Description
The present invention relates to an anti-vibration device disposed between anti-vibration-connected members, and more particularly to an anti-vibration device that is suitably used as an engine mount, body mount, or the like for an automobile.
Conventionally, an anti-vibration device in which a main rubber elastic body is disposed between a first attachment member and a second attachment member that are attached to anti-vibration-connected members has been widely used in various fields. As one type, for example, as shown in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-66721), a cylindrical body of a second mounting member is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the large-diameter side with respect to a generally truncated cone-shaped main rubber elastic body as a whole. The first mounting member and the second mounting member are directly elastically connected with the main rubber elastic body by fixing the first mounting member to the central portion including the small diameter portion while fixing the shape portion. An anti-vibration device having a crimped structure is known.
Such an anti-vibration device can advantageously secure the volume of the main rubber elastic body and restrain the deformation of the outer peripheral surface of the main rubber elastic body with the second mounting member to prevent excessive distortion. can do. As a result, it is possible to advantageously obtain a large load resistance performance and durability with respect to an input load in a direction in which the small diameter side end surface and the large diameter side end surface of the main rubber elastic body approach each other. Application to engine mounts to which loads are applied is being studied.
By the way, in such a vibration isolator, in order to limit the relative displacement between the first mounting bracket and the second mounting bracket in a buffering manner when excessive vibration is input, for example, Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2003-260260). As shown in FIG. 2003-184943), a stopper rubber is disposed in a portion of the second mounting bracket that is axially opposed to a contact bracket (not shown) fixed to the first mounting bracket. Thus, when excessive vibration is input between the first mounting bracket and the second mounting bracket, the contact portion of the second mounting bracket and the contact bracket fixed to the first mounting bracket are A so-called bound stopper mechanism is provided in which the amount of displacement in the direction in which the first and second mounting brackets approach each other is buffered based on the contact with the stopper rubber. Sometimes.
Such a stopper rubber is formed as a separate member from the vibration isolator as shown in Patent Document 2, and is attached to the vibration isolator, but the rubber formed as such a separate body. In order to fix the stopper to the bracket, a fixing bracket such as a bolt or a nut may be required in particular, and the number of parts tends to increase, which may cause an increase in manufacturing cost and a decrease in productivity.
On the other hand, if a rubber stopper is attached to the bracket by bonding without using a fixing bracket such as a bolt or nut, impurities may adhere to the bonding surface when assembling the vibration isolator, and it may not be possible to demonstrate sufficient adhesion. In some cases, it is difficult to maintain a certain quality, and it is difficult to achieve stable performance.
Furthermore, if the rubber stopper is engaged with the mounting portion on the bracket side and fixed without bonding, it is difficult to attach the rubber stopper to the bracket sufficiently firmly, depending on the magnitude of vibration, vibration input direction, etc. In this case, an external force other than the axial direction may be applied to the rubber stopper, and the rubber stopper may fall off from the bracket. Therefore, it has been difficult to ensure sufficient reliability.
Here, the present invention has been made in the background as described above, and the problem to be solved is that the rubber stopper can be realized with a small number of parts while the rubber stopper is easy with respect to the bracket. It is an object of the present invention to provide a vibration isolator having a novel structure that can be attached to the apparatus and that can be stably maintained in an initial attached state.
Hereinafter, the aspect of this invention made | formed in order to solve such a subject is described. In addition, the component employ | adopted in each aspect as described below is employable by arbitrary combinations as much as possible. Further, aspects or technical features of the present invention are not limited to those described below, but are described in the entire specification and drawings, or an invention that can be understood by those skilled in the art from those descriptions. It should be understood that it is recognized based on thought.
In other words, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the first mounting member attached to one member to be vibration-proof connected is spaced apart on the one opening side of the second mounting member having a substantially cylindrical shape. The first mounting member and the second mounting member are connected by a main rubber elastic body, and a substantially cylindrical outer bracket is externally fixed to the second mounting member. In the vibration isolator attached to the other member to which the second attachment member is vibration-isolated, a resin bracket formed of a synthetic resin material is employed as the outer bracket, and the shaft of the resin bracket An engagement recess is formed on one end surface in the direction, and a rubber stopper is mounted by the engagement recess, and the inner width dimension of the engagement recess is widened on the bottom side from the opening, and the rubber Stopper anchor A base end portion having a shape is fitted in the engagement recess in an insert state, and a through hole is formed in the base end portion of the rubber stopper, and the resin bracket and the through hole are formed in the through hole. While the integrally formed retaining resin is filled, a flange portion is integrally formed in the other axial opening of the resin bracket, and for fixing the resin bracket to the second mounting member. The fixing bracket is fixed to the flange portion in an inserted state.
In the vibration isolator having the structure according to this aspect, the rubber stopper can be easily attached to the resin bracket by the engagement action of the engagement recess formed in the base end portion of the rubber stopper and the resin bracket. Can improve productivity. Furthermore, since no special member is required for attaching the rubber stopper to the resin bracket, the number of parts can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
In addition, the rubber stopper is easily attached to the resin bracket in a non-adhering manner by the engaging action between the base end portion of the rubber stopper and the engagement recess of the resin bracket, and the penetration provided in the base end portion of the rubber stopper Since the hole is filled with the resin that is integrally formed with the resin bracket, the rubber stopper does not fall out of the resin bracket even when an external force is applied when the rubber stopper contacts when excessive vibration is input. Thus, it is possible to achieve high reliability by being held in the initial mounting state.
Furthermore, since the fixing bracket for fixing the resin bracket to the vehicle is fixed to the resin bracket in an embedded state, the vibration isolator can be easily attached to the vibration isolation target member, and the mounting workability is improved. Improvements can be made.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the vibration isolator according to the first aspect, the engagement recess is constituted by a circumferential groove extending a predetermined length in the circumferential direction of the resin bracket. The rubber stopper has a longitudinal shape extending in the circumferential direction corresponding to the circumferential groove, and the through hole and the retaining resin are formed to extend in the width direction of the circumferential groove. This is a feature.
In the vibration isolator having the structure according to this aspect, the engagement recess and the rubber stopper are extended in the circumferential direction of the resin bracket, and the through hole and the retaining resin are formed in the width of the engagement recess. By being formed so as to extend in the direction, the width dimension of the through hole can be set with a relatively high degree of freedom. Therefore, the through hole is easily and quickly filled with the resin for preventing the removal, and the productivity can be advantageously improved. In addition, it is possible to effectively prevent the filling failure of the through-hole resin and to make the quality uniform, so that stable performance can be exhibited.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the vibration isolator according to the first or second aspect, a plurality of the through holes and the retaining resin are formed in the engagement recess and the rubber stopper. This is a feature.
In the vibration isolator having the structure according to this aspect, a plurality of through holes are formed, and the stopper rubber is formed into a resin bracket by filling the plurality of through holes with a retaining resin. Can be more advantageously prevented from falling off, and the reliability can be further improved.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the vibration isolator according to any one of the first to third aspects, a contact bracket that is fixed to the first mounting member and extends in a direction perpendicular to the axis is used. The first mounting member is attached to one of the vibration-proof connected members via the contact bracket, and is opposed to the other end surface in the axial direction of the resin bracket so as to be spaced apart in the axial direction. The contact part is formed in the corresponding bracket, and the bound stopper function is exhibited by the corresponding contact part of the contact bracket being brought into contact with the resin bracket in the axial direction via the rubber stopper. Is a feature.
In the vibration isolator having the structure according to this aspect, the contact portion of the contact bracket is brought into contact with the resin bracket in the axial direction via the rubber stopper disposed on the resin bracket. Effectively, the bound stopper function causes excessive elastic deformation of the main rubber elastic body due to excessive relative displacement of the first and second mounting members in the axial direction when excessive vibration is input. It is possible to prevent this, and the durability can be improved.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the vibration isolator according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the vicinity of the opening of the engagement recess formed in the resin bracket is made narrow. The stopper rubber is characterized in that the engaging portion of the stopper rubber has a stepped portion that can be engaged with the dropping prevention portion of the engagement recess.
In the vibration isolator having the structure according to this aspect, the drop-off preventing portion is formed in the engagement hole of the resin bracket, and the step portion is formed in the engagement portion of the stopper rubber. Since the stopper rubber is more firmly attached to the resin bracket by the engagement, it is possible to more advantageously prevent the stopper rubber from dropping from the resin bracket.
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the vibration isolator according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, a part of the wall portion is formed of the main rubber elastic body, and pressure fluctuation occurs when vibration is input. A pressure receiving chamber is formed, and an equilibrium chamber is formed in which a part of the wall portion is made of a flexible film that can be easily elastically deformed to allow a volume change upon vibration input. An incompressible fluid is sealed in the equilibrium chamber, and an orifice passage is formed to allow the pressure receiving chamber and the equilibrium chamber to communicate with each other. The vibration isolation effect is based on the fluid flow action through the orifice passage. It is characterized by being able to be exhibited.
In the vibration isolator having the structure according to this aspect, a passive vibration isolating effect can be effectively obtained by the vibration isolating effect based on the fluid flow action.
Further, a seventh aspect of the present invention is the vibration isolator according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, further comprising a vibration mechanism for applying a vibration force to the pressure receiving chamber. , Feature.
In the vibration isolator having the structure according to this aspect, an active vibration isolating effect can be effectively obtained by the excitation force exerted on the pressure receiving chamber by the vibration excitation mechanism.
As is clear from the above description, in the vibration isolator constructed according to the present invention, the rubber stopper can be easily attached to the resin bracket with a small number of parts without the need for metal fittings for fixing. Thus, the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the productivity can be improved, and the initial mounting state of the rubber stopper to the resin bracket can be stably maintained, and high reliability can be ensured.
Hereinafter, in order to clarify the present invention more specifically, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

Thus, the
Thus, when vibration is input between the first mounting

Moreover, in addition to the engaging action of the engaging fixing
Further, when the
Furthermore, by using the

In the above-described embodiment, an example of an active vibration isolator provided with the
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the pressure receiving chamber 102 and the
