Description

【0001】
【0023】

Figure 0004253156
【0024】
【0027】
Figure 0004253156
【0028】
【0029】
Figure 0004253156
【0030】
【0038】
そこで、M.F.Rahman,L.Zhong,K.W.Lim, ”A Direct Torque−Controlled Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Drive Incorporating Field Weakening”,IEEE Trans.on INDUSTRY APPLICATIONS,Vol.34,No.6,1998(以下、引用文献と称する。)
【0042】
Figure 0004253156
【0043】
【0044】
Figure 0004253156
【0045】
【0046】
Figure 0004253156
【0047】
【0049】
Figure 0004253156
【0050】
【0052】
Figure 0004253156
【0053】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an inverter control method and apparatus, and more particularly, a capacitor having a remarkably small capacity is connected between output terminals of a rectifier circuit, and a voltage between terminals of the capacitor is supplied to the inverter to control the inverter. And a method for the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, an inverter circuit is a circuit that performs high-efficiency conversion of a DC power source into AC of variable frequency and variable voltage by switching control of transistors. Inverter circuits are widely applied to, for example, home appliances and industrial equipment that need to control the rotation speed and torque of a motor.
[0003]
In general, a diode bridge circuit having a simple circuit configuration is used to convert an AC power source into DC, and a large-capacity smoothing capacitor is used to remove voltage ripple after rectification. In this case, a power factor decrease and a harmonic problem occur on the power source side, so that a reactor having a large inductance is connected to the input side or the DC side.
[0004]
In recent years, there has been a demand for higher performance of characteristics with respect to input power factor and power supply harmonics, and it has been proposed to provide a chopper on the DC side in order to satisfy this requirement.
[0005]
FIG. 1 is an electric circuit diagram showing an example of the configuration of a conventional inverter device.
[0006]
This inverter device rectifies an AC voltage by a diode bridge (full-wave rectifier circuit), smooths it with a large-capacity electrolytic capacitor (for example, about 1500 μF at a motor capacity of 2.2 kW), and drives the smoothed output to a motor. Is supplied to inverters. Moreover, the output of the motor drive inverter is supplied to the motor.
[0007]
In addition, when the above inverter device is used for household equipment, the power factor is improved between the full-wave rectifier circuit and the large-capacity electrolytic capacitor Cf or between the AC power source and the full-wave rectifier circuit in order to improve the power factor. An improved reactor Ls (Ls = about 5.5 mH when the capacitor capacity Cf = 1500 μF) is connected.
[0008]
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing signal waveforms at various parts of the motor drive device of FIG. 1, and a direct current voltage (voltage across the electrolytic capacitor) vdc, The input current (current flowing from the AC power supply into the full-wave rectifier circuit) i, the absolute value | v | of the input voltage rectified by the full-wave rectifier circuit, and the fundamental wave component of the input current i. (Note that the absolute value | v | of the input voltage and the fundamental wave component of the input current i cannot be measured directly from the circuit.)
In FIG. 2, φ represents the phase difference between the input voltage v and the input current i, that is, the power factor.
[0009]
The power factor cos φ of the circuit of FIG. 1 is as low as about 80% (φ = 37 °) at the maximum. When the amplitude of the absolute value | v | of the input voltage exceeds the smoothed large-capacitance electrolytic capacitor voltage vdc as shown in FIG. 2, the diode of the full-wave rectifier circuit is turned on, and the input current i is Therefore, the waveform of the input current i is distorted, and the amplitude of the low-order harmonic component obtained by harmonic analysis of the input current i is large, although not shown.
[0010]
FIG. 3 shows the configuration of another conventional inverter device employed to solve the problems of low power factor and distortion of input current i (that is, generation of power supply harmonics) of the conventional inverter device shown in FIG. FIG.
[0011]
In this inverter device, a chopper coil Lc, a diode Dc, and a large-capacity electrolytic capacitor Cf are connected in series between output terminals of a full-wave rectifier circuit, and a transistor Tc is connected in parallel with the diode Dc and the large-capacity electrolytic capacitor Cf. The terminal voltage of the large-capacity electrolytic capacitor Cf is supplied to the motor drive inverter.
[0012]
Then, by turning on the transistor Tc, a period during which the input current i does not flow in the inverter device of FIG.dcCurrent can also flow in for a period greater than the amplitude of the absolute value | v | of the input voltage. The input current i can be made sinusoidal by appropriately controlling the on-duty of the transistor Tc.
[0013]
The added diode Dc causes the transistor T to be changed from a large-capacity electrolytic capacitor.cCurrent backflow to the side is prevented.
[0014]
However, this inverter device requires the addition of a transistor Tc, a diode Dc, and a circuit for controlling the transistor Tc, compared to the inverter device of FIG. Have difficulty.
[0015]
Further, problems common to the conventional inverter device shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 are: 1) increase in inverter size and cost due to a large capacity electrolytic capacitor, power factor improving reactor or chopper coil, and 2) due to a large capacity electrolytic capacitor. There are restrictions on the usage environment and lifetime problems.
[0016]
An inverter control apparatus for driving a motor that solves these problems has been proposed (see JP-A-2002-51589). Specifically, it is composed of a rectifier unit consisting of a full-wave rectifier circuit and a small-capacity smoothing capacitor, and a PWM inverter that controls the motor, so that the motor torque or field is controlled at twice the frequency of the power supply. ing.
[0017]
According to this motor drive inverter control device, the input current factor of the full-wave rectifier circuit can be increased and the input power factor can be improved. In addition, it is possible to reduce the power supply harmonics, and it is possible to eliminate the large-capacity electrolytic capacitor, the reactor, and the chopper that have been conventionally required for obtaining such performance.
[0018]
FIG. 4 is an electric circuit diagram showing a configuration of the motor drive inverter control device (hereinafter referred to as capacitorless inverter 1).
[0019]
As described above, the circuit configuration is the same as that of the inverter device of FIG. 1 except that the reactor is eliminated and the capacitance of the smoothing capacitor is smaller than that of the conventional inverter device (1/100 or less). .
[0020]
FIG. 5 is a view for explaining the control principle of the motor drive inverter control device of FIG.
[0021]
Since the smoothing capacitor has a very small capacity, the DC voltage vdcWhen the motor current is supplied through the inverter, the input voltage V V substantially follows the absolute value | v | of the input voltage as shown in the figure.maxV determined according to the induced voltage generated by the motor from (the maximum value of the input voltage v)minFluctuates until. VminCan be adjusted by controlling the field of the motor.
[0022]
As a result, it can be seen that the waveform distortion of the input current i can be remarkably reduced as compared with FIG. If the period during which the input current flows is θi, the power factor can be calculated by Equation 1.
[0023]
[Expression 1]
Figure 0004253156
[0024]
From Equation 1, Vmax/ VminWhen {= cos (θi / 2)}> 2, the power factor (cos φ) is 97% or more.
[0025]
FIG. 6 shows an example of control for obtaining a desired performance by controlling a magnet motor (hereinafter referred to as an IPM motor) having a structure in which a magnet is embedded in a rotor by the motor drive inverter control device of FIG. It is a block diagram.
[0026]
The first example shown in FIG. 6A is a torque command T given from the outside.*The first q-axis current command I using the relationship of Equation 2q *And multiplied by a signal | sin θ | synchronized with the input voltage v, and the direct current idcPI calculation so as to follow the second q-axis current command iq *Get.
[0027]
[Expression 2]
Figure 0004253156
[0028]
Further, an average value v of input voltages obtained using a low-pass filter (hereinafter referred to as LPF).a, Motor speed ωmAnd the first q-axis current command Iq *Based on the above, the calculation of Equation 3 is performed and the d-axis current command id *Is calculated.
[0029]
[Equation 3]
Figure 0004253156
[0030]
The voltage v given by Equation 3aThe minimum field current i that can feed current into the motordSeeking.
[0031]
Here, in Equation 3, p is the number of motor pole pairs, λaIs the size of the permanent magnet magnetic flux, LdIs d-axis inductance, LqIs the q-axis inductance.
[0032]
Command value i of dq axis currentq *, Id *Real current iq, IdPI (abbreviation of proportional (P) / integral (I)) is calculated so as to follow, calculates a dq axis voltage command, converts this into a three-phase voltage command, and supplies the PWM inverter to the motor Drive.
[0033]
In the second example shown in FIG. 6B, the first q-axis current command I is expressed using the relationship of Equation 2 as in the first example.q *Convert to. Then, a signal | sin θ | synchronized with the input voltage v is multiplied to obtain a second q-axis current command i.q *Get.
[0034]
The second q-axis current command iq *Is the direct current idcField current command i using PI calculation to followd *Ask for.
[0035]
Then, similarly to the first example, the dq voltage command is PI-calculated, coordinate-converted into a three-phase voltage command, and supplied to the PWM inverter to drive the motor.
[0036]
As can be seen from the above, both examples are based on dq-axis based current control, the first example is based on q-axis current control, ie, torque, and the second example is based on d-axis current control, ie, field, The input current is converted into a sine wave.
[0037]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the above method involves rotational coordinate conversion in the control calculation process, it requires a motor rotation position angle, and it is necessary to add a position sensor attached to the motor or a calculator that estimates the position angle based on current and voltage. The control system was complicated.
[0038]
Therefore, M.M. F. Rahman, L. Zhong, K. W. Lim, “A Direct Torque-Controlled Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Drive Incorporating Field Weakening”, IEEE Trans. on INDUSTRY APPLICATIONS, Vol. 34, no. 6, 1998 (hereinafter referred to as a cited document), that is, without using the rotational position angle (without rotational coordinate conversion), the torque and magnetic flux are calculated based on the inverter output voltage and current. If the method of directly controlling the inverter (hereinafter referred to as direct torque control) is adopted, the above problem can be solved.
[0039]
However, when the inverter control system was laid out based on the method described in the cited document, the problem described later occurred.
[0040]
First, a method of performing control for maximizing the torque / current ratio (hereinafter referred to as maximum torque control) described in the cited document by direct torque control will be described.
[0041]
The torque τ of the IPM motor can be expressed as Equation 4 using the dq axis current.
[0042]
[Expression 4]
Figure 0004253156
[0043]
The line current flowing through the motor is i1The current phase β (q-axis and current vector i1Can be written as Equation 5.
[0044]
[Equation 5]
Figure 0004253156
[0045]
From Equations 4 and 5, the current magnitude i1The current phase at which the torque becomes maximum under a constant condition can be obtained as shown in Equation 6.
[0046]
[Formula 6]
Figure 0004253156
[0047]
Therefore, maximum torque control can be performed if the dq axis current command is determined so as to satisfy Equations 5 and 6. The dq axis current command satisfying this condition is idm, IqmAnd
[0048]
On the other hand, the magnitude of the stator magnetic flux of the brushless DC motor (hereinafter simply referred to as the magnitude of the magnetic flux) | λ |1Various i obtained by changingdm, Iqm7 is substituted into Equations 4 and 7, and a magnetic flux magnitude-torque curve as shown in FIG. 7 can be obtained.
[0049]
[Expression 7]
Figure 0004253156
[0050]
In the cited document, this curve is tabulated, and a magnetic flux magnitude command (which is simply referred to as a magnetic flux command) for maximum torque control by a torque command is looked up from the table. For example, from FIG. 7, for a torque command of 4 Nm, the maximum torque control is performed by setting the magnetic flux command to 0.22 wb.
[0051]
Inverter output current limit (maximum current) IomThe magnitude-torque curve of the magnetic flux atomCan be obtained by changing the current phase β, and the output voltage limit (maximum voltage) VomMaximum magnetic flux | λm a x| Is expressed by Equation 8.
[0052]
[Equation 8]
Figure 0004253156
[0053]
ΩmIs the motor rotation angular velocity.
[0054]
According to Equation 8, the maximum value of the magnitude of magnetic flux that can be controlled by direct torque control varies depending on the rotational speed. The current and voltage limiting lines are also shown in FIG.
[0055]
The cited document also describes a method of switching and controlling magnetic flux commands so that torque control is performed directly under these restrictions.
[0056]
In FIG. 7, p = 2, λa= 0.135, Ld= 10 mH, Lq= 19 mH, Iom= 9A, Vom= 165V.
[0057]
From the above description, it can be understood that the cited document is a technique for converting a technique publicly known in the dq axis coordinate system into command information for direct torque control based on Expressions 4 and 7.
[0058]
A control configuration in which the dq-axis current command given as an example of a conventionally known single-phase capacitorless inverter is replaced with a torque command and a stator magnetic flux magnitude command according to Equations 4 and 7 can be easily conceived.
[0059]
However, in such horizontal composition, the constant L is caused by magnetic saturation and temperature rise.d, Lq, ΛaError occurs, and a difference occurs between the actual current of the dq axis and the command value. As a result, the effect of improving the input power factor and the waveform and the problem of lowering the torque during high-speed rotation occur.
[0060]
In order to solve such a problem, the magnetic constant or temperature is detected or estimated, and the motor constant Ld, Lq, ΛaHowever, in this case, the detector becomes expensive and the inverter control system becomes expensive as a whole, or the estimator has an extremely complicated structure, and the inverter control system is inevitably required. Causes a problem that it becomes expensive as a whole. Therefore, direct torque control cannot be used to control a capacitorless inverter with a simple control configuration.
[0061]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an inverter control method and apparatus capable of realizing capacitor-less inverter control with a simple control configuration using direct torque control. It is said.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of an inverter control method and apparatus according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0117]
FIG. 8 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a motor drive device to which the inverter control method of the present invention is applied.
[0118]
The input terminal (DC side) of the three-phase inverter 3 is connected to the output terminal of the single-phase full-wave rectifier circuit 2 that receives the single-phase AC power supply 1, and the synchronous motor 4 is connected to the output terminal of the three-phase inverter 3. ing. In addition, as a synchronous motor, a reluctance motor other than a magnet motor can be illustrated. And the capacitor 5 of the minimum capacity | capacitance which absorbs the high frequency current accompanying the on / off control of the transistor of the three-phase inverter 3 is connected to the output terminal of the single-phase full-wave rectifier circuit 2, and a single-phase capacitor-less inverter is formed.
[0119]
Single-phase AC power supply voltage v, DC current idc(Or input current i), motor current (iu, Iv, Iw) And voltage (vu, Vv, Vw) Are detected by an isolation amplifier or the like and input to the control circuit 6. The control circuit 6 also has a motor rotational speed command ω.m *Is given from the outside.
[0120]
The control circuit 6 supplies a transistor on / off signal to the single-phase inverter 3 so as to obtain desired operating characteristics.
[0121]
The operation of the control circuit 6 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0122]
AC voltage v output to motor by direct torque control unit 63uThe high-frequency ripple is removed by an LPF (low-pass filter) 64, and the rotation speed ω is calculated by the speed calculation unit 65 from the period measurement result.m{Synchronous motor is the AC voltage (vu) Is equal to the number of pole pairs multiplied by the rotational speed}, and the speed command ω given from the outsidem *Calculated motor rotation speed ωmIs calculated by the subtracting unit 66, and the PI calculation unit 67 performs PI calculation of the difference to the torque command T*Is calculated.
[0123]
This torque command T*, Input voltage v, DC current idc, And motor rotation speed ωmIs supplied to the control unit 61 and the d-axis current command id *And q-axis current command iq *Is output. Here, as the control part 61, what has the structure shown to (a) or (b) in FIG. 6 is employable.
[0124]
D-axis current command id *And q-axis current command iq *Is supplied to the conversion unit 62 and converted into magnetic flux and torque using the arithmetic expressions of Equations 4 and 7.
[0125]
In the configuration of FIG. 9A, the direct current idcIs supplied to the corrected torque command calculating unit 68 to output a corrected torque command, and the adding unit 69 adds the torque output from the conversion unit 62 and the corrected torque command to obtain a corrected torque command. Together with the magnetic flux output from 62, the torque is directly supplied to the torque control unit 63.
[0126]
The correction torque command calculation unit 68 is configured to generate a direct current idcThat is, based on the full-wave rectified waveform of the input current i, the correction torque command is determined so as to minimize the input current harmonic. Therefore, the motor constant (λa, Ld, Lq), The torque can be corrected directly from the input current waveform information, and even if the motor constant changes due to temperature or magnetic saturation, the harmonics of the input current can be reduced without being affected by it. .
[0127]
In the configuration of FIG. 9B, the input voltage v, the motor rotational speed ωmAnd magnetic flux command | λ |*Is supplied to the corrected magnetic flux command calculation unit 70 to output the corrected magnetic flux command, and the subtracting unit 71 subtracts the corrected magnetic flux command from the magnetic flux output from the conversion unit 62 to obtain a corrected magnetic flux command. Is directly supplied to the torque control unit 63 together with the torque output from.
[0128]
The corrected magnetic flux command calculation unit 70 calculates the average value v of the input voltage v.aAnd rotation speed ωmThe maximum controllable magnetic flux level is obtained from the ratio to the above, and the magnetic flux level to be reduced is determined. Therefore, the motor constant (λa, Ld, Lq), The magnetic flux can be corrected directly from the input voltage and rotational speed information, and even if the motor constant changes due to temperature and magnetic saturation, current can flow at each rotational speed without being affected by it. The magnitude of the magnetic flux corresponding to the voltage can be set.
[0129]
FIG. 10 is a block diagram showing in detail the configuration of the correction torque command calculation unit 68.
[0130]
The phase angle θ of the input voltage is supplied to the Walsh function oscillation unit 68a to generate the Walsh function (Sal) {see (b) in FIG. 11].dc{Refer to (a) in FIG. 11] That is, the full wave rectified waveform of the input current i is multiplied by the Walsh function (Sal) {refer to (c) in FIG. 11}, and the result is integrated by the integrating unit 68c and specified. The waveform distortion level of the harmonic component (for example, the second harmonic component of the power supply fundamental wave) is detected, the difference from the 0 level signal output from the 0 level signal output unit 68d is calculated by the subtraction unit 68e, and the distortion is calculated. The magnitude of the correction torque command at which the level becomes 0 is calculated by performing PI calculation by the PI calculation unit 68f.
[0131]
Further, the phase angle θ of the input voltage is set to a double phase 2θ by the multiplier 68g, and −sin (2θ) is generated by the sine wave generator 68h.
[0132]
Then, the multiplication unit 68i multiplies the magnitude of the correction torque command by −sin (2θ) to correct the correction torque command τ.c *Is calculated.
[0133]
The phase angle θ of the input voltage can be obtained based on the input voltage v using, for example, a PLL circuit (not shown). The sine wave generator 68h outputs a reverse phase of the sine wave corresponding to the harmonic order specified by the Walsh function. Therefore, the detected distortion component can be canceled by adding this as a correction torque command.
[0134]
FIG. 12 is a block diagram showing in detail the configuration of the corrected magnetic flux command calculation unit 70.
[0135]
Magnetic flux command | λ |*Is passed through the LPF 70a and averaged.
[0136]
Further, the input voltage v is averaged by passing through the LPF 70b, and the average value vaIs output.
[0137]
Furthermore, the motor rotation speed ωmIs supplied to the multiplier 70c to multiply the pole pair number p.
[0138]
The output from the LPF 70b and the output from the multiplier 70c are supplied to the divider 70d, and the average value vaIs divided by the output from the multiplier 70c.
[0139]
By supplying the output from the LPF 70a and the output from the division unit 70d to the subtraction unit 70e, the difference between the average value of the magnetic flux command and the output from the division unit 70d is calculated, supplied to the integration unit 70f, and integrated. Output as a corrected magnetic flux command.
[0140]
Therefore, if this correction magnetic flux command is subtracted from the magnetic flux command, the magnetic flux command can be reduced until the integral input becomes zero. Therefore, even if the motor constant changes, the input voltage v and the motor speed ωmThe maximum magnetic flux determined by is surely limited, the motor current can be supplied from the power source side, the harmonics of the input current can be suppressed, and sufficient torque can be output.
[0141]
If the magnetic flux is increased too much, the efficiency is reduced due to magnetic saturation or the like. Therefore, as the integration unit 70f, a unit with a limiter that stops the integration operation at 0 or less is adopted, and the magnetic flux that occurs at low speed is used as the correction magnetic flux command. Increased movement is prohibited.
[0142]
13 and 14 are both block diagrams showing an embodiment in which the control of the single-phase capacitorless inverter is simplified for direct torque control.
[0143]
First, the embodiment of FIG. 13 will be described.
[0144]
Using the phase angle θ of the input voltage as input, | sin θ | generating unit 80a generates a value (| sin θ |) obtained by standardizing the full-wave rectified waveform, and multiplying unit 80b generates this value (| sin θ |) and the torque command T.*Multiplication result τb *And the multiplication result τ is obtained by the adder 80c.b *Correction torque command τc *Torque command τ*Output as. Thereby, the input current i can be controlled to a high power factor without distortion.
[0145]
Also, τb*Or τ*Is supplied to the maximum torque control curve table unit 80d (or by calculation based on the maximum torque control curve of FIG. 7).b *Is output, and a magnetic flux command | λ |b *To correct magnetic flux command | λ | c*Is subtracted from the magnetic flux command | λ |*Output as. Thereby, the magnetic flux can be controlled so that the maximum torque control state, in other words, the motor current becomes the minimum state. In addition, the corrected magnetic flux command limits the input voltage and the rotational speed to less than the maximum magnetic flux in response to the rotation speed, so that the current supply from the power supply side to the motor can be reliably continued even at high speed rotation, and the harmonics of the input current are suppressed, Sufficient torque can be output. In other words, the motor operating range can be expanded.
[0146]
In the embodiment of FIG. 13, when performing the single-phase capacitorless inverter control, the torque is controlled at the double frequency of the power source based on the motor drive inverter control device of FIG. 4 and FIG. Is controlled. In other words, in the conventional example (see FIG. 6), the direct current idcIn order to perform feedback control of the motor, the motor constant is used to eliminate the point that both units are matched (simplification), and by adopting the present invention that does not require the motor constant, the distortion of the waveform of the input current is reduced, and high Power factorization and operation range expansion have been achieved.
[0147]
Next, the embodiment of FIG. 14 will be described.
[0148]
In the embodiment of FIG. 14, in performing the single-phase capacitorless inverter control, the field is controlled at twice the frequency of the power source, and the torque is controlled from the field.
[0149]
As shown in FIG. 14A, the torque command T given from the speed controller*Is supplied to the maximum torque control curve table unit 81a (or by calculation based on the maximum torque control curve of FIG. 7).*A value (| sin θ |) obtained by standardizing the full-wave rectified waveform is generated by the | sin θ | generating unit 81b using the phase angle θ of the input voltage as an input, and this value (| sin θ |) is generated by the multiplying unit 81c. Magnetic flux command A*And magnetic flux command | λ |b *Is output and the magnetic flux command | λ |b *The subtraction unit 81e corrects the magnetic flux command | λ |c *Is subtracted from the magnetic flux command | λ |*Output as. Further, the output from the multiplication unit 81c or the magnetic flux command | λ |*Is supplied to the maximum torque control curve table portion 81f (or by performing calculation based on the maximum torque control curve in FIG. 7).*Is output.
[0150]
In FIG. 14, (b) indicates a corrected magnetic flux command | λ |c *It is a block diagram which shows the structure for obtaining.
[0151]
The input current i is supplied to a digital BPF (band pass filter) (BPF excellent in cut-off characteristics) 81g to remove the fundamental wave component, and the subtracting unit 81i uses the 0 level signal output from the 0 level signal output unit 81h. The difference is obtained, PI calculation is performed by the PI calculation unit 81j, and the corrected magnetic flux command | λ |c *Output as. With this configuration, the corrected magnetic flux command | λ |c *Can be set.
[0152]
Here, BPF was adopted because harmonic components above the switching frequency of the inverter cannot be suppressed by the waveform control of the inverter in principle, so that such high frequency components are removed.
[0153]
This configuration can be used for calculating the correction torque if the input and output are changed to torque, and as shown in FIG. 10, it can be easily configured to calculate the correction magnetic flux command using harmonic analysis. Can be achieved.
[0154]
In the embodiment of FIG. 14, in performing the single-phase capacitorless inverter control, the field is controlled at the double frequency of the power source based on the motor drive inverter control device of FIG. 4 and FIG. The torque is controlled.
[0155]
As described above, the present invention not only reliably reduces the harmonics of the input current regardless of the change in the motor constant, but also controls the calculation of the correction torque or the correction magnetic flux for the harmonics of the input current. Apart from that, the control gain can be set. As a result, as shown in the motor drive inverter control apparatus of FIGS. 6A and 6B, the input waveform including the fundamental wave (idcIn contrast, when the PI calculation is configured and the waveform is improved, the present invention makes it easier to determine the gain for suppressing the harmonics and set the gain higher.
[0156]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and the following embodiments can be adopted.
1) Use a reluctance motor as a synchronous motor. This is λaSince it can be handled as = 0, it can be easily realized.
2) The d-axis current and magnetic flux command should be calculated using instantaneous values instead of the average value of the input voltage. This can be achieved by omitting the LPF used for averaging. Thereby, the magnitude of the magnetic flux is increased in the vicinity of the peak point of the input voltage, and the period during which the maximum torque control state is achieved even at high speeds can be increased to increase efficiency.
3) Reduce the size of the magnetic flux limited by the corrected magnetic flux command. This can be achieved by multiplying the voltage v by a factor of 1 or less. As a result, it is possible to perform control in consideration of a voltage drop (for example, element ON voltage) in the path from the input voltage v to the inverter output, and the control can be stabilized.
4) Obtain the maximum torque control curve for obtaining the magnetic flux command from the torque command by actual measurement. This is more time-consuming than the case where the calculation is made from the motor constant, but the accuracy of the current minimization control can be improved.
5) Create a table for obtaining the magnetic flux command from the torque command from the viewpoint of maximizing the motor efficiency. This is current minimization = copper loss minimization, and because iron loss is not taken into account, the maximum torque control curve and the "efficiency maximization curve" are different, so the "efficiency maximization curve" This can be realized by adopting However, since iron loss cannot be modeled, the preparation involves actual measurement.
6) Create a curve for obtaining the magnetic flux command from the torque command for each rotation speed. In this case, the control system becomes complicated, but the iron loss greatly varies depending on the rotational speed, so this is the best method for maximizing the efficiency.
7) In the harmonic analysis for detecting the harmonic component of the input current, a Fourier series can be used instead of the Walsh function.
