Description

【0001】

m=F×ln(R0 /R) … 式(1)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a suspended particulate matter concentration measuring device for measuring the concentration of suspended particulate matter in the atmosphere. In place Related.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Airborne particulate matter ( Suspended Particulate Matter (hereinafter referred to as SPM) is a device for measuring a constant flow of air as a sample gas continuously into the atmosphere introduction pipe, and the sample gas in a vacuum chamber provided downstream of the atmosphere introduction pipe Some SPMs are continuously collected using a collecting means such as a filter tape, and the concentration of the collected SPMs is measured by a β-ray absorption method.
[0003]
In addition, the applicant passes air from one side to the other side of the filter tape for measuring the concentration of suspended particulate matter by suction, and collects the measurement spot by forming the measurement spot on the filter tape. We are developing a suspended particulate matter concentration measuring device (hereinafter referred to as SPM concentration measuring device) that accurately measures the concentration of suspended particulate matter in the atmosphere.
[0004]
And in this SPM density | concentration measuring apparatus, it has the several exhaust hole which discharges | emits the air which passed the said filter tape, and the said state in the state which prevented the deformation | transformation to the said other surface side of the said filter tape at the time of collection Support means for supporting the filter tape is provided. FIG. 7 shows the configuration of the plate-like portion 10 held by this support means. The plate-like portion 60 is formed by joining a thin disc-like plate body to a hole provided in the support means, and has three exhaust holes 61, 62, 63, on the lower surface side of the filter tape 64. Be placed.
[0005]
Then, the air is sucked by the sampling pump disposed on the lower surface side of the plate-like portion 60, and further passes through the three exhaust holes 61, 62, 63 from the upper surface side of the filter tape 64 to the lower surface side, The measurement spot is formed on the filter tape 64 by the passage of the atmosphere for a certain time (for example, 1 hour). Reference numeral 65 denotes a winding direction of the filter tape 64.
[0006]
For example, when measuring the concentration of suspended particulate matter using the β-ray absorption method, for example, β-rays are irradiated to the measurement spot from the light source arranged on the lower surface side of the plate-like portion 60, and the measurement spot is The transmitted β rays are detected by the detector through a protective film provided at the inlet of the detector disposed on the upper surface side of the filter tape 64, and the concentration of suspended particulate matter is obtained. The protective film has a function of suppressing pressure loss to the detector due to atmospheric suction of the sampling pump.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the β-ray absorption method, it is important that the weight (density) of the filter tape 64 is small in order to increase the measurement sensitivity. However, the material of the filter tape 64 is usually glass fiber, and in order to obtain the strength to withstand continuous use, the glass fiber has a certain thickness (450 μm; average value) and weight (7 mg / cm). 2 Average value) is required. Therefore, the strength of the filter tape 64 cannot be obtained simply by reducing the weight (density) of the glass fiber, which is unsuitable as a filter tape used for continuous measurement. Further, β-rays are absorbed by the glass fiber and it is difficult to achieve high sensitivity. It was a state.
[0008]
Further, since the three exhaust holes 61, 62, 63 are considerably large, the degree of dent differs every time a measurement spot is formed on the filter tape 64, and it is difficult to obtain a reproducible measurement result. .
[0009]
In addition, in the β-ray absorption type SPM concentration measuring apparatus, 50 μg / m2 is caused by the intensity variation (noise) of the β-ray source, the collecting means, the nonuniformity of the collected SPM distribution, and the like. Three The following values may vary in the low density region.
[0010]
In the β-ray absorption type SPM concentration measuring apparatus, a significant error factor with respect to the variation in the indicated value is variation in the intensity of the β-ray source. In other words, the β ray used for the SPM concentration measuring apparatus of the β ray absorption method is C 14 The amount of β decay is not always constant. For this reason, when the concentration of SPM is measured every second by the β-ray absorption method, there is a possibility that an error occurs in the instantaneous value due to a change in the intensity of β decay.
[0011]
Therefore, in the Japanese standard, the minimum detection sensitivity (2σ) is 10 μg / m at a measurement period of 1 hour with a radiation amount of 3.7 MBq (100 Ci). Three It is determined to the extent. However, in recent years, it has been required to measure even a fine SPM having a particle size of 2.5 μm or less (hereinafter referred to as PM2.5) with high sensitivity. This PM2.5 is extremely small in the atmosphere, and the minimum detection sensitivity (2σ) is 10 μg / m2. Three In the conventional SPM concentration measuring apparatus, it is difficult to detect the PM2.5 with high sensitivity. For example, the minimum detection sensitivity (2σ) is 2 μg / m. Three There has been a demand for an SPM concentration measuring apparatus capable of measuring with higher sensitivity.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned matters, and its purpose is to provide a suspended particulate matter concentration measuring device capable of performing a more sensitive measurement and a filter tape used for suspended particulate matter concentration measurement. Is to provide.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the suspended particulate matter concentration measuring device according to the first aspect of the present invention is a filter for measuring suspended particulate matter concentration by suction of air. Top side From Bottom side In the suspended particulate matter concentration measuring apparatus for measuring the concentration of suspended particulate matter in the atmosphere collected in the measurement spot, a measurement spot is formed on the filter tape. A porous film made of a resin and a breathable reinforcing layer provided on the porous film The filter tape is used in a state where the reinforcing layer is positioned on the upper surface side and the porous film is positioned on the lower surface side, and the reinforcing layer is made of a nonwoven fabric. (Claim 1).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited thereby.
1 to 6 show an embodiment of a suspended particulate matter concentration measuring device (SPM concentration measuring device) D of the present invention. In this embodiment, an example is shown in which the correction of the concentration of the suspended particulate matter (SPM) is performed by a combination of the β-ray absorption method and the light scattering method.
[0017]
FIG. 1 schematically shows an example of the overall configuration of the SPM concentration measuring apparatus D of the present invention. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a measuring apparatus main body. The measuring apparatus main body 1 is configured as follows. That is, reference numeral 2 denotes a chamber, in which a filter tape 5 serving as a collecting means of an appropriate width that is fed out from the supply reel 3 and taken up by the take-up reel 4 runs, and one of the filter tapes 5 On the side (lower side), there is provided a β-ray source 7 for irradiating β-rays to the deposited layer 6a of the SPM 6 collected on one surface (upper surface) of the filter tape 5, and the other side (upper side). ) Is provided with a detector 8 composed of, for example, a proportional counter that detects β-rays transmitted through the deposited layer 6a and outputs a signal corresponding to the intensity thereof, and measures the concentration of SPM6 by the β-ray absorption method. It is configured to be able to. Reference numerals 9a and 9b denote compensation chambers. A power source 10 applies a predetermined DC voltage between the detector 8 and the compensation chamber 9b.
[0018]
Reference numeral 11 denotes an atmospheric lead pipe for exhausting the chamber 2 and the compensation chamber 9a to a predetermined vacuum state. A sampling pump 13 such as a vacuum pump is connected to the atmospheric pressure pipe 12 through a gas flow rate regulator 12, and the flow rate of the atmospheric air A is adjusted. A gas flow meter 14 for measurement is provided.
[0019]
Reference numeral 15 denotes an air introduction pipe that supplies a constant flow rate of air A ′ as a sample gas to the chamber 2, and a granulator 16 is provided at the most upstream end thereof. This particle sizer 16 classifies SPM 6 contained in the atmosphere A and sucks it into the atmosphere introduction pipe 15, captures SPM 6 exceeding a predetermined particle size, and selectively selects SPM 6 having a predetermined particle size or less. Is passed to the chamber 2 side.
[0020]
As the sizer 16, for example, a cyclone type volume sampler (generally called a cyclone) that performs sizing using centrifugal separation by vortex of the sample gas S, or by collision of the sample gas S An impact type low volume sampler (generally called an impactor) that selectively samples a small particle size SPM 6 can be used.
[0021]
Further, a scattered light measurement unit 17 is provided on the slightly downstream side of the particle sizer 16 of the atmospheric introduction pipe 15. The scattered light measuring unit 17 is formed on the side wall slightly downstream of the granulator 16 of the air introduction tube 15 so that the optical windows 18a and 18b are opposed to each other, and outside the one optical window 18a, For example, a light source 19 that emits infrared light is provided, and a scattered light detector (light detector) 20 is provided outside the other optical window 18b. When infrared light is radiated to the atmosphere A ′ flowing in two directions, the light scattering intensity generated in the SPM 6 (particulated SPM) having a predetermined particle size or less included in the atmosphere A is measured. Has been. In the illustrated example, the scattered light detector 20 includes an amplifier.
[0022]
That is, since the method for detecting the SPM 6 using infrared light has already been considered and implemented, the scattered light measurement unit 17 should perform more accurate measurement using infrared light. Can do. In addition, the scattered light measuring unit 17 of this example counts the number of SPMs 6 so that the instantaneous amount A of the SPM 6 0 (Details will be described later). For example, the light source 19 is a laser, and the scattered light detector 20 is a plurality of detectors that detect scattered light at different angles. It is also possible to measure. In the present invention, the light used by the scattered light measurement unit 17 is not limited to infrared light, and various visible light may be used. A light source other than a laser may be used.

[0024]
2 to 4 are enlarged views showing the configuration of the measuring device main body 1 which is a main part of the SPM concentration measuring device D, FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the configuration of the measuring device main body 1, and FIG. 3 is this measuring device main body. FIG. 4 is a diagram schematically showing the configuration of the filter tape 5 and its supporting means 1A, which are the main parts of FIG. 1, and FIG.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 2, in the measuring apparatus main body 1 of this example, the chamber 2 has a detector 8 on the upper surface side 5A (one surface side) of the filter tape 5, and the lower surface side 5B (other surface side) of the filter tape 5. ) Is provided with the sampling pump 13 and the β-ray source 7. Further, a thin plate-like portion 1B formed on the support means 1A is disposed between the filter tape 5 and the β-ray source 7.
[0026]
The inlet 2a of the chamber 2 communicates with the granulator 16 as a volume sampler (quantitative sampling means) via an air introduction pipe 15 and the outlet of the chamber 2 via the atmosphere outlet pipe 11 and the sampling pump 13 The atmosphere A is introduced into the granulator 16 by the suction of the sampling pump 13, and the atmosphere A ′ whose concentration of SPM 6 is increased by the action of the granulator 16 is the atmosphere A ′. The air A ′ sent into the chamber 2 through the introduction pipe 15 and the inlet 2 a and further sent into the chamber 2 is discharged from the chamber 2 by the suction of the sampling pump 13.
[0027]
At this time, as shown in FIG. 1, the air A ′ containing SPM 6 having a predetermined particle size or less sucked into the sampling tube 15 passes through the scattered light measuring unit 17 provided on the downstream side of the particle sizer 16. The divided SPM is irradiated with visible light from the light source 19, and the scattered light generated at that time is received by the scattered light detector 20, and an output (instantaneous value) a proportional to the scattered light intensity is processed. Input to the unit 22.
[0028]
On the other hand, the atmosphere A ′ sent into the chamber 2 passes from the upper surface side 5A (one surface side) of the filter tape 5 to the lower surface side 5B (other surface side). At this time, the SPM 6 in the atmosphere A ′ is collected by the filter tape 5 and gradually forms the measurement spot 33 as shown in FIG. That is, the atmosphere A ′ is configured to pass through four or more exhaust holes 34, 35, 35, 35, 35... Formed in the plate-like portion 1B of the support means 1A. A ″ represents the atmosphere that has passed through the exhaust holes 34, 35, 35, 35, 35.
[0029]
Therefore, the chamber 2 forms a collection and measurement space for irradiating the deposited layer 6a of the SPM 6 formed at the measurement spot 33 with β rays and measuring the concentration of the SPM 6 from the amount of transmission. To do. And the measurement spot 33 according to the quantity of SPM6 contained in air | atmosphere A 'is formed in the filter tape 5 by the said passage of air | atmosphere A' being performed for a fixed time (for example, 1 hour).
[0030]
On the other hand, the β ray from the β ray source 7 is irradiated from directly below the plate-like portion 1B on the lower surface side 5B (other surface side) of the filter tape 5, passes through the exhaust holes 34, 35, 35, 35, 35,. The β rays transmitted through the measurement spot 33 formed on the filter tape 5 are detected by the detector 8 positioned immediately above the measurement spot 33 on the upper surface side 5A (one surface side) of the filter tape 5. That is, the β rays are absorbed by the SPM 6 that forms the deposition layer 6a on the filter tape 5 and the filter tape 5, but when the β rays transmitted therethrough are detected by the detector 8, they are incident from the detector 8. An output (instantaneous value) b proportional to the β ray is output and input to the arithmetic processing unit 22.
[0031]
In the arithmetic processing unit 22, the outputs a and b are processed as follows. That is, the instantaneous amount A of the sized SPM 6 in the atmosphere A ′ based on the instantaneous value a based on the scattered light measurement. 0 [Μg] can be obtained, and the mass m [μg] of the SPM 6 adhering to the filter tape 5 can be obtained from the output b from the detector 8 using the following equation (1).
m = F × ln (R 0 / R) ... Formula (1)
However, R 0 Is the β-ray scattering intensity [I / s] from the filter tape 5 alone, R is the β-ray scattering intensity [I / s] from the filter tape 5 collecting SPM6, and F is the calibration count [μg / m Three ].
[0032]
The calibration coefficient F is a coefficient for converting the β-ray scattering intensity into the mass of SPM6 and is expressed by F = S / (μ / ρ). Where S [cm 2 ] Is the measured cross-sectional area of the filter tape [cm 2 Μ / ρ [cm / mg] is the intrinsic mass decay coefficient [cm / mg] of the β-ray source 7.
[0033]
Here, the mass m of the SPM 6 obtained by the equation (1) and the instantaneous amount A 0 Integrated value ∫A 0 dt shows the same value, and the instantaneous amount A 0 Is a value that is not affected by fluctuations in β-ray intensity. On the other hand, although the mass m is affected by fluctuations in β-ray intensity, 0 Thus, it is a value corresponding to the mass of all the SPMs 6 included in the deposited layer 6a without being affected by the error factor caused by the optical measurement of the SPMs.
[0034]
Therefore, these values A 0 , M, the arithmetic processing unit 22 performs a correction calculation, whereby the mass of the SPM 6 contained in the atmosphere A ′ can be obtained more accurately. The arithmetic processing unit 22 of this example constitutes a correction arithmetic processing unit capable of correcting a value obtained by measurement by the β-ray absorption method using a value obtained based on the output of the photodetector, By this correction calculation processing unit, the measurement accuracy is raised and the reproducibility is improved. Further, by correcting the flow rate and pressure of the atmosphere A, the concentration of SPM6 contained in the atmosphere A [μg / m Three ] Can be obtained. Then, the measurement result is displayed on the display unit 30.
[0035]
On the other hand, the filter tape 5 has a length of, for example, about 40 m and a width W of, for example, about 4 cm. The filter tape 5 is configured to pass from the reel 36 with a conveyance sensor through the chamber 2 while being fed from the supply reel 3 to the take-up reel 4.
[0036]
The reel 36 with a conveyance sensor has a conveyance sensor 36a for detecting that the filter tape 5 has been wound up by a certain length.
[0037]
As shown in FIG. 3, the filter tape 5 used for measuring the SPM concentration includes a porous film 37 made of a fluorine-based resin (for example, a tetrafluoroethylene resin) and air permeability provided on the porous film 37. It is comprised with the reinforcement layer 38 of this. The filter tape 5 is used in a state where the reinforcing layer 38 is positioned on the upper surface side 5A (one surface side) and the porous film 37 is positioned on the lower surface side 5B (other surface side).
[0038]
The reinforcing layer 38 is made of a non-hygroscopic nonwoven fabric made of polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, nylon, polyester, or polyamide, and the reinforcing layer 38 is partially formed on the porous film 37 by a predetermined means. Affixed. Here, the low hygroscopicity means that the reinforcing layer 38 does not adhere moisture that causes the absorption of β rays, and in this sense, the reinforcing layer 38 has a hydrophobic property or a water repellency. Is also possible.
[0039]
The porous film 37 preferably has a thickness of 80 to 90 μm. The weight of the porous film 37 is 0.1 to 1 mg / cm. 2 Is preferably 0.3 mg / cm 2 The degree is more preferable. Further, the weight of the reinforcing layer 38 applied to the porous film 37 is 1 to 2 mg / cm. 2 For example, 1.2 mg / cm 2 It is preferable to set the degree.
[0040]
The thickness of the filter tape 5 is preferably 100 to 200 μm as an average value. For example, it is conceivable that the thickness of the filter tape 5 is about 140 μm as one embodiment. The weight of the filter tape 1 is 1.1 to 3.0 mg / cm as an average value. 2 For example, 1.5 mg / cm 2 It is conceivable to configure the degree.
[0041]
FIG. 4 is a plan view showing the plate-like portion 1B of the support means 1A, and FIGS. 5 and 6 are diagrams showing the detailed configuration of the support means 1A. The support means 1A of this example is in close contact with the filter tape 5 so that the filter tape 5 is sandwiched when the SPM 6 is collected, and when the filter tape 5 is moved, the support means 1A is separated from the bottom of the two blocks. It comprises a clamping means 39 and an upper clamping means 40.
[0042]
The lower clamping means 39 forms a through-hole 41 for connecting the β-ray source 7 below, and welds the thin plate-like portion 1B made of, for example, aluminum so as to close the through-hole 41. Yes. This plate-like portion 1B is for supporting the filter tape 5 in a state in which the filter tape 5 is prevented from being deformed to the lower surface side (the other surface side) during collection. For example, as shown in FIG. It is disc-shaped and is provided so as to be disposed immediately below the filter tape 5 in the chamber 2.
[0043]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the plate-like portion 1 </ b> B is formed as a recess 42 that is somewhat recessed (about several hundred μm) with respect to the upper surface 39 a of the lower clamping means 39. Is fitted into the concave portion 42 to form a convex portion 43 that prevents the displacement of the filter tape 5. That is, when the lower clamping means 39 and the upper clamping means 40 are engaged, the concave portion 42 and the convex portion 43 are fitted, so that the filter tape 5 is sandwiched between the inner periphery of the concave portion 42 and the outer periphery of the convex portion 43. Thus, the deformed portion 5a is formed by the deformation, and the displacement of the deformed portion 5a, the concave portion 42 and the convex portion 43 can be reliably prevented.
[0044]
Further, a through hole 44 that is the same as or wider than the portion corresponding to the exhaust holes 34, 35,... Is formed at the center of the convex portion 43, and the exhaust holes 34, 35,. It is configured to communicate with the inside of the chamber 2. Further, the depth of the concave portion 42 is configured to be slightly shallower than the height of the convex portion 43. Therefore, in a state where the lower clamping means 39 and the upper clamping means 40 are engaged, the filter tape 5 is securely clamped by the convex portion 43 and the plate-like portion 1B outside the exhaust holes 34, 35,. Can hold on.
[0045]
That is, by eliminating the positional deviation of the filter tape 5, the measurement spot 33 formed by the exhaust holes 34, 35,... Can be determined more strictly, and the measurement accuracy is improved and the reproducibility is secured accordingly. be able to. Note that it is easy to reverse the positional relationship between the concave portion 42 and the convex portion 43.
[0046]
In addition, the upper clamping means 40 is fitted into the upper clamping means 40 by the tip part 46a, 47a coming into contact with the upper surface 39a of the lower clamping means 39 by tilting around the axis 45 shown by the double arrow R, and pushing down this. A pair of separation levers 46 and 47 are provided that can apply a force in the direction of separating the fitting of the both clamping means 39 and 40. The lower clamping means 39 is urged toward the upper clamping means 40 by an urging means (not shown). That is, when the separation lever 47 is tilted in the direction indicated by the double arrow R by an actuator not shown, the fitting and separation of the both clamping means 39 and 40 can be freely controlled.
[0047]
Further, by providing the separation levers 46 and 47, it is possible to apply the principle of scissors to separate the fitting of the both clamping means 39 and 40. That is, even if the recess 42 and the protrusion 43 are strongly fitted, it is possible to easily separate the engaging means 39 and 40 by the operation of the actuator.
[0048]
Reference numerals 48 and 49 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 are guides in the left and right direction of the filter tape 5 at the portion where the lower clamping means 39 and the filter tape 5 are in contact with each other, The notch formed in order to make an angle an obtuse angle is shown. That is, even when the filter tape 5 is wound in a state where some tension is applied, the filter tape 5 can be protected by rounding the corners 48a and 49a by the notches 48 and 49. .
[0049]
Further, the shape of the plate-like portion 1B and the shapes of the concave portion 42 and the convex portion 43 are disk shapes. Accordingly, the tensile force generated in the filter tape 5 due to the formation of the deformed portion 5a and the pressure generated by the fitting of the concave portion 42 and the convex portion 43 are equally applied to the filter tape 5 and the plate-like portion 1B, and the plate-like portion 1B. It is designed to prevent bending and the like from occurring. However, the shape of the plate-like portion 1B may be a thin plate body having a rectangular shape in plan view as shown in FIG. Further, in order to minimize deformation, it is desirable that the plate-like portion 1B be a thin portion formed in a part of the lower clamping means 39.
[0050]
When the plate-like portion 1B is formed separately from the lower clamping means 39 as in this example, the plate-like portion 1B can be replaced to form the exhaust holes 34, 35, 35. It is desirable that the exhaust hole pattern P to be selected can be selected. That is, it is possible to set the exhaust hole pattern P according to the particle size of the SPM 6 to be measured by replacing the plate-like portion 1B. Further, it is desirable that the exhaust hole pattern P is formed so as to be substantially point-symmetric about a predetermined position, that is, the center point of the exhaust hole 34.
[0051]
The plate-like portion 1B is different from the conventional plate-like portion 60 in the arrangement and shape of the exhaust holes 34, 35, 35..., And in this embodiment, four or more exhaust holes are provided. 34, 35, 35, 35, 35... Are formed in a honeycomb shape. That is, many (for example, six) exhaust holes 35 surrounding the exhaust holes 34 have the same shape, and the exhaust holes 35 are set smaller than the area of the exhaust holes 34. The exhaust hole 35 has a substantially isosceles trapezoidal shape in plan view (however, the base 35a is not a straight line but an arc).
[0052]
Of the four or more exhaust holes 34, 35, 35, 35, 35..., The exhaust hole 34 located at the center has a regular hexagonal shape in plan view. On the other hand, among the three exhaust holes 61, 62, 63 shown in FIG. 7, the exhaust hole 62 located in the center is formed as a substantially rectangular long hole in a plan view long in the winding direction 65, The area of the two exhaust holes 61 and 63 having the same bow shape formed so as to sandwich the exhaust hole 62 is set smaller than that of the exhaust hole 62. And four or more many exhaust holes 34, 35, 35, 35, 35 ... have an area smaller than the exhaust holes 61 and 63, respectively.
[0053]
The measurement spot 33 is composed of measurement spot portions 33a, 33b, 33b, 33b, 33b... Formed at positions corresponding to the exhaust holes 34, 35, 35, 35, 35. In the measurement spot portions 33a, 33b, 33b, 33b, 33b..., The atmosphere A ′ is sucked by the sampling pump, and from the upper surface side of the filter tape 5 to the lower surface side, four or more exhaust holes 34, 35 are further provided. , 35, 35, 35... And the passage of the atmosphere is performed for a certain time (for example, 1 hour). The exhaust holes 34, 35, 35, 35, 35. Since the area is smaller than 61, 63, the degree of dents on the lower surface side (other surface side) generated by the suction of the sampling pump 13 of each of the measurement spot portions 33a, 33b, 33b, 33b, 33b. This can be made smaller than when the plate-shaped portion 60 is used.
[0054]
The supporting means 1A having the above-described configuration operates as follows. That is, in a state where the both clamping means 39 and 40 are separated from each other, the roll-shaped filter tape 5 before sucking the SPM 6 set on the supply reel 3 is fed from the supply reel 3 by a certain length. Next, when the actuator tilts the separation levers 46 and 47 in the clockwise direction, the lower clamping means 39 is fitted into the upper clamping means 40 by a spring, and the filter tape 5 forms both the clamping means 39 and 40 while forming the deformed portion 5a. Sandwiched between.
[0055]
Then, the suspended particulate matter is adsorbed in the chamber 2 to the sent filter tape 5 to form the measurement spot 33. At this time, the formation and measurement of the measurement spot 33 are performed with the filter tape 5 completely stopped. In the measurement, the measurement spot 33 is irradiated with β-rays from the β-ray source 7, and the concentration of the suspended particulate matter is calculated by the arithmetic processing already described in detail.
[0056]
By the way, suppose that the thickness is as thin as, for example, 80 to 90 μm, and the weight is, for example, 0.3 mg / cm. 2 If the filter tape 5 is composed only of the porous film 37 made of a light fluororesin, the (tensile) strength is weak and it is not suitable for continuous measurement. That is, in this example, the filter tape 5 is, for example, 1.2 mg / cm. 2 Since the light breathable reinforcing layer 38 having a heavy (average value) is attached to the light and thin porous film 37, the (tensile) strength of the filter tape 5 can be improved while reducing the thickness of the filter tape 5 itself. .
[0057]
Further, the reinforcing layer 38 is disposed on the one surface side 5A (upper surface side) of the filter tape 5 and the porous film 37 is disposed on the other surface side 5B (lower surface side). The position can be fixed in a state of being sandwiched by the portion 1B. As a result, the measurement spot 33 is more clearly formed and the reproducibility is improved.
[0058]
Further, since the porous film 37 has the reinforcing layer 38 partially attached, the thickness of the portion where the reinforcing layer 38 is not attached is thinned to about 80 to 90 μm, and the weight is, for example, 0.3 mg / cm. 2 The weight (density) of the filter tape 5 is 1.5 mg / cm on average. 2 Since it can suppress to a grade, the beta ray absorption amount by the porous film 37 can be reduced, As a result, it becomes possible to improve a measurement sensitivity.
[0059]
Further, the plate-like portion 1B has four or more exhaust holes 34, 35, 35, 35, 35 ... formed in a honeycomb shape, but the exhaust holes 34, 35, 35, 35, 35 ... The size of the filter tape 5 is smaller than that of the exhaust holes 61, 62, 63 of the conventional plate-like portion 60 and is heavier than that of the porous film 37. Since the strength is improved, the degree of dent in the lower surface side (other surface side) generated by the suction of the sampling pump of each measurement spot portion 33a, 33b, 33b, 33b, 33b. It can be made smaller than when 60 is used. Thereby, a reproducible measurement result can always be obtained.
[0060]
In the present invention, as the SPM measurement method, the β-ray absorption method and the light scattering method are combined to perform correction that effectively utilizes the advantages of both methods, thereby enabling more accurate measurement. The invention is not limited to this measurement method. That is, the β-ray absorption method, the pressure loss method, or the light scattering method may be used alone, or these measurement methods may be used in combination.
[0061]
