Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention comprises passage detection means for detecting individual passages of game media, and count means for counting the number of game media by summing up signals from the passage detection means each time a game media is supplied. The present invention relates to a game medium counting device that counts the number and outputs the result. Here, the game medium mainly refers to a pachinko ball.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a prize ball counter for counting pachinko balls acquired by a player has been installed on a gaming machine island formed by arranging a plurality of pachinko machines. The prize ball counting machine is normally arranged at both ends of the gaming machine island or at the center of the island, and returns the counted pachinko balls to the gaming machine island.
[0003]
In general, a premium ball counter has a ball receiving portion for receiving a pachinko ball. When a player inserts a ball into this ball receiving portion, the ball passes through a plurality of ball lanes inside the aircraft, and each ball passes through each ball lane. Each ball lane is detected by an optical sensor or a magnetic sensor, and a signal output from the sensor is counted by a control board (computer). The counting result is displayed on the liquid crystal screen, recorded on a receipt, and paid out to the player.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional premium ball counter as described above, the count value may fluctuate if a malicious person illegally transmits radio waves to the sensor or control board that detects the passage of the ball. As described above, it is difficult to effectively prevent fraud using radio waves.
[0005]
In addition, it is conceivable that illegal acts such as inserting a foreign object such as a wire from the outside into each ball lane inside the device and operating the sensor regardless of whether the pachinko ball has passed or not, but such illegal acts are also reliably prevented. It was difficult to do.
[0006]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the problems of the prior art as described above, and not only the count of sensor signals based on the passage of the game medium but also the number calculated based on the weight measurement of the game medium. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a game medium counting device capable of discriminating accurate counting results and reliably eliminating fraudulent acts.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The gist of the present invention for achieving the above-described object resides in the following section .
[1] Passage detection means (26) for detecting individual passages of game media, and counting means (43) for counting the number of game media by counting signals from the passage detection means (26), In the game medium counting device (10) that counts the number of game media each time it is supplied and outputs the result,
A tank portion (50) for temporarily storing the game media counted by the counting means (43) is formed inside the game media counting device (10).
Weight measuring means ( 15, 44, 15A) comprising a weighing sensor (15) provided in the tank portion (50) and measuring the total weight of the game media for each time counted by the counting means (43). ,
By dividing the measurement result by the weight measuring means (15, 44, 15A) by the unit weight per game medium, the number of game media to be counted each time by the counting means (43) is once. A quantity calculating means (45) for collectively calculating,
Comparison operation means (46) for comparing the number of game media counted by the counting means (43) with the number of game media calculated by the quantity calculation means (45);
Fraud detection means (47) for stopping the output of the count result of the game medium when the comparison result by the comparison calculation means (46) exceeds a predetermined allowable range ;
When the number of game media counted by the counting means (43) is less than a predetermined number, the count counted by the counting means (43) without operating the weight measuring means (15, 44, 15A). A game medium counting device (10) characterized in that the result is output as it is.
[0014]
Next, the operation based on the above solution will be described.
According to the game medium counting device (10) described in [1], each passage of the supplied game medium is detected by the passage detection means (26) as in the prior art, and from the passage detection means (26). Are counted by the counting means (43) to count the number of game media.
[0015]
However, apart from the counting by the counting means (43), the counting is performed based on the weight of the game medium. That is, the total weight of the game media is counted by the weight measuring means (15, 44, 15A) for each time counted by the counting means (43).
[0016]
Further, the quantity calculation means (45) divides the measurement result by the weight measurement means (15, 44, 15A) by the unit weight per game medium, and the count means (43) sums up each time. The number of game media is calculated all at once.
[0017]
The number of game media counted by the counting means (43) and the number of game media calculated separately by the quantity calculation means (45) are compared and determined by the comparison calculation means (46). Thus, it is possible to determine an accurate counting result.
[0018]
If the comparison operation means comparison result by (46) exceeds a predetermined allowable range, Sunawa Chi, counting result by the counting means (43), or when such as greater than count results in accordance with the quantity calculating means (45) There is a high possibility that an illegal act has been performed on the passage detection means (26) and the counting means (43).
[0022]
In the game medium counting device (10) according to [1], the game media that have passed through the passage detection means (26) are temporarily stored in a tank section (50) inside the device.
At this time, the total weight of the game media is measured by the weighing sensor (15A) in the tank section (50). In such a case, only the weight of the game medium can be measured from the beginning, and there is no need to correct it later.
Further, it is possible to quickly perform a process of taking game media into the apparatus. Furthermore, it is possible to more reliably prevent an illegal act such as placing a foreign substance on the weight measuring means (15A), which is usually difficult.
[0023]
Further, in the game medium counting device (10) according to [1] , when the number of game media counted by the counting means (43) is less than a predetermined number, the weight measuring means (15, 44, 15A) is activated. Instead, the counting results counted by the counting means (43) are output as they are.
[0024]
As a result, when the number of game media to be counted is small, that is, when the possibility of fraud is low and an error is likely to occur in counting based on the weight measurement, it is possible to cope with it without problems.
[0025]
In the gaming medium counting device (10) according to [7], when the fraud detection means (47) stops outputting the counting result of the gaming medium, the error notifying means (31) notifies that fact. The amusement shop can deal with it quickly.
[0026]

The opening cam body 16 is a member that engages with the shutter lid 6 of the storage box 3 and pushes the shutter lid 6 open. Here, when the opening cam body 16 protrudes, when the storage box 3 is placed on the placement surface 12, the weight is first measured by the weighing sensor 15, and then the opening cam body 16 becomes immersive.
[0031]
That is, the shutter cover 6 is set to open after the weight is measured. More specifically, the storage box 3 is provided with an indentation 4 having an arc cross section inward from the corner of the side wall 3 a of the storage box 3, and a pachinko ball discharge opening 5 is formed on the circumferential wall of the indentation 4. The shutter lid 6 is slidable along the circumference of the circumferential wall so as to be opened and closed.
[0032]
A cover body 20 is provided below the ball receiving portion 11. The pachinko balls in the cover body 20 are returned to the inside of the gaming machine island 1. A surplus ball return unit 18 is provided at the lower end of the cover body 20. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the upper part of the cover body 20 has a first damper plate 21, a second damper plate 22 that reduces the momentum of the pachinko balls falling from the insertion port 13 of the ball receiving portion 11, and The short 3rd damper board 23 is provided up and down.
[0033]
A large number of lateral lanes 24, 24... Are arranged at the front end edge of the third damper plate 23. Each ball lane 24 is partitioned one by one by a ball distribution guide 25, and each ball lane 24 is a member through which pachinko balls are arranged in a line.
[0034]
A passage detection means 26 is provided at the downstream end of each ball lane 24. The passage detection means 26 is an optical sensor composed of a light receiving element and a light emitting element which are separated from each other in the vertical direction, and can reliably count the pachinko spheres passing through each sphere lane 24 one by one. The signal output from the passage detection means 26 is processed by the control device 41 shown in FIG.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 2, the display panel 30 includes a character display unit 31, a three-stage LED display unit 32, a receipt take-out port 33, a surplus ball settlement button 34, and a total settlement button 35. The character display unit 31 is also an error display unit that displays characters such as “counting stop” as necessary. The LED display unit 32 is divided into a total ball number display unit 32a indicating a counting result, a prize number display unit 32b indicating the number of balls exchanged for a prize, and a remaining ball display unit 32c obtained by subtracting the latter from the former. .
[0036]
A front panel 40 that can be opened and closed is provided below the display panel 30, and a control device 41 is provided inside the front panel 40. The control device 41 is specifically composed of a microcomputer, and as shown in FIG. 1, the control means 42, the counting means 43, the weight correcting means 44, the quantity calculating means 45, the comparison calculating means 46, the fraud detecting means 47, A memory 48 is provided.
[0037]
The counting means 43 counts the number of pachinko balls by adding up the signals from the passage detection means 26. The weight correction means 44 subtracts the weight of the storage box 3 from the measurement result obtained by the weighing sensor 15. The weight correcting means 44 and the weighing sensor 15 constitute a weight measuring means.
[0038]
The quantity calculating means 45 divides the total weight of the pachinko spheres calculated by the weight correcting means 44 by the unit weight per pachinko sphere, so that the pachinko balls for each time counted by the counting means 43 are counted. Are calculated together at once. The comparison calculation means 46 compares the number counted by the counting means 43 with the number calculated by the quantity calculation means 45.
[0039]
The fraud detector 47 prevents the pachinko ball count result from being output to the LED display 32 or the printer 36 when the comparison result by the comparison calculator 46 exceeds a predetermined allowable range. Here, the “predetermined allowable range” may be set as appropriate, for example, around 10% of the number calculated by the quantity calculating means 45.
[0040]
The memory 48 is composed of RAM and ROM, the weight per pachinko ball, the weight of the storage box 3, the division formula used in the quantity calculating means 45, the total value of the counting means 43, the measured value of the weighing sensor 15, the quantity The counting result calculated by the calculating means 45 is stored.
[0041]
As shown in FIG. 1, the counting means 43, weight correction means 44, quantity calculation means 45, comparison calculation means 46, fraud detection means 47, and memory 48 are all connected to the control means 42, and the control means It operates based on the command from 42.
[0042]
The control means 42 centrally manages the various means. For example, when the number counted by the counting means 43 is less than a predetermined number (for example, 400), the weighing sensor 15 is not operated. Various functions are provided such as outputting the counting results totaled by the counting means 43 as they are or displaying characters on the character display unit 31 when the fraud detection means 47 stops outputting the counting results. ing.
[0043]
In addition to the LED display section 32 and the LED display section 32 as external devices, a printer 36 and an operation section 49 are connected to the control means 42. The operation unit 49 performs an input operation for storing various fixed data such as a weight per pachinko ball, a weight of the storage box 3, and a division formula used in the quantity calculation means 45 in the memory 48. Consists of a keyboard and the like.
[0044]
The printer 36 prints the pachinko ball count result determined by the control means 42 by the total number of balls, the number of prizes, the number of extra balls, and the name and date of the game shop on a roll-like receipt by thermal transfer or the like. It is. The printer 36 is disposed on the back side of the display panel 30 shown in FIG. 2, and the issued ticket is paid out to the player from the receipt outlet 33.
[0045]
Next, the operation will be described.
If the game medium counting device 10 is waiting for the insertion of a pachinko ball, a character “waiting for insertion” is displayed on the character display portion 31 of the display panel 30. At this time, when the storage box 3 is placed on the ball receiving portion 11, counting based on the weight of the pachinko ball is started (FIG. 7, S1). That is, first, the total weight of the pachinko balls together with the storage box 3 is measured by the weighing sensor 15.
[0046]
The measurement result by the weighing sensor 15 is output to the control device 41, and the weight correction unit 44 subtracts the weight of the storage box 3 from the measurement result by the weighing sensor 15. For example, if the measurement result by the weighing sensor 15 is 21300 g and the weight of the storage box 3 stored in the memory 48 is 783 g, it is calculated as 21300-783 = 20517, and the weight of only the pachinko sphere is 20517 g. It is discriminated (FIG. 7, S2).
[0047]
Next, the total weight of the pachinko spheres is divided by the unit weight per pachinko sphere by the quantity calculating means 45, whereby all the pachinko balls in the storage box 3 placed on the ball receiving portion 11 are divided. The number of spheres is calculated at once. Specifically, in the above example, the total weight of the pachinko sphere is 20517 g, and the unit weight per sphere stored in the memory 48 is 5.5 g, so 20517 ÷ 5.5 = 3730 is calculated. In terms of weight, the number of balls is calculated to be 3730 (FIG. 7, S3).
[0048]
When the counting result based on the weight is determined, the value is temporarily stored in the memory 48 (S4 in FIG. 7). Thereafter, when the lid opening cam body 16 at the rear end of the ball receiving portion 11 becomes displaceable and is pushed in a state where the shutter lid 6 of the storage box 3 is in contact with this, as shown by an imaginary line in FIG. Then, the shutter lid 6 is pushed open. Then, the sphere in the storage box 3 is discharged from the discharge opening 5 and is introduced into the machine body through the inlet 13. Therefore, since the sphere can be moved without turning the storage box 3 over, the handling is easy, and there is no possibility that the sphere will scatter.
[0049]
The pachinko balls flow down from the first damper plate 21 through the second damper plate 22 to the third damper plate 23 and are distributed by the ball distribution guide 25 within the fuselage. They are aligned and then counted again by the passage detecting means 26 and the counting means 43 (S5 in FIG. 7).
[0050]
That is, the passage of the spheres that have flowed down to the end of the sphere lane 24 is detected one by one by the passage detection means 26 in each sphere lane 24. The signals detected here are output to the control device 41 and counted by being counted by the counting means 43 (FIG. 7, S6). This counting result is also stored in the memory 48 (FIG. 7, S7).
[0051]
Next, the comparison calculation means 46 makes a comparison and judgment between the counting results counted by the counting means 43 and the counting results calculated by the quantity calculating means 45 separately. Here, first, a difference (A) between the counting results is obtained, and then an allowable range of counting errors (lower limit Ba, upper limit Bb) stored in advance in the memory 48 is called and compared with the difference (A). (FIG. 7, S8).
[0052]
If the difference (A) does not satisfy the condition Ba <A <Bb (N in FIG. 7, S7), there is a possibility that fraudulent acts such as radio waves with respect to the passage detection means 26 and the counting means 43 have been performed. high. Therefore, in such a case, the fraud detection means 47 stops outputting the counting result. That is, a message to that effect is displayed on the character display section 31 as “count stop” or the like, and a receipt is not issued (FIG. 7, S9). At this time, a warning sound may be generated.
[0053]
On the other hand, if the difference (A) satisfies the condition Ba <A <Bb (FIG. 7, Y in S8), it is determined as a valid counting result, and the data is first sent to the management terminal (host computer) in the amusement store. It is transmitted (FIG. 7, S10). The counting result of the pachinko balls is displayed on the LED display section 32, and a receipt printed by the printer 36 is issued from the receipt outlet 33 (FIG. 7, S11, 12).
[0054]
As described above, it is possible to discriminate an accurate count result by comparing not only the conventional sensor signal count based on the passage of the sphere but also the count result based on the weight measurement of the sphere. In addition, when there is a high possibility that there has been a fraudulent act, the player cannot obtain the counting result, so the conventional fraudulent act can be surely eliminated.
[0055]
However, when the number counted by the counting means 43 is less than a predetermined number (for example, 400), the control means 42 does not operate the weighing sensor 15 and displays the counting results counted by the counting means 43. Output as is. Thereby, when the number of pachinko balls to be counted is small, that is, when the possibility of fraud is low and an error is likely to occur in counting based on the weight measurement, it can be dealt with without problems. The counted pachinko balls are returned from the cover body 20 to the inside of the gaming machine island 1.
[0056]
8 to 10 show a second embodiment of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the tank portion 50 is integrally formed below the cover body 20. The tank unit 50 temporarily stores pachinko balls counted by the passage detection unit 26. At the bottom of the tank unit 50, a weighing sensor 15A as a weight measuring unit is disposed. The weighing sensor 15 </ b> A is inclined toward the back inner side of the gaming machine island 1.
[0057]
According to the present embodiment, the pachinko balls detected by the passage detecting means 26 and counted by the counting means 43 are temporarily stored in the tank unit 50 (FIG. 10, S1, 2, 3, 4). At this time, the total weight of the pachinko balls is measured by the weighing sensor 15A in the tank unit 50 (FIG. 10, S5, 6, 7). In such a case, only the weight of the pachinko sphere can be measured from the beginning, and there is no need to correct it later. Therefore, the weight correcting means 44 in the first embodiment is not necessary.
[0058]
Moreover, the process which takes in a pachinko ball inside an apparatus can be performed rapidly. Furthermore, since the weighing sensor 15A is inside the apparatus, it is possible to reliably prevent an illegal act such as placing a foreign object on the weighing sensor 15A. Further, for example, it may be measured by dividing 5000 pieces or the like.
[0059]
Further, when the number counted by the counting means 43 is larger than the number calculated by the quantity calculating means 45 based on the measurement result of the weighing sensor 15A, an illegal act against the passage detecting means 26 and the counting means 43 is performed. It is highly possible that this has been done (FIG. 10, S8). In such a case, the fraud detection means 47 stops outputting the counting result (S9 in FIG. 10). In addition, the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted about the content of the same kind as 1st Embodiment.
[0060]
The shape and configuration of the game medium counting device according to the present invention are not limited to those specifically illustrated as the above-described embodiments. For example, when the pachinko ball passes through the supply path instead of the ball lane, for example, when the pachinko ball passes through the passage detection means, the ball comes into contact with the claw of the sprocket projecting in the supply path, and the sprocket is rotated by one claw. A signal may be output by detecting the rotation of the sprocket. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the present invention can also be applied to a game media polishing apparatus that uses medals and coins such as slot machines as game media.
[0061]
【The invention's effect】
According to the game medium counting device of the present invention, accurate counting is achieved by comparing the number of game media counted by the counting means based on the passage of the game media and the count result based on the weight measurement of the game media by the weight measuring means. result it is possible to determine, when there is a high possibility that an illegal act, because the counting result is not output, on which can reliably eliminate fraud using radio waves or the like is conventional, counting means When the number of game media counted in is less than the predetermined number, the counting result counted by the counting means is output as it is without operating the weight measuring means, so there is little possibility of fraud. In addition, when an error is likely to occur in the counting based on the weight measurement of the game medium by the weight measuring means, it can be dealt with without a problem .
