Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an ophthalmologic apparatus in which an examiner can manually adjust a position shift between an eye to be examined and an apparatus main body by operating an operation member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In an ophthalmologic apparatus such as an ocular refractive power measurement apparatus or a tonometer, it is necessary to align (position) the eye to be examined and the apparatus main body when performing the measurement.
[0003]
In order to perform this alignment adjustment, an operation member such as a joystick is provided for the ophthalmologic apparatus, and the position of the apparatus main body with respect to the eye to be examined is adjusted by operating (tilting, rotating, etc.) the operation member. .
[0004]
In this ophthalmic apparatus, when the joystick is largely tilted or rotated, the apparatus main body moves greatly, and when the joystick is rotated or tilted small, the apparatus main body moves small. The amount of movement of the apparatus main body is changed according to the amount to speed up the alignment adjustment (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-98951, etc.).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, an ophthalmologic apparatus such as a non-contact tonometer requires extremely high-precision alignment adjustment, and thus requires extremely fine adjustment near the alignment completion position. If a beginner who is unfamiliar with the operation performs this alignment adjustment, it may be difficult to perform delicate alignment adjustment because too much force is applied to the hand operating the operation member and the alignment completion position may be passed.
[0006]
In order to easily perform this delicate alignment adjustment, a configuration in which the amount of movement of the apparatus main body with respect to the amount of operation of the joystick is reduced in advance, for example, a configuration in which the amount of movement of the apparatus main body with respect to the amount of operation of the joystick can be halved. However, with such a configuration, when the amount of positional deviation of the apparatus main body with respect to the eye to be examined is extremely large, it is necessary to operate the joystick twice as much, which causes a problem that the operation becomes troublesome.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an ophthalmologic apparatus that can easily and quickly perform alignment adjustment even by an examiner unfamiliar with operation.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the ophthalmologic apparatus according to claim 1 adjusts the position of the apparatus main body by a manual operation of the apparatus main body that requires a predetermined alignment with the eye to be examined. An operation member that detects the operation amount of the operation member, a control unit that controls the amount of movement of the device body based on the output of the operation amount detection device, the eye to be examined, and the device body And an alignment state detecting means for detecting a positional deviation amount between the control unit and the control means when the positional deviation amount is within a predetermined range, the apparatus main body automatically aligns. An automatic alignment control mechanism for performing the automatic alignment control when the amount of positional deviation detected by the alignment state detection unit is outside a range in which automatic alignment control can be performed. Unit operation of operating members When the movement amount of the device main body per unit amount is set to be constant and the positional deviation amount is within a range where automatic alignment control can be performed, the device main body per unit operation amount of the operation member The amount of movement is set to be smaller than that in the case of being out of the range .
[0011]
The ophthalmic apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the movement amount of the apparatus main body per unit operation amount of the operation member is a position when the displacement amount is within a range in which automatic alignment control can be performed. It is characterized in that the deviation amount becomes smaller as the deviation amount becomes smaller.
[0012]
The ophthalmic apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein the movement amount of the apparatus main body per unit operation amount of the operation member is constant when the displacement amount is within a range in which automatic alignment control can be performed. It is characterized by being kept at.
[0013]
The ophthalmologic apparatus according to claim 4 is provided with a stopping unit that stops the automatic alignment, and performs an approximate alignment between the eye to be examined and the operation main body by a manual operation using the operation member. Automatic alignment control is performed based on the amount of misalignment output from the alignment state detection means after completion of the alignment, and after the automatic alignment control is stopped by the stop means, The alignment adjustment can be performed manually using the operation member.
[0014]
By using such an ophthalmologic apparatus, when the amount of positional deviation between the eye to be examined and the apparatus main body is large, the apparatus main body can be moved greatly by operating the operation member, and when the amount of positional deviation is small Even if the operation amount is the same, the movement amount of the apparatus main body can be reduced, so that a delicate operation of the operation member is unnecessary, and alignment adjustment can be performed easily, quickly and with high accuracy.
