本発明は、パチンコ機に代表される弾球遊技機に関し、さらに詳しくは、遊技盤の裏側に開閉自在に取り付けられた裏セット盤に支持部材を介して取り付けられ遊技機を作動させる回路基板の取り付け構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
弾球遊技機の代表例として知られるパチンコ機は、近年では、単純になりがちなゲーム展開を複雑化し多種多様な入賞状態や表示や、賞球制御、表示制御等を行うため、その作動をマイクロコンピュータで制御するいわゆるデジタルパチンコ機が主流となっている。このようなパチンコ機では、遊技盤等が取り付けられて開閉搭載枠を成す前枠の裏側に、予備賞球の貯留機構や賞球の払出機構などが設けられた裏セット盤(裏機構盤とも称される)が開閉可能に取り付けられており、この裏セット盤にパチンコ機全体の作動を統括的に制御する主制御基板や、賞球の払出制御を行う賞球制御基板、効果照明や効果音の作動を制御するランプ・音声制御基板など、パチンコ機を作動させるために複数の回路基板が取り付けられている。

これらの回路基板は、正当な権限なき第三者が基板を改造する(例えばプログラムROMを偽造ROMに差し替える)等の不正行為を防止するとともに、不正改造された事実を直ちに発見できるように、基板全体を覆う透明な基板ケースに収容されており、このようにして収容された基板ケースを裏セット盤に取り付けることにより裏セット盤に搭載していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来のパチンコ機にあっては、裏セット盤に複数の遊技球の通路が立体交差状に形成されるため、裏セット盤の裏面が凹凸化して平坦な取付スペースが少なく、回路基板を取り付けるためにボスを設けて基板を浮かせたり、複数の回路基板を重ねて配置する必要が生じるなど、基板取り付け構造の複雑化に加えて各回路基板に対するメンテナンス性が低下するなどの問題があった。

また、各回路基板を収容する基板ケースがねじ等の締結手段を用いて裏セット盤に取り付けられていたため、パチンコ機製造時における部品点数及び組立工数がともに多く、上記取り付け構造の複雑化と相まって生産コストを上昇させる一因になっていた。また、基板ケースは基板が固定されるベース部材とこのベース部材に開閉可能に取り付けられた蓋部材とから構成されるが、パチンコ機が遊技施設に設置された後に、動作不良等によって回路基板の交換作業を行うときには、一般に、基板を収容した基板ケースごとアッセンブリ交換されることが多い。この場合に、従来では基板ケースを固定する多数本のねじを逐一嵌脱させて基板交換を行う必要があり、さらに小ねじを紛失させるおそれもあるため基板交換時の作業工数が多く保守作業性が悪いという問題もあった。

本発明はこのような事情に鑑みて成されたものであり、裏セット盤の裏面を平坦化して基板取り付け構造を簡明化させるとともに、ねじ等の締結手段を用いずに軽快に着脱交換可能な取り付け構造を構築し、もって生産性やメンテナンス性等に優れた弾球遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的達成のため、本発明に係る弾球遊技機の基板取り付け構造は、枠部材と、この枠部材に取り付けられた遊技盤と、球払出装置及び球通路が設けられ枠部材の裏面側に開閉自在に取り付けられた裏セット盤と、透明な基板ケースに収容された状態で裏セット盤に取り付けられ遊技機を作動させる回路基板とを備える弾球遊技機において、裏セット盤のベースとなる基枠体の中央部に、裏セット盤を枠部材の裏面側に閉止した閉鎖姿勢において、遊技盤の裏面方向に突出する遊技構成部品を受容するために表裏を貫通して開口形成された遊技構成部品より側方の幅が広い窓口を有し、基枠体の裏面側には、窓口の側方に位置する基枠体の側部に一体に形成されたガイド部と、窓口を挟んで上下に位置する基枠体の上部および下部に一体に形成された上下の基枠体側係合部とを有する基板取り付け部が設けられ、基板ケースには、ガイド部と係合可能な被ガイド部および上下の基枠体側係合部とそれぞれ係合可能な上下の支持部材側係合部(例えば、実施形態におけるケース側係合部)を有し、基板ケース側の被ガイド部が基枠体側のガイド部に案内されて上下の基枠体側係合部と上下の支持部材側係合部とが着脱自在に係合し、基板ケースに収容された回路基板が窓口の後方に位置して窓口の側方部分を覆う状態で基板取り付け部に着脱自在に取り付けられるように基板取り付け構造を構成する。

このような基板取り付け構造では、裏セット盤のベースとなる基枠体に開口形成された窓口を囲む基枠体の側部にガイド部が一体成型されるとともに窓口を挟んで上下に位置する基枠体の上部および下部に上下の基枠体側係合部が一体成型され、他方の基板ケースに上記ガイド部と係合可能な被ガイド部及び上下の基枠体側係合部とそれぞれ係合可能な上下の支持部材側係合部が設けられ、基板ケースの被ガイド部が基枠体のガイド部に案内されて上下の基枠体側係合部と複数の支持部材側係合部とが着脱自在に係合することで、基板ケースに収容された回路基板が窓口の後方に位置して窓口の側方部分を覆う状態で基板取り付け部に取り付けられる。すなわち、基板ケースに収容された回路基板は、ガイド部と被ガイド部との係合により案内されつつ、相互に係合可能な支持部材側係合部と基枠体側係合部との係脱により裏セット盤に着脱自在に取り付けられており、回路基板の取り付け及び交換に際して多数本のねじを逐一嵌脱させる必要がない。従って、裏セット盤の基枠体と基板ケースとに相互に係合可能なガイド構造と係合構造とを設けるという簡明な構成で、軽快に着脱交換可能な基板の取り付け構造を構築することができる。
なお、上記基板取り付け部に一体に形成された複数のシールド板係合部を有し、シールド板には、基枠体側係合部および支持部材側係合部を挿通させる上下の支持孔部と、シールド板係合部と係脱可能な複数のスロット孔とを有し、複数のシールド板係合部と複数のスロット孔とを係脱させて、シールド板が基板ケースと裏セット盤との間に位置して基板取り付け部に着脱可能に取り付けられるように構成することが好ましい。
また、上記基板ケースに、基板ケースを基板取り付け部に取り付けた取り付け姿勢において基枠体の側部の裏面側壁面に向けて突出するロック爪が形成され、シールド板に、シールド板を基板取り付け部に取り付けた取り付け姿勢において基枠体の側部の裏面側壁面に沿って配設されるロック凹部が切り欠き形成され、基枠体の側部の裏面側壁面には、上下に延びるアーム部と当該アーム部の先端側に形成された楔状のロック部とからなるロックアームが形成されて、ロックアームは、シールド盤が基板取り付け部に取り付けられたときにロック部がロック凹部と係合してシールド盤を係止保持し、基板ケースが基板ケース取り付け部に取り付けられたときにロック部がロック爪と係合して基板ケースを係止保持し、シールド盤および基板ケースが基板取り付け部に取り付けられたときにロック部がロック凹部およびロック爪と係合してシールド盤および基板ケースを係止保持するように構成することが好ましい。
また、上記被ガイド部は、基板ケースの側端面から側方に突出する突起部を有し、ガイド部は、基枠体の裏面方向に突出して上下に延び基板ケースの側端面と係合して基板ケースの左右方向位置をガイドするガイドリブと、基板ケースの側端面をガイドリブに係合させて基板ケースを所定の高さ位置に配設したときに突起部を受容する導入部および突起部が導入部に受容された状態で基板ケースをガイドリブに沿って下方に移動させたときに突起部と係合して基板ケースの前後方向位置をガイドするレール部とを有し、基板ケースの側端面をガイドリブに係合させ、突起部を導入部に受容させて基板ケースをガイドリブに沿って下方に移動させたときに、上下の基枠体側係合部と上下の支持部材側係合部とが係合して基板ケースに収容された回路基板が基板取り付け部に取り付けられるように構成することも好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の好ましい実施形態について添付図面を参照しながら説明する。実施例では本発明に係る弾球遊技機の代表例としてパチンコ機を採り上げ、このパチンコ機の裏セット盤と、この裏セット盤に搭載される各回路基板とに本発明の基板取り付け構造を適用した場合を主として説明する。まず、本発明が適用されるパチンコ機PMについてその概要構成を図1から図5を参照して要約説明する。ここで、図1はパチンコ機PMを正面から見た正面図、図2はパチンコ機PMを裏面から見た背面図(遊技盤の裏面構成を記載省略している)、図3は裏セット盤BSPから各種回路基板やカバー類を取り外した状態で示す背面図、図4はさらに裏セット盤を取り外した状態で遊技盤20の裏面構成を示す背面図、図5はパチンコ機PMから遊技盤20を取り外した状態で裏セット盤の表面側を示す斜視図である。なお、図3では遊技済み球排出経路70および賞球払出経路60を明確に示すため、これらの経路の後方を塞ぐ蓋部材32や回路基板等を取り外した状態で示している。

基枠体30の上部に取り付けられる球貯留供給機構40は、予備賞球用のタンク部材41、タンク部材41内に貯留された予備賞球を整列して供給させる整列樋部材42を有して構成される。整列樋部材42は、タンク部材41から供給された予備賞球を二列の予備賞球路に整列させて収容し傾斜下方の偏向出口42aに送り出す。偏向出口部には、整列された予備賞球の流れを停止可能な球止め部材43が上下に揺動可能に取り付けられており、この球止め部材を閉止位置にすることで偏向出口42aから賞球払出装置50への予備賞球の流れを停止させることができるように構成されている。なお、球止め部材43は常には予備賞球の流路外に待避保持され、整列された予備賞球が偏向出口42aから賞球払出機構50に送られる。

以上説明したように、本発明によれば、球払出装置及び球通路が設けられ枠部材の裏面側に開閉自在に取り付けられた裏セット盤を有し、この裏セット盤に透明な基板ケースに収容された状態で取り付けられる回路基板を備える弾球遊技機において、裏セット盤のベースとなる基枠体に開口形成された窓口を囲む基枠体の側部にガイド部を一体的に形成するとともに窓口を挟んで上下に位置する基枠体の上部および下部に上下の基枠体側係合部とを一体的に形成し、基板ケースには、ガイド部と係合可能な被ガイド部および上下の基枠体側係合部とそれぞれ係合可能な上下の支持部材側係合部を設け、基板ケースの被ガイド部が基枠体側のガイド部に案内されて上下の基枠体側係合部と上下の支持部材側係合部とが着脱自在に係合し、基板ケースに収容された回路基板が窓口の後方に位置して前記基板取り付け部に取り付けられるように基板取り付け構造を構成する。このため、基板ケースに収容された回路基板は、ガイド部と被ガイド部との係合により案内されつつ、相互に係合可能な支持部材側係合部と基枠体側係合部との係脱により裏セット盤に着脱自在に取り付けられ、回路基板の取り付け及び交換に際して多数本のねじを逐一嵌脱させる必要がない。従って、簡明な構成で、軽快に着脱交換可能な基板の取り付け構造を構築することができ、生産性やメンテナンス性に優れた弾球遊技機を提供することができる。また、窓口の側部後方および上下の一部を利用する構成のため、窓口の開口面積(窓口に受容可能な突出部の面積)を確保しつつ、他の回路基板(例えば、前述した主制御基板91や賞球制御基板92)と略同一面上に回路基板装着することができる。
なお、基板取り付け部に複数のシールド板係合部を有し、シールド板に基枠体側係合部および支持部材側係合部を挿通させる複数の支持孔部と、シールド板係合部と係脱可能な複数のスロット孔とを有し、これら複数のシールド板係合部と複数のスロット孔とを係脱させて、基板ケースと裏セット盤との間に位置して基板取付部にシールド板が着脱可能に取り付けられるような構成によれば、シールド板単体で基板取り付け部に着脱可能であるとともに、シールド板が基板取り付け部に保持された状態で基板ケースのみを自由に着脱交換することができ、パチンコ機の製造時のみならず保守交換時の工数をも削減した基板取り付け構造を構成することができる。
また、基板ケースにロック爪、シールド板にロック凹部、基枠体の側部にロックアームを形成して、シールド盤が取り付けられたときにロック部がロック凹部と係合してシールド盤を係止保持し、基板ケースが取り付けられたときにロック部がロック爪と係合して基板ケースを係止保持し、シールド盤および基板ケースが取り付けられたときにロック部がロック凹部およびロック爪の両者と係合してシールド盤および基板ケースを係止保持するような構成によれば、シールド板または基板ケースをそれぞれ単体で、あるいは両者をともに基板取り付け部に係止保持させることができ、かつ一つのロックアームで両者を係止保持することができる。
