本発明は、上側球貯留部材から溢れた遊技球を受けて貯留する下側球貯留部材を備えた遊技機に関し、特に、閉鎖空間を形成する収容部材を下側球貯留部材に設けて、この収容部材内に遊技球を所定量貯留すると共に、該収容部材内の遊技球を外部に排出するように構成することによって、上側球貯留部材から溢れた遊技球を下側球貯留部材に飛躍的に大量に貯留することができる遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、パチンコ機等の遊技機においては、上皿から溢れた遊技球を受ける下皿の貯留容積の増大化を図った遊技機が種々提案されている。

例えば、特開2001−38019号公報に記載されたパチンコ機用皿装置では、パチンコ機前面側に設けられた球貯蔵室の内部に灰皿が備えられている。これにより、灰皿が必要な場合は灰皿を球貯蔵室の内部に配置することにより球貯蔵室内部に灰皿が形成でき、灰皿が不要な場合は灰皿を球貯蔵室内部より取外すことにより球貯蔵室内部より灰皿がなくなって球貯蔵室の容積を大きくできる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述した特開2001−38019号公報に記載されたパチンコ機用皿装置においては、下皿球貯蔵室の球貯蔵量の増加量は、灰皿の容積分だけであり、球貯蔵量の大幅な増加(例えば、パチンコ球400〜500個分の増加等)はできないという問題がある。また、パチンコ機の前面部から灰皿がなくなるため、喫煙中の遊技者は、煙草の灰や吸い殻を床に捨てざるを得ず、パチンコホール内の床が煙草の吸い殻等ですぐに汚くなってしまい、遊技者の興趣を損なうという問題がある。

そこで、本発明は、上述した問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、閉鎖空間を形成する収容部材を下側球貯留部材に設けて、この収容部材内に遊技球を所定量貯留すると共に、該収容部材内の遊技球を外部に排出するように構成することによって、上側球貯留部材から溢れた遊技球を下側球貯留部材に飛躍的に大量に貯留することができる遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するため請求項1に係る遊技機は、外枠と、前記外枠に遊技者側の前面側にて開閉可能となるように取り付けられて、略中央部に遊技盤が取り付けられる開口部が開設される前枠部材と、前記前枠部材の一側に開閉自在に軸着された前面カバー部材と、前記前面カバー部材の遊技者側の前面に突出して設けられて、払い出される賞球を受ける上側球貯留部材と、前記前枠部材の前面部に取り付けられて前記上側球貯留部材の下側に配置され、該上側球貯留部材から溢れた遊技球を受けて貯留する下側球貯留部材と、前記上側球貯留部材の前面上端縁部から前記下側球貯留部材の下側まで延出される延出部材と、を備え前記下側球貯留部材は、透明な箱体状に形成されて内側に遊技球を所定量収容することが可能な閉鎖空間を形成する収容部材を有し、前記収容部材は、前記溢れた遊技球が流入する遊技球流入口部と、下側端面部に形成されて遊技球を外部に排出する遊技球排出口部と、前記遊技球排出口部を開閉する開閉手段とを有し、前記延出部材は、前記収容部材の底部が視認可能な開口部を有し、前記開閉手段を開いた場合には、前記収容部材内の遊技球が前記遊技球排出口部及び前記開口部を介して外部に排出されることを特徴とする。

このような特徴を有する請求項1に係る遊技機においては、略中央部に遊技盤が取り付けられる開口部が開設される前枠部材は、外枠に遊技者側の前面側にて開閉可能となるように取り付けられている。また、前面カバー部材が前枠部材の一側に開閉自在に軸着されている。また、払い出される賞球を受ける上側球貯留部材が、前面カバー部材の遊技者側の前面に突出して設けられている。また、この上側球貯留部材の下側には、前枠部材の前面部に取り付けられて、この上側球貯留部材から溢れた遊技球を受けて貯留する下側球貯留部材が配置されている。そして、この下側球貯留部材は、上側球貯留部材の前面上端縁部から該下側球貯留部材の下側まで延出される延出部材によって覆われて、延出部材の後側に配設されている。また、この下側球貯留部材は、透明な箱体状に形成されて内側に遊技球を所定量収容することが可能な閉鎖空間を形成する収容部材から構成されると共に、該収容部材には、上側球貯留部材から溢れた遊技球が流入する遊技球流入口部と、下側端面部に形成されて内部の遊技球を外部に排出する遊技球排出口部と、この遊技球排出口部を開閉する開閉手段とが設けられている。また、延出部材には透明な収容部材の底部が視認可能な開口部が形成され、開閉手段を開いた場合には、収容部材内の遊技球が遊技球排出口部及び延出部材の開口部を介して外部に排出される。
これにより、前枠部材の前面部に取り付けられた下側球貯留部材を構成する収容部材の閉鎖空間の容積を従来の下皿の容積より大きくしても、開閉手段を閉じている限り、この収容部材内に上側球貯留部材から溢れた遊技球を所定量まで保持して貯留できるため、下側球貯留部材に貯留可能な遊技球の容量を飛躍的に大きくすることができる。また、下側球貯留部材の貯留容量を飛躍的に大きくすることができるため、遊技者は収容部材の開閉手段を開いて、下側球貯留部材から遊技球を抜く作業回数が大幅に少なくなって遊技に専念することが可能となり、遊技者の興趣の増大化を図ることができる。また、上側球貯留部材の前面上端縁部から下側球貯留部材の下側まで延出される延出部材の開口部を介して、透明な箱体状に形成された収容部材の底部に貯留された遊技球を視認可能に構成されているため、遊技者は、延出部材によって前面側が覆われる収容部材内に貯留される遊技球の有無や貯留量を容易に確認することができ、該収容部材内の遊技球を適宜外側に排出することが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る遊技機をパチンコ機について具体化した第1乃至第6実施形態を図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
最初に第1実施形態に係るパチンコ機について図1乃至図10に基づいて説明する。先ず、第1実施形態に係るパチンコ機の全体概略構成について図1乃至図3に基づき説明する。図1は第1実施形態に係るパチンコ機全体を示した正面図である。図2は第1実施形態に係るパチンコ機全体を示した中央側断面図である。図3は第1実施形態に係るパチンコ機の前面カバー部材を開いた状態を示す正面図である。尚、図1及び図3では遊技領域上のゲート等の構造物を省略して示す。

図1及び図2に示すように、第1実施形態に係るパチンコ機1は、所定量のパチンコ球を賞球として払い出す、いわゆる第1種パチンコ機である。パチンコ機1は、木製の外枠2に対して樹脂製の前枠3が、前枠取付用ヒンジを構成する上ヒンジ4及び下ヒンジ5を介して外枠2に対して開閉自在に取り付けられている。そして、この前枠3のほぼ中央部には、略四角形の窓部7が形成され、この窓部7には、遊技盤8が前面側から取付けられている。

また、この前枠3の前側を被覆する樹脂製の前面カバー部材10は、左側端縁部を上ヒンジ4と、前枠3の前側に突出して形成される前面パネル部3Aの左端上部に取り付けられる軸支持部材11とによって支えられて開閉自在に取り付けられている(図3参照)。この前面カバー部材10は、前面部が正面視略卵形に前面側へ膨出して形成されると共に、閉じられた場合には、この前面カバー部材10の下端周縁部と正面視略逆半月形に上端縁部が凹む前面パネル部3Aとが、連続した面を構成するように形成されている。
また、この前面カバー部材10は、ほぼ中央部に略円形の窓部12が開設されると共に、この窓部12の下端縁部から斜め下前側方向に突出する壁部15と、この壁部15の下端縁部から前側方向に突き出して設けられて、払い出される賞球を受ける所定深さの上側球貯留部材22と、この上側球貯留部材22の前面上端縁部から下側球貯留部材30の下側を覆うように正面視略半球状に延出される延出部材32とから形成されている。

また、前面カバー部材10のほぼ中央部に開設される窓部12には、球面上に外側方向に膨出する透明な前面カバー13が前面側から嵌着されると共に、この前面カバー13の後側にはガラス板14が装着されている。従って、前面カバー13とガラス板14とを通して遊技盤8上に構成される遊技領域が見えるようになっている。また、前面カバー部材10の窓部12の左右の周辺部には、左右方向に直線状に配設された発光LED9が、複数本ずつ上下方向にほぼ平行に配列されている。

また、前面カバー部材10の窓部12の下端縁部から斜め下前側方向に突出する壁部15の略中央部には、横長四角形の開口部16が開設されている。そして、前面カバー部材10を閉じた場合には、この開口部16を介して、斜め上向きに取り付けられて変動図柄等が表示されるLCD表示器17の画面が、斜め上から見えるように構成されている。また、この開口部16の左右には、正面視三角形状に多数の小孔が穿設される一対の網目部18、18が形成されている。この各網目部18、18は、前面カバー部材10が閉じられた場合に、後述の前枠3に配設される一対のスピーカ20、20(図3には、1個のスピーカ20が示されている。)と対向している。
また、透明な樹脂製の下側球貯留部材30は、LCD表示器17の下側において、前枠3の前面部にビス止め等によって取り付けられている。

また、払い出される賞球を受ける上側球貯留部材22の左奥側の壁面部には、パチンコ機1の背面部に設けられて賞球や貸球を払い出す公知の払い出し機構(特開平11−309265号公報等参照)から払い出される賞球等を上側球貯留部材22に案内する賞球払い出し口23が設けられている。また、上側球貯留部材22のパチンコ球が発射装置25(図3参照)へ後述の球抜き装置71(図8及び図9)等を介して送られるように構成されている。この発射装置25は、前面パネル部3Aに立設される操作ハンドル26の回動操作によって発射力が調整されるように構成されている。また、パチンコ機1の左右方向の中心線に対して操作ハンドル26のほぼ対称な位置には、前面パネル部3Aの前面部から遊技者側に突き出して設けられる開閉可能式の灰皿27が取り付けられている。

また、上側球貯留部材22の右側上端面の右外側には球抜きボタン28が配設されており、遊技者が球抜きボタン28を押下することにより、後述のように上側球貯留部材22にあるパチンコ球が、球抜き装置71を介して該上側球貯留部材22の下側に配設される透明な樹脂製の下側球貯留部材30に流れ込むように構成されている(図4等参照)。

また、上側球貯留部材22の前面上端縁部から正面視略半球状に延出される延出部材32の下側球貯留部材30の底面部に対向する部分には、開口部32Aが形成され、この透明な下側球貯留部材30内のパチンコ球が見えるように構成されている。
また、この延出部材32の略中央部には、断面略円形の凹部34が形成されて、この凹部34内に球抜きダイヤルレバー35が回動可能に取り付けられている。この球抜きダイヤルレバー35は、前面カバー部材10を閉じた場合に、下側球貯留部材30の球抜き機構部33に接続され、該球抜きダイヤルレバー35を一方向に操作することにより、下側球貯留部材30を構成する内箱84(図7参照)の下端部に形成される球抜き孔37を覆うスライド板部材38が左右方向に移動して、この球抜き孔37から球抜き孔86(図7参照)及び開口部32Aを介して下方にパチンコ球が落下することとなる。尚、球抜きダイヤルレバー35は、後述のように球抜き機構部33を構成する引張りバネ95(図8参照)により反対回転方向に付勢されている。

また、球抜きダイヤルレバー35の上側には、各スピーカ20、20の音量を調整できる音量調整用操作部材40が配設されている。この場合、音量調整用操作部材40はタッチ型であって、遊技者等が音量調整用操作部材40の左側のボタンを押すことによって音量が小さくなり、該音量調整用操作部材40の右側のボタンを押すことによって音量が大きくなるため、その音量を調整でき、遊技者は各スピーカ20、20を介して遊技に応じた音等を所望の音量で聴くことができる。

また、図2に示すように、パチンコ機1の裏側最上段には、上方に開口した賞球タンク45が前枠3の裏面に固定されている。この賞球タンク45は、傾斜した底面に不図示の連通孔が形成され、その連通孔の下方にはパチンコ球を2列に整列流出し、不図示の賞球や貸球を払い出す払出機構にパチンコ球を送る通路を形成するタンクレール46が取付けられている。また、遊技盤8の裏面を覆うセンターカバ47が前枠3の裏面に取り付けられている。このセンターカバ47の背面部には、不図示のパチンコ機1の賞球の払い出し制御等を制御する制御回路が構成された主基板が収納されるカバー48と、不図示の賞球払い出し機構を制御する制御回路が構成された賞球制御基板が収納されるカバー49等が配設されている。また、センターカバ47の下側には、賞球払い出し口23から溢れた賞球を下側球貯留部材30に案内する案内樋50が、前枠3の背面部に配設されている。また、案内樋50の背面部には、不図示の音楽制御基板が収納されるカバー51が配設されている。また、この案内樋50と下側球貯留部材30とは、前枠3の下側球貯留部材30の裏面に対向する位置に穿設される断面略四角形の貫通孔52を介して連通している。これにより、上側球貯留部材22から溢れたパチンコ球は、案内樋50及び貫通孔52を介して下側球貯留部材30に案内されて貯留される。

次に、前面カバー部材10の開閉機構及び開閉操作について説明する。図3に示すように、前枠3の右側端縁部の縦方向略中央部には、断面略斜め菱形の鍵取付部55が前面側に突き出して設けられている。そして、前面カバー部材10の鍵取付部55に対向する部分には、閉じられた場合に、該鍵取付部55が嵌合される溝部56が形成されている。
また、前枠3の右側端縁部の裏面には、前面カバー部材10を施錠する公知の施錠装置57が設けられている(特開平10−309363号公報参照)。そして、鍵取付部55の略中央部には、この施錠装置57のシリンダ錠58が裏側から挿入される貫通孔55Aが形成されている。また、鍵取付部55の上下には、縦長四角形の一対の貫通孔60、60が穿設され、施錠装置57に回動可能に設けられる各錠爪61、61が前枠3の裏側から挿通されている。この各錠爪61、61は、前面カバー部材10の右側端縁部の裏側面に設けられる不図示の係合部材に係合し、シリンダ錠58に所定のキーを挿入して所定方向(第1実施形態では、反時計方向)に回せば、各錠爪61、61が上方向に回動して前面カバー部材10の開錠作動をするようになっている。一方、施錠装置57の上下端部には、外枠2の内側に設けられる不図示の係合部材に係合する不図示の一対の前面枠錠爪が回動可能に設けられ、シリンダ錠58に所定のキーを挿入して反対方向(第1実施形態では、時計方向)に回せば、各前面枠錠爪が上下方向に回動して前枠3の開錠作動をするようになっている。

また、シリンダ錠58に所定のキーを挿入して所定方向(第1実施形態では、反時計方向)に回して前面カバー部材10を開錠し、該前面カバー部材10を前面側に開いた場合には、前枠3の前面部に取り付けられる下側球貯留部材30、発射装置25、LCD表示器17、各スピーカ20、20、及び遊技盤8の前面部が現れる。
ここで、LCD表示器17及び各スピーカ20、20は、正面視横長四角形の組付部材63の前面部に取り付けられている。また、この組付部材63の左端縁部は、前枠3の前面側に回動可能に軸支されている。そして、この組付部材63の背面部が前枠3の前面に当接されると共に、該組付部材63の右端縁部に形成される凹部64に、前枠3の前面部に回動可能に立設されるL字形固定レバー65の軸部が嵌合され、該L字形固定レバー65を下方向に回動することによって、組付部材63が前枠3の前面部に当接して固定される。
従って、L字形固定レバー65を上方向に回動して、組付部材63を前面側に開くことによって、LCD表示器17及び各スピーカ20、20の点検・調整、遊技盤8の取り付け・取り外し、及び発射レール66の点検・調整などを前枠3の前面側から行うことができる。

図4に示すように、パチンコ機1の球抜き装置71は、延出部材32の内側の上側球貯留部材22の遊技球供給口73(図8及び図9参照)に設けられて球抜きボタン28の押下によって開かれる後述の開閉装置75(図8及び図9参照)と、この遊技球供給口73から落下する遊技球を下側球貯留部材30の上端面部に穿設される球入口部78(図5(A)参照)に案内する後述の案内部材76(図8及び図9参照)とから構成されている。この開閉装置75は、後述のように延出部材32の裏側面に上下方向に回動可能に軸支されている(図8及び図9参照)。また、前面カバー部材10の延出部材32の後側の部分には、該延出部材32の裏側周端縁部から内側方向に延出される壁部材79が設けられている。また、この壁部材79の略中央部には、該前面カバー部材10を閉じた場合に、下側球貯留部材30が裏側から挿入される正面視略台形状の開口部80が開設されている。そして、案内部材76は、開閉装置75の下側の壁部材79にビス止め等によって取り付けられている。これにより、前面カバー部材10を開いた場合には、この球抜き装置71は、前面カバー部材10と一体となって水平移動する(図3参照)。従って、パチンコ機1の球抜き機構は、球抜きボタン28の押下によって、遊技球供給口73から案内部材76を介して下側球貯留部材30に流下し、この下側球貯留部材30内の遊技球は、内箱84の下端部に形成される球抜き孔37から外部に落下するように構成されている。

次に、下側球貯留部材30の概略構成について説明する。図5乃至図7に示すように、下側球貯留部材30は、正面視略台形の箱体状で背面部が開放される背板部材82と、この背板部材82の背面部を塞ぐ蓋部材83と、背板部材82の前面部に取り付けられて遊技球が貯留される透明樹脂製の内箱84と、背板部材82の前面部に取り付けられて内箱84の外側を下端部に所定隙間を形成しつつ覆う透明樹脂製の外箱85と、この外箱85の上端面の中央部に前後方向に配設される球抜き機構部33と、内箱84の下側後端縁部と外箱85の下側後端縁部との隙間に左右方向にスライド可能に配設されるスライド板部材38等とから構成されている。

また、図7及び図8に示すように、内箱84の下側後端縁部の略中央部には、水平略U字状の球抜き孔37が形成されている。また、外箱85のこの球抜き孔37に対向する部分には、同型状の球抜き孔86が形成されている。
また、この球抜き孔37と球抜き孔86との間には、スライド板部材38が、背板部材82の下端部に形成される左右方向に細長い貫通孔88に挿入されて、各球抜き孔37、86を塞ぐように構成されている。このスライド板部材38は、横長の平板状で略中央部に前側方向に延出されて各球抜き孔37、86を覆う略U字形の延出部89が形成されている。また、スライド板部材38の右上側後端縁部には、ボス部材90が後側方向に突き出して設けられて、背板部材82に形成される横長の貫通孔91に前面側から挿入されている。また、背板部材82の後側上方には、球抜き機構部33の回転に従って左右方向に移動可能に配設される梁部材92が配設されている。また、この梁部材92の右側端縁部(図8(A)中、左側端縁部)とスライド板部材38のボス部材90とは、接続部材93によって左右方向に回動可能に接続されている。また、梁部材92は、この接続部材93の上端縁部に一端が取り付けられる引張りバネ95によって右側方向(図8(A)中、左側方向)に付勢されている。即ち、スライド板部材38は、引張りバネ95によって左側方向(図8(A)中、右側方向)に付勢されている。
