Description

The present invention relates to a cleaning composition, and in particular, is gentle to humans and the environment, can be adjusted to a preferred viscosity when washing skin or hair, has a good foam amount, foam quality and feel when rinsing, The present invention also relates to a cleaning composition having excellent storage stability.

Alkyl polyglycosides and alkyl polyether carboxylic acids or their salts are known as surfactants with low irritation and low environmental impact, but are generally low at concentrations used in skin and hair cleansing compositions. Viscosity. Accordingly, it is necessary to adjust the viscosity to an appropriate level when a composition containing them is formulated. In Patent Document 1, the viscosity is adjusted by adding an electrolyte such as sodium chloride to a combination of alkylpolyglycoside and alkylpolyethercarboxylic acid or salts thereof.
In addition, alkyl polyglycosides and alkyl polyether carboxylic acids or salts thereof are excellent in biodegradability, and thus are applied to laundry detergent compositions. Patent Document 2 discloses a weak foaming laundry detergent composition having good cleaning performance by combining soap with alkyl polyglycoside and alkyl polyether carboxylic acid or salts thereof.
JP-A-2-248499 JP-A-4-227998

Alkyl polyglycosides and alkyl polyether carboxylic acids or their salts are very useful surfactants as described above, but it is difficult to give a non-smooth feel when rinsing, which is preferred by Japanese people. However, there was a problem that even when the viscosity adjustment was easy, the feeling of sliminess was further increased. In addition, it has been difficult to achieve both an appropriate formulation viscosity and a reduction in the feeling of stickiness even with the technique of Patent Document 1 described above.
On the other hand, since patent document 2 is a washing | cleaning detergent composition for washing | cleaning, the performance calculated | required by the cleaning composition for skin and hair is not clarified. Patent Document 2 defines soap as RCOOP [wherein R represents a saturated or unsaturated alkyl group having 8 to 22 carbon atoms, and P represents hydrogen, an alkali metal, ammonium or alkanol ammonium]. When the composition is liquid, if the soap is a neutralized salt, it can be easily added in an amount of 5 to 30% by weight. In addition, the concentration used in the hair cleaning composition is low viscosity. If it is in the acid form, it is difficult to form a stable liquid.
Therefore, the object of the present invention is gentle to humans and the environment, can be adjusted to a preferred viscosity when washing the skin or hair, has a good foam amount, foam quality and feel when rinsing, and is stable in storage. It is to provide an excellent cleaning composition.

It is preferable that the cleaning composition of the present invention further contains (E) an amphoteric surfactant in order to adjust the foam amount of the composition and to reduce the squeaky feeling during hair washing. Examples of the amphoteric surfactant include alkylaminoacetic acid betaines, alkylamine oxides, alkylamidopropylbetaines, alkylhydroxysulfobetaines, and imidazoline-based betaines.
The content of component (E) in the cleaning composition of the present invention is usually 0.5 to 10% by weight, preferably 0.5 to 9% by weight, particularly 1 to 8% by weight. If content of a component (E) is 0.5 to 10 weight%, it is preferable from a viewpoint of the foam amount adjustment of a composition, and the reduction of the squeak feeling at the time of hair washing.

Ingredients (A) and (B) are low-irritant and biodegradable surfactants. By using these as the main cleaning agent, a detergent composition with low irritation and low environmental impact should be obtained. I can do it. The amount of foam is insufficient with component (A) alone, but the amount of foam can be increased by adding component (B). Simply mixing components (A) and (B) gives a sensation of slickness during rinsing, the end point of rinsing is difficult to understand, and a product prepared from a detergent composition (hereinafter referred to as a formulation) is sufficient. Viscosity is not obtained and is difficult to handle during use. However, by adding components (C) and (D), the formulation can be kept stable, and the viscosity of the formulation can be adjusted to an effective range for practical use. Furthermore, it is possible to prepare a preparation that reduces the feeling of slickness during rinsing and feels the end point of rinsing.

In order to reduce the burden on the skin, the cleaning composition of the present invention can be adjusted to a weakly acidic to neutral region. By adjusting the pH of the cleaning composition of the present invention to a range of 5.0 to 8.0, a weakly acidic to neutral and less irritating composition can be obtained. A more preferred pH is 5.0 to 7.0. Also in this case, the combination of the components (A) to (D) can sufficiently exhibit the performance, and a stable preparation can be obtained. The pH can be adjusted using an acid such as lactic acid, succinic acid, malic acid or citric acid, or an alkali such as an alkali metal hydroxide or ethanolamine.

The viscosity effective for actual use of the cleaning composition of the present invention is 150 to 8000 mPa · s, preferably 200 to 5000 mPa · s, more preferably 200 to 3000 mPa · s as measured at 25 ° C. using a B-type viscometer. It is. This viscosity is based on the assumption that the product is foamed by hand and is washed like a stroke with a tool. Yes. When it is lower than this viscosity, it tends to fall off from hands and tools, and when it is high, it takes time to become familiar with warm water and it cannot be easily foamed.

When the weight ratio of the components (B) and (C) is in the range of (B) :( C) = 1: 1 to 10: 1, the stability of the cleaning composition of the present invention is improved.

General thickeners without using component (C), for example, electrolytes such as sodium chloride, fatty acid alkanolamides such as diethanolamide and monoethanolamide, polyethylene glycol fatty acid esters such as polyethylene glycol distearate, and carboxyvinyl polymers A water-soluble polymer can be added to adjust the viscosity of the preparation. However, when the viscosity is adjusted only with these thickeners, the feeling of use is not improved, and the slimy feeling may be further increased. Therefore, these thickeners can be blended in the cleaning composition of the present invention together with the component (C) in an amount that does not impair the effects of the present invention to adjust the viscosity of the composition.

Storage stability A 100 mL glass container (inner diameter 35 mm, height 105 mm) was filled with 90 mL of each composition, stored in a thermostat at 40 ° C., 25 ° C., and 5 ° C., and the state after one day was observed.
○: No change ×: Change (crystal precipitation, dust, two-phase separation, etc.)
Viscosity measurement The viscosity at 25 ° C. was measured using a B-type viscometer. NO. According to the viscosity of the preparation. 1-No. Two rotors were used properly.
Skin irritation After hand washing evaluation, the skin condition when the hands were sufficiently dried was observed.
○: No abnormality ×: Abnormal (over-drying, etc.)
The evaluation results are shown in Tables 1 and 2.
From the results of Tables 1 and 2, it can be seen that the compositions of Examples 1 to 9 all have moderate viscosities, good usability, and good storage stability. On the other hand, the compositions of Comparative Examples 1 to 4 have low viscosity, and the hand washing evaluation is equal to or less than that of Example 1, and the composition of Comparative Example 1 is stored at a low temperature (5 ° C.). Stability is not good. Further, the compositions of Comparative Examples 5 to 9 have a high feeling of luster when rinsed, and the compositions of Comparative Examples 5 and 7 to 9 have poor storage stability.
