(1)テーパ幅角l=5°及びテーパ角γ=0.1°のテーパ面50を設けた中央油溝40の場合に負荷能力が最大となる。
(2)テーパ面50を設けた中央油溝40が形成された軸受は油膜交換性にすぐれているため、軸受中央パット部42の中央油溝ピッチ角αを大きく設定することが可能であり、また、軸受すき間比c/rを適正な範囲で小さくすることで負荷能力の大幅な向上が期待できる。

Claims (2)
- 大型2サイクルディーゼル機関のコネクティングロッドの上端に設けられてピストンロッドの下端に固定される軸を揺動自在に軸支すると共に、その軸受面に油膜交換を促進させるための油溝が軸方向で複数形成されるクロスヘッド軸受において、
前記油溝の両側方に前記軸受面から前記油溝に向けて下り傾斜するテーパ面を形成すると共に、前記クロスヘッド軸受の縦中心線を挟んで左右対称に位置する2つの前記油溝の縦中心線がなす角度である中央油溝ピッチ角αを50±10°とし、
前記テーパ面の一端と前記クロスヘッド軸受の軸受中心とを結ぶ線と、前記テーパ面の他端と前記クロスヘッド軸受の軸受中心とを結ぶ線と、がなす角度であるテーパ幅角lを3〜10°とすると共に、前記テーパ面と前記油溝の縦中心線の垂線とがなす角度であるテーパ角γを0.1〜0.2°としたことを特徴とするクロスヘッド軸受。 - 前記クロスヘッド軸受は、該クロスヘッド軸受半径Rから軸半径rを減じた値である半径すき間cを軸半径rで除した値で表される軸受すき間比c/rを0.0001±0.0002としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のクロスヘッド軸受。
