【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、表示制御端末装置が備えている表示装置に表示されている情報と関連する関連情報を、他の端末装置に提供する情報提供技術に関する。

【従来の技術】
端末装置へ情報を提供する情報提供システムとしては、従来から種々のものが提案されており、表示制御端末装置に表示されている表示情報と関連する関連情報を他の端末装置に提供する情報提供システムも従来から提案されている。

従来のこの種の情報提供システムとしては、例えば、特願２０００−１４２２９８に記載されているものが知られている。ここに記載されているシステムは、広告パネル装置（表示制御端末装置）に表示されている情報と関連する詳細情報を携帯端末装置（端末装置）に提供するものであり、図１５に示すように、各店舗に設置された商店端末装置１−１〜１−ｎと、各商店毎の広告パネル装置２−１〜２−ｎと、広告パネル制御装置３と、携帯端末装置４と、ネットワーク５とから構成されている。尚、広告パネル装置２−１〜２−ｎは、駅前等に設置されるものである。

商店端末装置１−ｊ（１≦ｊ≦ｎ）は、広告パネル装置２−ｊに表示する表示情報（例えば、店内の様子を示す画像等）を広告パネル制御装置３に送信すると共に、広告パネル装置２−ｊには表示しないが、利用者から要求があった場合に、利用者が所有している携帯端末装置４に表示する詳細情報（例えば、店舗周辺の地図等の表示情報に関連する情報）を広告パネル制御装置３に送信する。

広告パネル制御装置３は、商店端末装置１−ｊから表示情報，詳細情報が送られてくると、それらを広告パネル装置２−ｊの識別子ＩＤｊに対応付けて図示を省略した記憶装置に登録する。その後、広告パネル制御装置３は、識別子ＩＤｊに対応付けて記憶装置に登録されている表示情報を広告パネル装置２−ｊに送信する。

これにより、広告パネル装置２−ｊは、広告パネル制御装置３から送られてきた表示情報に従った表示を行う。利用者は、広告パネル装置２−ｊの表示を見て、更に詳細な情報を知りたくなった場合、自身が所有している携帯端末装置４から広告パネル装置２−ｊに対して無線等により詳細情報参照要求を送出する。この詳細情報参照要求は、広告パネル装置２−ｊを介して広告パネル制御装置３へ送られる。

広告パネル制御装置３は、広告パネル装置２−ｊから詳細情報参照要求が送られてくると、識別子ＩＤｊに対応付けて記憶装置に登録されている詳細情報を広告パネル装置２−ｊへ送る。これにより、広告パネル装置２−ｊは、詳細情報を要求元の携帯端末４へ送出し、携帯端末４は、送られてきた詳細情報を表示する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
特願２０００−１４２２９８に記載されている技術によれば、表示装置に表示されている情報と関連する情報を端末装置に提供することはできる。しかし、この技術は、広告パネル制御装置が備えている記憶装置に、広告パネル装置の識別子に対応付けて表示情報，詳細情報を登録しておき、或る広告パネル装置を介して携帯端末装置から詳細情報参照要求が送られてきた場合、上記或る広告パネル装置に対応する詳細情報を上記或る広告パネル装置を介して携帯端末装置へ送信するようにしているだけであるので、端末装置に提供される詳細情報（関連情報）の内容が固定的に定まってしまうという問題がある。

そこで、本発明の目的は、端末装置に提供する関連情報を、表示制御端末装置に表示されている情報に応じて動的に変更できるようにすることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の情報提供方法は、上記目的を達成するため、
端末装置（図１の４００）は、記録媒体に記憶している該端末装置の端末ＩＤを含む関連情報参照要求を送信手段（図１の４０３）により表示制御端末装置（図１の２００）に送信し、
表示制御端末装置（図１の２００）は、表示側制御手段（図１の２０１）により現在表示中の表示情報に関連する関連情報の情報ＩＤを対応付けて管理しており、前記関連情報参照要求を受信手段（図１の２０４）により受信すると、前記管理している情報ＩＤと前記関連情報参照要求に含まれている前記端末ＩＤとを含む関連情報送信要求を、前記受信手段（図１の２０４）とは異なる通信手段（図１の２０２）により情報提供装置（図１の１００）に送信し、
情報提供装置（図１の１００）は、提供側情報管理手段（図１の１０３）により当該表示情報の前記関連情報と情報ＩＤを用いて管理し、通信手段（図１の１０２）により前記関連情報送信要求を受信すると、前記提供側情報管理手段（図１の１０３）により前記関連情報送信要求に含まれている前記情報ＩＤによって特定される前記関連情報を、前記端末ＩＤと前記端末装置（図１の４００）へのアクセス方法を記載した利用者データベース（図１の１０５）を参照し、提供側制御手段（図１の１０１）で特定される前記端末装置（図１の４００）へ通信手段（図１の１０２）を用いて送信し、
前記端末装置（図１の４００）は、前記送信手段（図１の４０３）とは異なる通信手段（図１の４０２）により前記関連情報を受信することを特徴とする。

この構成によれば、端末装置から関連情報参照要求が送られてきたとき、表示制御端末装置が、現在表示中の表示情報に関連する関連情報を特定するための情報ＩＤを情報提供装置へ送り、情報提供装置が、上記情報ＩＤによって特定される関連情報を端末装置へ送信するので、現在表示中の情報に関連する関連情報を端末装置へ提供することが可能になる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。

図１は、本発明に係る情報提供システムの第１の実施の形態の構成例を示すブロック図である。図１に示される情報提供システムは、情報提供装置１００と、表示制御端末装置２００と、端末装置４００と、各装置を接続するネットワーク３００とから構成される。

情報提供装置１００は、表示制御端末装置２００に表示させる表示情報に、それに関連する関連情報を特定するための情報ＩＤを付加して表示制御端末装置２００へ送信する機能や、表示制御端末装置２００から情報ＩＤ及び端末ＩＤを含む関連情報送信要求が送られてきたとき、上記端末ＩＤによって特定される端末装置へ上記情報ＩＤによって特定される関連情報を送信する機能などを有する。

情報提供装置１００内の提供側制御手段１０１が、情報データベース１０４から表示情報を取り出し、その表示情報に関連する関連情報の情報ＩＤを提供側情報管理手段１０３から取得する（図２のステップＡ０１）。その後、提供側制御手段１０１は、通信手段１０２を使用して、表示情報と情報ＩＤとを表示制御端末装置２００に送信する（ステップＡ０２）。

表示制御端末装置２００内の表示側制御手段２０１は、情報提供装置１００から送られてきた表示情報を表示装置２０５に渡すと共に、その表示情報に付加されている情報ＩＤを表示側情報管理手段２０３に渡す（ステップＡ０３，Ａ０４）。表示側情報管理手段２０３は、情報ＩＤが渡されると、それを現在表示中の表示情報に関連する関連情報を特定する情報ＩＤとして管理し（ステップＡ０５）、表示装置２０５は、表示制御端末装置２００から渡された表示情報に従った表示を行う（ステップＡ０６）。

表示装置２０５の表示を見た利用者は、その表示情報に関連する関連情報を知りたい場合、端末装置４００の入力手段４０６を操作し、関連情報の取得を指示する（ステップＡ０７がＹＥＳ，Ａ０８）。これにより、制御手段４０１は、端末装置４００固有の端末ＩＤを含む関連情報参照要求を作成し、送信手段４０３を利用して表示制御端末装置２００に送信する（ステップＡ０９）。

表示側制御手段２０１は、受信手段２０４を介して端末装置４００からの関連情報参照要求を受信すると、それに含まれている端末ＩＤと、表示側情報管理手段２０３が管理している情報ＩＤとを含む関連情報送信要求を作成し、通信手段２０２を用いて情報提供装置１００へ送信する（ステップＡ１０，Ａ１１）。ここで、表示側情報管理手段２０３は、表示側制御手段２０１から渡された現在表示中の表示情報に関連する関連情報を特定するための情報ＩＤを管理しているので、表示情報が時間と共に変化する場合に於いても、現在表示中の表示情報に関連する関連情報の情報ＩＤを情報提供装置１００へ送信することができる。

情報提供装置１００内の提供側制御手段１０１は、表示制御端末装置２００からの関連情報送信要求を受信すると、それに含まれている端末ＩＤが利用者データベース１０５に登録されているか否かを調べることにより、端末装置４００が情報提供サービスの利用登録を行っている端末装置であるか否かを調べ、利用登録を行っている端末装置であると判断した場合は、ステップＡ１３の処理を行い（ステップＡ１２）、利用登録を行っていない端末装置であると判断した場合は、処理終了とする。

ステップＡ１３では、提供側制御手段１０１は、関連情報送信要求に含まれている情報ＩＤによって特定される関連情報を情報データベース１０４から読み出すために必要になる情報（例えば、関連情報のファイル名）を、提供側情報管理手段１０３から取得する。その後、提供側制御手段１０１は、情報データベース１０４から関連情報を取り出し、それを関連情報送信要求に含まれている端末ＩＤの端末装置４００へ送信する（ステップＡ１４）。

以上説明したように、本実施の形態によれば、端末装置４００から関連情報参照要求が送られてきたとき、表示制御端末装置２００が情報提供装置１００へ、現在表示中の表示情報に関連する関連情報を特定するための情報ＩＤを送り、情報提供装置１００が、上記情報ＩＤによって特定される関連情報を端末装置４００へ送信するので、表示制御端末装置に表示されている表示情報の変化に応じて、端末装置に提供する関連情報の内容を変更することが可能になる。

情報提供装置１００ａ内の提供側制御手段１０１ａは、通信手段１０２を介して表示制御端末装置２００から、関連情報の情報ＩＤ及び端末装置４００の端末ＩＤを含む関連情報送信要求を受信すると、利用者データベース１０５を利用して、端末装置４００が情報提供サービスの利用登録を行っているか否かを調べ、利用登録を行っていると判断すると、ステップＢ０１の処理を行う（ステップＡ１２）。尚、利用登録を行っていない場合は、処理終了となる。

ステップＢ０１では、関連情報送信要求中の情報ＩＤによって特定される関連情報が、情報データベース１０４内に存在するか否かを判断する。この判断は、提供側情報管理手段１０３ａで管理されている情報に基づいて行う。

そして、関連情報が情報データベース１０４に格納されていると判断した場合は、情報データベース１０４から該当する関連情報を読み出し、関連情報送信要求中の端末ＩＤによって示される端末装置４００へ送信する（ステップＢ０４，Ａ１４）。

これに対して、関連情報が情報データベース１０４に格納されていないと判断した場合は、提供側制御手段１０１ａは、提供側情報管理手段１０３ａから処理対象にしている情報ＩＤに対応付けて登録されている、検索加工用のプログラムの識別子，キーワード，ＵＲＬ等を取り出し、情報加工手段５０１に渡す。これにより、情報加工手段５０１は、上記プログラムを実行し、提供側制御手段１０１ａから渡されたキーワード，ＵＲＬ等に基づいてネットワーク３００を検索することにより、外部情報データベース５１０から関連情報を取得する（ステップＢ０２）。その後、情報加工手段５０１は、上記プログラムに従って、ステップＢ０２で検索した関連情報を所定の形式に編集し、編集後の関連情報を提供側制御手段１０１ａに渡す（ステップＢ０３）。例えば、関連情報が或る商品の価格である場合には、上記商品の商品名をキーワードにしてネットワーク３００を検索し、探し出した複数の上記商品についての情報の中から価格，販売店の住所等を抽出し、それらを一覧表の形式に編集した後、提供側制御手段１０１ａに渡す。これにより、提供側制御手段１０１ａは、関連情報送信要求中の端末ＩＤの端末装置４００へ関連情報を送信する（ステップＡ１４）。

このように、本実施の形態によれば、ネットワーク上のＷｅｂサーバ等の外部情報データベース５１０に格納されている情報を、関連情報として端末装置４００の利用者に提供することができるので、最新のニュースや、最新の商品の価格など、時々刻々変化する情報も関連情報として端末装置４００の利用者に提供することが可能になる。
