Description
本発明は、計測しようとする力と支持力とがかかる2つの力入力要素を備える力センサに関する。この2つの力入力要素は、実質的に回転対称であり、軸方向に間隔を空けて配置されている。計測しようとする力と支持力とは、半径方向にかかる。2つの力入力要素間に軸方向に配置されたスプリング要素が、これらの要素を連結し、その荷重依存変形が電気信号に変換される。
したがって、本発明の目的は、プリアンブルに定義するタイプの力センサであって、純粋に機械的手段によって、すなわち歪みゲージなどの追加の計測要素を用いることなく、また追加の電子解析機器を用いることなく、その横方向感度を低下させた、力センサを提供することである。
本発明によれば、上記目的は、スプリング要素を包囲するガイド要素によって、2つの力入力要素をさらに相互連結することによって達成される。少なくとも2つの連結ロッドからなる平行ガイドとして、ガイド要素は、計測しようとする力の方向に直角な方向よりも、その力の方向において明らかに柔軟である。
以下に概略図を参照して本発明をより詳細に説明する。
力センサ1の側面図を、簡単にするためにスプリング要素を除いて、図1に示してある。スプリング要素2は、図2に側面図でも示してある。装着された状態において、スプリング要素の前部21は、止り穴(blind hole)7の端部領域8と力固定(force-locked)で連結されており、一方でスプリング要素の後部22は、止り穴の領域9に連結されている。
Claims (10)
- 計測しようとする力と支持力(11)とがかかる2つの力入力要素(3、5/6)であって、実質的に回転対称であるとともに、軸方向に間隔を空けて配置されており、前記計測しようとする力と前記支持力とが半径方向にかかる、前記2つの力入力要素と、前記2つの力入力要素の間に軸方向に配置されたスプリング要素(2)であって、該記力入力要素を連結するとともに、その荷重依存変形が電気信号に変換される、前記スプリング要素とを備える力センサであって、
前記2つの力入力要素(3、5/6)が、ガイド要素(12、42)によってさらに接合されて、該ガイド要素が、スプリング要素(2)を包囲するとともに、前記ガイド要素が、少なくとも2つの連結ロッド(14、44)からなる平行ガイドとして、計測しようとする力(11)に直角の方向よりも、その力の方向にはるかに柔軟であり、ガイド要素(12、42)が、実質的に管状に設計され、スプリング要素(2)が、管の内部(7)に軸方向に配置され、かつ、平行ガイドが管壁に設けた少なくとも1つの横方向穴(16、45、46)によって形成されることを特徴とする、前記力センサ。 - 計測しようとする力と支持力(11)とがかかる2つの力入力要素(3、5/6)であって、実質的に回転対称であるとともに、軸方向に間隔を空けて配置されており、前記計測しようとする力と前記支持力とが半径方向にかかる、前記2つの力入力要素と、前記2つの力入力要素の間に軸方向に配置されたスプリング要素(2)であって、該記力入力要素を連結するとともに、その荷重依存変形が電気信号に変換される、前記スプリング要素とを備える力センサであって、
前記2つの力入力要素(3、5/6)が、ガイド要素(12、42)によってさらに接合されて、該ガイド要素が、スプリング要素(2)を包囲するとともに、前記ガイド要素が、少なくとも2つの連結ロッド(14、44)からなる平行ガイドとして、計測しようとする力(11)に直角の方向よりも、その力の方向にはるかに柔軟であり、ガイド要素(12)が、3つの連結ロッド(14)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の力センサ。 - ガイド要素(12、42)が、2つの力入力要素(3、5/6)と共に、一部品として設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の力センサ。
- 力入力要素(3)が、計測しようとする力の方向に対して力センサを正確に位置合わせするための、四辺形(4)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の力センサ。
- 力入力要素(3)が、計測しようとする力の方向に対して力センサを正確に位置合わせするための、方向ピンを有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の力センサ。
- スプリング要素(2)が、2つの力入力要素(3、5/6)の間に溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の力センサ。
- スプリング要素(2)が、2つの力入力要素(3、5/6)の間に収縮嵌めされていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の力センサ。
- スプリング要素(2)が、2つの力入力要素(3、5/6)の間に接着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の力センサ。
- スプリング要素(2)が、平面スプリングとして設計されて、中心横方向穴(24)を有し、歪みゲージ(25)が、前記横方向穴によって形成される肉薄の場所に配設されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の力センサ。
- スリーブ(31)をさらに有し、該スリーブは、力入力要素(5/6)上にねじ込まれることが可能で、ガイド要素(12、42)を包囲することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の力センサ。
