Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a digger for digging agricultural products such as onions, potatoes, and potatoes.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of excavator, for example, a configuration described in Utility Model Registration No. 2590486 is known. The configuration described in this publication has an endless rotating body that provides an agricultural product excavation body for excavating agricultural products, and conveys the agricultural products excavated by the agricultural product excavation body on the forward transfer surface while sieving the soil. A conveyor is provided, and the agricultural product is transported from the transporting surface on the forward side of the conveyor onto the fence after the agricultural product is dug.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the configuration described in the above publication, when the agricultural product is carried out from the forward-side conveying surface of the conveyor onto the surface of the reed after digging out the agricultural product, the reed side adjacent to the reed groove or the reed from the surface of the reed Agricultural products are easy to roll down, and when picking up agricultural products on the surface of the fence by picking up the agricultural products with the tractor, it is not possible to pick up the agricultural products that have rolled down from the surface of the fence, and produce the agricultural products with the tractor tires. There is a problem that you may step on.
[0004]
Therefore, it is conceivable to place guide side plates that guide the agricultural products on the ridges on both sides of the ridge width at the rear of the conveyor. In this configuration, the agricultural products carried on the ridges overlap with each other on the guide side plates. When the guide side plate passes, the upper agricultural product easily rolls down from the lower agricultural product to the vertical groove or the vertical side adjacent to this vertical plate, and the upper agricultural product from the upper side to the upper side. When the agricultural product rolls down to the center in the width direction of the ridge, there is a possibility that the upper agricultural product may push the lower agricultural product to the ridge and the lower agricultural product may roll down into the ridge. is there.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and the agricultural product carried out from the forward-side conveying surface of the conveyor onto the ridge after the digging of the agricultural product rolls down to the culvert groove or the ridge side adjacent to the ridge. An excavator that can reliably prevent agricultural products from being collected, and can reliably collect agricultural products on the fence in a state where agricultural products excavated by the agricultural product excavator can be picked up. Is intended to provide.
[0006]

A digging machine for carrying out agricultural products from the conveying surface of the conveyor on the forward side of the conveyor onto the basket after digging up the agricultural products, and located at the rear of the conveyor.,Agricultural product holding parts that hold the agricultural products carried on the ridges on both sides of the ridge width after the excavation of the agricultural products, and above the agricultural product holding parts on both sidesAnd located behind the conveyorEach arranged,An agricultural product guide for guiding the agricultural product falling on the agricultural product held on the basket by the agricultural product holding unit toward the center in the width direction of the basket;A distribution body having a substantially mountain-shaped cross-section that distributes agricultural products to be transported on both sides at the center of the fence after excavation of agricultural products, and the produce holding parts on both sides are raised to the height of the fence by a link mechanism. Each can be moved up and down accordinglyIs.
[0007]
Then, the agricultural products are sequentially excavated by the agricultural product excavation body, and the agricultural products are sequentially carried from the agricultural product excavation body onto the forward transfer surface of the endless rotating body of the conveyor. The soil is sequentially transported toward the unloading section while sieving the soil, and the agricultural products are sequentially transported from the forward-side transport surface onto the fence after the agricultural products are dug.
[0008]
In addition, the agricultural products carried out from the forward-side transport surface to the ridges are sequentially held on the ridges by the agricultural product holding sections arranged on both sides of the ridge width after the digging of the agricultural products, and these agricultural products fall into the ridge grooves To be prevented.
[0009]
In addition, the agricultural product falling on the agricultural product held on the basket by the agricultural product holding unit is guided toward the center in the width direction of the basket at the agricultural product guide unit disposed above the agricultural product holding unit, These agricultural products are dropped onto the straw at the center in the width direction of the straw. Therefore, these agricultural products are prevented from overlapping vertically on both sides of the ridge width.
[0010]
In addition, when the agricultural product falls on the surface of the cocoon in the width direction center side of the ridge from the agricultural product held by the agricultural product holding unit, the agricultural product held on the ridge by this agricultural product is pushed toward the ridge groove side. Even if it is moved, since the pushed agricultural product is held on the basket by the agricultural product holding section, the agricultural product is reliably prevented from dropping into the trough.
[0011]
Therefore, it is possible to reliably collect the agricultural products on the ridge in a state where the agricultural products excavated by the agricultural product excavation body can be surely picked up, and to improve the effect of drying these agricultural products.
[0012]
In addition, even if the height of the cocoon changes, the agricultural product holding unit moves up and down according to the height of the cocoon, and the agricultural product holding unit reliably holds the agricultural product on the cocoon. It is surely prevented from falling into the trough.
[0013]
Claim2The digger described is the claim1In the listed excavator, the agricultural product holding part is formed by a bar-like member having a longitudinal direction in the traveling direction of the excavator and arranged in parallel up and down.
[0014]
And the holding | maintenance part which has a longitudinal direction in the advancing direction of a digging machine is formed in the rod-shaped member arranged in parallel up and down, and the holding | maintenance part of this longitudinal direction of this bar-shaped member advances, and the surface of a cage | basket is in this holding | maintenance part. The cushioning material 49 that cushions the impact is fixed to the inner surface of the protruding piece 63.
[0047]
Next, the operation of the embodiment will be described.
[0048]
The lower pin 13 of the lower arm 13 and the connecting pin 16 of the top arm 15 on both sides of the excavator 1 are connected to the three-point connecting portion of the tractor, respectively, and the mission device of the excavator 1 is connected to the PTO shaft of the tractor via the power transmission shaft. 17 input shafts 19 are connected. Moreover, the digging depth of the agricultural product digging body 3 digging up agricultural products by adjusting the sled bodies 37 of the grounding bodies 7 on both sides of the digging machine 1 up and down is adjusted as necessary.
[0049]
Further, when the excavator 1 is pulled and advanced by the tractor and the input shaft 19 of the transmission device 17 is rotated by the PTO shaft of the tractor via the power transmission shaft, the bevel gear 20, The output shaft 22 is rotated through the output shaft 22, and the rotation of the output shaft 22 rotates the drive shaft 30 of the conveyor 6 through the pulleys 34, 35 and the endless belt 36. The turning body 5 is turned, and the forward-side transport surface 4 of the endless turning body 5 is moved backward with respect to the traveling direction of the excavator 1.
[0050]
Then, as shown in FIG. 5, agricultural products A such as onions and potatoes are sequentially excavated by the excavation blade 25 of the agricultural product excavation body 3, and the endless rotating body 5 of the conveyor 6 is excavated from the excavation blade 25. Agricultural products A are sequentially carried onto the outbound side conveyance surface 4.
[0051]
At this time, the soil is not sent as much as possible from the digging blade 25 onto the forward conveyance surface 4 between the rear end portion of the digging blade 25 and the upper surface of the forward conveyance surface 4 on the digging blade 25 side. Due to the formation of some steps and gaps that make the digging blade 25 side of the forward-side conveyance surface 4 higher, the digging blade 25 digs up the surface of the forward-side conveyance surface 4 on the digging blade 25 side. As the soil is crushed, these soils are dropped into the fence B after digging up agricultural products from the gap between the rear end portion of the digging blade 25 and the upper surface on the digging blade 25 side of the forward conveying side 4. Therefore, the amount of soil sent from the digging blade 25 onto the forward-side transport surface 4 is reduced.
[0052]
Further, when the agricultural products A are sequentially transported on the forward path side transport surface 4, the agricultural products A are sequentially passed through the transport baskets 32 on the forward path side transport surface 4 while sifting the soil from the respective transport baskets 32 to the unloading unit. Agricultural products A are sequentially transported from the forward-side transport surface 4 onto the basket B after the agricultural products A are dug.
[0053]
At this time, the guide body 43 provided on the rear side of the conveyor 6 has a guide side plate 46 arranged on both sides of the width of the flange B and a rear guide plate 47 between the rear ends of the guide side plate 46. Since the opening is formed in a substantially U shape in plan view, the agricultural product A unloaded from the forward-side transport surface 4 is surely dug out by the guide side plate 46 and the rear side guide plate 47 on both sides of the ridge width. It is sequentially carried out on the rear basket B.
[0054]
Further, even if the agricultural product A carried out from the forward-side conveyance surface 4 comes into contact with the guide side plate 46 and / or the rear side guide plate 47 arranged on both sides of the width of the ridge B, the guide side plate 46 and the rear side guide It is possible to reliably prevent the produce A from being damaged by the cushioning material 49 fixed to the inside of the plate 47.
[0055]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, both vibrations of the distributing body 48 supported by the distributing body support mechanism 50 and arranged in a state of being fitted to the lower surface of the intermediate portion of the rear guide plate 47 of the guide body 43 are arranged. Agricultural products A carried out on the surface of the basket B after excavation of the agricultural products A are distributed to both sides by the dividing plate 54, and the central part of the basket after passing through the distribution body 48 is a tractor in which the agricultural products A are not present. It becomes the traveling part of the traveling tire of the working machine for picking up the agricultural product A and the walking part of the worker.
[0056]
Further, the agricultural product A carried out from the forward-side transport surface 4 onto the ridge B by the rod-like members 55 of the agricultural product holding section 8 disposed on both sides of the width of the ridge B after the digging of the agricultural product A is removed. It is held on B and prevents these agricultural products A from falling into the trough C.
[0057]
In addition, the produce A falling on the produce A held on the basket B by the rod-like members 55 of the produce holding units 8 on both sides is disposed above the rod-like members 55 of the produce holding units 8 on both sides. The guide protrusions 63 of the agricultural product guides 9 on both sides are guided toward the center in the width direction of the basket B, and these agricultural products A are dropped onto the center of the basket B in the width direction. Therefore, these agricultural products A are prevented from overlapping vertically on both sides of the ridge B width.
[0058]
Further, when the agricultural product A is guided to the center side in the width direction of the ridge B by the guide protrusions 63 of the agricultural product guides 9 on both sides, the agricultural product A is damaged by the cushioning material 49 fixed inside the guide protrusions 63. That is surely prevented.
[0059]
Further, when the produce A falls from the produce A held by the rod-like members 55 of the produce holding parts 8 on both sides onto the basket B at the center in the width direction of the kite B, the produce A is held on the kite B. Even if the produced product A is pushed to the ridge groove C side, the pushed produce A is held on the ridge B by the rod-like members 55 of the produce holding parts 8 on both sides. This produce A is surely prevented from dropping into the trough C.
[0060]
Therefore, these agricultural products A are prevented from overlapping vertically on both sides of the ridge B, and the cultivated product A excavated by the digging blade 25 of the agricultural product digging body 3 can be reliably picked up. Agricultural products A can be reliably collected on the top, and the effect of drying these agricultural products A can be improved.
[0061]
In addition, when the agricultural product A is held on the basket B by the agricultural product holding unit 8 on both sides of the width of the basket B, the agricultural product holding unit 8 on both sides can be moved up and down according to the height of the basket B by the link mechanism 44. By being provided, even if the height of the basket B changes, the agricultural product holding unit 8 moves up and down according to the height of the basket B, and the agricultural product holding unit 8 moves onto the basket B. The agricultural product A is securely held, and the agricultural product A is reliably prevented from falling into the trough C.
[0062]
And the agricultural product holding | maintenance part 8 has the longitudinal direction in the advancing direction of the excavator 1, and was formed in the bar-shaped member 55 arranged in parallel up and down, so that the excavator 1 in the bar-shaped member 55 arranged in parallel up and down. A holding portion having a longitudinal direction in the traveling direction is formed, and while the holding portion in the longitudinal direction of the rod-like member 55 advances, the produce A is securely held on the ridge B by the holding portion, and the produce A is It is further reliably prevented from falling into the groove C.
[0063]
Further, when the agricultural product A is held by the bar-shaped members 55 arranged in the vertical direction, the contact of the holding portion that contacts the agricultural product A is small, and damage to the skin of the agricultural product A and the like is prevented.
[0064]
In addition, the agricultural product guides 9 on both sides are positioned above the upper surface of the lower agricultural product A in a state where the agricultural product guides 9 are vertically overlapped with the upper side of the basket B, and protruded toward the center in the width direction of the basket B. By forming with the inclined guide protrusion 63, the agricultural product A transported upward from the lower agricultural product A in the state of being overlapped vertically is directed toward the center in the width direction of the ridge B with the guide protrusion 63. The upper produce A is smoothly and reliably dropped onto the ridge B on the center side in the width direction of the ridge B.
[0065]
Further, since the guide protrusion 63 is formed above the upper surface of the lower agricultural product A, the upper agricultural product A is directed toward the center in the width direction of the ridge B by the guide protrusion 63. When guiding, it is prevented that the lower agricultural product A is moved toward the center in the width direction of the basket B.
[0066]
Therefore, it is possible to reliably collect the agricultural products A on the ridge B so that the agricultural products A excavated by the agricultural product excavation body 3 can be surely picked up, and these agricultural products A are vertically moved on both sides of the width of the ridge B. Therefore, it is possible to improve the effect of drying these agricultural products A.
[0067]
In addition, when the tractor picks up the agricultural product A and picks up the dried agricultural product A on the hoe B, there is no agricultural product A rolling down from the hoe B in the grooving C where the tire of the tractor travels. Therefore, the agricultural product A on the fence B can be surely picked up by the picking machine for the agricultural product A without stepping on the agricultural product A with the tire of the tractor..
[0068]
Next, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the produce holding unit 8 is provided on the fixed frame 58 fixed to the column 40 of the sled body 37 by the link mechanism 44 so as to be movable up and down according to the height of the ridge B has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the produce holding unit 8 may be provided on the guide side plates 46 on both sides of the guide body 43 by the link mechanism 44 so as to be movable up and down according to the height of the ridge B.
[0069]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to reliably prevent the agricultural products carried out on the surface of the ridge after the agricultural product has been dug from the forward-side conveyance surface of the conveyor from rolling down to the ridge groove or the ridge side adjacent to the ridge. Agricultural products can be reliably collected on the surface of the fence in a state where the agricultural products excavated by the agricultural product excavation body can be surely picked up, and the land drying effect of the agricultural products can be improved. In addition, even if the height of the ridge changes, the agricultural product holding part moves up and down reliably according to the height of the ridge, and the agricultural product on the ridge falls into the ridge groove by this agricultural product holding. It can be reliably prevented.
[0070]
Claim2According to the invention of claim1In addition to the effects of the invention, a holding part having a longitudinal direction in the advancing direction of the digging machine can be formed by the bar-like members arranged side by side vertically, and the agricultural product is placed on the fence by the holding part in the longitudinal direction of the bar-like member. It can hold reliably, and it can prevent more reliably that agricultural products fall into a trough. In addition, the structure that prevents agricultural products from falling into the trough is simple..
