本発明は、主として自動車用のエンジンマウントとして用いる制御型の液封入式防振装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術と発明が解決しようとする課題】
自動車のエンジン等をその振動を車体に伝達させないように支承するマウントとしての液封入式防振装置は、液体が封入された主液室と、ダイヤフラムにより仕切られた空気室をもつ副液室とをオリフィスにより連通させて、このオリフィスにより振動減衰効果を得るものである。

近年、この種の液封入式防振装置として、エンジンシェイク時の振動とアイドリング時の振動とが異なった周波数域にあることから、例えば主液室に通じる2つのオリフィスを設け、この2つのオリフィスのそれぞれに専用のダイヤフラムをもつ2つの副液室を設け、2つのオリフィスのうち、液体通過抵抗の小さい(例えば断面積の大きい)オリフィスに連なる一方のダイヤフラムに接する空気室を圧力調整可能となし、これにより振動状態に応じて、前記の空気室に接するダイヤフラムを可動状態と不動状態に切替制御できるように構成し、液体通過抵抗の大きい(例えば断面積の小さい)オリフィスを機能させる際には、前記ダイヤフラムの動きを止めて、断面積の大きいオリフィスを機能させないようにし、それぞれのオリフィスによって異なった周波数帯にある振動に対して十分な減衰効果を発揮させるようにした切替制御型の液封入式防振装置が提案されている。その1例として、特開平6−48188号公報がある。

前記提案の防振装置においては、外筒金具に嵌着された仕切部材を中間にして上部側に、防振基体と接する主液室と、圧力調整可能な空気室側つまり制御側のダイヤフラムを有する第1副液室が設けられ、下部側に、大気側のダイヤフラムを有する第2副液室が設けられている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、振動源側の金具と支持側の外筒金具との間に介在するゴム弾性体よりなる防振基体と、この防振基体下方の外筒金具の内部において、該防振基体が室壁の一部をなす主液室と、主液室に通ずる第1および第2の2つのオリフィスと、第1および第2のオリフィスに連なり空気室または外部との間を隔するダイヤフラムをもつ第1および第2の副液室を備える制御型の液封入式防振装置であって、上記の課題を解決するために、次のような構成を有している。

すなわち、前記外筒金具の下部にダイヤフラムがシール状態に固着され、これより上方の外筒金具の内周に仕切り部材が液密に嵌着され、該仕切り部材と前記ダイヤフラムとの間が第2副液室として形成されるとともに、この第2副液室から主液室に通じる第2のオリフィスが前記仕切り部材の外周部の凹部によって外筒金具との間で形成され、また前記仕切り部材の上面内方部において、上面中央部が湾曲状に凹設されるとともに、該凹設部分の周辺部に圧入用溝が形成され、環状のカラー金具を外周に固設してなる円形のダイヤフラムが、前記圧入用溝に対する前記カラー金具の圧入によりセンタ軸心と同心の配置で前記凹設部分の開口を閉塞するように取着されてなり、該ダイヤフラムには前記仕切り部材との間にクリアランスを保持するための突部が形成されており、前記ダイヤフラムと仕切り部材との間が外部から圧力調整可能な空気室として形成され、環状の突出部を下面に形成したプレス成形品よりなるカバー金具が、前記ダイヤフラムの周縁部を前記突出部で押さえてシールするように、前記仕切り部材より上方の外筒金具内周に液密に嵌合して被着され、該カバー金具と前記ダイヤフラムの間が第1副液室として形成されるとともに、その外方のカバー金具と仕切り部材および外筒金具とにより画された環状部分が第1のオリフィスとして形成され、前記第1のオリフィスと前記第2のオリフィスとは、主液室に対する出入口を共通にして、かつ仕切り部材の上下において外筒金具内周に沿う周方向の流路がセンタ軸心と同心の配置によるドーナツ状をなすように形成され、さらに前記カバー金具の外周端部を外筒金具との間に挾圧するように前記防振基体の外周部が前記外筒金具に液密に嵌着されて組立て構成されてなることを特徴とする。
