Description

【0001】

The mounting method as described above is very troublesome because it is necessary to make a mounting hole in the wiring / pipe support material each time the wiring / pipe support material is combined or the mounting member is attached.
[0005]
As an improvement of these points, for example, Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 2-88414 discloses an invention of a cover member mounting structure. As shown in FIG. 20, the cable cover member for securing the cover P by locking the channel material 2 laid on the upper surface of the cover P covering the opening of the cable rack Q to the lower end of the cable rack Q. In the fastening device, the channel member 2 is formed to be substantially the same as the width of the cover P, and a bent piece 1B that can be inserted into the end of the channel member 2 and an engaging piece that is locked to the lower end of the cable rack Q. 1A and a device that can fix the cable rack cover member by screwing the bent piece 1B inserted into the end of the channel member 2 to the channel member 2 ,is suggesting.
[0006]
This locks the channel member 2 to the bent piece 1B at the upper end of the locking member 1 inserted into the end of the channel member 2, while the lower end of the cable rack Q is engaged with the engaging piece 1A at the lower end of the locking member 1. It is locked to. And the position of the end surface of the channel material 2 formed substantially the same length as the width of the cover P and the position of the side surface of the locking metal fitting 1 inserted into this end portion are made substantially the same. is there.
[0007]
Such a conventional fastening device has a certain effect when a member having only a certain shape is attached. However, when attaching variously shaped members, such as boxes and wiring / piping materials, etc., prepare fixing brackets, etc., each with its own configuration, and fix them in different ways. Therefore, it is not versatile and the work is complicated and troublesome.
[0008]

[0029]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Example 1
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view of a wiring / piping support 100 according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged view. FIG. 3 shows a front sectional view of the accommodation path. For convenience of explanation, in this specification, the direction A in FIG. 1 is referred to as “longitudinal direction”, the direction B in FIG. 3 is referred to as “vertical direction”, and the direction C is referred to as “lateral direction”. "
[0030]
The wiring / piping support material 100 includes a laying portion 11 where the wiring or piping material 30 is laid, and a side wall 10 formed standing on both sides thereof. On the outer surface of the side wall 10, an accommodation path 50 for accommodating the fixed member 60 is formed continuously in the longitudinal direction of the side wall 10. An opening 51 is formed in the accommodating path 50 so that the fixed member 60 can be accommodated from the outside. The width D of the opening 51 is shorter than the vertical width E (FIG. 4) when the fixed member 60 is accommodated. Accordingly, the fixed member 60 cannot be accommodated or removed as it is while maintaining the level. Moreover, the opening 51 is also formed continuously along the longitudinal direction so that the fixed member 60 can be accommodated from an arbitrary position in the longitudinal direction.
[0031]
Above the opening 51, a rib 52 is provided so as to cover the accommodation path 50, and a space 55 is formed above the accommodation path 50. On the other hand, a fixed member locking portion 54 for preventing the fixed member 60 from moving in the lateral direction is formed below the accommodation path 50. In addition, although the to-be-fixed member latching | locking part 54 is formed in the concave shape in Example 1, even if the to-be-fixed member latching | locking part 54 is formed in convex shape and the to-be-fixed member 60 is formed in concave shape, it is. Good. Further, a fixing member locking portion 53 for locking the tip 71 of the fixing member 70 is formed on the inner surface on the opposite side of the opening 51 in order to prevent the attachment devices 60 and 70 from moving in the vertical direction. Yes.
[0032]
In the first embodiment, the fixed member 60 is formed with two fixed fixing holes 64 penetrating therethrough, and screw holes are formed in the fixing holes 64 like a nut body. On the other hand, the fixing member 70 uses a bolt body 70 a that is threaded so as to be screwed into the fixing hole 64 of the fixed member 60.
[0033]
In order to ensure the insertion of the fixed member 60 into the accommodation path 50, the portion (the upper portion in the first embodiment) that is first inserted into the accommodation path 50 as shown in FIG. It is formed thin (R portion). Of course, if it can be accommodated in the fixed member 60 as it is, it is not always necessary to form it thinly. In addition, the opposite side of the thinly formed portion R engages with the above-described fixed member locking portion 54 when inserted into the receiving path 50 to prevent lateral movement, so that the movable prevention locking portion 61 is protrudingly formed. In addition, although the to-be-fixed member 60 uses the nut body 60a which has a special shape in Example 1, it can select suitably according to a use application. Any conventional nut may be used as long as it has a shape that can be accommodated in the accommodation path 50 and that does not drop out of the accommodation path 50 and is coupled to the fixing member 70. is not.
[0034]
The wiring or piping support material 100 formed in this way is connected to another adjacent wiring or piping support material 100a as described below.
[0035]
First, a method for attaching the fixed member 60 to the accommodation path 50 will be described with reference to FIGS. Since the width D of the opening 51 is shorter than the vertical width E of the fixed member 60 as is apparent from FIG. 7 showing the figure after insertion, the width 51 of the opening 51 is directly maintained while maintaining its horizontal state. Can't insert. Therefore, a portion (R portion) formed slightly thinner than the other portion of the fixed member 60 described above is inserted into the space 55 formed above the accommodation path 50 (FIG. 5). In this way, the lower end portion of the fixed member 60 can be positioned above the lower end of the opening 51. Then, from this state, the fixed member 60 is inserted while being rotated about the portion 56 in contact with the rib 52 (FIGS. 5 and 6). Thereafter, when the fixed member 60 is released, the fixed member 60 is dropped and the movable prevention locking portion 61 is engaged with the fixed member locking portion 54, and the insertion of the fixed member 60 is completed (FIG. 7). By this engagement, the downward movement of the fixed member 60 is suppressed in the lateral direction. By the above method, it becomes possible to attach the to-be-fixed member 60 in the arbitrary positions of the accommodating path 50, and the number can also be attached arbitrarily.
[0036]
And since the to-be-fixed member 60 attached in this way has prevented the movement to the side direction, the fixing hole 64 also does not rattle. Therefore, the fixing member 70 can be easily screwed into the fixing hole 64 (FIG. 8 screw grooves are omitted). If screwed in this way, the upper part of the fixed member 60 is pressed and fixed to the fixed member locking part 54 in the direction of the arrow in FIG. In this way, the lateral movement of the fixed member 60 is suppressed.
[0037]
On the other hand, the distal end 71 of the fixing member is inevitably inserted and locked into the fixing member locking portion 53 by screwing. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the fixing member 70 and the fixed member 60 fixed thereto from moving up and down. As described above, the fixed member locking portion 54 can suppress the movement of the fixed member 60 in the lateral direction, and the fixing member locking portion 53 can also suppress the vertical movement. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the entire rattling, and it is possible to reliably fix the fixing member 70 and the fixed member to the wiring / piping support material 100.
[0038]
If adjacent wiring / pipe support materials 100 are connected and fixed using such a fixing method, they can be connected to each other as shown in FIG. The shape of the wiring / piping support material 100 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a cylindrical one, a pipe, a duct (FIG. 10), or the like as shown in FIG.
[0039]
Next, Example 2 will be described. This shows a case where the disposing member 40 formed separately is attached. FIG. 11 is an overall perspective view of the second embodiment and shows a state in which a handrail is fixed as an arrangement member.
[0040]
The wiring / pipe support material 100 according to the second embodiment is formed with a separate standing portion 12 in which the laying portion 11 and the accommodation path 50 are formed. Here, the accommodation path 50 for accommodating the fixed member 60 on the outer surface of the standing portion 12 is formed continuously in the longitudinal direction, and the storage path 50, the fixed member 70, and the fixing member 60 The shape is the same as in the first embodiment. However, the fixed member 70 having one fixing hole 64 is used. Further, the method of attaching the fixed member 70 to the accommodation path 50 is the same as in the first embodiment.
[0041]
The wiring or piping support member 100 formed in this way is different from the first embodiment in that another arrangement member 40, for example, an attachment member, a cover member, a handrail or the like is attached. In the mounting method, the fixing member 70 is screwed into the fixing hole 64 of the accommodated fixed member 60 through the hole of the disposing member 40, and the disposing member 40 is sandwiched between the fixing member 70 and the fixed member 60. (Fig. 13). At this time, as in the first embodiment, the lateral and vertical movements are performed by locking the fixed member locking portion 53 with the distal end portion 71 of the fixing member and the movable preventing locking portion 61 and the fixed member locking portion. It is suppressed by the locking with 54. In this way, the fixing of the arrangement member 40 to the wiring / piping support material 100 is completed (FIGS. 13 and 14).
[0042]
By using such an attachment method, the disposing member 40 can be attached to any position of the standing member 12. Further, since the fixed member 60 itself is also securely fixed in the accommodation path 50, the disposing member 40 fixed thereto is also securely fixed. Furthermore, according to the fixing method of the present invention, as long as the mounting member 40 has a hole, the mounting member 40 of any shape can be fixed, and the versatility is excellent.
[0043]
For example, as shown in FIG. 15, a cover member 41 for protecting the wiring / piping material 30 from rain, dust, external impact, etc. may be attached, or as shown in FIG. A wiring / piping material fixing member (arrangement member) 42 for fixing the wiring or piping material 30 to be pulled out or drawn in from the middle of the piping support material 100 and a suspension bolt for hanging the supporting material A hanging bracket 43 or the like may be attached. Furthermore, you may attach various members according to use uses, such as a lighting fixture, various wiring fixtures, and the member used for those attachment.
[0044]
Next, Example 3 will be described. This is a structure in which through-holes 56 are provided at predetermined intervals in a fixing member locking portion 53 formed in the accommodation path 50 (FIG. 17). Similarly to the first embodiment, after the fixed member 60 is inserted and attached to the accommodation path 50, the fixing member 70 can be inserted and fixed from the through hole 56 side (the side opposite to the opening 51).
[0045]
According to this method, the work can be performed in a state where the fixing member 70 protrudes outward from the opening 51 from the standing part 12 in advance, so that the holes of the arrangement member 40 can be easily aligned and the work can be easily performed. it can. Furthermore, according to this method, in addition to the bolt and the nut body, fixing with a rivet or a simple rod-shaped body can be performed.
[0046]
Further, Example 4 is shown in FIG. This is a structure in which the standing portions 12 in which the accommodation paths 50 are formed on both sides are also formed between the main girders at both ends of the laying portion 11. At this time, forming the standing portion 12 so as to be removable or forming the space between the main girders so as to be movable may be appropriately selected according to use. Thereby, the arrangement | positioning member 40 can be attached now in every position of the support material 100 for wiring and piping.
[0047]
Moreover, the piping / pipe support material 100 can be applied not only to a type in which wiring / pipe material is laid but also to a type in which wiring / pipe is suspended as shown in FIG.
