Embodiment 1 FIG.
1 is a perspective view showing the configuration of a support according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view for explaining the detailed configuration of the support shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is shown in FIG. It is a top view which shows the structure of the other support tool. In the figure, a columnar support member 3 is provided which is held by a support 2 fixed to the wall surface 1 so that the shaft is in a substantially horizontal posture at a predetermined distance from the wall surface 1. As shown in the side view of FIG. 2A, the support member 3 is formed with a groove 4 extending in the axial direction at the upper end and extending upward in the U-shaped cross section, and the groove 4 has a bottom surface 4a, One side surface 4b and the other side surface 4c are formed. And it is pipe-shaped and the periphery of a cross section has the circular outer peripheral surface 3a except the groove | channel 4 part.

Furthermore, the axial dimension is shorter than this support member 3, and the 1st and 2nd latching members 6 and 7 which can be attached or detached to the support member 3 are provided. As shown in the side views of FIGS. 2B and 2D, the first locking member 6 includes a first contact surface portion 6 a that can contact the bottom surface 4 a of the groove 4, and one side surface of the groove 4. A first groove insertion portion 60 having a second contact surface portion 6b that can come into contact with 4b, and is formed integrally with the first groove insertion portion 60, and is connected to and supported by one side surface 4b of the groove 4. It consists of the 1st outer peripheral part 61 which has the 3rd contact surface part 6c which can contact | abut with the outer peripheral surface 3a over the circumferential direction predetermined length of the member 3. As shown in FIG. And this 1st outer peripheral part 61 is formed until the end surface 6d reaches on the vertical surface containing the axis | shaft of the support member 3 when the 1st latching member 6 is mounted | worn with the support member 3. As shown in FIG.

Further, as shown in the side views of FIGS. 2 (c) and 2 (d), the second locking member 7 has a fourth contact surface portion 7 a that can contact the bottom surface 4 a of the groove 4 and the other side surface of the groove 4. A second groove insertion portion 70 that has a fifth contact surface portion 7b that can come into contact with 4c, and that is configured to come into contact with the first groove insertion portion 60 and be attached to the groove 4; And a second contact surface portion 6c which is formed integrally with the groove insertion portion 70 and has a sixth contact surface portion 7c which is continuous with the other side surface 4c of the groove 4 and can contact the outer peripheral surface 3a over a predetermined length in the circumferential direction of the support member 3. The outer peripheral part 71 of the. The second outer peripheral portion 71 is formed so that its end surface 7 d reaches a vertical surface including the axis of the support member 3 when the second locking member 7 is mounted on the support member 3. Here, the first and second locking members 6 and 7 (see FIG. 3) are formed in a symmetrical shape with respect to a vertical plane including the axis of the support member 3.

Further, the first and second locking members 6 and 7 are fixed to the first and second locking members 6 and 7 so as to have a substantially horizontal posture when mounted on the support member 3, respectively. For example, a rod-shaped first and second receiving members 8 and 9 that support the hanger 5 are provided here. The first receiving member 8 has one end 8 a fixed to the first outer peripheral portion 61 of the first locking member 6, and the second receiving member 9 has one end 9 a that is the second locking member 7. It is fixed to the second outer peripheral portion 71.

The installation method of the support device comprised as mentioned above is demonstrated. First, the first and second groove insertion portions 60 and 70 of the first and second locking members 6 and 7 are inserted from different locations of the groove 4 of the support member 3. At this time, since the first and second groove insertion portions 60 and 70 are formed smaller than the width of the groove 4, the first and second groove insertion portions 60 and 70 can be easily inserted into the groove 4 and the axial direction of the groove 4 The insertion is possible from any position. Then, the first and second groove insertion portions 60 and 70 inserted from different positions are moved to the same position in the groove 4 and installed. Then, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 (d), the first and second groove insertion portions 60 and 70 are in contact with each other in the groove 4 and are fixed in close contact with each other. At this time, the end surfaces 6d and 7d of the first and second outer peripheral portions 61 and 71 are also brought into contact with each other and fixed in close contact with each other. If the position is desired to be changed, the first and second groove insertion portions 60 and 70 may be separated from each other by the reverse procedure, moved to another position, and then brought into contact again.

Since the support of Embodiment 1 is configured as described above, the first and second locking members 6 can be easily provided at any location where the groove of the support member is formed. , 7 can be mounted. In addition, this mounting can be easily performed because a tool or the like is not required. Further, since it does not have a mechanical drive mechanism, the cause of failure is extremely low, and it can be formed at low cost.

As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of first and second locking members 6 and 7 can be inserted into the support member 3. Each of the fixed positions can be easily changed because it can be installed as described above.

Embodiment 2. FIG.
In the first embodiment, the first and second locking members 6 and 7 are formed in a symmetric shape with respect to the vertical plane including the axis of the support member 3, but as another example, For example, the one shown in FIG. 4 can be considered. This is a taper formed on the first and second groove insertion portions 62 and 72 so that the thickness in the width direction of the groove 4 increases with a predetermined gradient along the axial direction and the other decreases. is there.

The installation method in the case of being formed in this way is the same as in the first embodiment, in which the first and second groove insertion portions 62 and 72 of the first and second locking members 6 and 7 are connected to the support member 3. Are inserted from different locations of the groove 4. At this time, since the maximum width of the first and second groove insertion portions 62 and 72 is smaller than the width of the groove 4, the first and second groove insertion portions 62 and 72 can be easily inserted into the groove 4. 4 can be inserted from any position. Then, the first and second groove insertion portions 62 and 72 inserted from different positions are moved to the same position in the groove 4 and installed. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the first and second groove insertion portions 62 and 72 are brought into contact with each other and fixed in close contact within the groove 4. Furthermore, since the 1st and 2nd groove insertion parts 62 and 72 are formed in the taper here, the 1st and 2nd groove insertion parts 62 and 72 will mutually contact | abut in a wedge shape, It is further firmly fixed in the groove 4.

In each of the above embodiments, the support member 3 is installed on the wall surface 1 so that the shaft is held in a substantially horizontal posture. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. In the same manner as in each of the above embodiments, the column member 10 arranged vertically from the ceiling to the floor is arranged so as to penetrate the support member 3 and the axis thereof is held in a substantially horizontal posture. Can be used.

Embodiment 3 FIG.
In the first and second embodiments, the example in which the first and second groove insertion portions of the first and second locking members are configured to come into contact with each other and be attachable to the groove has been described. However, it is also conceivable that only the groove insertion portion of either one of the locking members is attached and used. Here, for the sake of convenience, a case where the same members as the support member 3 and the first locking member 6 of the first embodiment are used will be described. Therefore, in each figure, the same part as the said Embodiment 1 attaches | subjects the same code | symbol, and abbreviate | omits description.

6 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the support according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a side view for explaining the detailed configuration of mounting the support shown in FIG. 6 on the wall surface. First, as shown in FIG. 7, the support member 3 is screwed and held using a metal fitting 20 so as to be in a substantially horizontal posture on the wall surface 1. Therefore, it appears that the support member 3 is directly fixed to the wall surface 1. The first locking member 6 is installed by inserting the first groove insertion portion 60 of the first locking member 6 into the groove 4 of the support member 3 thus installed. Then, the hanger 5 or the like is supported and used on the first receiving member 8 of the first locking member 6. As shown in FIG. 6, a plurality of first locking members 6 can be inserted into the support member 3. Each of the fixed positions can be easily changed because it can be installed as described above.

Since the support according to the third embodiment is configured as described above, the locking member can be easily mounted at any location where the groove of the support member is formed. In addition, this mounting can be easily performed because a tool or the like is not required. Further, since it does not have a mechanical drive mechanism, the cause of failure is extremely low, and it can be formed at low cost.

In the third embodiment, the example in which the width of the first groove insertion portion is formed by half the width of the groove is shown. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. Of course, even if the first groove insertion portion 63 is formed to be larger than half of the width, the width is formed smaller than the width of the groove 4, so that it can be installed and moved as in the third embodiment. Since the contact area between the bottom surface 4a of the 4 and the first groove insertion portion 63 is increased, the fixation is further ensured more than in the third embodiment.

In each of the above embodiments, when the locking member is attached to the support member, the example in which the end surface of each outer peripheral portion exists on the vertical plane including the axis of the support member is shown, but this is not the only case. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, the end surface 6 e of the outer peripheral portion may be formed up to a location that does not reach the vertical surface including the axis of the support member.

In each of the above embodiments, the example in which the hanger 5 is supported by the first receiving member 8 is shown. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the receiving member 81 is formed of a prism as shown in FIG. A pair of them can be arranged at a predetermined interval, and a glass plate 50 or the like can be arranged on the pair of receiving members 81 to be used for display of goods.

In each of the above embodiments, an example in which the support member is formed in a pipe shape has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the support member may be formed in a solid column shape. Moreover, although the example which forms the outer periphery of a supporting member in circular shape was shown, it is not restricted to this, For example, the example formed in elliptical shape is also considered. In addition, the case where each receiving member is formed in a columnar shape or a prismatic shape is shown, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, an elliptical columnar shape, a plate shape, a triangular prism shape, or a rod shape having various shapes Various examples are conceivable.
