold storage boxes are kept close to predetermined places such as fishing boats and vehicles. In that case, the latch device moves the lock lever 53 and the operation lever 55 to the outside of the lid. If the structure is configured to rotate and release the engagement, it may not be possible to open the lid in space. Further, in the opening operation, the load on the lid is also large due to the cold insulation structure. For example, a finger is put on the inner surface side of the lock lever 53 or the operation lever 55 and pulled out to the outside of the lid to release the engagement. The lid side must be gripped and lifted, making it unusable.
Thirdly, in the cold box, the lid is opened and closed via the latch devices on both sides, and the open state is removed from the box body, and the one-open state is rotated to one side of the box body using one latch device as a pivot hinge. And can be selected. Accordingly, since the latch device is used in plural, it is desirable to reduce the cost by improving the assembling property to the lid. However, the conventional apparatus is difficult to improve because the members are sequentially assembled to the lid and the processing on the lid side is complicated.
[0006]
The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, in particular, to improve the appearance characteristics, improve the usability by eliminating the restrictions on the lid opening operation, and unitize the main parts to handle and manage the parts, and to the lid. The object is to realize a latch device for a cold box excellent in assemblability.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the latch device for the cold box according to the present invention is provided in the box body 1 by being incorporated in the lid 2 that opens and closes the opening of the box body 1 as specified in the examples of FIGS. A lock lever 30 that engages and disengages with the latching portion 16, a biasing member 7 that biases the lock lever toward an engagement position that engages with the latching portion 16, and the lock lever 30 In the latch device 3 having the operation unit 32 for switching from the combined position to the release position, the lid 2 is attached to a mounting portion 26 provided on the side wall of the lid, and is substantially flush with the side surface portion of the lid. And a cover 4 that forms a space S into which the latching portion 16 can be inserted inward from the lower opening, and that has a portion 42 on the lower side. It includes an engaging portion 33 which engages and disengages the hook portion 16, and the operation unit 32 Side by side are formed integrally on, the is pivotally supported by a predetermined angle with respect to the cover 4, the outer wall part of the cover that forms the space S by the biasing member 7 (for example, The cover 4 is urged toward the inner surface of the wall portion 40b) of the outer wall 40, and the operation portion 32 exposed in the opening 42 on the lower side of the cover is pressed inward from the outside of the lid 2. Thus, the urging member 7 is rotated against the urging force of the urging member 7 and switched from the engagement position to the release position.
[0008]
In the above structure, the following points are improved over the conventional product.
A) First, the exterior design of the cold box (with the lid closed) employs a configuration in which the operation unit presses from the outside to the inside of the lid, so that the box body is provided with a depression for inserting a finger as in the conventional product. It is not necessary, and the opening for the operation part provided in the lid can be made small, so that the appearance can be improved and the degree of freedom in design can be expanded.
A) When the lid is changed from the closed state to the open state, when the operating portion is pressed inside the lid against the urging force of the urging member, the lock lever is rotated by the pressing and the box body is latched. The engagement with the part is released. Therefore, in the latch device of the present invention, even if the lid load is large, the user can continuously lift the lid from the state in which the operation portion is pushed to the inside of the lid. After that, it is possible to improve the usability by eliminating the trouble of gripping the lid side part by hand, and it is possible to alleviate the restrictions on the space given as a problem by the configuration of pressing the inside of the lid.
C) When the lid is closed again, if the lid is overlapped so as to close the opening of the box body, the lock lever will turn inward by the stress hitting the latching part of the box body and escape once. When passing through the latching portion, the biasing force of the biasing member returns to the original engagement position and engages with the latching portion. This operation is different from the configuration of FIG. 8B in which the operation unit is moved to the outside of the lid in that the operation unit is rotated in the same direction as the lock lever, that is, to the inside of the lid or swings. Make it possible to alleviate the sense of discomfort at times.
[0009]
D) Since the engaging portion 33 with which the lock lever 30 engages and disengages from the latching portion 16 and the operation portion 32 are formed side by side, the number of members can be reduced, and FIG. It is also possible to provide an advantage that the moving part is invisible as much as possible.
E) a cover 4 that is attached to the lid 2 and forms the space S with a corresponding portion ( for example, the lower step 27) of the lid 2; the lock lever 30 and the biasing member; 7 and the operation unit 32 can be arranged on the cover 4, so that the latch device is unitized, so that the handling property and the assembling property to the lid can be improved. Moreover, it becomes easy to change a lid shape also with a cover.
F) Since the cover 4 is formed so as to be substantially flush with the side surface portion of the lid 2, a part of the cover 4 is opened 42, and the operation portion 32 is exposed to the opening. The operation unit 32 is trimmed by the opening of the cover so that the appearance can be improved.
The present invention as described above enables the development as in claims 2 and 3.
-In Claim 2 , since the said operation part 32 forms the recessed part 32a for a long and narrow finger on the outer surface, when releasing the above-mentioned engagement, slipping is prevented by putting a finger or a hand in a recessed part. Make it easy to lift the lid continuously.
In claim 3 , the versatility of the latch device 3 is maintained as in the prior art because the lock lever 30 also serves as a rotating hinge when the lid 2 is opened and closed in a state where the lock lever 30 is engaged with the latching portion 16. The

It is. 5 to 7 are operation diagrams when the lid is opened and closed. Hereinafter, after detailed description of the target cold box and latch device, reference will be made to the operation when the lid is opened and closed. In addition, this form does not restrict | limit this invention.
[0011]
The cold box in the form of (cold box) includes a box body 1, a lid 2 that opens and closes the opening of the box body 1, and a lid 2 that is provided on both sides of the lid 2 and engages the lid 2 on the box body 1 (the latching portion 16 thereof). And a latch device 3 to be removed. Among these, the box main body 1 is a rectangular solid with an upper opening, and the long opposing side walls 11 and 11, the short opposing side walls 12 and 12, and the bottom wall 13 define a housing portion. In the wall structure, the resin shell forming the contour is filled with the heat insulating material 14 (see FIG. 5) to be relatively thick. The side walls 11 are provided with a step 15 extending left and right and lacking the outer edge side of the upper end surface. The step 15 has a slightly lower left and right intermediate portion 15a. Hooks 16 are provided on both sides of the intermediate portion 15a. Therefore, the latching part 16 is provided in two places on one side and four places on both sides. Although each latching part 16 is the example which supported the axis | shaft 17 horizontally with respect to the attachment bracket 18, you may integrally form an attachment part and a shaft part with hard resin etc. The both side walls 12 have a substantially concave portion 19a at the lower front and back, and a small bulging portion 19b is provided in the lacking portion 19a. The small bulging portion 19B is a drain portion for draining water. In the drawings, the attachment member for connecting the handle, the shoulder belt, etc. is omitted. However, in actuality, the attachment member is attached to the opposite side walls 12 and 12 of the box body 1 at the position of the symbol M in FIG. ing.
[0012]
The lid 2 is sized to integrally close the upper opening of the box body 1, and is defined by long opposing side walls 21 and 21, short opposing side walls 22 and 22, and upper and lower walls 23 and 24. In the wall structure, the resin shell forming the contour is filled with the heat insulating material 25 (see FIG. 5) to be relatively thick. On both side walls 21, attachment portions 26 for latch devices are provided corresponding to the steps 15. As shown in FIG. 5, each mounting portion 26 includes a lower step 27 in which the edge side of the lower wall 24 is brought close to the upper wall 23, and an upper step 28 in which the edge side of the upper wall 23 is lowered by a plate thickness of a cover described later. Is formed. A substantially frame-shaped sealing material 29 is mounted on the lower wall 24 so as to face the opening edge of the box body 1. The sealing material 29 is in a locked state in which the lid 2 closes the box body 1 and the latch devices 3 on both sides are engaged with the corresponding latching portions 16, and presses against the opening edge of the box body 1 to leak air. prevent. As the seal structure, a convexity or an unevenness is provided between the sealing material 29 and the opening edge of the box body 1, that is, with respect to the contact surface as necessary. The above-described lid 2 includes an attachment mode (the lid closed state in FIG. 7) closed via the latch devices 3 on both sides with respect to the box body 2 and a disengagement mode (the lid open state in FIG. 5) that is completely open, and latches on both sides. It is switched to a single-opening mode (one-opening state in FIG. 6) in which one of the devices 3 is a rotating hinge.
[0013]
(Latch Device) The structure of the latch device 3 is such that the lock lever 30 is pivotally supported by a predetermined angle with respect to the cover 4 via the bracket 5 and the shaft 6, and engages in the engagement position direction via the coil-shaped biasing member 7. Is being energized. The cover 4 and the lock lever 30 are resin molded products, and the bracket 5 and the shaft 6 are made of metal. Among these, the cover 4 has a substantially inverted L-shaped vertical cross section, and has a shape in which the outer wall 40 is substantially flush with the corresponding outer surface of the lid 2 when mounted on the attachment portion 26 of the lid 2. 2 to 4, the outer wall 40 has both side walls 41 and openings 42 provided in the lower left and right intermediate portions. When the outer wall 40 is disposed in the attachment portion 26, the lower side is below the corresponding portion of the lid 2. It projects to the side, and the projecting portion is of a size that fits almost in the step 15 of the box body 1. On the inner surface (rear surface) of the outer wall 40, a lateral rib 43 positioned on the upper side and connected to both side walls 41, a positioning projection 44 positioned on the left and right and projecting downward from the lateral rib 43, and the outer wall 40 Claws 45 projecting inside the substantially horizontal upper surface 40a, vertical ribs 46 located between the upper surface 40a and the lateral ribs 43 and projecting near both sides, and under the lateral ribs 43 A plurality of ribs 48 and the like that are located on the side and project in the horizontal and vertical directions are provided. The lateral rib 43 forms a space for inserting the lid-side attachment portion 26 between the lateral wall 43 and the substantially horizontal upper surface 40 a of the outer wall 40. The protrusion 44 positions and arranges the bracket 5. That is, the bracket 5 has a substantially U-shaped cross section, and includes a shaft hole 5a provided in both pieces, two mounting holes 5b and positioning holes 5c provided in the intermediate piece, and a substantially semicircular cutout. 5d. The bracket 5 can be temporarily attached to the cover 4 in a state where the hole 5 c is engaged with the protrusion 44. The notch 5d is used for preventing backlash that prevents the bracket 5 from inadvertently rotating by hitting a corresponding portion of the cover 4 in a temporarily mounted state or the like.
[0014]
The lock lever 30 is an elongate member that fits almost on the inner surface (back surface) side of the cover 40, and includes a main body 31 that serves as a core, an operation unit 32 that is provided at a substantially lower middle of the main body 31, and a main body 31. Engaging portions 33 provided on both lower sides of the main body 31 and vertical ribs 34 provided on the upper side of the main body 31 and projecting at a plurality of locations. The operation portion 32 is integrated with the main body 31 between the engaging portions 33 on both sides with the vertical ribs 37 a and the notches 37 b interposed therebetween, and is disposed in the opening 42 of the cover 4. On the outer surface of the operation unit 32, a finger hanging concave portion 32a into which the tip of the hand (a plurality of fingers) enters is formed. The engaging portion 33 is substantially L-shaped, and has a vertical piece 33a integrated with the main body 31 and a hook-like claw portion 33b protruding to the lower front side of the vertical piece 33a. The claw portion 33b lacks an intermediate portion. Each vertical rib 34 forms a shaft hole 36 through which the shaft 6 is inserted, and a step 35 that is one step lower is formed between the ribs. Each of the vertical ribs 34 also serves as a stopper function to prevent excessive rotation when the lock lever 30 is pushed inward as shown in the left diagram of FIG. . The bracket 5 and the urging member 7 are arranged using steps 35 or the like between the longitudinal ribs 34 in the vicinity of both sides of the main body 31. The bracket 5 is designed such that the shaft hole 5a is aligned with the shaft hole 36, and the biasing member 7 is designed such that the coil diameter thereof is aligned side by side with the shaft hole 36 on the same axis. In addition, on the back surface of the lock lever 30, vertical and horizontal reinforcing ribs 38 and projections 38a for preventing misassembly of the urging member 7 located near both sides are provided.
[0015]
(Assembly) Each of the above members is assembled to the cover 4 and unitized as a latch device 3. In this assembling operation, the bracket 5 and the urging member 7 are assembled to the lock lever 30 via the shaft 6 as shown in FIG. For example, the shaft 6 has one end side of the main body 31 corresponding to the shaft hole 36 of the corresponding vertical rib 34, the one shaft hole 5 a of the bracket 5, the coil inner diameter of the biasing member 7, and the other shaft hole 5 a of the bracket 5. Insert them in order. Thereafter, this assembly is assembled to the cover 4. For example, when the brackets 5 on both sides are temporarily attached to the cover 4 by engaging the holes 5c with the projections 44, the shaft 6 is restrained by the corresponding ribs 48 on the back side of the cover as described above. The However, this is an example, and other assembly procedures may be used.
[0016]
The unitized latch device 3 is attached to the lid 2 via a cover 4 and a bracket 5. That is, in this assembly operation, to push the attachment portion 26 of the lid 2 between the upper surface 40a and the lateral ribs 43 of the cover side. As a result, the cover 4 is temporarily attached to the attachment portion 26 via the claw 45 described above. Thereafter, the cover 4 is fixed to the mounting portion 26 by a set screw through the mounting hole 5 b of the bracket 5 and the hole (not shown) of the lateral rib 43. In short, the set screw serves as both the main fixing of the cover 4 to the lid 2 and the main fixing of the bracket 5 to the lateral rib 43. However, the mounting structure may have other configurations. Then, after attaching the latch device 3 to the lid 2 as described above, the urging member 7 is engaged with the corresponding portion of the bracket 5 at one end side, and the rear surface of the lock lever 30 while the other end side is developing spring pressure. Locked to the side. Of course, the latch device 3 is attached to both sides of the lid 2, but since it is unitized, handling and management are facilitated, and attachment work to the lid 2 can be easily performed. This is also an excellent point of the latch device 3. Further, the cover 2 has the cover 4 flush with the outer surface of the corresponding portion of the cover 2 when the latch device 3 is mounted, and only the elongated operation part 32 is exposed to the opening 42 of the cover 4 in appearance. Therefore, it is simplified and the appearance is excellent.
[0017]
(Operation) The left diagram of FIG. 5 shows the state of the latch device 3 incorporated in the lid 2. In the latch device 3, as a normal mode, the lock lever 3 is rotated to the engagement position by the urging force of the urging member 7. In this engagement position, the lower end claw portion 33b of the engagement portion 33 is abutted and regulated on the inner surface of both side portions 40b (see FIG. 1) of the opening 42 in the outer wall 40 of the cover 1. The right figure of FIG. 5 shows the process of putting the lid 2 on the box body 1 to close the lid. In this process, the lock lever 3 contacts the shaft 17 of the latching portion 16 with the arcuate lower surface of the claw portion 33b, and temporarily escapes to the back side (the corresponding back side of the step 15) due to the stress due to the contact. 33 b passes downward while contacting the back side of the shaft 17 of the latching portion 16. After passing, the lock lever 3 is rotated to the engagement position by the urging force of the urging member 7, and the claw portion 33 b is engaged with the shaft 17. In addition, this engagement usually puts the lid 2 into a locked state (lid attachment mode) by pressing the lid slightly downward after placing the lid 2 on the box body 1. The right diagrams of FIGS. 6A and 6B show the lid mounting mode. In this state, the sealing material 29 is in pressure contact with the opening edge of the box body 1. In appearance, the step 15 of the box body 1 is covered under the outer wall 40 of the cover 4, and the gap between the operation portion 32 and the lower step portion 15 a is narrow (a gap that does not allow a finger to be inserted). In addition, the gap between the claw portion 33b of the engaging portion 33 and the step 15 is similarly narrowed. For this reason, the form of the cold box has a simple and novel design with less irregularities on the outer surface than the conventional cold box.
[0018]
6A and 6B show the process when the lid 2 is removed from the box body 1 or when one side of the latch devices 3 on both sides is used as a pivot hinge. When removing the lid 2, a plurality of fingers, that is, the hand is inserted into the concave portion 32 a of the operation unit 32 and lifted up in that state. Specifically, the operating portion 32 is rotated from the front of the step 15 to the back against the urging force of the urging member 7, and in conjunction with this, the engaging portion 33 and the claw portion 33b rotate in the same direction. Therefore, the engagement of the claw portion 33b with the shaft 17 is released. In this embodiment, as can be seen from the left diagrams of FIGS. 6A and 6B, the operation unit 32 moves to the back of the step 15 when the engagement is released, that is, the inside of the lid 2, so that the lid 2 is heavy. Also, the lid 2 can be lifted continuously with the disengagement. This is not only easier to use than the conventional product due to the realization of one-touch operation, but also presses the operation part 32 inward of the lid 2 to release the engagement, resulting in the space constraints raised as a problem. It means that you can relax at the same time. On the other hand, FIG. 7 shows the above-described single-open state. When the lid 2 is opened one side, only one of the latch devices 3 on both sides is inserted into the recess 32a of the operation portion 32, and only one latch device 3 is inserted into the concave portion 32a of the operation portion 32, and the other latch device is 3 is used as a rotation hinge.
[0019]
In addition, this invention can be deform | transformed as needed with reference to the said form except the requirements specified by Claim 1 . Also, the latch device of the present invention, the locking device with locking portions provided in the box body 1, or, it is also possible to express as a hinge device, no substantial differences.
