Claims (22)
- 眼球の強膜組織内に切り口を作るための手術用具であって、該手術用具が手術刃を具備し、
前記手術刃が、前記手術用具によって前記眼球の前記強膜組織の中に入るように、および前記眼球の前記強膜組織から出るように回転させられて、強膜の眼球移植人工補装具を受容できる強膜ポケットの形状を有する切り口を作ることができ、
前記手術用具が、前記眼球の前記強膜組織の後方表面まで通過することなく、前記眼球の前記強膜組織の前方表面を通して前記回転可能な手術刃を回転させるように構成されている、手術用具。 - 第1の刃溝および第 2 の刃溝を有する刃案内部を更に備え、
一方向に回転しながら、前記回転可能な手術刃が、前記第1の刃溝を通して移動し、その後に前記眼球の前記強膜組織を通して移動し、その後に前記第2の刃溝を通して移動するようになっている、請求項1に記載された手術用具。 - 前記回転可能な手術刃を回転させるように構成された支持アームを更に具備し、該支持アームが、完全回転よりも小さい回転で前記回転可能な手術刃を回転させるようになっている、請求項1に記載された手術用具。
- 手術刃とモータとを具備する手術用具であって、
前記モータが、切り口を作るために、前記手術刃を、眼球の強膜組織の中に入るように、および前記眼球の強膜組織から外に出すように移動させるように作動することが可能であり、
前記切り口が、前記眼の毛様体の領域に強膜ポケットを形成し、前記強膜ポケットが、前記眼の毛様筋の有効動作範囲を増大させるために強膜人工補装具を受容できる形状を有し、
前記モータが、前記眼球の前記強膜組織の後方表面まで通過することなく、前記眼球の前記強膜組織の前方表面を通して前記手術刃を移動させるように構成されている、手術用具。 - 前記モータに連結され、かつ前記手術刃の前記移動を駆動させるように作動することが可能な第1の駆動シャフトをさらに具備する、請求項4に記載の手術用具。
- 制御信号を生成するように作動することが可能なコントローラをさらに具備する、請求項4に記載の手術用具。
- 前記コントローラが前記モータに連結され、前記生成された制御信号が前記手術刃の前記移動を制御するようになっている、請求項6に記載の手術用具。
- 手術刃と、コントローラとを具備する手術用具であって、
前記コントローラが、前記手術刃を、眼球の強膜組織の中へ入るように、および前記眼球の強膜組織から外へ出るように移動することを制御するように作動することが可能であり、
前記切り口が、前記眼の毛様体の領域に強膜ポケットを形成し、
前記強膜ポケットが、前記眼の毛様筋の有効動作範囲を増大させる強膜人工補装具を受容できる形状を有し、
前記前記手術刃が、前記眼球の前記強膜組織の後方表面まで通過することなく、前記眼球の前記強膜組織の前方表面を通して前記切り口を形成するように構成されている、手術用具。 - 前記コントローラからの、前記手術刃の前記移動を制御する制御信号を受信して作動可能なモータをさらに具備する、請求項8に記載の手術用具。
- 前記手術刃の一つの制御された運動が、前記切り口を作ることである、請求項9に記載の手術用具。
- 手術刃と、切り口を作るために前記手術刃を眼球の強膜組織の中に入るように、および前記眼球の強膜組織から外に出るように移動させるように作動することが可能な機器とを具備する手術用具であって、
前記切り口が、前記眼の毛様体の領域に強膜ポケットを形成し、
前記強膜ポケットが、前記眼の毛様筋の有効動作範囲を増大させるために強膜人工補装具を受容できる形状を有し、
前記モータが、前記眼球の前記強膜組織の後方表面まで通過することなく、前記眼球の前記強膜組織の前方表面を通して前記手術刃を移動させるように構成されている、手術用具。 - 前記機器に連結されていて、前記手術刃の前記移動を駆動するように作動することが可能な第1の駆動シャフトをさらに具備する請求項11に記載の手術用具。
- 回転可能な支持アームと、湾曲切刃とを具備する、眼の強膜組織に切り口を作るための手術用具と共に使用される手術刃であって、
前記回転可能な支持アームが、該回転可能な支持アームを回転させることができる前記手術用具の駆動シャフトに連結可能な第1の端部を有し、
前記湾曲切刃が、前記回転可能な支持アームの第2の端部に取り外し可能に連結された第1の端部を有し、前記湾曲切刃が、強膜の眼球移植人工補装具を受容することができる強膜ポケットの形状を有する切り口を作るために、前記手術用具によって回転させられて、前記眼球の強膜組織の中へ入り、および前記眼球の強膜組織から外へ出る第2の端部を有し、
前記回転可能な支持アームが、前記眼球の前記強膜組織の後方表面まで通過することなく、前記眼球の前記強膜組織の前方表面を通して前記湾曲切刃を回転させるように構成されている、手術刃。 - 前記手術刃の前記湾曲切刃が前記強膜組織内に幅約1.5ミリメートルおよび長さ約4ミリメートルの切り口を作ることができ、前記切り口が前記強膜組織の表面の約400ミクロン下に配置される、請求項13に記載の手術刃。
- 前記手術刃の前記湾曲切刃の前記第1の端部が、延長部を具備し、前記延長部が、前記延長部を貫通するアパーチャを形成する部分を有する、請求項13に記載の手術刃。
- 強膜の眼球移植人工補装具を前記湾曲切刃の前記延長部に結び付けることができるストリング状コネクタをさらに具備する、請求項15に記載の手術刃。
- 回転可能な支持アームと、湾曲切刃とを具備する、眼の強膜組織に切り口を作るための手術用具と共に使用される手術刃であって、
前記回転可能な支持アームが、該回転可能な支持アームを回転させることができる前記手術用具の駆動シャフトに連結可能な第1の端部を有し、前記湾曲切刃が、前記回転可能な支持アームの第2の端部に取り外し可能に連結された第1の端部を有し、前記湾曲切刃が、強膜の眼球移植人工補装具を受容することができる強膜ポケットの形状を有する切り口を作るために、前記手術用具によって前記眼球の強膜組織を通して回転されることができる第2の端部を有する、手術刃において、
前記湾曲切刃が、刃部分と、該刃部分から取り外すことができる取外し可能な中央部分と、該取り外し可能な中央部分から取り外すことができる取外し可能な先端とを具備する、手術刃。 - 前記手術刃の前記湾曲切刃が前記強膜組織内に幅約1.5ミリメートルおよび長さ約4ミリメートルの切り口を作ることができ、前記切り口が前記強膜組織の表面の約400ミクロン下に配置される、請求項17に記載の手術刃。
- 前記取外し可能な中央部分が強膜の眼球移植人工補装具である、請求項18に記載の手術刃。
- 回転可能な支持アームと、湾曲切刃とを具備する、眼の強膜組織に切り口を作るための手術用具と共に使用される手術刃であって、
前記回転可能な支持アームが、該回転可能な支持アームを回転させることができる前記手術用具の駆動シャフトに連結可能な第1の端部を有し、
前記湾曲切刃が、前記回転可能な支持アームの第2の端部に取り外し可能に連結された第1の端部を有し、前記湾曲切刃が、強膜の眼球移植人工補装具を受容することができる強膜ポケットの形状を有する切り口を作るために、前記手術用具によって前記眼球の強膜組織を通して回転されることができる第2の端部を有する、手術刃において、
前記湾曲切刃が、前記湾曲切刃を貫通する導管を形成する部分を具備し、
強膜の眼球移植人工補装具が、前記導管内に滑動可能に配設され、
プランジャが、前記強膜の眼球移植人口補装具を前記導管から押し出すことができる前記導管内に滑動可能に配設されている、手術刃。 - 前記手術刃の前記湾曲切刃が前記強膜組織内に幅約1.5ミリメートルおよび長さ約4ミリメートルの切り口を作ることができ、前記切り口が前記強膜組織の表面の約400ミクロン下に配置される、請求項20に記載の手術刃。
- 前記強膜の眼球移植人工補装具が流体で満たされることができる、請求項20に記載の手術刃。
