Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cyclone type garbage separator that separates garbage and air after sucking waste mainly discarded from home together with carrier air.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional cyclone type garbage separator is described in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-38923 , and as shown in FIG. 7A, a spiral single-blade guide b is provided inside the cyclone main body a. Is forcibly dropped into the lower storage tank. In this separator, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), low specific gravity garbage c such as paper and plastic bags is once held on the lower surface of the guide b, but the air current in the cyclone body a Turbulence and updrafts may cause it to float and return to the top. In addition, sticky garbage such as moss and heavy garbage containing moisture d accumulates on the upper surface of the guide b and grows gradually, eventually hangs down and hinders the flow of the subsequent garbage, reducing the separation effect. There is an inconvenience.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is an object of the present invention to prevent heavy dust from accumulating on the upper surface of the guide while maintaining the dust inducing action by the guide and the anti-floating action for lightweight garbage.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As one of means for solving the above-mentioned problem, as described in claim 1, a spiral guide is provided on the inner surface of the cyclone main body, and the dust sucked together with the air is introduced along the guide while the air and the dust are introduced. In the cyclone-type garbage separator, the spiral guide upper plate having an inward inclination angle equal to or greater than the repose angle of waste disposed of from the household is disposed on the inner surface of the cyclone main body, and the lower portion of the guide upper plate is substantially omitted. A guide comprising a guide lower plate that is horizontally partitioned is provided. According to this means, heavy garbage that has fallen on the upper surface of the guide upper plate slides inward due to the inclination of the upper surface, and the floating dust is temporarily held on the lower surface of the guide lower plate and then tries to re-float. However, it becomes easy to fall together with the garbage sliding down the guide upper plate.
[0005]
According to another aspect of the present invention, as described in the second aspect, the means for solving the above-described problem is that, in the first aspect, a flange that extends beyond the inner peripheral portion of the guide lower plate is provided on the inner peripheral side of the guide upper plate. It is characterized by. According to this means, the re-floating of the floating dust held on the lower surface of the guide is suppressed and reduced by the flange extending from the upper plate of the guide.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a cyclonic waste separator according to the present invention, to which a transport pipe 2 and an exhaust pipe 3 are connected, and a storage discharge machine 5 is connected via a lower screw discharge machine 4. The exhaust pipe 3 is connected to a suction blower via a dustproof machine (not shown).
[0007]
In the upstream of the transport pipe 2, the super high-rise house A is provided with a dust chute 6 having an inlet 6 a at a proper place, and the transport pipe 2 and the air inlet 8 are connected to a storage tank 7 at the lower end of the dust chute 6. A shutoff valve chamber 9 is interposed in the transport pipe 2.
[0008]
Also, near the low-rise house B, a ground inlet 10 is provided and connected to another transport pipe 2, both transport pipes 2, 2 have a common inspection port 11, and the switching device 12 is shut off. Switching is possible with the valve 13. Therefore, by the switching device 12, a plurality of systems such as the house A system and the house B system can be switched to operate the suction blower, and the dust can be sucked into one of the cyclonic waste separators 1 and processed. .
[0009]
2 to 5, reference numeral 20 denotes a cyclone main body of the cyclone-type dust separator 1, and the inner surface of the main body 20 extends from the cylindrical portion 20 a to the tapered portion 20 b as shown in FIG. , 21 are provided. FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the portions indicated by a and b in FIG. 4. The guide 21 is formed by welding an inclined guide upper plate 22 and a horizontal guide lower plate 23 to the cylindrical portion 20 a and the tapered portion 20 b of the main body 20. In addition, the inner peripheral edge is joined by the welded portion 24, and a space 25 is formed inside.
[0010]
The inclination angle θ of the guide upper plate 22 with respect to the horizontal plane is determined by the repose angle of the dust so that the dust can easily slide down. The repose angle of the ridge is generally 35 to 40 °. Is 45 °, and the width in plan view of the two guides 21 and 21 is substantially constant.
[0011]
Since the guides 21 and 21 have the above-described configuration, the dust flowing in at high speed is guided in a spiral shape without entering the space 25, and the heavy dust d slides down on the guide upper plate 22 and moves to the guide lower plate 23. When the retained floating waste c is about to come out from the inner end of the lower plate 23, most of it falls along with heavy waste d falling from above. Therefore, there is almost no dust adhering to the cyclone main body 20 or floating dust, and the waste flow is performed smoothly, so that the separation efficiency is good.
[0012]
Next, in FIG. 6, the tip of the guide upper plate 22 is slightly protruded from the tip of the guide lower plate 23 to form a flange 22a, and the speed at which the floating dust c exits the guides 21 and 21 by the flange 22a. It can reduce the height and increase the chance of falling with heavy garbage.
[0013]
In the above-described embodiment, the two guides 21 and 21 are used in the form of a double screw as the guide on the inner surface of the cyclone main body 20, and in this way, the guide pitch is reduced and the turning action is increased. At the same time, there is an advantage that the helix angle becomes large and the sliding property in the helix direction increases. However, since the guide upper plate 22 is provided with an inclination angle θ greater than the repose angle of dust, even if the helix angle of the helix is reduced, heavy litter easily slides down. Therefore, from one spiral body with a small helix angle and a small pitch. The following guide can also be used.
[0014]
Further, the direction of the guide lower plate 23 is not limited to the horizontal one, but may be slightly inclined upward or downward toward the inside.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the means of claim 1, accumulation of heavy dust is prevented by the inward inclination angle attached to the upper guide plate, and the lower surface of the upper guide plate is substantially horizontally guided by the lower guide plate. Since dust is prevented from adhering to a narrow space and floating of floating waste is suppressed, there is an effect that waste can be efficiently separated from the carrier air.
[0016]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, there is an advantage that the effect of suppressing the floating of floating dust is increased by the collar portion protruding beyond the tip of the guide lower plate from the guide upper plate.
