Description
本発明は強化された領域の許容できる衝撃抵抗性を保持しながら摩耗抵抗性の改善により強化された摩耗抵抗性を持つ鋳造部品の製造に関する。
鉱物を採取しかつ粉砕するための、特に材料を破砕しかつ粉砕するための設備は性能と費用の多くの制約を受ける。
摩耗と衝撃に対して抵抗性である摩耗部品を達成することは既に種々の種類の研究の主題であった。
本発明は財政的に容認できる価格で摩耗と衝撃の両方に対して抵抗性のある摩耗部品、並びにそれらの製造方法を提供することを目的とする。それは特に従来技術による解決策に関連した問題を解決することを目的とする。
本発明は金属カーバイド及び/または金属窒化物及び/または金属酸化物及び/または金属ホウ化物並びに金属間化合物(以下成分と呼ばれる)の少なくとも一つの種類により強化された構造を持つ、鋳造摩耗部品に関し、それは前記成分のための試薬(反応体)として作用する原材料が鋳造前に、突き固め粉末の挿入体または予備成形された形でまたはペーストの形で鋳型中に置かれていること、前記粉末の反応が鋳造金属の熱によりその場で開始されること、及び前記金属が多孔性集塊に浸透し、かくして部品の鋳造のために使用される金属の構造中への前記集塊の包含を達成するように強化構造を形成し、それにより摩耗部品中に強化構造を作ることを特徴とする。
図1は鋳型1内の鋳造部品2が強化される領域に渡って広げられたペースト4を示す。
本発明はその場でかつ鋳造熱の単独作用下に反応することができる粉末を含む材料を鋳造前に鋳型中に置くことにより摩耗表面が強化される鋳造部品を提案する。
負荷の結果として、材料は曲げられ、押込みの隅に割れを発現するかもしれない。割れの長さ測定が衝撃抵抗性を計算可能とする(図1,2及び5)。
FeTi+C→TiC+Fe
TiO2+Al+C→TiC+Al2O3
Fe2O3+Al→Al2O3+Fe
Ti+C→TiC
Al+C+B2O3→B4C+Al2O3
MoO3+Al+Si→MoSi2+Al2O3
の形式のものである。
これらの反応はまた組み合わされることができる。
Fe2O3+2Al+xAl2O3→(1+x)Al2O3+2Fe
Ti+C+Ni→TiC+Ni
この発明の第一好適実施例は選択された反応性粉末を簡単な冷間圧力により突き固めることからなる。これは鋳造部品2の強化のために、恐らく結合剤の存在下に挿入体または予備成形された形状3の希望の形状を持つ圧縮鋳型内で起こる。この挿入体または予備成形された形状はそのとき希望の場所の鋳造鋳型1中に置かれるであろう。
Claims (13)
- 強化構造を含む鋳造摩耗部品であって、前記強化構造が金属カーバイド、金属窒化物、金属ホウ化物、金属酸化物及び金属間化合物の群から選ばれた少なくとも一つの成分を含むものにおいて、
− 前記成分が前記成分のための反応体として作用する原材料からその場の反応により形成され、前記反応体が鋳造前に、突き固め粉末の挿入体または予備成形された形状(3)の形でまたはペースト(4)の形で鋳型(1)中にまず置かれること、
− 溶融された鋳造金属の熱により前記反応体間の反応が開始されること、
− 前記反応が前記成分の多孔性集塊を形成すること、
− 前記鋳造金属が前記多孔性集塊に浸透し、鋳造のために使用される金属の構造中への前記集塊の包含をもたらし、このようにして摩耗部品(2)上に強化構造を作ること、を特徴とする摩耗部品。 - 前記多孔性集塊がその場で作られかつ鋳造金属により浸透されること、前記集塊が1300と3000Hvの間のビッカース硬度を持つこと、及び摩耗部品上の前記強化構造が10MPa√mを越える衝撃抵抗性を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摩耗部品。
- 金属カーバイド、金属窒化物、金属ホウ化物、金属酸化物、及び金属間化合物の群から選ばれた少なくとも一つの成分により強化された構造を持つ摩耗部品の製造方法において、
− 前記成分が前記成分のための反応体として作用する原材料からその場の反応により形成され、前記反応体が鋳造前に、突き固め粉末の挿入体または予備成形された形状(3)の形でまたはペースト(4)の形で鋳型(1)中にまず置かれること、
− 溶融された鋳造金属の熱により前記反応体間の反応が開始されること、
− 前記反応が前記成分の多孔性集塊を形成すること、
− 前記鋳造金属が前記多孔性集塊に浸透し、鋳造のために使用される金属の構造中への前記集塊の包含をもたらし、このようにして摩耗部品(2)上に強化構造を作ること、
− 前記反応後に前記成分を形成することを意図した原材料間のその場での反応が溶融金属の熱により開始されかつ維持されること、
を特徴とする摩耗部品の製造方法。 - 原材料間の反応が反応体の反応後のいかなる圧縮も必要とせずに大気圧で起こることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の摩耗部品の製造方法。
- 原材料間の反応がいかなる特別のガス保護雰囲気も必要としないことを特徴とする請求項3から4のいずれか一つに記載の摩耗部品の製造方法。
- 前記原材料が鉄系合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれか一つに記載の摩耗部品の製造方法。
- 前記鉄系合金がフェロTi,フェロCr,フェロNb,フェロW,フェロMo,フェロB,フェロSi,フェロZr及びフェロVの群に属することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の摩耗部品の製造方法。
- 前記原材料が酸化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれか一つに記載の摩耗部品の製造方法。
- 前記酸化物がTiO2,FeO,Fe2O3,SiO2,ZrO2,CrO3,Cr2O3,B2O3,MoO3,V2O5,CuO,MgO及びNiOの群に属することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の摩耗部品の製造方法。
- 前記原材料が金属またはそれらの合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれか一つに記載の摩耗部品の製造方法。
- 前記金属が鉄、チタン、ニッケルまたはアルミニウムの群に属することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の摩耗部品の製造方法。
- 前記原材料が炭素、ホウ素または窒化物化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれか一つに記載の摩耗部品の製造方法。
- 摩耗と衝撃の両方に対する抵抗性を必要とする用途のための請求項1から2のいずれか一つに記載の摩耗部品または請求項3から12のいずれか一つに記載の方法により製造された摩耗部品の使用。
