Claims (4)
- 有機性汚水を生物学的処理により分解する曝気槽と、前記曝気槽で発生した余剰汚泥であって塩化物が含有されているものを電気分解処理する電解槽とを有する余剰汚泥減量装置において、
前期電解槽の本体部が直方体で水平断面四角形の相隣り合う辺の比が1.0乃至1.5であり、流入部及び流出部における水平断面積が本体部から流入口若しくは流出口にかけて漸次減少していくことを特徴とする余剰汚泥減量装置。 - 前記電解槽内に配置される電極の間隔が5乃至15mmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の余剰汚泥減量装置。
- 内部に撹拌装置を備えている循環タンクを有する前記余剰汚泥減量装置であって、
前記電解槽での電気分解処理により基質化された余剰汚泥を前記曝気槽に返送するための前記循環タンク流出口が前記撹拌装置の鉛直方向最上部に位置するインペラの上端より下位に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の余剰汚泥減量装置。 - 曝気槽で有機性汚水を生物学的方法により分解処理したことにより生じた余剰汚泥に塩化物を添加して電解槽にて電気分解処理することにより前記余剰汚泥を基質化し、基質化された前記余剰汚泥を前記曝気槽に返送して生物学的処理により前記余剰汚泥を減量する余剰汚泥減量方法において、
前記余剰汚泥中の塩化物イオン濃度が0.6乃至3.0g/Lになるように前記塩化物を添加することを特徴とする余剰汚泥減量方法。
