BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a liquid detergent composition, and more specifically, when used as a detergent for clothing, the sebum dirt cleaning power represented by sleeving dirt is good, and the color tone of a liquid colored with a dye is good. The present invention relates to a liquid detergent composition having excellent color stability, which is stable even when stored at a high temperature for a long period of time.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Liquid detergents used for washing clothes are superior to powder detergents in terms of good solubility and non-smoothness, but liquid detergents achieve both detergency and liquid stability. Is an important technical issue. First, calcium scavengers such as zeolite, which are generally blended for the purpose of improving detergency in powder detergents, are difficult to formulate in a sufficient amount in terms of liquid stability. Alkyl ether sulfates and nonionic surfactants that are excellent in the above are mainly used. For example, as a liquid detergent composition for clothing having good sebum stain cleaning power, polyoxyethylene having an alkyl group or an alkenyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms and an average added mole number of ethylene oxide of 8 to 26 A composition containing an alkyl ether or alkenyl ether type nonionic surfactant is disclosed (see Patent Document 1). In addition, since alkali agents such as sodium carbonate, which are generally blended for the purpose of improving detergency in powder detergents, are difficult to blend in terms of liquid stability, alkanolamines that are excellent in liquid stability are mainly used as alkali agents. It is done.
[0003]
Furthermore, in powder and liquid detergents, an enzyme is generally added for the purpose of improving the detergency. In particular, in order to improve the detergency of sebum soil containing protein, a protease which is a proteolytic enzyme. It is effective to use. However, when a protease is blended in a liquid detergent, there is a problem that it is deactivated over time due to denaturation and self-decomposition by a surfactant or an alkaline agent. Therefore, techniques for improving the stability of protease have been energetically studied, and various stabilizers and stabilization systems have been found (for example, see Patent Documents 2, 3, and 4). Many of them affect the appearance, physical properties, performance, etc. of the composition, and in reality, it is necessary to select an optimal stabilizer and stabilization system for each composition.
[0004]
On the other hand, in the liquid detergent, for the purpose of improving the added value by imparting aesthetics, improving the usability at the time of liquid measurement and refilling, it is an effective means to color the liquid by adding a pigment, In that case, maintaining a stable color tone of the liquid is an important technical issue. For example, the liquid detergent composition which prevents the fading by the sunlight of the color tone colored with the acid dye by adding (alpha) -olefin sulfonate is disclosed (refer patent document 5). However, when alkanolamine is added to improve detergency, discoloration occurs during long-term storage at high temperatures, making it difficult to maintain the initial color tone. Although this cause has not been confirmed accurately, it is considered that the decomposition of the dye by alkali or the yellowing of alkanolamine has occurred. In this regard, for example, a liquid detergent composition containing quinoline yellow as a dye in an alkanolamine compounding system is disclosed (see Patent Document 6), but when this composition is stored at high temperature for a long time, the above phenomenon occurs. The liquid color is noticeably yellowish compared to the initial color tone, and the initial color tone cannot be maintained. In addition, for example, a liquid detergent composition is disclosed in which a color stabilizing compound that generates sulfite ions is added to an alkanolamine compounding system to maintain the color tone of a liquid colored with a dye for a long period of time (Patent Document 7). reference). However, since sulfite ions are easily oxidized, when stored for a long period of time at a high temperature at which the oxidation reaction is accelerated, it is difficult to say that the stabilization of the color tone is sufficiently sustained, and odor may be generated. Also disclosed is a liquid detergent composition having improved color tone stability when stored for a long period of time at high and low temperatures by dispersing a phthalocyanine pigment in a alkanolamine-containing system with a water-soluble organic polymer (Patent Document 8). reference). However, when a pigment is used, the liquid appearance inevitably becomes opaque, which is insufficient in terms of improving added value by imparting beauty.
